Beautiful restaurant. Staff were attentive. The food was excellent! Everything tasted so clean and fresh. The salads were crisp and delicious. The Tzatziki is amazing. Had the gyro which was one of the least greasy yet most flavorful. Truly excellent.

First time I have eaten here. Our server, Maria C was awesome and took the time to talk about the food and the names behind the dishes. We had the Gyro Wrap, Calamari and Falafel platters. The Calamari was some of the best I have tasted. Overall the food was very tasty and the portions were generous. A must go to.

Too good honestly. The service is top notch from entering, seating, checking, communication, and recommendations. The food was excellent too. The flavors and the portions. I really liked the meats.

I’ve been going to the Wilton Manors location for a few months now, today I decided to try the Coconut Creek location. The atmosphere and customer service was good. George was our server. I was not aware that the coconut creek location does not have the happy hour food menu, only drinks. That was a little disappointing. We ordered the calamari, Kefte, and I had a side Greek salad. The food was fresh as always, and delicious.

It has been a long time since we've been back since we no longer live in the region. So glad we were able to return. It was as good as I remember. Their Gyro, pita & feta spread is by far the best. The service was superb. We sat outside and it was so hot, but their cooling fans made it tolerable. Glad to see it was still there, still as good as I remember and still busy. Now if I could only get one near me.

I came to Ethos tonight with my family and my husband’s family for a nice night out. Steven was our waiter and very attentive and nice! The food was great, as was the service. I’m visiting FL this week, but I would definitely come back in the future!

Amazing food, great service, very flexible! We had no reservation but got a table fast. They have a really nice outdoor seating. We ordered lamb chops, which usually come with potatoes but since both my husband and I are trying to stay away from carbs our server Daniel suggested a small Greek salad as a side instead (the swap comes with a small surcharge that we were alerted too). I also ordered a side of tzatziki (you can either order it as a self- standing dish with warm pita or as a side in which case the cost and portion are smaller and no pita included.) The lamb chops were beautifully tender and juicy, and everything was so tasty! I can also really recommend the mastika infused chocolate cake and the refreshing cucumber twist cocktail. Great place!

I have been coming here since I was in high school and it never disappoints! Took my coworker here for the first time and we both raved about our experience. Sat outside as it was a beautiful day and had some nice happy hour cocktails. For an appetizer we had the cheese saganaki as it's one of my favorites and she had never had it before and we both died and went to heaven it was so good. I wasn't too hungry so for my meal I had the octopus appetizer and she had the lamb platter. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, however, the octopus said there was supposed to be a puree and it was just chopped vegetables for bedding. Service was good too! Definitely recommend this place to others as it is a staple.

Delicious food, wonderful service and beautiful restaurant, inside and out! Have dined here many times, never disappoints! No reservations and parking at the mall may be challenging Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Honestly, if you're choosing Greek food in this area, ethos is the place to be. It's in the popular promenade shopping plaza and there's lots of parking. Our server was exceptional & the manager on duty Kristina also came to our table to welcome us. The way the staff spoke to us, you could tell they cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. We sat out in the patio area. In addition to fans, they have these huge umbrellas that provide a lot of shade, so it was quite pleasant. For drinks we had Greek beer & red wine. Our meal was Lamb Chops and Greek salad. We will continue to visit this place frequently. Thank you for the wonderful service and good food!

Met up with a friend to have a girl lunch and enjoyed some good chats and some good food. This eatery was very inviting, our waitress kept checking up on us to ensure that we were doing OK. I wanna say one of the managers also checked in on if we were having a good dining experience. The restaurant was not packed. It was about 1230 when we arrived, so the environment was relaxed. This is my second time meeting my girly at this establishment and will definitely be coming by again.

Food: AMAZING! The platter is packed with food. The steak is flavorful. The hummus and naan are a MUST. The chicken is also a great option. Very tender and seasoned perfectly. Service: great! There was a bit of a wait for dinner (approx 40 mins) but you do receive a text once your table is ready so you're free to walk around the plaza while you wait. While the length of time we waited for a table is not ideal, it was worth it. The waiter was also friendly and attentive. Overall, I'd definitely return. This is a great spot, with great food, perfect for date night or casual-ish dinner.

A lovely stop for lunch. Bright and roomy, and not too noisy. Food and service were really good; I would definitely recommend!

