If I could give zero stars, I would.
On September 10 at around 12:20 P.M., I had a very unpleasant experience with a woman who claimed to be the supervisor. She refused to give me her name when I asked, and when I mentioned filing a complaint, she said, “It’s my word against yours, they’ll believe me.” That alone tells you the kind of attitude she had.
Her customer service was absolutely horrible. Instead of listening or trying to help, she argued with me the entire time. I told her I know what good customer service is supposed to look like I own a business myself and this was the complete opposite. Because of her rude behavior, I walked out without making a purchase, even though we were ready to spend a significant amount.
The day before, we were helped by another lady who was extremely polite and professional, so the contrast was shocking. While in the store, I overheard someone call this supervisor “Maddie” or something similar. If the owner reads this: you need to seriously reconsider having her represent your business. With her attitude, you will continue losing customers like me.
