We were just enjoying a leisurely afternoon at the mall which turned into an early afternoon search for a nearby Happy Hour. My son was familiar with Eureka! at another location, so we decided to give this one a try. The burger and fries were great. It was also easy to get seated and we had excellent service. Definitely, worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood.

Google
It was a great dining experience. The food was delicious, and the waiter was very attentive. The restaurant offers both indoor and patio seating, and it’s quite spacious.

Google
Pretty good food, came here twice but on the second time the veggie burger was too bland and the fried pickles were too sour. The fries are great and the normal beef burgers were good.

One of my favourites to dine at! Food: Went in for a dinner and ordered a beet burger which a side of fries. The burger was delicious and really well made. The buns were crispy, the patty was super yum and the marinated onion was highlight for me! Definitely my favourite kinda burger Service: Quick and sweet. Ambience: Bustling always, weekend or weekday! They have an easy reservation option and I’d recommend doing that!

We came here with our daughter and two dogs. They are very dog friendly. They bring out a bowl of water for your dogs and recommend options on the menu for them to eat. Our food was also very good. The waitress was my far the best part of the experience. I honestly forget her name but she was great. She was so helpful and funny and treated our dogs great.

Google
Loved our dinner at Eureka! We started with the ahi tuna poke stack which was great. For entrees we had the fish and chips and Al Pastor fish tacos, everything 5 stars. Service was friendly and quick. We sat on the dog friendly patio. Definitely recommend!

Our first time here but it won’t be our last. Our server Bella actually made our experience so delightful!!! All her recommendations were spot on!!! The fig burger was awesome and the truffle fries delicious. The bourbon barrel with vanilla imperial stout was omg amazing!!! Bella luckily steered me toward the passion fruit lemonade instead of the overly lavender tea and it was definitely the right decision after tasting it. A great server with insight into the menu and a friendly attitude makes for a fun meal out. We can get great food many places but service is another story so we stick to places where the people are awesome and Bella is definitely fantastic! We will be asking to sit in her section every time.

This used to be a go-to place for special occasions with my family, but I hadn’t been back since COVID. I decided to take my kids out for burgers, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. After some waiting, we were finally seated and given menus, but no kids’ menu. I assumed they didn’t have one until I asked—turns out they had simply forgotten to give it to me. I ordered two drinks and one water, but we were served three drinks. I had to call the waitress to fix it. My son ordered a well-done burger, but when it arrived, it tasted burnt. Looking closer, the patty was raw inside and burnt outside. For a burger place, that was shocking. The waitress took it back and apologized, asking if we wanted a replacement, but my son did not want another. When I asked if we’d still be charged, she said no—but then immediately offered the check while the rest of us were still eating, which felt premature. I had a Cobb salad with chicken, but the chicken was so overcooked it was hard to chew. The kids’ lemonades also tasted off, and neither of them could finish their drinks. To top it off, when the bill came, the extra drink (that we had returned) was still charged, so I had to correct the waitress again. In short, the evening didn’t turn out as expected. The staff wasn’t particularly attentive or professional, the food quality was poor, and overall, it felt overpriced for what we got.

Yelp
Went here last night with a group of coworkers after work. There were 6 of us and we were seated right away. The restaurant itself is pretty big! There's both indoor and outdoor seating available. There are heat lamps outside as well. Service was quick and efficient. The food and drinks were surprisingly good! Food/drink review: Wild child: (5/5) We got the pitcher, which was enough for 4 drinks for us! Ended up getting 2 pitchers because it was so tasty! Double smash: (5/5) This was actually delicious! The meat was flavorful and tender and overall burger was yummy. It was also half off yesterday which was a nice surprise! Fried pickles: (3/5) Tasty, but very salty. Truffle fries: (4/5) These were delicious! Great crunch and flavor. Yummy dipping sauce. Caesar salad: (5/5) Super simple, but soo good! They had a nice amount of cheese and dressing. Nachos: (5/5) YUM. The black bean on these were so good and the steak was cooked perfectly and was very tender.