Dropped in for a quick bite and beverage while shopping at The Promenade. Great service at the bar! First I ordered my fav, the zucchini croquettes. They had a brunch menu and I ordered the beet salad which has some gorgonzola, walnuts, and a balsamic dressing. The salads had optional toppers, I got falafel. Thankfully I had leftover tadziki from the croquettes to dip the falafel in. I also got a grapefruit mimosa. Nice balance to the salad! Don't let the wait at the hostess deter you- just go sit at the bar. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it's always busy here! Light fun music and nice plants balance out the space.

Delicious food. Our waiter was knowledgeable and explained the menu well, we ordered few dishes and everything was very tasty and fresh. They also have a very nice outdoor seating. We would definitely come back again.

11/02/24 - Saturday evening. Busy night ,but we didn't have to wait very long. We have been here before but it's been awhile. The food and the service have always been good every time we have come. We had: * Scottish Salmon - not too shabby * Spread sampler , very good , enough for 3 ppl * Ethos Platter with gyro meat, very good very filling. * Rosemary Chicken thighs , very good . My favorite. We definitely will be back.

Went here for lunch and really enjoyed the modern casual atmosphere. Ordered the kefte saganaki platter. The meat was delicious and all the food was fresh. Our servicer was very attentive and all the food came out quickly. Overall a nice experience and a great choice for Greek cuisine in Coconut Creek.

Just had a lovely dinner here with my mom. The server was fantastic (I wish I recalled his name)...we asked for suggestions and he gave some great options. We started with a spicy margarita and a mule...(his suggestion) both absolutely delicious! We had zucchini croquettes that came with tzatziki sauce-they were very flavorful. We shared the platter that came with plenty of meat, rice, pita and hummus, and salad. The gyro was a little salty, but overall the meal was great. Service was spot on. The vibe of this place was nice-they have outdoor seating but we chose to sit inside where the music was nice and not too loud.

Every time I eat here I question myself why I do not eat here more often. A great restaurant and beautiful indoor decor. Tip: they do not take reservations and get quite busy on the weekend evenings (even though I wished they did). They also offer weekend brunch. This was our second time having Gia as our server and she was definitely rememberable. She allowed us time to review the menu and was able to answer all of our questions. She was really mindful of the happy hour time and even asked if we would like to place a second drink order before it was over. Overall, another great experience and definitely look forward to returning.

Ethos is my go-to Mediterranean spot!! I have been coming here for years and it is consistently a great experience! Their food, especially the small plates and dips, are top notch!

Another great dinner!!! The weather allowed us to sit outside and it's as nice as the inside. Our waiter George was fantastic, friendly and courteous. All the appetizers are delicious and I absolutely loved their Orzo Paella which is loaded with sea food. The Shrimp Castella was as good. Great place to speaks time with friends and family.

It was Friday night and the Promenade was crazy busy. We didn't have a reservation and we didn't call ahead, but the 2 hosts were so nice and they got us seated as soon as they could. From that to the end, everything was perfect, we sat inside, the decor is done well. The server was extremely professional, courteous and treated us like we were the only ones there. We had some signature drinks and Tzatziki with warm pita, very good choices. I had the Lamb Chops, they were cooked perfectly and the portion very hearty, 4 large oversized pieces and very tasty. The other 2 had the Skirt Steak, nice size and flavorful. If I lived closer, I would be a regular. I highly recommend trying this special restaurant for yourself. I also, noticed a very big takeout business

Food was just perfect! It was light and healthy. To be honest I was about to go to the Cheesecake factory, but after seeing Ethos I had to go try it out! It was a great choice. The service was perfect. Everyone was awesome and kind. Like to make a shout out to Chad! He recommended the food and drinks. Chad destroyed it! I enjoy the setting of the place. Very calming,but yet fun. I totally see this place being packed on a Friday night. Once again excellent food, service, and awesome setting.

My husband, myself and our 5 month old had a wonderful lunch here on Saturday afternoon. We get the family meal which was $34 a person and is a great value. You get pita with dips, Greek salad and a whole meat and rice platter. It's absolutely delicious and there's a lot of food - enough for leftovers. Our server was great. The wine fresh and cold. Highly recommend!

