The workers are nice but do watch you a bit the products are nice and high quality but today (1/30) when I went and bought the chilly moon pallet the product package was dirty and the pallet itself is expired and as the photo shows it’s exp date (10/15/22) is there a possible way to go back and exchange the pallet or get a refund?? Update:I went back the next day it was a different worker but she understood right away and told me I could exchange it but all the pallets were expired so I had to pick a different one no problem but I would say check the date of the products before buying

I stop by sometimes at this store for advice on skincare and makeup. The staff is very courteous and helpful always recommend the best matches for skin and foundation. Impeccable service! I highly recommend!!!

Decent selection for korean makeup products. The employee in the store kept eyeing my boyfriend and I suspiciously which put us off a bit.

I'm going to be really realistic. The name of the store and the actual name on the store is completely different like I was confused when I walked past it not knowing what I was looking for. The amount of Korean products in the store is only 25% compared to the rest of the products. It is a cute place, don't get me wrong. There are a lot of cute items there but it's really not like a Korean cosmetic store. Kind of hard for me to explain but they do have good deals on skin care and masks. The best way for me to describe it was once upon a time there was a Korean cosmetic store and then another store took over it. A lot of cute deals on a little jewelry they have.

I bought products here and loved it but I wish they had a phone # so I could call before heading over there to see if they still have something.

The essence drenched super thin mask fits snugly on my face. There's so much essence left in the pouch that I can use it to apply to my neck and arms. My face feels hydrated and refresh afterward. Highly recommended.

So I was tasked with getting some makeup for my girlfriend and I have little to no knowledge about it so I was kinda scared coming in. I had a list and everything but still looking for them was a whole other story. Luckily the workers there were amazing. They helped me out so much. I was able to leave with the items that my girl wanted.

Have good products from what I've seen shortly. However EVERYTIME I come here the staff are literally behind you looking at you, that it makes you uncomfortable. I get that they need to look after their products but never have I felt so uncomfortable with staff like this before. I'm not the only one who has experienced this friends have too. .

Yelp
The place was very girly and child-like so I didn't notice at first, however the place is really organized and neat I got a soft drink tint in the color (zero red). The service was okay, there were only 2 staff members from what I saw; one of the staffs would come to check on us very 5 minutes which was a little uncomfortable but I can't speak Chinese that well so that's probably why. They seem very nice, friendly and helpful so I'll go there again.

Yelp
I love Etude House and Innis Free products so I was excited to find out there was a store in New York. The workers were helpful and made recommendations based on my skin type. Unfortunately I was traveling and couldn't buy large size products as I couldn't bring them in my carry on. I settled for a bunch of $1 face masks. :D

Yelp
The girl working here was so helpful and sweet. No pressure into purchasing products you don't need or want. Very helpful with recommendations. She even offered a sample of a toner I had been going back and forth with while shopping in store. Definitely will come back for my k beauty products.

Yelp
A K-beauty store that's a gem. The display racks are cutely decorated, and there are so many things to see. They also have Sulhwasoo products, which seems welcoming to the older folks who have their specific beauty wants & needs. If you're looking to gift something for your mom, grandma, etc., there are options for their skin types. Workers know their stuff. They're patient and willing to help make recommendations that are budget-friendly. And instead of just giving random samples, I really appreciate that the worker recommended something that might be suitable for me. Pretty gift wrapping is available, so that is definitely a plus!

Yelp
The owner is so nice and spent around an hour helping my mom and I choosing skincare and makeup. She didn't pressure us into buying anything (we were trying to get my prom makeup so when I said I already had things like blush, she'd say yeah use that one and mentally was making a list of everything we needed and had) which was great when compared to other stores (usually they follow you and pressure you into getting things you don't really want or need and it can be awkward). All the products seemed real (the owner says she gets shipments from etude house and innisfree regularly) and there are a large selection of products from each brand. Unlike other stores that carry multiple brands however, the prices seemed very on par with what they are priced for in the actual brands stores.

Yelp
I saw the cutest Etude House hair band online (the one with the kitty cat ears) and came to yelp and searched "Etude House" and found this in the neighborhood. I stopped by and lucky me they had it in stock!!! This place is very cute, the owner and the people that work here are super kind and helpful, and the prices are AFFORDABLE. I will definitely be coming back! I'm so glad I found this place! They opened this year and aside from skincare, accessories, and makeup they also sell really cute stationary supplies. I can't wait to go back. I recommend this place 100%!

Yelp
Like this place has so many good things and good price. And I really enjoy this mask sheets. These are so moisturizing and shooting. I will buy again.

Yelp
This store is so good! I came to grab a couple skincare items from Innisfree and they had SUCH a good selection!! Got everything I wanted and a little more (lol). Prices are within a couple dollars of the prices online, which was nice. Prefer to buy things IRL because you can check out the testers, which they had a ton of! The saleslady who helped me was sooo sweet and helpful! Shopping here was more fun and pleasant than at most beauty stores, for sure. Highly recommend this shop!!

Yelp
Was around the area and happened to stumble upon this shop, I was greeted by Peter and we had a great conversation very welcoming lots of deals and promotions going around the store. If you're around the area make sure to stop by you won't regret it!

Yelp
Finally a store selling innisfree and etude house!!!! Yayyyyy!! No more having to order on Amazon and waiting for shipment. Now I can walk in and order all the K-beauty products I want. The girl working there was so nice and gave me my space. Sometimes I get annoyed going to some of these cosmetic stores in the area because the workers stare me down and follow me around like I'm going to steal something. It can be really annoying but the girl was super pleasant and she had really nice makeup on. She showed me which color eye shadows I should use and gave me some makeup tips. Since then I've been getting compliments from my coworkers and friends. Highly recommend this place and getting help from Jennifer the worker.
