This is a hard restaurant to rate. I think you need to check in advance what they offer, and decide if it suits you.
They do a very local/seasonal cuisine, with products that come straight from the region. If you like that concept, you'll probably like it a lot.
In our case, this meant that the menu was mostly vegetarian. A lot of radish, celery, and stuff like that. Personally, when I got to a place at this price range I expect to see more of the "heavy hitter" ingredients in the menu. So all those veggies didn't really hit the spot for me.
Also, they have an open kitchen and prepare the dishes in sight of the customers. Generally I'm a big fan of this concept, but they overdo it. Our meal lasted around five and a half hours, and we weren't really taking our time with the dishes. I found it too much in the end.
So, to be frank, it didn't really work for me. But I think they are fairly clear on their website on what they do. If you go knowing that, I think you'll like it. The price range, however, has it implicitly competing with some other top restaurants in the region, which IMO are stronger options.
