I would love to give this place a 5 star considering their pricing is affordable and they have a great variety in flower, but I feel like the customer service varies on what type of service they're providing. The first couple of times I've come in they've been great (except forgetting to capture my phone number for rewards for 3 months straight), but today wasn't a great experience.
I placed a delivery order because I was working from home, and had to call back Euphoria because they needed to let me know that what I had ordered wasn't in stock although it was available online. After I spoke to someone about updating my order of Stoney Biscuitz to two packages rather than a package of GMO & Stoney Biscuitz, I got separate call from the delivery driver stating that I would only be receiving one package of Stoney Biscuitz. This delivery driver advised I place another order online to get the second package, so I went online to do so. But after checking my processing order, it was marked online as me purchasing two packages of GMO, strain that's not in stock. I decided to call Euphoria again, was transferred to what I assume was a higher up in the store because it wasn't the initial person who had answered my call about my order, and spoke to them about the confusion I was experiencing with my order. They stated that my delivery driver would be delivering 2 packages of Stoney Biscuitz, and that my order history will update accurately after my delivery.
My delivery driver arrives about an hour or two later, and he only has one package of Stoney Biscuitz and says once again, that I should place another order online. I call Euphoria for the 3rd time and it's the initial person who supposedly updated my order. This person seems pretty frantic about getting me off the phone, stating that a delivery driver will be coming with the second package of Stoney Biscuitz. I ask them if that's part of my order-- the one that was corrected earlier--but instead of explaining that it was not actually corrected and that I would have to place another order, they try to rush me into placing another delivery order over the phone.
The whole situation was severely disappointing and confusing, and it felt like none of the associates were communicating with me honestly about my order, or communicating with each other about it. And unfortunately my order history still shows I've ordered 2 packages of the out of stock GMO. Of course this hot mess is avoidable when you walk-in store, but I definitely wouldn't recommend placing delivery orders.