Yelp
Amazing whiskey list with whiskey flights. And the fig burger is unbeatable. Real cool relaxed vibe in the middle of UTC mall.

Yelp
Sad to say that this place has definitely declined in terms of customer service and I don't think I will come back unless they get it together. My family was visiting from the bay area so I suggested dinner here on Saturday evening. It was around 8pm when I got in line to check in. There were 2 small groups ahead of me as I patiently waited. The other groups were seated promptly then the hostess at the front never came back. I waited and a waitress noticed so she came by to apologize and let me know she was going to get someone to help(which I appreciate). A few minutes later, some other person comes up that was not the original host that I saw she saeemed so lost and didn't understand my request for a table even thougu this was at the check in desk at the front. The place is wide open with many many tables available everywhere. The confused employee asks me what I need and as I ask for a table her immediate response to me is 'oh thats going to be at least an hour wait'. Excuse me? You haven't checked anything but it felt like she just made it up. Hour wait for what when no one is here? The restaurant was NOT busy and plenty of tables were open. She puts me down on the wait list and I never hear back until yesterday(sunday evening) 24 hours after checking in on Saturday evening. Ok, i'm happy to bring my business elsewhere. I ended up with my party of 10 at Haidilao which they quoted me an hr wait but texted within 15 minutes. I've noticed this in a lot of restaurants lately that the business owners or whoever is managing the establishments are not choosing the right people to manage seating at their businesses. It's like these people lack the common sense any person should have.

Yelp
What can I say. It's a Eureka. I won't say they have the best food but it's decent a bit pricey. The service is always a hit or miss. If they are busy expect for them to take a while. On our recent visit the service wasn't that good, but the manager on duty was top notch. Will we be coming here again, yeah but it won't be our first choice, if there is nothing else.
google avatar

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been to Eureka. This time sadly, I was very much disappointed. Ordered some appetizers and a grilled cheese for a pre-game snack. The service was pretty good, nothing to complain about. The inside of the restaurant is very large and clean. The food was average at best. The fries came out a little cold, and the grilled cheese was not very tasty. The soup was also lukewarm. Overall not the best experience from the kitchen.

Yelp
We went to Eureka for lunch. They have quite a number of salad options. Along with the salads there are several choices of proteins to add to the salad. The proteins are quite expensive (either $7.50 or $8.50). I tried the Goat Cheese Citrus Salad with Chicken. It was very good. My husband had the Southwest Garden Salad with Ahi Tuna. He thought it was terrific. The ice tea was very good. Our server was Taylor who was attentive and helpful. The restaurant has an open air feel. The day that we were there it was great to sit inside but get the feel of outside.

Yelp
Overview: Nice place to chill for a few hours, tried some appetizers, pretty decent prices during happy hour or if you play Volo sports ---- Volo and Eureka have a partnership so lots of teams come out after their games, their deals are pretty good. ---- Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts ($7 Volo, $11 Regular) - orange chili glaze, chimichurri, almonds - great flavor and texture - delicious appetizer and decent size to share with others Mac N' Cheese Balls ($7 Volo, $12.5 Regular) - they use shell pasta with beer cheese sauce, Fresno chilies, chives, Parmesan - ranch is a bit thinner, good flavor - nice and crispy - comes with 5 balls ---- Ambiance: - We had a party of 9 and sat outside by the fire - The fire can get a bit warm during the early evening but was perfect at night after the sun set - The options are either on or off, there is no control of different heats - Lots of seating and pillows ---- Other notes: - Parking is easy at UTC, 2 hrs free then $3 an hour afterwards - It was self-service for us, we were given menus and then ordered inside - I'm sure they would be servers if we sat inside and ordered real food - The one server I did talk to asking for the bathroom was nice - The women's restroom only had 1 stall open and had no toilet paper ---- Overall: it was a chill place to hangout with a large group to get some drinks and appetizers, the happy hour menu is worth it compared to their normal prices, very accommodating

