Brought my friend here because he’s in town and Edward was amazing and treated us extremely well, offering my friend a lot of information that he was unaware of. The environment is great and the store is bright and clean, and really nice to be in!

Had a great first-time experience at Euphoria! Marissa was wonderful — super friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome right away. She even gave us a complimentary pre-roll since it was our first visit, which was such a nice touch. We ordered two vape deals and everything was smooth and easy. Great service, good vibes, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful, I checked in and was told they don't accept California Med Cards which doesn't make sense because I called ahead of time in the phone and then I get told by the older black security that I can't even be in the building with this med card. The same security guard decided to stare extremely hard at my girlfriend butt in front of me I took that as extreme disrespect, have some self control buddy .

For you, the reader, to read and see then decide if you'd like to do business here. Leaving a comment on today's service from this dispensary. Placed an order for delivery and received a phone call at 12:53pm verifying my order and informing me my order would arrive in 30 min. I waited for the order to arrive but did not get an update until 1:44pm when I received a text. 20 min after the order should have arrived. I waited again. I received another text almost an hour after with the same information. Unfortunately, I had to call and cancel my order. I'll have to look for a dispensary that cares about their business, clients and reputation. If you have any suggestions on some dispensaries that do care, and deliver, let me know about them and your experience. So I know where to get deliveries from.

It's always some ish with them. I'll happily go elsewhere! Rude and uninformed workers. Rules change from visit to visit. They've accepted my CA medical since they opened... now all of a sudden they don't.

I did an online order and told me my cost was 87.69 with taxes get here to pay and I was told my amount was 94. I showed her on my phone the prices were different from what it told me on their app to when I got to place. She rudely told me it's the taxes, I told her no it shows with taxes on the app. She then told me the app is wrong but they have not changed it. This feels like bait and switch to me. I won't be back and looking at a previous purchase it happened to me there too. I don't do business with shady places

I have been to Euphoria wellness dispensary a couple times and it has been the best experience. This is my number one go to dispensary love everyone there. Everyone is so nice and helpful. This is the one dispensary I would recommend coming to also, also ask for Kelly she is amazing and the best bender ever and she always treats us so nice and would recommend her. She is the one I always come and ask for when she works.

I drive 25 mins passed PLENTY of other dispensaries from my house and come to Euphoria every week because they're so amazing. The STAFF is so legit and on point with everything, the product is always the same great quality, and the pricing is straight up and honest. Been coming here for 3 years now and have never had a single complaint. I don't leave a lot of reviews but will happily leave 5 stars for this place, would leave 10 if I could. Keep it up guys and I'll see you in about 30 mins for my weekly visit:)

They have great deals but prepare to wait at least 8 hours for delivery! Every time I order from here it takes 8-10 hours for delivery.

Currently I'm recovering from a very long cancer journey and weed has been MY choice of relief from side effects. Everytime I order from Euphoria, they have the best inventory, sales associates, and delivery drivers. Reason I say the best is because I haven't had one bad experience with these guys. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Euphoria. (no pun intended) Britton and Justin are standouts by the way.

Best place to find your cannabis and CBD. They might be a bit out of the way with all the dispensaries in town but worth the trip. The people who work there know about cannabis and can be very helpful to someone new that has no real knowledge and wants positive information and help with their own needs. Highly recommend them.

got completely screwed out of $300 by lies and mismanagement. found a flavor we loved, came back just for them to tell us they're out. we asked them to check backstock and they said "we're sorry we're completely dry." so we got other stuff. as soon as we leave, we placed a pickup order just to be sure because it said they had stock of it online. 5 minutes later, they filled the order and i picked up the correct product they were "completely dry" of. when we went in to try and exchange because we were lied to, the manager said no exchanges even though it was their fault and all other dispensaries are accountable for their mistakes. not this one. he offered me 10% off the next day since i was maxed out, came back next day, other manager won't honor it and i can't wait because this is literally our vacation pack. wasted $360 on the first order and $40 on the 10% off they didn't honor. $400 disgrace and im so upset. i will never be back to this place, the vibe is just so off compared to other dispos and they just don't take care of the customers. i was lied to twice, and i was treated like trash. your hard earned coin is better spent anywhere else. customer comes last at euphoria. cannot begin to express my disgust. as a former cannabis worker and lover of the plant, this place is an industry embarrassment

I was having my weed delivered from this dispensary--the weed was very dry and crumbly and I should have saved some. Their delivery people and people on the phones were delightful and always helpful--I need 10% off the next time I come for the lousy pot

