Ethel M Chocolates at Glendale Galleria

We decided to visit this shop after placing 2 online orders as gifts. After receiving positive reviews about the chocolate, we wanted to try it for ourselves. By going to the store, we were able to select each individual piece and try 12 different types. We buy A LOT of chocolate and Ethel M blows all the other vendors away! You will pay more but you definitely get what your money’s worth. Every piece has been OUTSTANDING. If you’re able to splurge on yourself, go and check them out. You won’t regret it 😉

If you are looking for an incredible gift or to indulge and pamper yourself. Come here. This is the best chocolate I have ever had. Yep, been to multiple locations. I prefer the factory location in Henderson with the cactus gardens, especially at xmas as they hang lights on the cacti. These chocolates make Godiva look simple. Never had anything bad here. They use only the best and highest end cocoa beans and highest quality ingredients. My favorite is the classic pecan brittle. Can't get enough of it. You can also get it dipped in chocolate. Trust me. Wow, is it so good. Go one time, and you are hooked.

I stopped by this chocolate place inside Glendale Galleria mall today to look for gifts to give for Christmas. When I walked inside, I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. I told them I was browsing for a gift and they asked if I know the person taste in chocolate. I told them I didn't so they give me a milk chocolate sample to try and I thought it was good. So the worker came and show me a box that contain the same one I tried. I thought the price was reasonable so I went with that one. I also saw they have some drinks here and the worker told me which one was her favorite. I was very happy with the customer service I received here today and my experience was amazing.

Relaxing coffee and chocolate shop. The lady that serves us really made our day by providing top notch service 💯 Definitely need to try Frozen Hot chocolate & chocolate cappuccino coffee ☕️ 🍫 Chocolates are a bit pricey but definitely a must TRY! CLEAN AND PEACEFUL SPOT inside the chaotic mall specially on the weekends.

Gigi was very sweet and inviting when we were tentatively staring in the door. She let us try samples of the chocolate. I’m not the type of person normally to spend $40 on chocolate but these are truly delicious and I quite enjoyed picking out which to get and talking to Gigi. I definitely recommend this place!

Such delicious and high quality chocolates! I bought a couple of boxes from them and the flavors are so unique and all delicious. I’m not normally a fruit-in-chocolate kind of person, but was so pleasantly surprised to love all of their fruit filled flavors. Their lemon drop flavor is to die for! 🍋

Amazing chocolates. I recommend the liqueur filled chocolates that are quite amazing. I also purchased a box of chocolates which I paid to ship. Though it was Friday afternoon, they arrived at their destination the following Tuesday. I highly recommend this Chocolier.

Meant to write a review back in December, but it's better late than never. Anoush, at Ethel M in Glendale Galleria, was really helpful and thoughtful. She was very nice, and helped me while I was buying bunch of chocolates for my customers. Thank you and I will be back again.

Love coming to Ethel M for gourmet chocolates. They taste amazing! Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Eliza for helping me select a few nice boxes for my employees. Also love the boxes they come in.

My truffle had mold in it! . The staff is also very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Makes you feel scared to even look inside the store!

You get a decent amount of chocolate for the price and the round box was super gourmet looking and presentable for a gift. Ordered chocolates on really short notice for a housewarming gift through door dash. They sent the chocolates with some samples , which were really delicious! I was happy I got the samples and got a taste since I didn't get to taste the ones inside the box I handed over as a gift . I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Yummy chocolates! It's great that there's another chocolate place in Glendale galleria. Godiva is overprice! Sees candies are way too sweet for me. I love how this place is so organize, clean and they have chocolate tasting. I ordered their chocolates and strawberry dipped with chocolate. It's not that sweet which is good. I love the taste of the dark chocolate. Customer service is great too!

I love me some Sees, who doesn't but gosh I've loved Ethel M for so many years now. I was first introduced to them on my flights home from Vegas with their small shop in the airport. That's when I learned of their local Vegas factory and on the rare occasions I'd drive or road trip through Vegas I'd be super excited to visit them. I've always loved the product and have always had my few select favorites but really I've never had a bad piece, they are all really tasty. When Ethel M popped up a few years back in the Glendale Galleria with a tiny mall cart, my heart skipped a beat- when they moved into a permanent spot I was delighted! I don't visit very often but when I'm in this mall I always treat myself to my favorite dark chocolate covered marshmallows on a stick. They are just as yummy here as they are at the factory and other store locations of theirs. Always fresh, and yummy! My other favorite was peanut butter and jelly which they no longer have but I surely hope makes a come back. Great customer service as per the usual. If you haven't had them before I highly recommend them. Like I said, I love Sees but I find Ethel M to be extra special because they aren't so abundant in the LA area so it makes them really feel like a special little treat. If you happen to be in the Las Vegas area, their factory and gardens are just divine.

