This Three-Acre Farm Fuels Orlando’s MICHELIN Restaurants

"Five miles from downtown Orlando, this Certified Naturally Grown farm, launched by husband-and-wife team Mike and Nikki Garcia in 2019, is built to “go beyond sustainability” and “close the loop.” On three hand‑tended acres, biointensive beds, summer cover crops with pastured poultry, and syntropic agroforestry (stratification and photosynthesis maximization) drive production without sprays to encourage biodiversity. The Garcias tailor crops to local restaurants across Southern, Latin, Caribbean, and Asian cuisines—growing everything from green‑stem cauliflower to ube—while embracing seasonality (prime from September into early June). Locals connect directly via a weekly farm stand, a 50‑member CSA with bags of lettuce, arugula, curly kale, kohlrabi, and zucchinis, and educational farm dinners where roughly 90% of the menu is grown onsite, including resilient cultivars like South Anna Butternut Squash. A partnership with O‑Town Compost closes nutrient cycles using community food scraps and local woodchips—“true sustainability” sustained by neighbors who praise the farm’s quality and accessibility." - Michael He

You can purchase various leafy vegetables, radishes, eggplants and herbs such as cilantro and parsley. Additionally, you can purchase fresh eggs and chickens. The farm also sells plants so you can grow herbs and I saw banana trees for sale. I purchased collard greens and beautiful eggplants. Finally, Grateful Sol Farms was on site selling botanical balm and holistic sprays.

Had the pleasure of checking out this amazing farm today. Mike, Nikki, and their family are awesome people on an amazing mission to bring healthy nutrient dense food the world. My family and I look forward to the fresh farm raised poultry we bought. Keep on growing Everoak 🌱🙌

This place is absolutely amazing on every level! The heart and soul of the people that pour into this place, the quality of local, seasonal, vine ripened, nutrient dense, organic, clean, fresh produce is of the highest standard. (I mean that, it’s not just a phrase.) Mike and the team has continued to moved syntropic agriculture forward in a way that provides an incredible amount and quality of sustenance for his local community. Highly recommend!!

I truly enjoyed my visit here. They had pop-ups from Blissful Creations with their vegan food, I sampled their soup, which was pretty amazing, and Nomad Bakehouse, with their amazing and unique baked goods. Anyway, back to Everoak, I purchased greens and raw chicken, which I cooked in the airfryer. It turned out great, and my family could taste the difference from the store bought. We truly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back again. The service from all 3 was exceptional, supporting the small businesses 👏🏽

I love visiting this farm on Saturday mornings! Their produce is always fairly priced and their weekly partners make the trip here feel like a mini personal farmers market

It was a great experience. The farm is runned by an amazing family. They put in a lot of time with the crop, eggs, honey, and soap, and it's all organic. And they have so much more. Thank you so much. Also, I was told they have volunteers to help them out. Thank you.
