Last night I had a lovely dinner at Ethos Greek Bistro. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and modern — the perfect place to relax and enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food came out, without losing quality or presentation. Each dish had great taste, prepared in the restaurant’s own style: fresh, flavorful, and well thought out. But what truly made the difference was the service from María — attentive, kind, and always with a smile that made the experience even more special. Definitely a place I’d love to return to, not only for the food but also for the way they make you feel welcome.

First time I have eaten here. Our server, Maria C was awesome and took the time to talk about the food and the names behind the dishes. We had the Gyro Wrap, Calamari and Falafel platters. The Calamari was some of the best I have tasted. Overall the food was very tasty and the portions were generous. A must go to.

Too good honestly. The service is top notch from entering, seating, checking, communication, and recommendations. The food was excellent too. The flavors and the portions. I really liked the meats.

Beautiful restaurant. Staff were attentive. The food was excellent! Everything tasted so clean and fresh. The salads were crisp and delicious. The Tzatziki is amazing. Had the gyro which was one of the least greasy yet most flavorful. Truly excellent.

I came to Ethos tonight with my family and my husband’s family for a nice night out. Steven was our waiter and very attentive and nice! The food was great, as was the service. I’m visiting FL this week, but I would definitely come back in the future!

I’ve been going to the Wilton Manors location for a few months now, today I decided to try the Coconut Creek location. The atmosphere and customer service was good. George was our server. I was not aware that the coconut creek location does not have the happy hour food menu, only drinks. That was a little disappointing. We ordered the calamari, Kefte, and I had a side Greek salad. The food was fresh as always, and delicious.

Phenomenal service for carry-out orders throughout all of Coconut Creek. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is prepared perfectly and ready on time.

I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, and was not disappointed. I wasn't going to order an alcoholic drink, but then I tasted my friend's sangria and it was really good, so I just had to. I ordered the mini moussaka and it was really delicious. The restaurant is located in the Promenade shopping center, with other shops, bars, restaurants, and a movie theater to enjoy. There is both inside and outside seating at the restaurant and they would not take reservations. We were a party of 5 and we had to wait about 25 minutes for first available at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our server was really polite and attentive and our food came out quick. We ordered an appetizer and it came out about a minute before the entree. It would have been better if it came out earlier. This is not the first time I've been to this place and I have always enjoyed my meals. The prices are good also. Would definitely come here again.

The food was absolutely amazing! Their menu was a little tricky to decipher as they have different lunch time and dinner menus, and happy hour and drinks, and specials. Luckily the waiter was very patient and answered many questions so we could get something delicious. The ambiance is cute and plain, but the music was very loud and it was difficult to speak to my lunch date. There is ample free parking on the street and in a parking lot. And they are right next door to a candy shop! Really great food although I would definitely recommend looking online before you go as there are just so many options. And luckily they will customize a lot of it for your food allergies or preferences. I got a watermelon salad that had pickled onions, thinly sliced radishes, cucumbers and watermelon with lemon and gyro meat and feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. It was heaven in my mouth.

I ordered takeout. Initially I tried to order online but I wasn't able to so I went to order at the restaurant. It was about 6 pm and I placed my order on the outside with the hostess. It was quick and she was helpful. There were some customers waiting to be seated and the inside appeared to be getting crowded. It's located in Promenade at Coconut Creek and can get very busy, due to the location. This was my first time here but I had a preview of the menu before arriving. I only wanted protein so I ordered the Kefte, which is beef and lamb mixed and grilled. They offer a variety of Mediterranean food on their menu. The server took my name and number to alert me when my order was ready. The order was ready quickly and I was eager to eat. The meat looked delicious and came with a lemon wedge. I paired it with a salad and it was good. I'll be back to try more from here!

Five star brunch and service sitting up at the bar. Kefte with sunny side up eggs, with an excellent happy hour cucumber cocktail....one suggestion, please offer a more interesting hot sauce than Tabasco.

First time coming to Ethos. They have the best lemon chicken soup!! They also have many specials going on. Enjoyed the spiny a rice with Gyro platter. Service was nice and ambiance was warm and cozy. Definitely will be back!

"A Little Greece Without the Jet Lag" If Zeus himself had a go-to bistro, I'm convinced it would be Ethos. It might not be the fanciest place (Thasos)... however, this isn't your typical "toss a few olives and call it Greek" spot -- no, this is elevated Mediterranean living with a side of charm. My wife started with the Caesar salad crowned with perfectly grilled shrimp -- each bite was a crisp, garlicky tango with the right touch of parmesan snow. I went for the Greek platter. Juicy gyro, fluffy rice, tzatziki that could convert a non-believer, and those roasted potatoes... let's just say they could start diplomatic negotiations. The avgolemono soup was a revelation -- silky, lemon-bright, and the kind of comforting that makes you wonder if the chef moonlights as a therapist. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the flavors have the kind of confidence that doesn't need to shout. This is a spot you bring a date to impress -- or a spouse to remind them you still know how to pick a winner.