Just because you're holed up inside, doesn't mean you'll be bored. We kicked off our weekend doing a chocolate tasting with Ethel M Chocolates, based out of Las Vegas (and a branch in Glendale). The shop has made life in quarantine a little sweeter by offering its popular chocolate tasting experience at home. They'll send you everything you need -- including a place mat, bottles of water, pens and the chocolates to be sampled. Just try not to eat them all before your class. Chocolatier Mark Mackey hosts the event live from Las Vegas. Finally, a Zoom meeting I don't mind going to! Over the course of 30-40 minutes, Mark walked us through the subtleties of tasting their fan favorite chocolates, as well as tips on what to pair. Virtual tastings are $30. Great selection, the sees candies are the best, can't complain wish the prices would be better but it's inflation. The grandpa really likes the chocolates so I always get the round box here and the customer service is good.

For Christmas I purchased a chocolate tasting through Groupon, it was $10 for a 30 minutes tasting. I think it was worth it. Located inside the Glendale Gallaria, plenty of parking and its free. Best to park on level 2, it pretty close to JC Penny. We got there about 20 minutes early and they were ready for us so we got started early. Our Chocolatier was very informative. We have attended one other tasting so were were already well versed as far as how chocolate is made but she was entertaining and encouraged questions throughout. Unlike thenother we attending we received 4 full pieces of chocolate to help with our knowledge. Everyone was good so when asked our faves it was tough to decide. Outside the entrance is a photo spot for selfies which was a nice touch. If you enjoy some good quality chocolate I recommend checking it out. The ladies running it were so friendly and knowledgable, I only wish I could recall their names.. Thank you for a fun experiencne and some delicious chocolate

Amazing chocolates every time I go to Vegas I ensure to get bars to go. Their price is up there but for the quality is worth it. If you are 21+ yes of age ensure to try their chocolate with some liquor super good.

My sister and I was at the Galleria to kill time at the mall on a Saturday in late July. We happened to recall there is an Ethel M store on 2nd floor not far from croc store. We were greeted nicely from 2 staff members. The wall has array of chocolates variety from candy bars to boxes of chocolates to individual candy. They also have sugar free chocolates too. The cashier explained they make the chocolates locally. She further mentioned that they offer a tasting room to taste chocolates with a price. Next time I will check out their other chocolates.

They have a great selection of sweets. It's very clean and well lit. The chocolates are very rich and you'll be happy to try this place out. They are very helpful and are superior in customer service. I'll definitely be coming back here for more. Don't hesitate to try this place out.

Savannah gave us a great history of Ethel M Chocolate. She was fun, knowledgeable and very entertaining. She has a passion for Ethel M and is truly a outstanding team member. What a great experience!!!

Guys, I cannot say enough good things about the chocolate here. Their landmark store/museum used to be that place I stopped at any time I was in Vegas -- it was worth the fairly significant trip off The Strip. I haven't met a piece of chocolate I didn't like, but their pecan brittle is a MUST-DO BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS EARTH experience. Needless to say, glad to see they have landed in the Glendale Galleria. Also, they have a tasting experience here, and Gigi, who did our tasting, was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, kind, friendly, she just took our experience to the next level. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

BEST chocolate ever!!! Nothing compares to Ethel M. I love gifting this chocolate for any occasion and it never disappoints anyone. Their Chocolate covered apples are my favorites!!! You should definitely try them!

I was in the Galleria with a group of friends yesterday and we happened upon Ethel M Chocolates. We went inside and what a pleasant surprise this place ended up being. Gege assisted us, allowed each of us to sample a chocolate and then explained what makes Ethel M Chocolates so unique. She told us about the tastings (for a very fair price of $7.50/person) that happen in the little side room. Honestly this girl got all of is excited about this company, their chocolates and we all plan to come back for a tasting. Just a really cool experience to happen upon. (Tip: get the dark chocolate prickly pear if you like tart flavors with your chocolate. It was perfection!)

