I visited the Austin location on Saturday and had such a lovely experience! I was greeted immediately by Alex who asked what brought me in. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. She provided such excellent customer service and offered me many options and styles. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind and upbeat. Alex really helped make a daunting task a great experience. I can’t thank her enough for ensuring I left feeling confident and excited about the pieces I purchased. I can’t wait to come back in. Thank you so much! Please keep up the excellent service!

The staff in this store truly go above and beyond and love what they do… and do it well! Ontario is a magician, he knows exactly what size you need and makes the best recommendations. Danielle is super helpful and sweet too!

Everlane is the industry leader in bad checkout experiences. I love their stuff but it is just too hard to order. Highlight: somehow my old account got purged and the system was not letting me set up a new account- once I had something in my cart the site kept sending me to Paypal, etc. Customer service (presumably AI) kept telling me to "feel free" to set up an account when my issue was that I could not!! (Thanks for your permission). The problem turned out to be a cookie clog. I had to totally clear out my browser and start again. I had to figure this out myself without help from customer service.

This was, by far, the best shopping experience I’ve ever had in a clothing store. Ontario was incredibly helpful and insightful in helping me find the perfect jeans and fit for my body type. This was also my first in store visit. It did not disappoint. The quality of their jeans is top notch. Worth every penny.

Every time I come to town stopping at this store is a MUST! Someone always greets me when I walk in. The customer service is always nice! Tye was AMAZING! He was such a big help with offering suggestions and breaking things down to a science where I could understand when it came to the different types and fits of the jeans. I was also surprised Tye remembered me when I came to the store for the first time two years ago. He even remembered Aquila assisted me (our names are similar). He was just as AMAZING back then.

Love this store!! The guy who just helped me was super helpful. I came in with jeans I had bought online and had to return because they didn't fit quite right and he hooked me up with some that fit perfectly 🤗 will definitely be back next time I need jeans.

Shopping for jeans online is soooo hard so went in store and Sonya was sooo helpful with finding a style and size that was flattering for my body type. Made the experience sooo much better. Yall gotta go shop w Sonya

Staff here is great, particularly Tye. He's an absolute rockstar and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Tye helped me pick out clothes, gave me honest feed back in a caring way, and really took the anxiety out of trying on and shopping for clothes (if you know you know).

I visited the Austin location in search of a classic crew cashmere sweater for an upcoming trip (didn't want to pack my heavier cashmere tops) and was pleased to find them available in store. However, color options were limited at the time - gray and canvas (oatmeal). I tried them on and purchased the Small size as I found the fit a bit larger on my frame. The cashmere crew was comfy and I wore a base layer underneath (cotton long sleeve tee) . I was pleased to grab the second sweater (canvas) on sale. Overall solid shopping experience and good value considering other cashmere brands are on the higher price points. It's nice to own various cashmere pieces from good value buys to high end luxury. Personally, Everlane sweaters are priced just right for those on the fence, you won't be disappointed.

Went in to just look and walked out with a great pair of great fitting jeans. Aquila helped me find the perfect size, fade and fit of denim. Loved her energy!

Great store with excellent staff! Dog friendly and still well kept, clean, organized and spacious. They carry a lot of product and offer free shipping if you need to order. My husband and I stop in often as we drive through Austin. Lives up to what you'd hope for a brick and mortar of Everlane!

The staff was really nice and helped me find a pair of pants that I am now obsessed with! (The barrel pant) I love a shopping experience where the lighting in the fitting rooms is great, the staff helps you find the right size and color but also isn't too overbearing (I don't like feeling pressured to make a purchase)