Yelp
I had a bad experience once where I was served the wrong dish. I hadn't touched it yet, but when the server noticed she told me she gave me the wrong dish. Instead of taking the whole dish away, she used her bare hands to take away the burger and proceeded to use her bare hands to get my sandwich on her plate and place it onto my plate. At least when I told another server they remade my dish which I waited for 25 minutes. Despite that, I love the truffle cheese fries they have and the sauce it comes with makes it perfect. The sauce is rich and thick with white truffle. The mac and cheese balls are also great and have a little bit of spice to them. I love pairing it with the truffle sauce which you can order additionally. The service is always a bit slow and it takes long for the food to arrive. I have to wait 15 minutes before my order is taken and another 30 before my food arrives. I love the food so I would definitely go, but probably at a different location.

Yelp
Came at 8pm for a party of 2. Server was very quick and attentive with us at first, checked with us 3x for drinks and then forgot to take our meal orders, so it took around 30 minutes before we flagged down another worker to call our server, and another 20 minutes for food to arrive. Other than that, pretty great service, food came promptly and we ordered the blackberry cider (which was delicious!) and a watermelon agua fresca, which was rimmed with sugar and tajin. The nachos were okay, the chips were really thin and sometimes broke even right as they came, the toppings seemed a little meager for the chips amount but the taste was fine regardless. The al pastor tacos were great, the only thing I would change would be the singular strip of seared mahi mahi in the middle, it made for some interesting bites instead of being smaller pieces. The star of the show was definitely their signature truffle cheese fries, my go-to order at Eureka-- they are aromatic and crunchy with a soft inside. My friend who doesn't enjoy fishy tastes was fine with the mahi mahi tacos, and the sauce it came with was a great sweet sauce to go with the freshness of the lime. The meal altogether was $55 before tip!

Yelp
I had such a great experience! My waitress was so cool and took great care of me. I had the American burger. It came out cooked exactly the way I asked and the meat was seasoned. I had the bourbon barrel cake and that was probably one of the best desserts I've ever had. Don't leave without trying it.

Yelp
Came around 5:30PM Saturday and it was pretty full inside but we still got seated right away. I ordered the fish and chips and the cod pieces were huge! The fingerling potatoes were different than I'm used to but still good; I'd get regular fries next time. Service was great and the interior is modern and spacious

Yelp
My husband and I came to this mall and saw this eureka location and boy it was delicious. We like to sit at the bar and the bartender was super nice and made us feel super comfortable. I had a Japanese beer Which was great and refreshing. My husband had an old fashion and it was super flavorful, he loved it. For dinner I had the black and blue mushroom burger cooked medium and it was super juicy, creamy and flavorful I absolutely loved it. My husband had the ribeye Philly and it's was juice and flavorful as well.

Yelp
Amazing!!! Jessica is an amazing manager, she helped us and did amazing service! She's THE girllll! I wanna come here often

Yelp
Food and drinks were good. Really liked the drink special of the month with a swap of gin. Mainly went to watch the NBA finals. Service was the weird part. Had no issues with the frequency of service, but mainly the attitude. It's that feeling where after you leave you discuss it with your friend and say, "Hey it felt weird in there right? Like the server did not like us?"It felt like we should have left and if we did leave they would have expected it. It's hard to say because there were no issues with drinks, food, timing of food or drinks, or payment. I will say that I was focused on watching the game so I did miss one thing he said at the beginning. Not sure if that pretty much ruined everything else. Vibes were hella off. Definitely not the place to go if you want to just watch a game with friends. Had no issues with going for dinner with friend last time where food and drinks were the focus.

