Our stay was incredible! We stayed in a premium evermore bay view flat and it was stunning. The view was great, it was spacious and had everything we needed. The property grounds are beautiful and well taken care of, and there were so many different things to do regardless of your age. Additionally, the team members were all wonderful, nice and very helpful. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely stay again in the future!

I had the pleasure of staying with family and friends for a few days last month. This was a one stop shop for us. Never left the property, it was so awesome. The kids couldn't get enough of the slide and the paddle boards. The wives loved the lagoon and outside bar. The guys played both golf courses and they were in great shape and so unique and different. The landing was perfect for meals and snacks throughout the day as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would like to give a special shout out to Will and Yorgo in guest services, Maria in the dockside shop, Megan on the beverage cart and Vince in the golf shop.

Very bad experience. The view is great but so crowded with people. To top it off, we smelled/ saw people smoking marijuana. Loud and obnoxious guests everywhere. If you are even more unlucky like us to get a room with inconsiderate loud guest above you, the walls and ceiling are paper thin. We could hear every footstep. They were up at 7 am and didn’t sleep till 2am dragging furniture and running around, we got a few hrs of sleep. Customer service were unhelpful. Front desk were very unfriendly, never smiled, didn’t explain anything. Can’t see any fireworks so don’t even bother. Would save my money in the future, do not recommend.

There is no doubt that the view is amazing, the beach pool is gorgeous. The slide is so much fun! For the price, I’m not sure we will return. We have a pent place with the water view and balcony, there were multiple wasp nests on the balcony so we were unable to use it. The crowd was very hit and miss. One night, We had young kids running up and down our hallway knocking on the door and running away, not ideal when you have younger kids. No clue where the parents were and no one in the hotel watching. Another night we had a very drunk and belligerent man screaming in the hallway so aggressively that it scared our kids in our room. One day we spent the day at the pool, my family had our things on chairs, we were going to get lunch together and leave our things on the chair and a lady told us “don’t expect your chairs to be here when you get back, gone is gone!” Which made us uncomfortable so of course we did not have lunch together. There were some wonderful amenities, food, coffee and a beautiful store. But a lot of partying and very mixed crowd. For the price we will not return, it is not watched and secured very well.

Our stay at Evermore Resort in Orlando was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained. Our room was excellent — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids had an incredible time exploring all the fun the resort has to offer, and we loved seeing them so happy and engaged. We truly enjoyed every moment of our time at Evermore. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Evermore Resort Orlando this weekend in one of their incredible 10-bedroom houses, and it was perfect for our big family getaway! The property is beautifully designed and truly family-friendly — there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool area was a huge hit, especially the slides and water jumps. We also had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake like pool — such a fun and relaxing experience. The resort staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for families or large groups looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and relaxation. We’re already talking about coming back!

We stayed here with family in April 2025 and genuinely enjoyed the spacious accommodations and beautiful lagoon. Our 2-year-old was in heaven, and having a separate bedroom just for her made our stay much easier. The grounds are well-maintained, the pool and lagoon are gorgeous, and overall it’s a relaxing property.||But the pricing has gotten out of control. At $800–$900+ per night, you’re charging luxury-hotel rates without providing luxury-hotel amenities—no daily housekeeping, no full-service conveniences, and no Disney partner perks. We paid around $400/night with a promotion, and at that price, the experience made sense. At today’s rates, it simply doesn’t.||There are also some surprising family-unfriendly gaps for a resort that markets to Orlando travelers: no full-size cribs available (toddler parents, you know how frustrating this is—especially here) and no bathtubs in any of the four bathrooms. In a place that’s supposed to be all about kids, how is that even possible?||The on-property food is another sticking point. Prices at the coffee shop and small store were eye-watering—thankfully we stocked up on groceries elsewhere, because eating on-site every day would have been outrageously expensive.||If you’re visiting Disney, keep in mind the daily drive adds time and hassle. And while there’s a long list of “activities,” I’d much rather see fewer add-ons and a significantly lower nightly rate. There are plenty of other spacious, off-property hotels with great pools for a fraction of the cost.||Bottom line: Evermore has a lot going for it, but the value is nowhere near the current price tag. Unless rates come back down (and some very basic family amenities are added), we’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

Google
First time visiting & very impressed with this resort. It does feel like you're on vacation which is good. We stayed in the villas which are older & had a bad odor somewhat like moisture or dampness smell like older buildings can have. I recognized it immediately when we walked in. We requested another unit hoping that would resolve the issue. Though they accommodated our request, unfortunately we had a better view ( lagoon area) but the odor was in that unit also. For a 5 star rated resort at $400 + per night this was not acceptable. We only stayed 2 nights that's about as much as we could tolerate & this was very disappointing. Everything else was pretty good. We may try Evermore again but definitely not the villas. They need to address this problem NOW & would not recommend the villas as all. I suggest total renovation especially for what you charge it's not worth it!!!