Ethos meaning character in Greek is a restaurant located in the outdoor shopping center, The Promenade in Coconut Creek. Restaurants open and close quickly in this shopping center but owner and restaurateur George Pappas has managed to consistently deliver good food and service and Ethos has managed to stand the test of time since 2012. They also have a location in Wilton Manors. My Yelper friend was visiting from out of town (way out of town, LA! ) and I really wanted her to enjoy dinner. I gave her several options to pick from in the Promenade and with her great taste she chose the best one. It has been a few years since I have been here but it is as nice as I remembered. We opted to sit outside on the beautiful patio sidewalk but the inside is nicely appointed with dark wood tables and a bar lining the back wall. It is classier than your typical blue and white aesthetic that you find at most Greek restaurants. We started with cocktails of course. After giving them a few directions on how we wanted them made, I was served a perfect thirst quenching Coconut Freak made with Bacardi Coconut Rum. pineapple juice, and coconut puree. In addition to the signature cocktails they have a comprehensive wine menu. For our meal we decided on the Silver Taste of Ethos which requires a minimum of two people ($32 per person). It is a great way to get a bit of everything and really sample the menu. We started with the spread sampler which includes four dips: a tangy tzatziki, hummus, zesty creamy feta, and sriracha tzatziki. The dips were served with the most heavenly hot pita. Along with the dips were two of the tasty dolmades, traditional stuffed grape leaves which the staff hand rolls over 60,000 a year. Next up was a fresh and crisp Greek salad studded with creamy, salty feta. The star of the meal was the grilled meat platter that included spinach rice, potatoes, gyro, grilled chicken, and kefte. It was so much food, more than we could finish and we each left with a takeout box. Desserts are made in house but we were too full. We were constantly checked on throughout the meal by our server but also by two managers. You could not have asked for more attentive service. Ethos puts out food that is healthful, fresh, and tasty, coupled with good service at a fair price. It was the perfect place to catch up with my friend on a lovely South Florida March evening.

Well m, we gave this establishment another try today and we LOVED IT! Sebastian was our server and he was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. The spinach rice is one of my favorite things. I'm grateful that we didn't give up on this experience and we will be back!

Everything is sooooo gooooooddd! My fav is the lamb chops...fab! The rosemary chkn is delish! The steak gyro..yum yum!!!

It's always a treat to be able to come here. The food is fresh, authentic and plain delicious! Whether you sit inside or outside the ambiance is delightful. The service is quick and friendly too.

This is probably my husband and I's favorite restaurant right now . The food is great. There isn't a dish that we've had and didn't love . Lamb chops are top tier. Meat plate and mussels are great as well. The restaurant is located in a nice area. We typically sit outside if the weather permits. The service is always great. 10/10! We will probably be there next week for our Anniversary .

We have been going to this place for about 6 years now. Always delicious and fresh Greek cuisine. The ambience is very pretty and I love the location where you can enjoy inside or outside dining. During the holidays, the promenade mall is decorated so pretty which makes outside dining even more appealing. It's a "must try" if you enjoy this type of cuisine!

The food was very fresh. Our server Steve was very nice and attentive. We were able to get there during happy hour for the Sangria. The ambiance was nice. Open kitchen was nice to see.

This was my first time at Ethos and I was very pleased. I had the gyro platter it was amazing I never tasted potatoes so good. The portions were excellent you get so much I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu I also want to say the service was great

This is my favorite restaurant in the promenade. I have been coming here since it opened and they have managed to consistently deliver. Great FRESH food and customer service. If you go for lunch, get any one of the wraps and/or the greek salad. If you want something heavier, the branzino or the lamb chops. I struggle to resist the lemony potatoes. And all of the traditional meals are flavorful and worth trying. You can't go wrong. Make sure to ask about their customer rewards. You get points even when you order online.

Great food!!! We got door dash and it was delicious. My favorites were the tsatsiki and the spinach pie. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was super mediocre. The ethos platter was not impressive and the salad had no dressing. The rice is mushy, the potatoes are over cooked and the sauce was too much yogurt no other flavor. The fries were fat just too mushy. The waitress is the only reason I would come back. She was super sweet and attentive. Tattoos and shaved head.. I don't know recall her name sorry. I rather go to Olive U in West Boca next time for fresh Greek food or the best place Hellenic Republic in Coral Springs.

Never disappointed when we eat here. The food is delicious. To start we got the grilled octopus and lemon chicken soups. Octopus, is an interesting dish with an acquired taste. It grew on me with each bite. For entree we got the ethos platter with the grilled chicken breast. This is always a great option since it has so many things. We added a hummus that was $3 extra. We also had the rib eye which was cooked medium and very flavorful, we chose the spinach rice and roasted rosemary potato's to go with it. The restaurant is very nice with a dark intimate setting and service was good. Overall good experience, 5 G's.

