This place was an incredible accidental find, and I couldn’t be happier that I stumbled upon it! The team here is absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun to be around. The atmosphere is small, charming, and inviting, making every visit feel special. As a huge cider fan with pretty high standards, I’m often disappointed by places that offer endless flavors but can’t quite perfect the classics. This spot, however, nails both! From timeless favorites to creative, adventurous options, they’ve truly mastered their craft! I recently joined their membership—and I haven’t regretted it for a second! Every trip here is an absolute treat. Plus, the adorable pups wandering around are a sweet bonus :)

Found this cute place on google map and it turned out to be a great experience. Cider tasting is a thing! I love the apple juice and my mom loved Scarlett. Don’t miss it if you’re in town! Only $15 for 3 cider tastings.;)

Really delicious ciders! Got a tasting w cider maker/apple picker/brandy bottler Dwight. So enjoyable having a tasting from the man that’s making the goods! If you’re a cider lover or are new to cider, this place is a must!

Super cute cidery located at the base of their own orchard! Small-batch, hand crafted cider made from apples growing just feet away - you can tell by the taste that they know what they doing, have attention to detail, and love cider! Especially great was the fact that their ciders were fizzy and crisp, but not too sweet! Cheers!

I adore this cidery. For $15 we got three very large tastings of ciders and each was amazing. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly so not only did we have amazing ciders but we learned a lot about the process. 10/10 would recommend!

BRAVO Ethic Ciders! I was driving out towards Jenner and had just stopped at Bohemian Creamery for cheese, and randomly drove past this place. I did a quick u-turn and happened upon this incredible cidery. I discovered hard cider in Normandy, France almost 20 years ago when I was studying abroad. I've been waiting all these years for the U.S. to finally get on board and start making good cider. It never happened. If you like Angry Orchard cider and IPA flavored like fruit punch, this place may not be for you. I've been searching for a traditional, high quality hard cider and although a few have come close, I've not had anything as good as Ethic Ciders. I've been all up through Auburn, Sacramento, Napa, etc. as new cider brewers pop up, but everything available at the store or in restaurants is fruity and sweet, has a biter aftertaste and is never all that impressive. I drink very little alcohol these days due to joint pain, and stick to Mediterranean diet and avoid inflammatory foods (no added sugars, very little red meat, no processed foods or oils). The only alcohol I can drink that doesn't cause joint and muscle pain is extremely dry, quality champagne and wine. And even then, I often can't get away with it. Yesterday I picked up a bottle of Gravitude sparking dry cider and Golden Rule sparkling cider, both had high alcohol content, over 7%. This morning I had no hangover, no inflammation. The quality of the cider is outstanding. No added sugars. Many different flavor profiles and ciders to choose from. The owner was helpful, he let me taste before purchasing and the property is lovely. It looks like they are still in the middle of expanding their property to include more features, but there is a brand new tasting room and a cute dog to greet you. This is the traditional cider, high quality product that I've been looking for for YEARS. I will return again and I wish Ethic Ciders nothing but success. Do yourself a big favor and stop for cheese at Bohemian Creamery, gather your hard cider at Ethics, and then buy yourself a Ribeye or New York Steak steak up the road at Panizerra Meat Co. and take your goodies to the beach. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!

Yelp
Delicious product, cute tasting room and knowledgeable staff. We had the cider tasting and went home with several cans. The Scarlet is my favorite!

Yelp
Didn't really feel welcome and not that impressed with the expensive cider samples Most of the ciders were very dry and the tasting require two costs for the cider and then the distilled beverages

Yelp
This is just down the street from us so when the sign popped up one day we were intrigued. The brewer was so helpful and friendly - we spent a nice long visit tasting all the various ciders (and brandy) and took several bottles home with us. We especially liked Scarlett (a pink cider blend with raspberries and blackberries that tastes wonderfully of the fruits themselves without being sweet) and Nehou- a bittersweet French apple. The brewer maintains the orchards, harvests the fruit, AND makes the treats - basically my dream life. I love that he experiments with different fruit that comes his way, like the cider with feijoa. A recommended stop if you like drier ciders!

Yelp
The new tasting room and outdoor lounge at Ethic Ciders is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic., cornhole and fabulous vistas. The Golden Rule and Gravitude ciders are dry flavorful and delicious and the perfect pairing with a cheese board, pizza or tacos. The owner Ned took us on a tour of the apple orchards. His energy, pride and enthusiasm are infectious. It was truly a magical day.

Yelp
Very instructive, hands on, workshop at Ethic on planting vegetables. It's great to see a cidery going full cycle into carbon farming and regenerative farming and then having how-to workshops.

Yelp
Love Ethic Ciders. What a great place to come visit and get local cider. I've seen it in some stores around but was nice to visit them. A nice weekend destination. Nice to know places like this still are around. Good stuff.