Yelp
One of the best places to have a little staycation if you're close to Orlando and definitely more reasonable in terms of price point for families (4 to 20/30 people) that want to vacation in Florida to go to the Disney parks. They have flats, houses, villas and the Conrad hotel. Staff keeps everything clean and there's ample parking. Overall, a very good place for families big or small!

Yelp
We stayed at Evermore in November 2024 and booked in February 2025 to return in December for another family vacation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to cancel our reservation--but we were unaware of the non-refundable policy at the time of booking. Despite reaching out and explaining the situation, the hotel has refused to refund our money or offer any kind of credit. This is the hotels response: Thank you for reaching out. I do want to clarify that it is not the responsibility of our agents to communicate the cancellation policy, as this is outlined on our website and has remained the same since our opening. Very disappointing. Make sure you are aware of the hotels policies as they do not give you that impression when booking. We will be losing $2500.

Yelp
I spent Thanksgiving at Evermore with my family and had a wonderful time! The grounds are beautiful and I loved the holiday decorations throughout the resort. We stayed in the flats. It was spacious and perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds. We appreciated the variety of eating options and activities. My niece had a blast making friendship bracelets, participating in Taylor swift trivia, and getting her hair wrapped in an assortment of colors at the stand. We are already planning a return trip!

Yelp
For those who don't know, this is the former "Villa's of Grand Cypress ". Just prior to Covid I believe they came under new ownership and it closed down for a massive, and I mean massive renovation and basically a redevelopment. The main attraction is a man made 8 acre lagoon/pool, "Evermore Bay". Very impressive. Accommodations range from "Flats", vacation homes, and some of the former Villas. We opted for a villa. We had been going to the original Villas for nearly two decades and we heard they'll be taking them down so we wanted to stay there again. Okay, just to back up, there is a Conrad Hilton hotel on the property. They have their own amenities and can use Evermore amenities. There are a few restaurants on the property including a food hall where you can get pizza, burgers, tacos, etc., and I will say the prices are reasonable. I have the tendency to spoil my grandchildren so we bought a cabana each day. Well worth it because they give you bottled water and a $50 food credit along with a concierge taking care of you. My grandchildren think I'm rich. Ha Ha. In addition to the lagoon they have a large pool and hot tub, a massive slide into the pool and a rope swing over the lagoon. The kids loved that. On our last day we ate at the Conrad Hilton restaurant, "Sofia's". It's a buffet style restaurant or a la carte. We chose buffet, had everything you could think of. Price, you really don't want to know, you're on vacation have fun. So although it should be 5 stars I'm giving it 4, actually 4.5. Why? Still a few kinks to work out and some workers were less than accommodating. The villa we had was missing some essentials, ie: enough plates and cooking utensils. The problem was rectified but a bit of annoyance. Do you think I'll go back? OH YEAH I WILL

Yelp
Beautiful resort and plenty of things to do. Loved the interior design, especially at the Papaya Club bar. Bath products were Beekman 1802 and great quality. Rooms included a deck of cards which was nice and a surprise. The food at the marketplace was delicious. Would hope and love to stay here again!

Yelp
Super over priced. We left a luggage behind and it was stolen by housekeeping, we are 100% sure we accidentally left it in the room. Never got a phone call never got a return. There is also another review on here saying the housekeepers are thieves. Also, they charged us $275 cleaning fee for leaving towels on the floor. We cleaned the unit ourselves the entire time, it was so stressful. It was so expensive you would've thought we would've had our own Butler but yet we were doing our own dishes and laundry. The entire time we worried that about cleaning the unit. On a happy note the employees in the lobby were very nice and it's a pretty property. Pool was stinky.

Yelp
Nice resort close to the parks. Great pools and wasn't very crowded even though middle of June.

Yelp
This resort was great! It was beautiful, big, and very nice for families. We stayed in a 4 bedroom flat with about 11 people and we were comfortable. The flat had 4 bathrooms, a huge balcony, a very nice open kitchen area with a huge island with lots of seating. I truly enjoyed this resort. The food was a little pricey along with the cocktails. But, the food was pretty good. The cockatiels were a bit weak imo. The pools open at sunrise and close at sunset. The slide pool closed at 10pm which is also pretty cool. (I didn't go down that slide and i regret it) they have sand by the lagoon and a bunch of chairs, swings, hammocks and beach chairs with umbrellas. They also have a volleyball court, a boathouse, and so many other amenities that have to do with the water. They have kayaking and paddle boarding, as well as boat rental for the lagoon. All in all, i enjoyed my stay here. I wish they would've came and cleaned since they charge a $650 cleaning fee. Nobody came and cleaned the unit our entire stay which was annoying. We called for more towels, dishwashing pods etc. they provided those rather quickly as well. The resort is a bit off the beaten path. If you're not driving, Ubers will have a very hard time locating you. Keep that in mind. But, I'd return here with a group it was perfect for us all. See pics below.

