It is not my custom to add reviews. But after reading the Chef's reply to the review posted on Dec 31,2025, I felt it was necessary to write. I was part of the group that night. We arrived at 8:05 p.m. not 8:40 p.m. (as the chef states), we do know what reservations mean. Perhaps you have us confused with a different table, or your staff gave you incorrect information, as an excuse for their rudeness.
Also, you mention clients that have eaten in your establishment from various places in the world, and how they are always satisfied. I read a review that states the contrary. Our table comprised of people from Sweden, Mexico, and USA. I suppose that with your analogy we should have been happy with the service, not confused with the inaccurate translation (different number of portions, depending on the language) of the menus, and the lack of first-class-dining training of your staff.
However, even with all the mishaps, we did have a wonderful time. Your restaurant provided an experience that we rarely get during our travels throughout the world at fine dining restaurants whose menus are accurate, service is first-class, and the food reflects their awards.