I was to publicly announce that Euphoria Wellness is by far the best dispensary in Nevada. I say this from a disabled Veteran POV. Once is became a customer... I've been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect for my military service. For the Veteran who is disabled, you get higher discounts IF, you're a medical card patient, up to 30%. Which is the best deal in the valley. I've shopped at other dispensaries and no one can compare with this company. They have an outstanding staff that will help you get the best product for YOUR NEEDS. These guys have provided me with the best service. Sure there are other stores that have great service out there. They offer only 10% for Veterans recreational or medical. And their deals...are not really a deal. I just want to Thank You for all you've done. Great product at great prices. Keep up the outstanding work.... Vets, just bring your VA letter showing your disability rating, the discounts I receive, literally pay for the card itself. And yes the VA knows I have a medical card and that I smoke marijuana. It's just written down in my doctor's notes. So no fear of losing your benefits! Recreational wise or Medical use. P.S. If you guys are looking for a new location...there's a perfect one just west on Ann Rd, lol. Since I live in North Las Vegas...I could actually Walk to your store....

I moved to Vegas from Washington state where there were several dispensaries. I never stepped foot inside one until I took my elderly friend to euphoriawellnessnv.com so she could purchase gummies. I went inside with her and was completely impressed with how professional and clean the establishment was. I asked if I could use the restroom which they allowed me to do so. The bathroom was so clean, and to me, that alone spoke volumes! They even gave me a cold bottle of complimentary water while I waited for my friend. The gummies helped my friend with pain, anxiety, and sleep so I thought I would break down and give Euphoria a try. I purchased gummies, a topical maximum strength unscented Flex-all 420 pain relief cream as well as oral tablets. 1:1:1 CBN:CBD:THC. I found that the products I purchased truly were effective in reducing my pain and anxiety levels. I feel safe here and well respected by incredibly knowledgeable and eager to educate and assist staff members. They have a security guard at the door and you must provide your ID at the window prior to a friendly employee taking you back to view and purchase desired products. Curbside service and online pickup is conveniently offered. Even more convenient, is the opportunity to have your purchase delivered to the comforts of your home. Euphoria offers several discounts such as senior, Veterans, Disabled Veterans, and recreational. They also have a rewards program. They will aid you in acquiring a medical cannabis card as well. Lastly, I recommend to keep checking their website for current specials. I wish I could give Euphoria higher than a 5 star rating. I am completely satisfied as a customer and highly recommend paying them a visit! Oh, and tip the staff, I'm sure they are grateful. Thank you so much Euphoria!!

make sure your VIP or they will make you wait behind multiple VIP people even if you were the first person in line... POOR customer service to be told your in the back of the bus because I'm not VIP. SAD

I went here and got some concentrate and the total before tax was $50 I'm no math expert but the tax on that should be about $9.00 I was charged $16.00, I live to far to go back but that's how the lost my business.

I placed an order for delivery before noon. I called 2 times for updates and they weren't able to provide a delivery time. They have NEVER delivered an order in less than 6 hours. Several times they blew me off and delivered the next day. This time I called after a 7 hour wait and cancelled the order. I have NEVER had an issue with any other dispensary's delivery. Due to your inability to efficiently run a business, you have permanently lost me as a customer.

Placed an order early in the day for delivery waited all day kept getting told we are on the next delivery. Then at almost 930 pm get told ohh we can't deliver you need to come get it. Fine I'll pay for an Uber to drive from north Vegas then I get there and my order cost more to pick up then delivery would have cost me how does that even make sense? I wouldn't have been so upset if there was some sort of communication but nothing at all. And when we call to check the status it seems like it's an inconvenience and it's a bother to even do your job

We ordered for delivery at noon today.. First time using this business.. I ordered in my name and was paying with my debit card.. I was told I Must be home since it was in my name.. I cancelled my 1:30pm barber appointment, because I was told it would take a couple hours.. Luckily it's my day off of work.. Six hours later our package is delivered.. Absolutely horrible delivery service!! The one star rating is only for the driver, he was a nice guy, friendly and great attitude.... Our first and last time using

I have an Arizona ID, my ID would not "scan"...Even though I've been here before, they wouldn't allow me to shop. BIG THUMBS DOWN!!! I'll make sure to let ALL my AZ peeps know not to shot here. The customer service sucks and I only tolerated it because I wanted a specific strain.

If you want to deal with sassy Customer service go here. Plus no parking. No handicap parking. If you park in the 15 minutes they threaten to call the tow truck. This isn't a place I would ever return too.