Yelp
I stayed here with my girlfriends to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was an amazing time. The employees are all super sweet and accommodating. The villas were well kept, the trolley was convenient and timely. Amenities are top notch. We loved the kayaks, boat ride, available seating, restaurants, and huge slide! Everything we did was fun. Zero complaints! Anytime I have a chance, I recommend Evermore resort. We are planning another big family get away next year!

Yelp
We are currently staying here and a couple of days ago their city water had a break. The FIRST night we stayed with no running water only for it to come back at 2:30 in the morning. I spoke to someone that night and they stated that the "director" was going to send out a notification to everyone about what they were going to be doing in the next few days. Did they ever reach out? NO. Day 2 there was a water notice stating we had to be careful about consuming or using the water because of possible contamination. Fast forward to day 3 here and their solution is using water bottles. We are a family of 11 here and they have given us 12 bottles. ONE BOTTLE PER PERSON... to cook, brush out teeth, wash our face, etc. we are beyond pissed as we contacted customer service and they can't even give us a discount for our stay. A woman literally told us on our phone "pretend like if you were in Mexico" wtf says that???? Long story short, think again before spending over 3k here and spend it somewhere else. Never coming back here again. They just want your money. We know it's not their fault the water broke, but atleast be considerate about how people spend their money here and are actually looking for a fun vacation. DONT GO TO EVERMORE.

Yelp
This review reflects my 6-night stay in 2BR Villa. Prep & Check-in: Prior to the stay we received many emails about paying the remainder of the bill despite already paying in full initially, which is odd. Evermore has an app, that will assist you in setting up optional "Easy Pass" for check-in which will give you a QR code to scan at arrival gate. The app is not user friendly. You can make an account, add guests, but it continues to ask for your reservation number, removes guests and wants you to update it repeatedly. That being said I would attempt to complete the pre-check-in per directions you will receive in emails. Having the QR code to scan made check-in extremely easy, the door lock pass code and Villa location was sent via text message and was seamless. Our villa was ready by 12p. There are 2 gate entrances, one entrance has much better signage as to specific villa locations than the other. We found villa numbers more helpful than actual names of roads. 2BR Villa - We were a villa in 1400s (Pride Court Section) which was right across from Lagoon/Slide entrance and just a few steps to villa pool and 2 hot tubs. Great location with simple parking. The villa itself though was dated, hard to tell what they actually may have "refreshed" since remodel. Kitchen was complete with all utensils. Washer and Dryer combo and they give you laundry/dishwasher tabs. Air conditioner was perfect. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very nice terrace area overlooking pond/golf area. Huge dining room table, enough for 8 people. Soaking tubs looked lovely but only one had a working drain, the other wouldn't hold water. Rainfall showers with body jets were great. Wi-Fi was quite spotty - in our villa we had limited connection while in the kitchen areas and would have to move around to get the better access. Pros: Many windows, vaulted ceilings, great view, and spacious. Cons: Dated and damaged furniture. There were many stickered dots throughout villa so Evermore is aware that things are damaged or not working and still allows you to pay full price without fixing items prior to stay. Poor painting and carpet work - obvious chips, drips, and just overall poor painting and carpet work throughout. Clearly not deep cleaned. Many dead bugs, months of dust and other guest's wrappers in the kitchen. We are realistic (Being Florida) and did see some live bugs that we took care of, but the dead bugs should not be there. Some of the terrace doors were dated/old wood had gaps that let in the bugs and lizard/gecko type friends that while I am not afraid of, is not what is expected when a booking high end resort. Amenities: The Lagoon is beautiful as in pictures. Many lifeguards and staff at lagoon/slide and looks like a lot of fun for families. The Villa pool had no staff at all, appeared unkempt with weeks of leaves and branches around area. The pool itself was warm and very clean. 2 villa hot tubs looked dated but clean. The food court was empty at dinner time when we walked through. We didn't try any of the restaurants or food here, so cannot speak to that. Fees: Not included in cost of room or taxes was an additional $360.00 "All in one" Fee including cleaning, damages, and amenities. I don't know about you, but I have never left a hotel/resort damaged. As I described cleaning was far from extensive and when you check-out, they expect you to have trash and dishwasher taken care of. Staff: Their text function is very good, and they were responsive to removing a lizard/gecko friend that we couldn't reach, but then another quickly came after him and we realized they could get in from the gap in old door. We cleaned up and removed bugs ourselves as we don't prefer others entering room once we have our belongings out. They do have safes for you to use though. Front gate staff always smiled and were pleasant. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, we didn't spend that much time at the resort, we spent much of our time at theme parks, shopping, cooked in our room after going to Publix and/or went our to local restaurants for meals. Unless you are planning to use the lagoon, pools, and slide or have multiple families to break up some costs there are much newer/value properties with villas in Orlando that the Evermore.

Yelp
this place was cool for a family with kids. you have the big slide, big pool, kayaking, cliff jumping, restaurants and golf. I recommend it for a short stay, if you are going to the pool get there early or you won't find a spot near the bars, food or activities. the attendant at the slides were super nice, we saw activities on saturday by the pool. the apartment we stayed at was very nicely decorated, they have a big kitchen table, washer and dryer, the balcony was big and overall it was nice.

