If I could give Everlane a zero, I would. My husband wanted their trainers so I ordered them for Christmas along with a birthday gift for my sister. They use the cheapest shipper so the package could not be tracked and after a month of waiting, deemed to be lost. What I originally ordered was out of stock so I had to wait to get refunded and place another order for the court shoes. When they arrived 2 weeks later, they sent 2 different sizes. Customer service said, ooops, sorry, we don’t have those anymore. You can ship those back now. They didn’t care one iota and didn’t take responsibility for ALL their mistakes. This will be my last Everlane purchase and I didn’t even get anything!
