This place is truly a hidden gem! The selection of both meat and fish dishes is fantastic, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are rich, and every dish feels thoughtfully prepared. What makes this restaurant even more special is that it’s run by a wonderful and welcoming family. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. They genuinely care about their guests and it shows in both the service and the food. If you’re looking for a place where everything is made with love, attention, and pride, this is it. Highly recommended. we will definitely be coming back!

We were in the area biking and came to this restaurant on our last night of the trip. It was such a delicious treat and a wonderful experience. The dishes were inventive and tasty and we love the presentation as well. Two of us ordered the short menu for around €55 and the other two ordered the long menu for around €78. Very good value for the quality of the dishes. We also love the fact that the chef came out and greeted us. Highly recommend if you want a special fine dining experience.

Great service and vibe, super cozy place and love that it’s a properly family run restaurant. Food in general was lovely, like an elevated home cooked meal with great flavor profile. There were some misses here and there but overall it was great - the only thing that was not okay was that I got my dessert, and ate it (it had ice cream so would’ve melted by the time the other one came) before my partner got his. That is unacceptable. A super nice touch was that the owner came up and spoke to everyone later in the evening, and he was just as awesome as the rest of the family!

A beautiful evening in the warm mountain air. We had a great table and the service was charming , expert and efficient. We enjoyed excellent food - Mr S loved his lamb dish and we all enjoyed the flavour and creativity tiny anchovy crackers in the appetisers. The passionate chef took time to chat with every table afterwards which made it feel more special. As with many places in Val d’Aran vegetarian choices are limited

Discovering this hidden gem nestled in the heart of Vielha was an absolute delight! This family-owned restaurant has won my heart with its amazing food and exquisite attention to detail in plating. The delightful combination of a great wine selection and the sophisticated, delicious courses makes this place truly special. The Bistronomico menu is a culinary journey you must embark on, as each dish is crafted and served with a genuine sense of love and care. A truly unforgettable dining experience!

I regret coming here; we had a luke warm experience and felt unwelcome. The menu is inconsistent between English and Spanish (significant enough to cause confusion- a mistake which they informed us is common). The food was fine. The service was not- I had to ask for a steak knife and ask to clear the table after the meal. I didn't appreciate that the server brought me the check without me asking for it, which is unacceptable. Overall this restaurant did not meet my expectations.

It is not my custom to add reviews. But after reading the Chef's reply to the review posted on Dec 31,2025, I felt it was necessary to write. I was part of the group that night. We arrived at 8:05 p.m. not 8:40 p.m. (as the chef states), we do know what reservations mean. Perhaps you have us confused with a different table, or your staff gave you incorrect information, as an excuse for their rudeness. Also, you mention clients that have eaten in your establishment from various places in the world, and how they are always satisfied. I read a review that states the contrary. Our table comprised of people from Sweden, Mexico, and USA. I suppose that with your analogy we should have been happy with the service, not confused with the inaccurate translation (different number of portions, depending on the language) of the menus, and the lack of first-class-dining training of your staff. However, even with all the mishaps, we did have a wonderful time. Your restaurant provided an experience that we rarely get during our travels throughout the world at fine dining restaurants whose menus are accurate, service is first-class, and the food reflects their awards.