Yelp
We were at Rady's chatting with some nurses how we were going to try to find a good wing place when one of the girls mentioned Eureka. I was like ok cool. We left under the impression it was a wing place... WRONG! But dont dispair! We totally got more than we asked for! The wings are actually in their appetizer section of the menu, but can totally be a meal in itself. They were so so crispy, juicy and the firecracker sauce! Ahhh to die for! I ordered their slow roasted pull pork sandwich, each bite took me to heaven! The fusion of all the flavors were just so amazing! My teen yelper #1got the Al pastor fish tacos which were so delicious and fresh! The fish was nice and tender. Teen yelper #2 ordered their loco moco. This was legit y'all! The meat, the egg the everything was just so right! A total hit! We were greeted with a smile and the service was really good! The restaurant is bright and airy, bathrooms very clean! One of my son's noticed that the girls NEVER stopped working! They get their steps in! If they're not helping a customer they're busy cleaning something, straightening something unlike at some places which you see servers just kinda standing around chit chatting. These ladies were attentive! Loved all their t-shirts. Give you little bit of giggles and I'll let you guys get the good laugh when you go! Overall we were super pleased with our service, the food. We took 2 more orders if the wings to go because La Jolla is a bit far for us to go back soon but totally recommended it if you're in the area or just want to go out there.

Yelp
What can improve? Food took too long, arrive in a timely manner. Food to not be cold when it arrives. Food to be dressed and seasoned appropriately. Decent proportions of food. I've visited multiple Eureka restaurants and this is the first time it was a bad experience. Cold food, small portions, dry Caesar salad, cold everything. We ate some of it because we were hungry but it was a bad experience especially since we were there celebrating. Staff did comp us a couple plates but still I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Yelp
The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty nice with indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. There was a nice breeze coming from outside into the restaurant that I enjoyed and we were seated promptly after entering. We ordered a few things off of their happy hour menu that had some good deals. The nachos were good and had a good amount of spice. The fried pickles were fairly good with the garlic aioli. I just wished it was a bit crispier as the breading sort of rubbed off but still flavorful. The al pastor fish tacos didn't seem grilled. The fish itself was very soft and flaky but lacked flavor. I wished it was paired with a mango salsa or pineapple salsa which could've amped the flavor a bit more. The fries were barely warm and were not as fresh. My grandma complained about the fries a few times as hers were cold until the 3rd time she got actual hot fresh fries where the difference was immediately tasted. The fresh fries were so much better with a good crunch to it. The service itself was alright as we had to wait quite a while for a water refill as well as the check (4 of us had finished waters and the pitcher of water was empty) and I just didn't feel the customer service was there with our server.
google avatar

Bella M.

Yelp
Went here with some friends and everything was delicious! We had a fantastic server, Kara, who was able to recommend delicious food and walk us through the menu. We got the spicy fried chicken sandwich, double double burger, fig and cheese burger, and the Mac n cheese balls. We needed the night with the bourbon barrel cake, which was my highlight of the night. Everything was delicious. Super excited to come back!
google avatar

Brigitte T.

Yelp
Saw a rat behind the bar light so we cancelled our food orders and left, simple as that.
google avatar

Gabriela P.

Yelp
Nicholas Torres was our bartender and he was very attentive and friendly. I would come back here just to see him.

Yelp
First visit 10/10 (5/30/2025). Excellent beer and atmosphere. Appetizers of honey Brussels sprouts and chicks = awesome! Today, beer was excellent as was the atmosphere. I'm hugging out from the world. So I only ordered the honey Brussels sprouts. Tons of stems. An older person could have choked which I told the waiter. Not expecting to be comped. Expected to hear if there was a discussion with food prep so So I'll have to do wonky math and say 3 stars *** editing. Best damn burger!
google avatar

Gwyneth N.

Yelp
4/5 American burger There was a way to get 10$ off an order 11$ or more--but even with the discount I don't think I would go again. It was 17$ before and 7$ before tip w/ the disc, but the burger just wasn't for me. It was just a plain burger nothing more, maybe the specialty burgers have more to offer! The server was super nice though, it is more of a place to grab a bite and drink rather than just the food imo.
google avatar

Stephanie W.

