"Shah Kash, the owner of art gallery The Letter Bet and pandemic-sprouted pop-up Bucky Rooster’s, has just debuted a new project featuring international tapas. Eva’s serves up small plates such as salmon sashimi tacos, striploin steak shawarma, and shrimp in aguachile verde, as well as Americana-style fare like chilli con carne and brunch on weekends. Food was good a bit pricy for the portions especially the challah French toast

We visited this brunch spot on a Saturday, and while we knew it would be busy based on other reviews, the wait was far too long—over an hour for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, no water was provided during our wait, and the overall experience felt unacceptable. Both of us ordered breakfast sandwiches, which were very basic and, honestly, just average. Given the wait time and lack of attention, it didn’t feel worth it. I definitely won’t be returning. Maybe it’s nice for a summer coffee on the terrace, but other than that, I think it’s very overhyped. Save your money and try somewhere else.

La service était assez rapide et le personnel très amical. Pour la nourriture, tout était très bon, particulièrement les crêpes qui sont excellentes!