Yelp
They are new, so I feel iffy about leaving a review for something so new, because like with anything new, they have some things to adjust! We arrived at 5:00 pm on the check in day and our room wasn't ready. Red flag. In the lobby were guests with a 90 year old, and they had been waiting since 3 pm for their room. Red flag. The manger on duty said he didn't know when our suite would be ready - 2, 3, 4 hours - he had no idea. Red flag as we had a pregnant mother in the lobby with us! In addition , we had 5 kids in total! I don't knows combined with blank stares" as we tried to understand when our room would be ready to plan for the evening. To say the least, customer service wasn't great! Amenities: rooms are new and clean! Fantastic! But can they upkeep those white couches that ver time?!? **and, fyi, there is an extra charge for cleaning. If you want that, which I recommend, you will be paying per day. We made breakfasts, but ate out for lunch and dinner. But we wanted the beds made, clean towels, etc.. just know there is an extra charge per day. For the day time, if you want a spot close to the water, you do have to get up early and go save your spot. We liked that there was a lot of activities, but remember to sign up soon as you book, because they fill up quickly! We missed out on a few because we didn't sign up on time. There are lots of activities for kids, golfing for the parents, spa, water activities, etc.. and, you're close to Disney springs, Universal Citywalk, and the largest macdonalds that still serves a mcpizza (Philly cheese steak, mcspaghetti, waffles, etc)! Overall, it was good, easy, and close to many things. Anything special about evermore vs. a hotel + activities... sadly, not really. Overall, was it worth the price and headache? No.

Yelp
Lagoon: Very nice looking lagoon, caribbean feel. Needs more seating and more areas to swim. Unheated The nearest pool that is nice is a little farther away then we liked. It was heated. The slide pool is near the lagoon, but it is very cramped/busy. for the size of this property, there are not enough food choices . Hopefully they will improve upon this as time goes on. Our 4 bdrm flat was amazing. It was well equipped, very modern with all the needed conveniences you would expect at a high-end resort. Better seating outside please, need a small table and chairs for four or 6. We only had two small chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining at the Conrad is high end and decent. You cannot use the pool at the Conrad or the beach area that is designated for the Conrad, which is a little better than the areas for the evermore guests. Dining at SouthBeach was ok. The pizza was actually very good!! They definitely had some good entertainment choices for everybody , always something to do. I should note mostly for the kids. If you like to gawk at celebrities, you would be happy here a lot of sports people and influencers floating around. Security was present throughout the resort. The overall feel of the resort is high-end the landscaping is top-notch the design was well thought out and you can't beat that lagoon its just so Caribbean!! Would definitely return.

Yelp
This is a nice resort - it's just ran very very poorly. I went through all of their pre-vetting to stay and then when I got there they ended up charging me $300+ a night more. They didn't even tell me how much it was going to be. I was supposed to get a call back and I never did. I would not recommend going here. Lots of better places.. The service is horrible, overpriced watered down drinks.

Yelp
Overall a good experience because they handled some hiccups well. Original booking was the villas. It is old, dirty carpet and just gross. They moved us to the flats which are new and modern. Beautiful place. Just wish there were screens so we could leave the sliding door open. The large pond is gorgeous. Kayaks and paddleboards are free to use. There are huge swimming areas. Great service from staff. Sketchier service from the bar by the beach.

Yelp
Aben a lifeguard their went down the slide with me and my cousins it was a very fun experience give that man a raise sincerely kids that are cool