Met up with a friend to have a girl lunch and enjoyed some good chats and some good food. This eatery was very inviting, our waitress kept checking up on us to ensure that we were doing OK. I wanna say one of the managers also checked in on if we were having a good dining experience. The restaurant was not packed. It was about 1230 when we arrived, so the environment was relaxed. This is my second time meeting my girly at this establishment and will definitely be coming by again.

Delicious food and beautiful ambiance. My only critique is I wish you could get more for what you pay for. It's the perfect place for a date night or night out with your friends. You can also order healthy food without worrying about gaining weight which is a bonus.

I've been a customer here since they opened, and I've noticed their portions and quality are slipping. Most recently I ordered a chicken pita that had two strips of chicken in it... thin ones. I'm not even sure you could call it a chicken pita, as there was more lettuce and tzatziki then actual chicken.. Same situation with their salads more recently the last few years, the amount of lettuce they include has significantly dropped .

I have been coming here since I was in high school and it never disappoints! Took my coworker here for the first time and we both raved about our experience. Sat outside as it was a beautiful day and had some nice happy hour cocktails. For an appetizer we had the cheese saganaki as it's one of my favorites and she had never had it before and we both died and went to heaven it was so good. I wasn't too hungry so for my meal I had the octopus appetizer and she had the lamb platter. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, however, the octopus said there was supposed to be a puree and it was just chopped vegetables for bedding. Service was good too! Definitely recommend this place to others as it is a staple.

Ethos Greek Bistro has a beautiful ambiance--definitely feels upscale and fine dining. The service is solid, and the manager has always been polite and professional. That said, there are a few things that keep me from wanting to go back. First, the portions are extremely small. For the prices they charge, you'd expect to leave satisfied, but I've walked out still hungry more than once. It's very expensive for what you get, and it just doesn't feel like a good value. What really rubbed me the wrong way, though, is what happened the last couple of times I paid with cash. When I needed change, I was told, "We don't carry change." That's not acceptable. If you can't provide change, then don't just round the bill in your favor--adjust the price accordingly. It feels like I'm being shortchanged, literally. Overall, it's a nice-looking place with good service, but the pricing, portion sizes, and handling of cash payments leave a bad taste.

Ethos Spice is back and for a limited time! 3 course meal for $26 absolutely great deal. This place consistently satisfies. My only complaint is they don't take reservations or call aheads.

Food: AMAZING! The platter is packed with food. The steak is flavorful. The hummus and naan are a MUST. The chicken is also a great option. Very tender and seasoned perfectly. Service: great! There was a bit of a wait for dinner (approx 40 mins) but you do receive a text once your table is ready so you're free to walk around the plaza while you wait. While the length of time we waited for a table is not ideal, it was worth it. The waiter was also friendly and attentive. Overall, I'd definitely return. This is a great spot, with great food, perfect for date night or casual-ish dinner.

Dropped in for a quick bite and beverage while shopping at The Promenade. Great service at the bar! First I ordered my fav, the zucchini croquettes. They had a brunch menu and I ordered the beet salad which has some gorgonzola, walnuts, and a balsamic dressing. The salads had optional toppers, I got falafel. Thankfully I had leftover tadziki from the croquettes to dip the falafel in. I also got a grapefruit mimosa. Nice balance to the salad! Don't let the wait at the hostess deter you- just go sit at the bar. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it's always busy here! Light fun music and nice plants balance out the space.

Omg! I love this restaurant. Food is amazing but what's even better the lovely manager Peppa and Drago my waiter. The sweetest people I've ever met at a restaurant. Peppa made me feel like we were family or friends for a very long time. She amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Came on a busy Saturday for date night dinner. The place was crowded, but our table of two was sat quickly. We chose to dine indoors, but they have outdoor seating that looks very welcoming. The restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms. Our waiter was very attentive - he kept our water glasses full and checked back to make sure we were enjoying our appetizer and meal. We started with their hummus, which was delightfully creamy but otherwise pretty lackluster (not enough lemon or garlic). We ordered the meat plate for two, which included two lamb chops, two pieces of grilled chicken, kefte, and gyro with sides of rosemary red potatoes and spinach rice. We were very hungry and we still left with a doggy bag! The kefte was juicy and flavorful but the chicken was a tad bland. My favorite part of the dish was the spinach rice, there was a lemony mint flavor that was very pleasing; I'd happily have skipped the potatoes for another serving of rice. We didn't order drinks or dessert, but maybe we'll be back to give their baklava a try.

