"A ninth location of growing chain Everytable opened on March 31; the mission of this fast-casual lunch spot is to tier prices based on the income levels of the neighborhood. In Astoria, read-to-eat meals hover around $8." - Emma Orlow

Like most people, I find that healthy food can be more expensive than fast food but not here at Everytable. Here you can eat nutritious, good quality food at affordable prices. For their grand opening today at their newest location in Astoria, they gave out 200 free meals. Amazing! Most of their items are priced around $8-12. Everything is fresh, nutritious, and so conveniently packaged for grab and go. They have prepackaged salads, bowls and wraps to choose from along with snacks, and drinks. They sell these grab and go items and also meal plans that can be delivered or picked up at the store. I came early and waited on line for one of their free meals and got the Homegirl Salmon Adobo. It contained poached salmon cooked with adobo spices, chickpeas, cauliflower rice and salsa verde sauce on the side. The salmon was good by itself but much better with the salsa verde sauce. I really liked that the food is labeled and tells you exactly what is in each dish and lists how many calories and carbs. Great for those that count what they eat. What a great addition to this neighborhood. While I'm not sure yet if I will opt into their mean plan, I can see myself coming to this store often for their grab and go items.

I’m so glad I found out about this place. I’ve tried most of the meals they offer and they’re pretty delicious. My favorite so far is the turkey taco bowl and the trap kitchen curry. It’s so nice to see the macros labeled, and clear ingredients printed on the packaging so you know what you’re consuming. They usually run deals, so I’ve been able to take advantage of buying 3 and get 1 free (so that’s nice). It’s a very easy and seamless experience, grab meals (they offer to heat it up there if you’d like) you pay and you go. I use these meals to supplement me through the week, or take one or two a week to work. It’s nice to have something fresh and delicious on hand for those days where you don’t have much time to cook, or the energy. I do wish they changed the menu more often, I’ve only been trying this for a month, but I can see how it can get tiring after eating the same thing over and over. They have many choices, but once you find the ones you really like, it can become repetitive.

I love this place! The staff is always super friendly, and it's a great place to swing into on the way to work to grab lunch! The food is delicious, nutritious, and much more affordable than similar type spots that surround my work building. I recommend it to people all the time!

Google
Love this place. I always felt like a healthy, affordable take out place was missing from our neighborhood. This place is excellent. Favorite foods: elote ceasar salad, chicken shawarma bowl, turkey taco bowl, & mexicali chicken salad. Other pros: rewards/loyalty system, friendly staff, convenient location Cons: none

Google
Awesome place. Not the typical fat laden, fried, junk food option you get in most neighborhoods in the five boroughs. Clean and new.

Yelp
I have to say I liked the food and service at EveryTable. The cashier was very helpful and helped me pick out some healthy sandwiches and salads. Seating is a bit limited but they do offer decent coffee and sandwiches, one of which I ate at their location and the salad I took home. Would I come back? Yes.

Yelp
There's surprisingly well-crafted to-go healthy meals here for honestly pretty cheap (Salmon bowl for $10, what?), especially considering food prices now. I had a breakfast burrito ($8), oat-milk latte ($3), and a cookie. Burrito was great; hefty enough to get me through the day and the ingredients seem to be high quality. Latte also not expensive and was really nice and creamy. Coffee quality seems high so far. Cookie was delightful, fresh with a nice balance of chewiness and crispness. I signed up for their rewards program and got 10% off, so the whole meal was only $10. Honestly this is a great addition to the block.