Yelp
Evermore...never more? This Orlando resort advertises itself as a central Florida hotspot that offers villas, flats, and a resort with the main attraction--a massive lagoon in the center of the property. The lagoon serves as a water-park, with several "beaches" guests can enjoy, yet there are a few aspects that leave me feeling as salty as my margarita rim. Most of the swimming areas only go to a depth of 2 feet, one spot does reach 8 feet deep but for an 8 acre lagoon and a property that boasts its size, there should be many more swimming areas not just kiddie pools. There are free rentals for kayaks and paddle boards which is a wonderful activity, however they have full access to all lagoon areas and as an avid swimmer I was jealous and frustrated with my 2 feet deep pond. While we are on the topic of depth, the space is the beaches are extremely limited and I basically played Hunger Games to access an chair and umbrella. When I asked a worker for help she said the umbrellas are bolted down...kind of an interesting decision given the notorious Florida sun, no? The villas also have their own pool which is basically abandoned and has even less sun coverage as there are no umbrellas in sight. I called the front desk to have someone bring an umbrella over and they said they will be on their way shortly but no one came (more on this later). The South beach had activities, games, and very loud music but if you have young children and earplugs it can be quite enjoyable. There is also an ice cream truck and a food-court on South Beach. They have three styles of food: pizza, burgers, and health conscious wraps/bowls. The food court has an abundance of workers mostly standing around and chatting and to get a simple coffee it takes 20 minutes in the morning. The East beach across from the flats has a fun food truck/bar with a delicious looking menu for the seafood lovers out there. Drinks were overpriced but that's resort drinking for you (shrug). The Twin View restaurant took so long I would have been better-off flying to Italy for my Carmelle pasta. Onto the rooms...I can't speak for the flats but from what I witnessed they looked cheaply made but clean and new which is more than can be said for the villas. We entered our room to a frog and a gecko and had to play animal wrangler ourselves because the front desk is not only unreliable, but blatant liars. They told us it would take anywhere from 30 minutes-2 hours for someone to help us get the gecko and frog out and then when we called to have the room cleaned they said that would be no problem...flashback to four hours later and when we came back to an unclean room they informed us that housekeeping is only every 7 days. The staff communicates like a bad ex boyfriend...I've read many complaints about customer service and I disagree. I feel the workers are overall friendly but there is no real cohesion and the manager needs to move some of them from standing around in the cafe to other areas of the hotel. One major issue that I felt necessary to include in my review is the general lack of concern regarding the wellbeing of its guests at Evermore. Aside from the front gate check-in process and occasional security guards, there is no one checking up on the villas. They don't have housekeeping service for 7 days at a time, which means we stayed in our villa for multiple nights without a single team member coming by. The phones in the room aren't connected to the front desk, so you must call from your cell phone and as I previously mentioned, the front desk service is unreliable at best and several of my calls just went completely unanswered. I didn't feel unsafe but at the risk of sounding dramatic, a little neglected... While personally I won't be spending my money here I do feel that the resort has major potential. The lagoon is a fun time and feels like I'm at a water park and the less crowded beaches (while shallow) are very relaxing and offered a nice escape from the paddle board/kayak/slide area which had more children. The flats and houses are brand new so while I didn't experience them, I would recomend staying there instead of the outdated villa suites. I think the staff is trying their best given it is a relatively newer hotel, but they need to reassign and clarify roles and most importantly, improve guest communication!!!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing resort. From the moment that we entered the hotel, we felt like we were home. All staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful, especially Kirsten B. Our room was phenomenal. We had all of the space that a family of four could dream of. We especially appreciated the bath robes, turn down service with chocolates and slippers, and amazing bath tub. Sophia's Trattoria was a great spot for a breakfast buffet. The pool and lagoon were so beautiful and so much fun. There are activities such as corn hole, connect four, and more. The staff provides you with a carton of water whenever you request it. Beaded bracelets act as room key. On the Evermore side, there is a machine that sprays sunscreen on you while you spin on a rotating floor. There is also an awesome food (court) hall that had pizza, wraps, burgers, and more. Each time that we visited the pool or lagoon, the staff were very accommodating in setting up lounge chairs with towels for us.

Yelp
Wow. What a disappointment at Twin View Restaurant at Evermore Resort. We received terrible service. Party of four. Waited an hour for appetizers. Had to go to the bar ourselves to get a refill. They brought us one roll each - placing a single roll on a bread plate and that is all we got for an hour. People on each side - another party of 4 and a party of 2 - were seated AFTER us but got their appetizers AND their dinner before we even got our appetizers. We asked to speak to the manager, who came by about 15 minutes later and said, "The chef apologizes for the delay with your appetizers." And then turned to walk away. Food was okay. My filet was not cooked as requested. Mushroom appetizer was meh. Not the service you would expect for the price paid. Server was friendly but inattentive. The manager was completely apathetic. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! There are so many great restaurants in this area! Seasons 52, Eddie V's, etc.

Yelp
We did have a few issues, but let me start with the pros by saying this resort is top tier. I took my family & friends for a bday celebration and it truly was amazing. The grounds are beautiful & safe. We stayed in the 9 bedroom villa with private pool & theater... it was simply BEAUTIFUL! The beach area was pristine and had activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, bungee jump & water slide. They have a great bar area with very friendly staff - Kyle & Michael were PHENOMENAL! Additionally there is a small food court and convenience store on site. It is a really great place... now on to the cons. 1.Villa is advertised as heated pool (OURS WAS NOT) 2. Villa has a theater (OURS NEVER WORKED DURING OUR STAY) 3.The stove in our unit stopped working, private chef couldn't prepare the BIRTHDAY DINNER had to resort to cooking food elsewhere & bringing it to us during our stay. (NEVER WAS REPAIRED) 4. Wi-Fi was splotchy and kept going out in the Villa (MAYBE INVESTING IN CODED WIFI FOR SECTIONS OF THE PROPERTY WOULD HELP THIS, opposed to the general "guest" service) 5. Not enough lounge chairs/seating in beach area & cabanas are $1300 to rent. 6. Guests have difficulty at gate getting on the property 7. I submitted several work orders for my issues and the staff is very good at responding BUT no one qualified ever comes to fix the problem. They sent a painter to fix the theater! Never sent a tech to adjust heat on pool. We eventually used it on the last day BUT it wasn't our temperature preference. Overall, I'd recommend - mor

Yelp
They have terrible costumer service. I had to call 5 different times and talk to 5 different people in order to get housekeeping to help pick up. Pretty rental houses, spacious, but no one knows what they're doing who works here. Be prepared if you visit.