Omg!! This place is absolutely amazing!! We took the chocolate class and I adored every minute of it! Our "instructor" was GeGe and fellow "instructor" Erica and I was very happy with her. She was super friendly and information. Perfect over all! Unfortunately I did not get the name of the other two people who assisted us but they were super friendly as well. I will definitely being going back to have that wonderful chocolate again!!

Ethel M Chocolates have a variety of gourmet chocolates that are bursting with flavor. Their chocolate tasting was exceptional and an absolute must for chocolate lovers. They explain their chocolate process and give you exquisite chocolates to try. It was so fun learning about chocolate and the many techniques of eating it. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

This was a first time visiting this place. Also, a first time doing a chocolate tasting. Done wine and whiskey tastings before, but chocolate? Interesting. My fiance told me about this and I thought it would be interesting along with tasty. It was indeed. Not only did we get a to taste several different chocolates but also got a free box of assorted chocolates. Our chocolatier, Savannah, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about teaching us all about chocolates. All in all it was a pleasant experience and would recommend it to anybody who loves chocolate.

Super disappointed I walked in with my kids today to get samples and as I tried to back out of the store with my stroller these ladies walked in. One of them started yelling at me to go around the store and not get in their way. The employee literally just stood there and stared. Then the employee told me to go around the store instead of asking the rude customers to let me through. Wow having 2 kids and A stroller is hard enough now we have customers and employees giving us a hard time too. Not stepping foot here again

Overall, candy is good but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, it is a decent See's Candy wannabe but not the real deal. It's a better value than Godiva.

I have been a huge fan of Ethel M for more than 20 years . I have only seen them in Vegas but I have visited the factory also. I did not know there was a store in Glendale.

We stopped by a few days ago and the manager invited us to sign up for their chocolate tasting. Their expert explained the process it takes to make each chocolate. It was very informative. The hospitality the staff showed us was amazing. We ended up with a few chocolate boxes.

Great service, friendly staff. Nice chocolates, they are tasty. You really can taste alcool from the liquor ones. Beautiful packing. Great for gift.

I am writing this during the stay-at-home time and have been trying to find local shops that provide the things I need. Ethel M's is a great place to get chocolate, and they do not require you to buy an extraordinary volume to get free shipping. I bought a pack of 8 dark chocolate bars. They arrived quickly, and are very delicious.

The Chocolate Tour was amazing! Italia our chocolatier teacher was amazing! She was very knowledgeable! The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. We got to taste 4 unique pieces and we learned about the whole rices from start to finish including wine pairings. In addition, received a certificate and a 20% discount for the day.

Had the best chocolate tasting experience I have ever had at this place, and I have been to a few! Italia and Savannah were the workers we dealt with and they were fantastic! They made the experience extremely fun, were knowledegable and eager to share info but not boring, and very helpful. It was obvious these ladies enjoy helping customers find the best chocolates for their own tastes and sharing why they think Ethel M is a great company in general, which made us enjoy the experience more since they were happy to be there too. Most of the time was spent tasting chocolate, which is the whole point! The chocolates were really really good-we each got 4 during the tasting, plus were able to sample more after which was helpful because this chocolate is higher end and when we all made purchases, we were able to get our new Ethel M favorites!

Went to a chocolate tasting here with my best friends and it was lots of fun and so delicious. Italia guided us through the tasting and did an excellent job with showing us the history and giving us the inside scoop on how Ethel M makes their chocolates. Later we shopped in the store and got to sample more that we decided to purchase and take home. Savannah also helped us and was so informative about the company and what non-profits they support. Loved begging helped by both the girls on our girls night out, and it was such a lovely time!

A great new addition to the Glendale Galleria--they're in the old location where See's was on the 2nd floor near J C Penney. Fresh and delicious chocolate (I only buy the sugar-free, but my husband eats everything and he was delighted) with really friendly and helpful staff. However, I only gave 4 stars because it is pricey; I'm no spendthrift, so this will have to be a treat. Welcome to Glendale, Ethel M!

Ask for Jeremy he's a cool guy. The chocolate is off the charts and completely fresh! Great place to be.
