"Ethos is exactly the kind of place you go to when you want to feel like a good person. But you know, a good looking good person. Like, Gwyneth Paltrow. Or, Evita. This place is meat-free and as the name suggests, they’re all about ethical, healthy-for-person-and-planet dining. During the day they operate a pay-by-weight system on fresh (ahem, expensive) salads, tasty cakes and coffee. But, come evening there’s a full table service and although the menu changes seasonally you can expect an eclectic mix of flavours, from Indian to North African, like aloo scotch eggs or Moroccan tagine, and a lot of aubergine. Yes, the food’s great but so is the space. Imagine a forest designed by Mother Nature, but she’s also a social media influencer on the side. Think, rustic Nordic furniture, live trees sprouting from the floor, foliage aplenty and of course, lots of opportunities for looking good." - Heidi Lauth Beasley

Navigating your benefits package when starting a new job is never fun, always stressful, and often overwhelming. I look forward to signing up the way I look forward to a root canal. I am pleased to say that my experience with Ethos, and SPECIFICALLY with Mickie Parker, was absolutely wonderful. I scheduled a one-on-one with Mickie just to make sure I understood my options. Mickie, from the word "go" , walked me through the website (very user friendly, incidentally) explaining each choice, each benefit and what they mean for my care and pocketbook. She was clear with her explanations, professional, cheerful, and personable. She clearly knew the subject and website inside and out, and, more importantly, knew how to make me understand it and how to make me feel completely at ease. As I told her at the end on our meeting: this was, hands down, the best experience with this matter. Kudos to Ethos and huge kudos to Mickie !

I was literally at my wits end. I had been battling my insurance carrier and their pharmacy of choice to get my medications filled for days. I kept getting handed off and getting confusing information. No one would call me back or follow up with me. I felt so defeated and I wasn't sure if anyone was actually on my side. This morning I reached out to the team at Ethos Benefits. I gave them a quick recap of my situation. I got a phone call almost immediately. Meghan patiently listened to my story and all the problems and roadblocks I had encountered over the past few days. Instead of giving me advice or handing me off to someone else, she offered real solutions in a thoughtful, caring and encouraging way. Not only did she listen to me, but she made calls and advocated for me and made sure I got my medications. I lost my job on 4/11. Was diagnosed with cancer on 4/25. Paid my COBRA but systems were not communicating fast enough for my surgery in 8 days. I called everyone I could think and they were no help. Finally realized I had Meghan Anderson’s information and made one call and she must’ve made other calls but it was fixed within 12 hours. So so grateful for her help. I certainly did not need that added stress from what I was already dealing with. Meghan and Ethos have been wonderful to work with. I cannot say that for previous carriers.
