Discovered this spot through a recommendation, and it turned out to be a real gem in Amsterdam Noord. Housed in what looks like a revamped garage, the vibe is funky and laid-back.
This place is all about sharing. Yes, they serve pizza, but that’s just one part of the menu. Think creative small plates built around seasonal ingredients and unexpected flavor combos.
We tried the daikon cake, asparagus with a hazelnut-miso-style sauce, a fresh fish tartare, and a five-cheese pizza topped with drizzled honey and some funky greens (wish I could remember exactly what they were!). Every dish was bold, balanced, and full of surprises.
Also a nice selection of natural wines.