Yelp
Absolutely love coming to Eureka! The service is always quick but attentive. The ambiance is nice but it does get dark inside around 7pm. They dim the lights for the evening ambiance, but it honestly was hard to see. My favorite items are the Fresno Fig Burger with Truffle Cheese Fries! Parking is plentiful as it's at the mall.
google avatar

Rick M.

Yelp
Had lunch here yesterday.....seated right away. Place is cool inside....super clean and organized. I ordered the Steak Salad and a Modelo. The salad was really good and the beer too. The only issue is how the restaurant is open in the front and it was chilly outside...so it was chilly inside too. Come on people....close the place up when it's cold! Nobody wants to swill beers while freezing! It was pretty uncomfortable. Most workers had on jackets....i wasn't so lucky. But the food was good.
google avatar

Richard H.

Yelp
Stopped by this local chain here in the La Jolla mall as I was craving a smash burger and intrigued about this restaurant concept and vibe as we do not have Eureka where I live. Wanting to take full advantage of the sun, I asked to be seated in the patio where I ordered that smash burger and kicked it up a notch with garlic fries. Burger: 3.5 as Slaters 50/50 is better in my opinion. Garlic fries: 3 out of 5: didn't know it's prepared with sauce that is on the top of the fries making them very moist and limp. Service: 5 for the Hostess, bartender and server who were on duty at noon during the weekday. Overall 4 stars for my first time experience.

Yelp
First, our service took very long. Not due to the waitresses fault but one waitress for the whole outside area is ridiculous. Second everybody's food came out before mine and everyone almost finished their food before I even got mine. Third I ordered, medium rare burger, and it was extremely well done. My wife's protein bowl was extremely tasteless. The fish tacos were barely edible. Fourth, we were offered an another burger to go assuming it was free due to my complaint,, completely wrong. We were charged another burger. $3 dollar discount, woo hoo Fifth, about 15 minutes later, I had explosive diarrhea. Hmm I wonder how that happened. I would absolutely come back tho, only if I was stuck in a desert with nothing else to eat or if it's my last meal option before being executed. I really hate writing bad reviews, and I normally try not to because I know all businesses need help, especially in the food industry. But... The above explains the reason for that review. Update: We got a message saying the burger was credited back? How is that possible when I didn't pay for the bill. My wife did. How do know who to credit it back to? She checked her account and nothing was credited. Don't lie to make your business look better by saying that. Just do your best to improve so you won't get reviews like mine.
google avatar

Eden S.

Yelp
I like this location! Kaitlynn took great care of us! Even offered us refills to go. She was polite and swift. The food was great. I got the Fresno fig with the truffle cheese fries. Delicious! I just wish they turned on the heaters since we sat outside after sunset and it was getting windy. Our food was served on the colder side and got even colder fast.
google avatar

Vera S.

Yelp
I used to frequent this place a lot before it sprouted out more locations. But as it grew, service declined. The food is still pretty good, but today the service experience was enough of a disappointment to write the review. We were simply forgotten and when drinks came at the time we were done eating for some time and waiting for the check, that was it for me. When we said we were done with the meal and the very young server (all were very young and clearly in need of both training and supervision given the detours to chat around while forgetting and ignoring clients) asked if I wanted the drinks off the bill knowing we declined them and said we were waiting to pay and leave, it topped off my disappointment. This is only one of several spots I used to love but need to expand took away their attention to important details.

Yelp
San Diego's burger game is extraordinarily competitive...Eureka is still in the game. Still a great place, friendly service, nice sit down service in the elegant, upscale, and very elitist UTC Mall. It's a tad pricier than I'd like, but everything is pricy these days, and it was also being paid for by work! $17.50 Wings...these hot, flavorful crispy wings tossed in the Eureka! bourbon smoked dry rub are amazing! Kinda pricy for 8 wings though. $18.50 Double Smash Burger...pretty good! Two juicy meaty beefy patties with cheese, pickles, onions and secret sauce, yum! Cocktails $14-17...all were tasty, refreshing, and delicious! Typical cocktail price, and there was a noticeable amount of booze in them. Happy Hour has good deals, that will probably be my next visit!
google avatar

Anna P.