I held a birthday party at Ethos on the 16th with 13 people. The staff were fabulous, accomadating and able to handle a diverse senior group. The food and service were excellent. The staff contributed to a memorable event.

It's always great having lunch at Ethos. They have the best salads and omelets. I had a Greek salad with shrimp and my friend had hers with octopus. The service was excellent. They even brought me a birthday dessert. We love coming here when shopping at Promenade.

People these days care way too much about Grass Fed Beef, Seed Oil Free Foods, and Pasture Raised Eggs Many restaurants have picked up on this and they've adjusted their offerings for better marketing around the trendy terms and leave everything else by the wayside Tonight, I visited a restaurant and by coincidence came up with my own version of trendy items you should care about when going out to eat: Freshly Made Tzatziki with Full Fat Greek Yogurt Feta Cheese Imported Direct from Bulgaria Elite Kalamata Olives Here's why: So many Greek Restaurants use a distributor's base level product for their olives, cheese and tzatziki. It's honestly why so many people hate these 3 items: they've never tried the good stuff. Same issue in Olive Oil... And for those that say they've tried Tzatziki with Fat Free Greek Yogurt. No, that is not real Tzatziki. Fat Free Greek Yogurt is Gross. And also one more very, very important thing. I did not ask the server before the fucking meal if they serve these particular items or if they cook with seed oils or whatnot. Yes the videos of this particular action by the seed oil freaks bother me a ton. Ok I sat down and ate like I typically do. I took note of how the Feta Cheese Tasted and just kept scooping it with my fork. Wouldn't stop eating it. After a while I realized this was no ordinary feta. There's a reason why I like it so much. At the end of the meal, I just told the server, "this actually was a very quality meal -- thank you." I couldn't express my gratitude in tip as I was not the payer of the meal. Then he dropped the ball on me saying how everything in that restaurant is homemade. Every ingredient cared for. In fact, he took exception to the feta where they do a direct import from Bulgaria. No reason to be bummed, it's in the top 3 (?) of Feta Cheeses I've ever had at a restaurant. I am not here to influence you, just sharing my thoughts, especially after seeing all the nonsense that goes around by influencers on social media and by reviewers on Beli. I am thankful to have visited Ethos Greek, and if you happen to find yourself in Coconut Creek Florida, it is well worth the visit. Great service, quality food, fresh food. A Winner

I went for drinks last night and the bar staff was amazing. Matthew the bartender was warm, accommodating, and knew how to put a spin on the drinks, and they were fabulous. Thanks Matt for your hospitality. We will be back soon for more.

I recently visited Ethos for lunch with some coworkers. The restaurant was very busy but the service was still awesome! I blown away by the incredible flavors and dishes that I experienced. The ambiance was warm and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. I recommend sitting outside! We started with the Saganaki, a traditional Greek cheese dish that is typically served flaming, although they did not do the "fire" show, the flavor was delicious. We also ordered the stuffed grape leaves which were some of the best I've ever had. They were served hot with a lemon sauce on top that was flavorful, complementing the savory and tender rice filling perfectly. For lunch, I ordered the Greek salad with grilled chicken. The chicken had a lot of flavor and was perfectly cooked. The feta on the salad was large and tasted very fresh. Do not leave without ordering the triple layer cheesecake. The layers of cheesecake were expertly crafted with chocolate ganache, shredded phyllo and walnuts. I will be back!

Ethos Greek Bistro in Wilton Manors is fantastic! It's to go place for me and my girlfriend. We generally dine there at least once a month. The warm, modern ambiance and friendly service set the tone for an exceptional meal. We loved the chicken platter and Humus - both were delicious. Other dishes including lamb chop has also got rave reviews from my friends. Great drinks menu too. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

This is my favorite place for Greek food. You can't beat the Platter with a Greek salad, rice, lemon roasted potatoes, pita and Hummus plus your protein: Gyro meat, chicken, shrimp or falafel ! Lunch is $18. Dinner $24. Desserts are expensive @ $11 and their cappuccino's are excellent!! Beautiful setting and you can eat outside or inside although it gets really noisy with the music and chatter. Service is always excellent! Go here if you love Greek food!