Drago was our server, super attentive and thorough. AMAZING. Best Greek food I've ever had. We got the silver platter for 2, lefts with leftovers (and we're two 6' athletes so trust me, it was great portions), and feel awake and energized from the healthy fresh food. Top 3 favorite restaurants ever to be honest. The calm, well-lit ambience was a plus for sure.

Always a good meal at Ethos. Try the freshly made humus. Fresh seafood, lamb and beef.

Delicious food. Our waiter was knowledgeable and explained the menu well, we ordered few dishes and everything was very tasty and fresh. They also have a very nice outdoor seating. We would definitely come back again.

11/02/24 - Saturday evening. Busy night ,but we didn't have to wait very long. We have been here before but it's been awhile. The food and the service have always been good every time we have come. We had: * Scottish Salmon - not too shabby * Spread sampler , very good , enough for 3 ppl * Ethos Platter with gyro meat, very good very filling. * Rosemary Chicken thighs , very good . My favorite. We definitely will be back.

A lovely stop for lunch. Bright and roomy, and not too noisy. Food and service were really good; I would definitely recommend!

Always enjoy going to Ethos. We like the ambience, we enjoy taking a seat at the bar and enjoying a few appetizers along with a cocktail . Service is always good.

Went here for lunch and really enjoyed the modern casual atmosphere. Ordered the kefte saganaki platter. The meat was delicious and all the food was fresh. Our servicer was very attentive and all the food came out quickly. Overall a nice experience and a great choice for Greek cuisine in Coconut Creek.

Surprisingly good Greek restaurant (in a mall). Limited menu selection, but very good options. Lamb was very, very good and gyros in a wrap were delish. Will be a regular on our dining out. Pricing was very fair.

Just had a lovely dinner here with my mom. The server was fantastic (I wish I recalled his name)...we asked for suggestions and he gave some great options. We started with a spicy margarita and a mule...(his suggestion) both absolutely delicious! We had zucchini croquettes that came with tzatziki sauce-they were very flavorful. We shared the platter that came with plenty of meat, rice, pita and hummus, and salad. The gyro was a little salty, but overall the meal was great. Service was spot on. The vibe of this place was nice-they have outdoor seating but we chose to sit inside where the music was nice and not too loud.

Another great dinner!!! The weather allowed us to sit outside and it's as nice as the inside. Our waiter George was fantastic, friendly and courteous. All the appetizers are delicious and I absolutely loved their Orzo Paella which is loaded with sea food. The Shrimp Castella was as good. Great place to speaks time with friends and family.

It was Friday night and the Promenade was crazy busy. We didn't have a reservation and we didn't call ahead, but the 2 hosts were so nice and they got us seated as soon as they could. From that to the end, everything was perfect, we sat inside, the decor is done well. The server was extremely professional, courteous and treated us like we were the only ones there. We had some signature drinks and Tzatziki with warm pita, very good choices. I had the Lamb Chops, they were cooked perfectly and the portion very hearty, 4 large oversized pieces and very tasty. The other 2 had the Skirt Steak, nice size and flavorful. If I lived closer, I would be a regular. I highly recommend trying this special restaurant for yourself. I also, noticed a very big takeout business

Ethos meaning character in Greek is a restaurant located in the outdoor shopping center, The Promenade in Coconut Creek. Restaurants open and close quickly in this shopping center but owner and restaurateur George Pappas has managed to consistently deliver good food and service and Ethos has managed to stand the test of time since 2012. They also have a location in Wilton Manors. My Yelper friend was visiting from out of town (way out of town, LA! ) and I really wanted her to enjoy dinner. I gave her several options to pick from in the Promenade and with her great taste she chose the best one. It has been a few years since I have been here but it is as nice as I remembered. We opted to sit outside on the beautiful patio sidewalk but the inside is nicely appointed with dark wood tables and a bar lining the back wall. It is classier than your typical blue and white aesthetic that you find at most Greek restaurants. We started with cocktails of course. After giving them a few directions on how we wanted them made, I was served a perfect thirst quenching Coconut Freak made with Bacardi Coconut Rum. pineapple juice, and coconut puree. In addition to the signature cocktails they have a comprehensive wine menu. For our meal we decided on the Silver Taste of Ethos which requires a minimum of two people ($32 per person). It is a great way to get a bit of everything and really sample the menu. We started with the spread sampler which includes four dips: a tangy tzatziki, hummus, zesty creamy feta, and sriracha tzatziki. The dips were served with the most heavenly hot pita. Along with the dips were two of the tasty dolmades, traditional stuffed grape leaves which the staff hand rolls over 60,000 a year. Next up was a fresh and crisp Greek salad studded with creamy, salty feta. The star of the meal was the grilled meat platter that included spinach rice, potatoes, gyro, grilled chicken, and kefte. It was so much food, more than we could finish and we each left with a takeout box. Desserts are made in house but we were too full. We were constantly checked on throughout the meal by our server but also by two managers. You could not have asked for more attentive service. Ethos puts out food that is healthful, fresh, and tasty, coupled with good service at a fair price. It was the perfect place to catch up with my friend on a lovely South Florida March evening.