Yelp
Had a fun time! Service was really great, food was above average but nothing crazy. Thought it was a little crazy that adding chicken to my Caesar salad would have cost an extra $7.50 when the salad is already $12 but maybe that's the price for protein today?? Fried pickles were perfect, thinly sliced so that they are very crispy!
google avatar

Han-Nha T.

Yelp
We went back to try the bone marrow burger and it wasn't all that. It was a nice burger, but it was $20. The portion sizes here aren't massive, but they are very filling. My pastrami quesadilla was very oily, but the beet burger was fresh and light, quite different from most vegetarian burgers that are usually made of beans. None of the dishes really stood out, but if you're looking to eat out and want American food, this isn't a bad decision and they do have a pleasant outdoor seating area. If you like appetizers or are vegetarian and like American food, this may be for you. We came at odd hours, but if you don't you will likely have to wait.
google avatar

Chrissie O.

Yelp
I had a nice time our first time but the second was horrible. Therefore they get 3 stars. Are they more on top of things when they are busier? Apparently. We went last night and were never greeted by the waiter. He finally came because someone told him to and took our order. Never checked up on us. Our food came out cold. Why wasn't it brought out to us when it was ready?! We were hungry so we ate it and didn't complain. You shouldn't expect any 15% tip from anybody with the horrible slow service. Give good service then you get that tip. Check on us and see how we are doing. Do you job no matter how busy or slow you are.
google avatar

Anthony A.

Yelp
Good service for dine-in, but not great for takeout. Placed a takeout order for two entrees and a side over the phone. Went to pickup the order and one entree was missing. I do like their fried chicken dishes, though.

michelle s.

Yelp
Food, service and ambience were great! Highly recommend. Kara our server was outstanding.

Yelp
First, best wings ever, you get them and scream "eureka!!!!". Cool vibe with fantastic burgers and food in general. Great beer list and cocktails. But, for me as always is the service and today the Yelp gods knew who I needed.... Roy! What a server, funny with a wonderful aura. Can't go wrong with great food and better service!!!!
google avatar

Snowflake J.

Yelp
A good place to come after your shift has ended after waiting for guests to get the hint to leave. This place always has their windows open, it's fresh during the day and cold at night. Been here year around, i was not much of a bar fly but for those working a double a break from their jobs, I've seen folks pop in here. Great of drink and fun of for the time. The Fresno burger is my favorite and love the weekly events. This is the latest closing bar in the mall... that supersedes Raised by Wolves.
google avatar

Danielle S.

Yelp
The only downside to Eureka! is you may end up finding a beer you love only for it to be off the rotation the next time you visit! They have a wide range of beers for all tastes including ciders and sours. They also have wines and mixed drinks. The food is good and the service is great. It is right in the middle of the UTC mall, so if you need a place to refuel before hitting the last few stores, try Eureka!
google avatar

Carly R.

Yelp
Love this spot! Great HH from 3-6 and from 9-close. Would recommend along with the BBQ burger.

Jaden A.