I would love to give this place a 5 star considering their pricing is affordable and they have a great variety in flower, but I feel like the customer service varies on what type of service they're providing. The first couple of times I've come in they've been great (except forgetting to capture my phone number for rewards for 3 months straight), but today wasn't a great experience. I placed a delivery order because I was working from home, and had to call back Euphoria because they needed to let me know that what I had ordered wasn't in stock although it was available online. After I spoke to someone about updating my order of Stoney Biscuitz to two packages rather than a package of GMO & Stoney Biscuitz, I got separate call from the delivery driver stating that I would only be receiving one package of Stoney Biscuitz. This delivery driver advised I place another order online to get the second package, so I went online to do so. But after checking my processing order, it was marked online as me purchasing two packages of GMO, strain that's not in stock. I decided to call Euphoria again, was transferred to what I assume was a higher up in the store because it wasn't the initial person who had answered my call about my order, and spoke to them about the confusion I was experiencing with my order. They stated that my delivery driver would be delivering 2 packages of Stoney Biscuitz, and that my order history will update accurately after my delivery. My delivery driver arrives about an hour or two later, and he only has one package of Stoney Biscuitz and says once again, that I should place another order online. I call Euphoria for the 3rd time and it's the initial person who supposedly updated my order. This person seems pretty frantic about getting me off the phone, stating that a delivery driver will be coming with the second package of Stoney Biscuitz. I ask them if that's part of my order-- the one that was corrected earlier--but instead of explaining that it was not actually corrected and that I would have to place another order, they try to rush me into placing another delivery order over the phone. The whole situation was severely disappointing and confusing, and it felt like none of the associates were communicating with me honestly about my order, or communicating with each other about it. And unfortunately my order history still shows I've ordered 2 packages of the out of stock GMO. Of course this hot mess is avoidable when you walk-in store, but I definitely wouldn't recommend placing delivery orders.

You don't own the parking lot .... Next time you can tow my car, I wouldn't go here if you were the only play in town

Tuesday March 9th 2020 at 9:10 pm I stood in line for about 1.5hrs when I'm not a recreational user - I pay for my medical card every year and it's going to expire during this pandemic. End of April to be exact! I'm very upset I froze outside when the girl on the phone said they were going to limit how many people and the duration of customers.. Only taking people from the pick up line than walk -ins. This is the only place I frequent and I'm very loyal to this place. What a way to make me feel like a number and sadly I voted for recreational knowing this would happen. Medical patients should have their own line or just cut up front. Ridiculous. By the time I got sort of close to the front doors security guy came out and said there was complaints being phoned into the governor's office and if we wanted to purchase tomorrow we had to leave! HOW RUDE!!! I wear their apparel around town and that's the thanks I got.

Best selection of cannabis from a budget section to the top shelf. Prices are very competitive compared to other clubs. Make sure to check Weedmaps to get information on deals they have. I've been here multiple times and every strain I bought was fire and fresh. I highly recommend you try this club if you want to save money plus smoke fire tree.

Do not recommend. Took 30 minutes to check out because store associate didn't know what he was doing. He charged me for items I did NOT ask for nor receive. I live 1700 miles away and was offered store credit

The experience here was probably better than my experience in LA, and a bit more fast pace. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and checked you in right away. It was rather busy at 10pm, but I got in and out in about 5 mins knowing exactly what I wanted and needed. I browsed online before coming to the shop, and I just had the rep go over what I needed and he took care of me very well. The process was simple and easy, and I wasn't overwhelmed with information overload. Definitely recommend this dispensary when in Vegas.

Worst dispensary ever. Pick up order constantly getting cancelled. Front desk workers are incompetent and simply don't give a shit. You will get skipped in line if you're not a "VIP member". This was my regular dispensary but I will never be back here again.

Wouldn't recommend shopping here. I walking in the store asking for Sativa Edibles and mistakenly bought 4 CBD edibles. When I phoned the store I was told I would be able to exchange the gummies for some stronger gummies and the sooner I brought them back the better, told them I was on my way. I arrive at the store and am told that I am not able to exchange them due to COVID ,but can get some other edibles for 50% off. When I brought up that I called before I came I was told "I don't know who you spoke with" , I then proceeded to leave the store any person that treats a customer like that will not receive my money. Will never shop here again.

I just completely love this dispensary I have been coming here for almost 4 years and don't plan on stopping. For one their customer service is top notch from being greeted by the door by security to the very nice people working in the front. I would highly recommend signing up for their daily deals they come in handy. Curbside pick up staff is the best. Managment stays on top and stays running this place to perfection keep it up.

I love the staff here and the buds they always have a wide range of strains !!! The customer service here is beyond and better than any shop ive been to and ive been to ALOT ! They are efficient and super nice and friendly. There first time patient deal is super awesome and the loyalty rewards are amazing too. Love how they give points for the bags if you reuse them ;-) saving the earth!!!! I love ordering online and picking it up so easy and fast :-) i highly recommend that and its safer during these times our health is important. On a side note- Maria who helped me out today was awesome but when i tried to tip her for going above and beyond she said they dont accept tips. What a shame because there staff is very good on customer service and i believe the tips will motivate them to continue to do good!!! Maybe management can reconsider this and at the least allow them to accept it ....maybe having a sealed tip jar for each employee ;-) so we can safely put money in the jar when they get tipped! Continue being awesome & i will continue to come here!!!