Food was just perfect! It was light and healthy. To be honest I was about to go to the Cheesecake factory, but after seeing Ethos I had to go try it out! It was a great choice. The service was perfect. Everyone was awesome and kind. Like to make a shout out to Chad! He recommended the food and drinks. Chad destroyed it! I enjoy the setting of the place. Very calming,but yet fun. I totally see this place being packed on a Friday night. Once again excellent food, service, and awesome setting.

Well m, we gave this establishment another try today and we LOVED IT! Sebastian was our server and he was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. The spinach rice is one of my favorite things. I'm grateful that we didn't give up on this experience and we will be back!

My husband, myself and our 5 month old had a wonderful lunch here on Saturday afternoon. We get the family meal which was $34 a person and is a great value. You get pita with dips, Greek salad and a whole meat and rice platter. It's absolutely delicious and there's a lot of food - enough for leftovers. Our server was great. The wine fresh and cold. Highly recommend!

In my recent takeout order for pita bread and hummus. The pita bread was placed inside the same container as the hummus. This arrangement resulted in the pita bread becoming soggy and unappetizing by the time I arrived home. It is a basic principle of food handling to ensure that warm items are not placed in containers that hold cold items or placing anything in a creamy consistency with bread, yet this oversight occurred in my case.

Delicious food, wonderful service and beautiful restaurant, inside and out! Have dined here many times, never disappoints! No reservations and parking at the mall may be challenging Highly recommend.

It's always a treat to be able to come here. The food is fresh, authentic and plain delicious! Whether you sit inside or outside the ambiance is delightful. The service is quick and friendly too.

Amazing experience. Honestly, if you're choosing Greek food in this area, ethos is the place to be. It's in the popular promenade shopping plaza and there's lots of parking. Our server was exceptional & the manager on duty Kristina also came to our table to welcome us. The way the staff spoke to us, you could tell they cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. We sat out in the patio area. In addition to fans, they have these huge umbrellas that provide a lot of shade, so it was quite pleasant. For drinks we had Greek beer & red wine. Our meal was Lamb Chops and Greek salad. We will continue to visit this place frequently. Thank you for the wonderful service and good food!

It's always great having lunch at Ethos. They have the best salads and omelets. I had a Greek salad with shrimp and my friend had hers with octopus. The service was excellent. They even brought me a birthday dessert. We love coming here when shopping at Promenade.

This is probably my husband and I's favorite restaurant right now . The food is great. There isn't a dish that we've had and didn't love . Lamb chops are top tier. Meat plate and mussels are great as well. The restaurant is located in a nice area. We typically sit outside if the weather permits. The service is always great. 10/10! We will probably be there next week for our Anniversary .

What a great restaurant! The food is DELICIOUS and huge portions. A lot of indoor and outdoor seating as well. I highly recommend the platters so you get a little of everything. Nice service. Can be a fancy or casual atmosphere

The food was delicious and the service was quick. Everyone here was super friendly! We had brunch - omelets and mimosa - perfection!!! Must try!

Terrific Greek food, big portions and great value. Went with a group of 6 and ordered the Gold family meal plan for the table, and it was tons of delicious food. Highly recommend.

We have been going to this place for about 6 years now. Always delicious and fresh Greek cuisine. The ambience is very pretty and I love the location where you can enjoy inside or outside dining. During the holidays, the promenade mall is decorated so pretty which makes outside dining even more appealing. It's a "must try" if you enjoy this type of cuisine!

This was my first time at Ethos and I was very pleased. I had the gyro platter it was amazing I never tasted potatoes so good. The portions were excellent you get so much I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu I also want to say the service was great

Ethos is my go-to Mediterranean spot!! I have been coming here for years and it is consistently a great experience! Their food, especially the small plates and dips, are top notch!