Yelp
service was horrible. The "greeters" was rolling their eyes upon arrival. Clearly saw us waiting and they continued the conversation they were having. After she was so rude when talking to us. Service is extremely slow as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice place to visit what shopping at the Westfield mall in La Jolla. Opposite Macys, it has regular Eureka prices at all other locations. Well priced drinks, decent food. I loved the blackberry cider from Bivouac right here in San Diego ..6% mild sweet finish. Only 200 calories. Our waitress was amazing, took good care of us.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
I used to like Eureka, but this time I left a bit disappointed. We ordered two burgers and they were good/okay, but I think way too pricey for what it was. The Double Smash was meat and cheese with the bun. I guess the shallots were really really smashed bc I did not see/taste them. It was good, but I think I could definitely make it at home for half or a third of the price. My fries were cold and I think they were the last of the batch because my partner's fries were hot. My partner got the bbq burger which he enjoyed, but said it was small. Usually service here feels like they are usually not present and hard to grab. When I used to come, they would be pretty busy so I understood. So this time, service was similar, but it felt kinda of unfriendly to be honest. I saw that they were busy on the patio. Our server did check in on us once, but it felt obligatory.
google avatar

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Love Eureka!! Their veggie beet burger is the best and their salmon kale salad is always good too. The sweet potato fries are also a favorite of ours! I love how they have a rotating cocktail every single week. This week it was a margarita like cocktail with charcoal and was so good! The espresso martini also did not disappoint. We always bring our dog here and love to sit outside. The service is always good and I definitely recommend checking out this place if you haven't before!
google avatar

Liiban O.

Yelp
Great restaurant that has great happy hour options. Their truffle fries are some of the best in town, always make sure to ask for more truffle cheese sauce on the. Service is great and the set up looks great, with plenty in door and out door seating.

Yelp
Went back here again and the service was exceptional. Our server Priscilla was so nice. The manager,Spencer, was also amazing. My burger this time was perfectly done and was super flavorful and juicy. We also got the smashburger and it was super tender and had exceptional sauce. They also have the best pickles there and sweet potato fries. Don't forget about their dessert options as well. So many great things to choose from. The wild child cocktail was also super delicious. Overall an amazing experience at this restaurant and will definitely be coming back when we crave a nice big burger.

Yelp
After plenty of holiday shopping you need to sit down and have a drink and that is exactly why we came into Eureka! We were able to get drinks at the bar quickly and had a nice time watching some football while taking a moment to relax from the chaos of the crazy mall. I want to eat here soon but we always seem to make time for a cocktail when at UTC at this spot.

Yelp
I've been a UTC goer since Boudin's bread bowls were the only thing keeping me alive. Walking into Eureka felt like walking into my parents' house - hello's from everyone starting at the host stand to the server walking across the restaurant to the bar. Feeling welcomed is an understatement for sure. I couldn't tell who my server was because so many of them took care of me. Even the manager walked by and asked if I wanted another drink. That alone would keep me coming back but the food, let me tell you, out of this world. You're probably thinking what could be so good about basic American pub food? Truffle cheese fries is a must. I don't usually order them at restaurants because they're usually a let down but these were soooo good. Their new pretzel bites were warm, soft, and the beer, mustard cheese dip paired so well. I decided on the seared salmon for my main entree and it was my best decision. Salmon was cooked perfectly, potatoes were on the garlicky side but when has anyone complained about garlic? This is going to sound ridiculous, but the green beans dipped in the white wine sauce was my favorite part of the dish. If you get one thing, get the seared salmon.

Yelp
I think we can all agree that Eureka is always a good time, especially during happy hour We come here for the beer/cocktails and the happy hour French fries, but RECENTLY this breakfast burrito captured our heart! It is perfectly toasted/pressed, with perfectly ripe Avocados, crispy hash brown, gooey cheese, and fantastic eggs. Plus a really well down bacon ratio. Overall 10/10. Husband swore he only wanted one bite and then finished his half before me

Yelp
Not up to par with other eureka locations. Service was awful almost non existing. Salad was very mediocre and didn't have any dressing. Sure they took it off the bill because I was almost done with it before anyone came back with dressing. Ambiance is great and location was good at the outdoor Westfield mall. Burgers were good.

Yelp
Hands down the best burger I've had in San Diego. The only thing is that the service can be a little on the slower end so just be prepared to wait a little bit if you want extras of things! Overall, the place had great food, lovely music, and a great staff!