Best deals in Vegas! I always get a great deal at Euphoria Wellness. I just refuse to go anywhere else they always have great prices , great deals always and of course the curbside pick up is easy and convenient. Everybody there is friendly and helpful just can't say enough great things about this dispensary. My one stop shop ! Everytime I come in here it is a great experience. Everyone is really nice, the music is good, and you can't beat their selection and their prices! Nikki helped check us in today and told us about some of the specials. She was a pleasant start to the visit and Trent assisted us in the store! Budtender Robert did a fine job taking my phone order. If you're a medical user, Robert is knowledgeable about marijuana health benefits. How do I know? He didn't focus on high THC levels like you hear a lot but explained the terpenoids combo in each strain we discussed. He was also patient working with me on my budget explaining price category, inventory and applying my veterans discount for disabled vets. Yes they have a disabled veterans discount so bring you SC benefit letter fellow service bros and sis!!! They are the few that has this but the ONLY one I found to be the best discount. The driver Jeromy was also punctual and friendly on the phone and in person. So from a delivery call to my meds at my doorstep A+ work! \m/

It's weed guys, what could be bad? Staff is always super nice, their selection is spectacular, too. You can order over the phone or online, then do curbside pick-up. I tend to get the same thing every time we go, but it does the job, am I right? It's weed, guys.

My friend and I just moved to Vegas from la and we knew the cannabis game would be different here. We've been coming to euphoria quite a bit because they have the best prices and quality edibles . But we weren't very impressed by the bud tender knowledge on products until today when we met Anthoney! We asked questions and he responded with more than "that's a good one " , "that's not good". He was very informative and very friendly much appreciated and we will be back again !!

Ok so I found this gem of a place through a friend who posted on her Instagram about it. She posted a pic of the rove Apple pie cartridge and I was immediately enamored and found the shop she picked up from. I did some research online and me and my boyfriend came here the other day to check it out. So our first experience was great! The security guard was super friendly and opened the door for us. Very clean and organized shop, no wait time! I've been going to another dispensary for some time now and have been disappointed in the weed quality. The lab tested percentages here were already better and they have great deals on 1/8ths. Lynn was helping us out and she was so great! Hilarious, so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! She helped us choose some great strains, we got really good deals on them and some free prerolls. We also took a look at the cartridges and Lynn helped us choose some great strains and I got a new battery. I LOVE their battery and cartridge so far! Better quality than any other shop. My boyfriend never gets high, he has a super high tolerance and a couple hits of the pen had him knocked out! Wooooo!! Love this shop and love Lynn! Thanks so much! We will definitely be coming back and this will be our new shop! Oh, also. One thing I hated about the shop we used to go to, the product was always in the back and we ordered off menus with numbers. I like having percentages and lab test numbers but I hated not being able to see what I was buying. This shop, everything is out in the open, so fancy and upscale looked like a jewelry store haha. Anyways, love this place!

Been coming here for years. Staff is amazing, also always got deals and flowers and gummies. Great place for locals to stop by and get some good stuff! Only thing that bothers me about this place is that their employees cannot accept tips. They are in the service industry, as THEY SHOULD accept a little gratuity from their clients. Employee told me they can only accept coin change, which is rather disrespectful in my eyes. Please change that!

I was recommended to this dispensary by the owner of pink spot vape shop on rainbow boulevard. And let me just say if I could leave 20 stars I would! When you first walk in there is security guard that acknowledges you and greets you promptly yet warmly, then you give your ID to the woman at the front desk to check in, then you wait in the lobby that's fresh and clean to be helped. I only waited in the lobby for about three minutes tops before somebody walked out and personally greeted me and took me back to their shopping area. The gentleman who helped me name is Jon. And Jon is the shit! I was there to purchase some CBD oil and he took his time explaining so much helpful information to me and went above and beyond with his customer service. He even told me about a special they were having a few hours later where I would get a free CBD pain relieving ointment with a purchase of a certain brand of tincture CBD oil. He was patient with me, very friendly and answered all my questions and that to me is irreplaceable. I didn't know much about CBD oil before but now I can say I am well-versed on the topic. I have an intestinal disease that causes a lot of inflammation and Jon was even able to help me find a very particular type of CBD oil that would help me. This will definitely be my go to spot whenever friends come in town and want to go to the dispensary. Overall the atmosphere was positive, the staff was very helpful, and Jon went above and beyond. You have a lifelong customer!

Ordered delivery at 1pm , it is now 9pm and no show. They called twice to confirm and still not here.

I didn't know they planned on changing their Discount program but they were nice enough to inform me of the deal change. The 10% discount is for wearing one of their branded shirts they sell now. I guess their discount program will change time to time but for a 10% discount it's worth grabbing one and just leaving in your car! Still the best quality I've seen in Vegas over the 5 or 6 shops I've visited. Very knowledgeable and patient.
