I bought a catastrophically overpriced machine that was sold to me as a dream. In the end, it turned out to be a really terrible machine. Not only that, there are recurring issues where I'm forced to pay €1500 annually for maintenance. They've already come five or six times in three months alone, not to mention the times I've had to fix the issues myself. On top of it all, the customer service is absolutely horrible. They never respond on Instagram, almost like they don't care about their customers at all. They give false promises of contacting us and it's just unbelievable. I'm shocked. I think a home machine for €500 would perform better than this. My advice: steer clear of this machine.

Eversys markets itself as a super advanced super-automatic espresso maker. However the results falls way short what is promised. First of all, the machines are not of high quality. The group head is made of cheap plastic for goodness sake! Even simple things like steaming milk does not have simple factory setting to get high quality micro-foam. We've wasted gallons of milk just trying to get barista quality foam and it is still far from quality. Our brand new machine came with broken parts and parts took forever to ship. When the local espresso techs finally received the parts, they were the wrong ones. After more than 2 weeks the broken pieces were replaced but now other functions are not working properly! On top of that, conversations with Eversys tech support line has been absolutely rude and insulting. They treat us like we are complete idiots and refuse to give any useful information to diagnose the problem and just keeps telling me to call the local tech. This is after I have already told them the local tech is not returning calls or messages. We are just supposed to let a $40,000 machine sit idol for weeks which we lose out on our coffee service?

Worst customer support after you buy a machine! Our $40,000 Eversys machine goes down every month, and they will not allow us to keep parts on hand. It takes weeks to receive parts. We've requested a new machine and they will no longer return our phone calls. If you're considering getting a machine from them, I would advise you to do substantial research with other companies before you end up in a situation like ours.

Worst machine I've ever purchased it's out of order more than it's making coffee constantly have the maintenance guys out almost daily to fix it ready to pull it from the countertop and throw it in the bin and go back to the old kettle we get better luck with a $500 machine let alone a $20,000 machine

Ständig Probleme mit der Ebersys Cameo! Nicht empfehlenswert da die Maschine nur Ärger macht! Reinigungskugel nimmt er ständig nicht, Kaffee tropft in das Häferl und läuft nicht schön, zeitweise keine Creme, Display zu empfindlich, Display auch Wasserempfindlich, Maschine schaltet sich ohne Grund öfters aus oder hängt sich auf, dann muss man ein und ausstecken und neu starten! Teewasser lächerlich! Pulverbeschichtung löst sich vom Gehäuse. Seit längerem steckt das linke Mahlwerk und da es sich selbst verstellt. Servicekosten für Rückstellung bzw neue Konfiguration 370 Euro. Das Display ist sehr Wasserempfindlich und musste mit einem Provisorium abdedichtet werden. Der Wasserlauf ist ständig zu tief und die Maschine bleibt öfters einfach stehen. Dann muss man die Maschine vom Stecker nehmen und das dauert lange. Die Gäste bekommen dann 15 Minuten keinen Kaffee bis die Maschine wieder einsatzbereit ist. .

Wurden falsch beraten, Brühzeit zu lange und Maschinen (4 x enigma) machen ständig Ärger, Service kommt nicht/ sehr selten, trotz Ausfall zweier Maschinen ( 2Jahre alt, Vollservicevertrag) nicht zu empfehlen.