Yelp
I don't like to write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn any potential Evermore customers to go elsewhere. I recently corresponded with Evermore's Director of Golf, Darin Hoff, regarding a men's golf trip for a large group (14+). We were planning to spend upwards of $20k in one weekend at the resort. After I booked the reservation, I received an email from the golf shop containing internal correspondence where Mr. Hoff instructed Evermore's employees to "waste [our] cash" and charge us a higher rate for our golf rounds because he felt we wasted his time by asking for a few different quotes for our group. I'm a member at two different golf clubs. I can't fathom one of our directors of golf blatantly telling employees to fraudulently convert a customer's money. That type of theft should have no place in the game of golf, much less a new resort utilizing the name and design of Jack Nicklaus. Evermore's lack of a response is equally concerning. The best response we received was a courtesy apology from a reservations specialist, even after we requested to speak with management. I guess Evermore is fine with their Director of Golf, a senior member of their staff, discriminating against customers based on his own personal opinions. Avoid the scam and take your business elsewhere. If a senior member of Evermore's leadership team is bragging, in writing, about intentionally wasting customers' money, imagine what else goes on behind closed doors at Evermore. Run, don't walk, from any dealings with this place.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Had a wonderful experience with my family! If you're vacationing in Orlando, don't miss it. Worth every dollar! Can't wait to return. Staff is very friendly and attentive! Valet parking attendants are fast! And did I mention the place is AMAZING!

Yelp
Ill be honest. I had high hopes and expectations. So, when get arrived it was difficult to find where the area where would check in. There was no clear signs where to go to check in. We drove around and we asked several worker where we would go and almost everyone said they didn't know. We probably asked 10-12 employees where we would go. We eventually found it by ourselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and smiling and very welcoming. The Evermore Bay was attached to the area where you would check in. Small area but cute. The Bay itself was a work of art. Very beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures and the videos we saw. We had a few minutes to put our toes in the sand and in the water. Water was very cold ( to be expected as it is not heated). So we stayed at the "Evermore" property in the VILLA. It was overlooking the golf area. The pictures we saw on the website were a little deceiving and not very clear. The actual VILLA is not new construction. It looked like it was was an older property and they built the EVERMORE resort, Conrad hotel and the Lagoon around that older property. The villa itself was clean and very roomy. But it was outdated inside and outside. The villa was NOT really near the Lagoon/Bay. it was about 7-10 minute walk. The FLATS and the VILLAS are not attached to each other I was hoping for a more updated look and to be closer to the lagoon. We would have booked something overlooking Evermore Bay if we knew this. If you want a more modern stay/look the the Conrad hotel or in the Ever More Bay Resort FLATS. Anytime we needed we called they came through and assisted us ( towels and such) But noone really check in on us and/or called us to see if everything was okay. There was some confusion on how to order room service and look to see what was going on (Events) the property. The resort was pretty empty for the most part. I heard employees say they were still in their "soft opening" phase. I thought they were past that seeing that they have been open since January 1st. You would tell employees were still a little confused (which is totally normal). The Evermore slide was very cool and so was the children's pool. We utilized this area several times. Although there was a employee putting chemicals in the hot tub in the middle of the day. We were inside the hot tub and he ran out (very rudely) saying "get out". He did not have the correct signage out there. Also he should not be putting chemicals in the middle of the day. He was extremely off-putting. We tried the sit-down restaurant and that was good. We enjoyed the service and the food. The Wagyu burger was good and so was the strawberry salad. My kids loved the coin you used to get the prize in the restaurant. The restaurant was dead. I think there was one other family in there. The employees were good and removing the garbage from the Bins everyday. The pool that was near the VILLAS was decent. It was out dated looking. But they had two hot tubs. Pool was warm enough to swim in. There are no lifeguards in this pool though. Security was good and efficient and did their job and recognized us as we came and went. (its a gated community). The larger houses they have on the property all look vacant and not completed. While staying at the property I would have liked if someone called or checked in to see if we needed anything or any questions. Some sort of call or text or visit would have been nice. We kinda took a chance and a shot in the dark on a "new" property. Someone told us that they are doing alot of PR on this property to add to excitement to visitors. I would not stay at the VILLA again. We went to Orlando to visit the EVERMORE property. Staying at the Villa doesnt make you feel like your staying on the property of the Evermore Bay. Its on the outskirts and most likely an older property/ resort. Definitely not my favorite vacation.

Yelp
What an amazing staycation opportunity for my family and me during the Christmas and New Year holiday season. Brand new, spacious, and very high-quality accommodations, unlike anything else available in the Orlando market. Top-notch amenities, including a beautiful crystal clear lagoon and well-maintained golf, made even better with proactive and attentive staff. Several dining and beverage options meant we never had to leave the resort. The flexibility and size of the available accommodations make Evermore Orlando Resort our preferred place to stay when traveling with young children or a large family/ group. Pro Tip- Flat's building gives you a great view of the Disney fireworks every evening.

