We spend our Wednesday evening here due to a recommendation from our bnb host.
And it was one of our best food experiences in this region.
Nice modern cosy restaurant.
Location wise not the most romantic spot but easy to reach, parking spaces in front of the resto, and the inside is sweet.
Service super nice, communicative and attentive with a easy going bidart surfing attitude.
Food simply delicious. They go with sharable plates, organic, regional and seasonal and they do great.
We had tomato and kind of fluffy cream cheese (simple but comforting), glazed porc belly with a sweet potato Mille-feuille (super yummy), variation of zucchini (probably the best way to eat zucchini), sashimi of tuna (perfect) and grilled squid with tiny sweet grilled peppers (perfect again).
Also all of their dessert and the cheese plate, cause we had to try. And we did not regret that.
Wine wise they have a nice selection of regional wines, also a pretty decent collection is available by the glass. Also some fancy non alcoholic option (really nice ginger beer from biarritz and a mate kombucha).
