Absolutely incredible service! The team at Eva Joan recently brought my beloved suede jacket back to life. They meticulously restored it with vintage fabric patchwork and exquisite hand embroidery. Their attention to detail is unparalleled, and their craftsmanship is top-notch. They also performed an exquisite suit repair on short notice and in time for my brother’s wedding. Yes, I stole the show (sorry, Chris!). I highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality garment restoration.

This place is incredible. The girls that work there are super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I had a pair of old WW2 slacks that had a hole burned in one of the legs. I wanted a traditional repair with a little bit of style, and they nailed it. I highly suggest coming here if you want anything repaired or customized, they can do it all.

My friend and I stumbled upon this shop on our way to Chelsea art galleries. What a delightfully creative and colorful store - so different than your typical tailor! It is a feast for the eyes with baubles, buttons and other unique decor. And we loved the story behind it. Bjørn was incredibly nice and actually gave me two really cool buttons for free. I truly admire her talents because needle arts is the one thing I'm not good at, even though I'm a professionally trained artist that has worked in every medium! I hope this wonderful store stays in business for many years to come!

They are the real deal. Went to them a while ago because my GF's dog ate a part of her favorite sweater. It was a really high quality thing with a lot of very detailed patterns. So, I brought it in to see what they could do. The lady told me it wouldn't be a totally invisible repair, but she thinks she can get help the situation. I told her to do her best. I didn't expect a miracle, but they had a great reputation, so I figured I'd give it a shot. She calls me back in a few weeks. It looks absolutely perfect! Far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