Yelp
This fantastic resort was a wonderful getaway for me and my family. We never left the resort all week, because it had everything we could possibly want. Our 8 bedroom house with its own private heated pool was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for those working during the days and for my two year old grandson to roam and play. We will be back!

Yelp
Their house cleaners are thieves. We went to breakfast before check out time. Went back into our room at 9:45am (check out is at 10) and they had our brand new customized birthday cake open on the counter with a slice cut out and they stole a dozen cupcakes. When we asked where they were they said trash then the manager came, said they said they didn't cut a piece of the cake or take the cupcakes but walked right into the next room and came out with our cupcakes? My husband also had his air force ones stolen from the pool area. Managers and guest service couldn't care less and said they're allowed to come into the room early to start cleaning if it looks like we are gone. We had a cooler against the fridge filled with ice ready to go and a brand new cake + cupcakes in the fridge. We were obviously coming back.

Yelp
Very pretty and peaceful. We stayed May 2024, they said this is phase one. So its nice and not too crowded but my guess is by the time they finish it will be. Pros are that it feels so tropical even in orlando. Staff is really friendly ans they have a ton of staff. The flats have no bathtub for little ones so beware if you stay with toddlers. I saw they provide infant baths but that doesn't work for one year olds well. Everything is clean, they still have some stuff they should work out. The patio furniture for the flat have chairs where the arm rest is taller then the table so you would have a hard time eating a meal there. Also, considering the dact they are four bedrooms it's disappointing they only have 2 chairs so you dont use the patio even with the amazing view. We had a cabana for a couple days by the slide pool. The slide is good for younger age probably 5-10, they have a high jump and rope swing that again is good for younger kids. The starfish floats are cute in the bay and fun if you are lucky to get one. The bay pool is cooler then the slide pool but the slide pool has 135 person capacity so by 12 pm it feels like your neighborhood community pool on holiday weekend. Cabanas have a fridge stocked with 6 waters, the table has a container under that ice can go but it melts quick so keep an eye on it. If Steve is your host for the cabana you are in amazing shape. He spent a long time finding us an additional fan for our infant and made it so much better ( they would have had to go back to the room without it so it was a lifesaver). He went above and beyond to do this and searched high and low. The other person that is worth a mention ( I really wish I could remember her name) was our server with a degree in biology who has worked with dolphins and moved so fast between people to help everyone. They both deserve raises for the above and beyond treatment to the guests and made our stay a 5 star stay. Overall the hotel seemed to value look over function in furniture like the benches for dining tables that were uneven and hard to sit with two people, glass plates that are vertical stored in cabinets higher then my head ( Grateful we didnt break anything). Places like this should offer a 50 dollar convenience package full of paper plates and plastic cups. Giving our little ones wide glasses of milk is a new found extreme sport. Evermore will need a few things to help it grow. More swimming areas or a lazy river ( I hope that is on a phase later), a frequently asked question that someone who has kids helps them create . The online chat I used but after waiting for answers for over 15 minutes ( prior to stay) I gave up. Just more info would help make it a better stay for families. Also, offer a fountain refill cup like at the theme-parks. Canned soda for 4 dollars each is unbelievable inflated. The bay itself while beautiful seems like wasted space. The bay pool closes early (most of the bay is no swimming) so everyone has to go to the slide pool in evening. Rainstorm kicked us out of our cabana the first day so 10-230 for over 500 dollars seemed excessive (. Would have been nice if you got something back for storms when you are forced out)

Yelp
HORRID FEES!! I was excitedly booking a trip with friends and family wanting to try this new resort. Well - ha! Even after talking with a reservation person AND looking all over the website, there was no mention of the exorbitant fees they charge until they want me to pay. Then they tacked on $585 in extra fees - for a THREE night stay! These aren't taxes, that was separate - they are literal fees. Nearly $200 a night in extra fees NOT included in the prices they quote you. Including - for a HOTEL RESORT - cleaning fees! What is this, Airbnb now? Screw that. I can stay a lot of other place in Orlando who won't try this crap.

Yelp
we are staying here for my daughter's second birthday. We have arrived and been here not even two or three hours, and I am already absolutely uncomfortable, appalled, and disgusted in the customer service and the way the employees talk to you with such contempt and disrespect here. today upon arrival we come to find out that one of their buildings their main buildings which includes their lobby or somewhere to sit while you wait for your room to be available, is shut down. Nobody notified us prior to arrival, they told us to walk around in the hot Florida sun at one in the afternoon and go find a food truck. There are no restaurants available here on property currently at the moment. I spoke to Christina or Christine at the front desk and she is EXTREMELY rude. If I owned a HOSPITALITY business, I would never hire somebody who speaks to guests that way! -- then upon notifying the manager, I received absolutely NO empathy whatsoever manager named BRITTANY. I am truly utterly SHOCKED at what has occurred here. they told us to WAIT IN OUR VEHICLE. This resort JUST opened in January, and if I were you, if you were considering staying here with your family, do yourself a favor save yourself the hassle in the time. They had us driving around their property and told us to "wait in our car until our villa is ready"... Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience ma'am, here's a drink voucher to use at our lounge while you wait! We are so sorry for the inconvenience. This has caused you and your two-year-old toddler and your family!" nada. zilch. getting in and out of a vehicle with a toddler is absolutely if you know you know. Not to mention, the extenuating circumstances I have going on in my life. There has been absolutely NO EMPATHY shown towards us here and I will NEVER recommend this resort to anyone as a matter of fact; I will be notifying, everyone on social media this resort is NOT UP TO PAR and it is NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! Nobody cares here, the employees have literally NO consideration for how they make you feel. even after I told him how UNCOMFORTABLE I expressed I feel staying here especially after PAYING IN ADVANCE. I told him it was my daughters birthday. There has been NOTHING done here, absolutely NO ACCOMODATIONS have been made thus far to show that they ACTUALLY CARE about their paying guests. They don't care about what occasion you are here for -- these people are money hungry and that's the bottom line. I'll say it again; don't waste your money or your time-- stay anywhere else BUT the Evermore Resort Orlando.

Yelp
My wife & I had a wonderful visit at Evermore. We especially appreciated our driver Frantz, who gave us a list of awesome places to check out & we did. It's nice to see such genuine people there. Thank you Frantz you made our stay even more memorable. As a driver myself it's great to receive such exemplary service

Yelp
I normally don't write bad reviews however this result that I didn't even get a chance to frequent is horrible! I booked in May, paid deposit in June for a mid August arrival. I now have a medical condition that prohibits me from flying or being in the car for long periods of time. I called evermore to explain this to them after cancelling and not receiving my refund. The Manager that was on the phone was rude and refused to even refund a portion of the deposit which dips into my medication funds.

Yelp
In October sat down to book a reservation and got pulled away for a couple of hours so I didn't complete it (no payment was made). When I returned, I logged back in to make my reservation complete with payment. Within 24 hours, I received a cancelation notice which I figured was because they could no longer accommodate us. Today I sat down to rebook and realized I still had a reservation. I sent my cancelation notice and asked to be refunded for the deposit, explaining that I made a reservation, but they cancelled on me. Apparently, the cancelation I received was for when I abandoned the payment screen. I have never received a cancelation notice for a reservation I didn't make so it was reasonable to assume that the cancelation email I received was for the reservation I actually booked. When I escalated to management I received this response - The cancellation email you received was for one that you had made but it automatically cancelled after 24 hours because no payment was made. This happens when you leave the payment screen and are shopping around. The second reservation is an active reservation that you currently have that was booked on 10/26/2024. Since you are trying to cancel outside of the 48 hours from the time of booking but before 30 days prior to arrival you forfeit the one nights room and tax deposit.

Yelp
Disappointed. Beautiful pool to look at, very limited access, most of the pool roped off for paddle boarding. No room service. Staff very strict, kicking kids out of pool for falling off paddle boards. Not able to play music from your phone around pool (no music provided by resort). Can't access pool on large side of resort, as it is only for Conrad Resort guests. Can't access the water from the cabanas. For the cost to stay here, definitely not worth it. Florida is too hot to not be able to use most of the pool area.

Yelp
Amazing place, stayed in villas, many activities for kids, lagoon pool is beyond words but a little cold. They have several other heated pools that are perfect if you want warm. I want to give special thanks to Tiffany assistant director, Katie front desk supervisor, and the best pool attendant /kids activities director I have ever come across John L. These people went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and helped create lasting memories for my family.

Yelp
My party & I had a fabulous time at the resort. The place is beautiful & the atmosphere is sexy. This place exudes luxury to the highest standard. Most of all the staff is amazing especially the trolley driver. One driver in particular Frantz went above & beyond for us. He made our stay even more amazing. Thank you Frantz!!! Another special thanks to David from H.R. For hiring such a wonderful person. Evermore I will be back for another stay!!!

Yelp
We have been here for a couple of days now and while the resort is nice, it leaves a lot to be desired. When we got here on Saturday for a 4pm check in our flat was not yet ready. We were not notified of the delay in the flat being ready and we had groceries that were spoiling in the car. It didn't end up being ready until 6pm that evening. The flats are beautiful and well laid out. The decor is fresh and pleasant. The grounds are so pretty, but it does not feel like you are in the Caribbean like some have said. If you have been to the Caribbean, this feels nothing like it. Food is expensive, and just ok. But by far the biggest downside is the lagoon itself. You have this massive lagoon and the swimming areas are so limited. Most of the lagoon is only for paddle boarders and kayakers. The swimming areas are also about 3 feet deep. So maybe good for little kids but definitely not for "swimming." They do have activities and beach games, a slide, and a rope swing. Customer service definitely needs improvement as well. Overall it's been a pleasant stay but a one and done, we wont be returning.
