Evolve Back, Hampi

What a fabulous resort in an area of outstanding natural beauty and sacred, ancient history. The Guides were so enthusiastic that it was easy for me to feel the atmosphere of the lost Empire as we walked the Temple trails. The grandeur and service at Evolve Back resort let that feeling continue each time I returned from a guided tour. After all the historical information provided on the walking tours, it was great to take several relaxing Nature Walks. Many bird species were spotted. The accommodation is superb, the surroundings are so peaceful and the service provided is 5 star, plus. House keeping teams kept my suite in tip top order. The level of service and the quality and variety of South Indian dishes provided by the F&B team was outstanding. They went above and beyond to manage my particular dietary requirements. |A lasting memory will be the surprise picnics provided by Evolve Back. Sampling fresh watermelon juice and tasty teatime treats under the trees while the sun set over the temples of Hampi was more than amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

|We recently celebrated the year-end at Evolve Back Hampi. It was truly a remarkable experience. The ambiance was great, the staff were super helpful and attentive, and the food was nothing short of excellent. Every night, enjoyable events were organized for the family, adding to the celebratory atmosphere. The food spread was exhaustive, covering a wide range of cuisines to cater to all preferences. I want to give special thanks to Chef Prakash. His humility and care stood out as he personally attended to our needs and multiple other families, especially for our 3-year-old. Even amidst busy events, he took the time to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy. I highly recommend for a memorable stay, and I can't thank Chef Prakash enough for his kindness and attention to detail.

Beautiful palace hotel with loads of charm.|The rooms are large and opulent but with a lot of taste. Common areas are oozing charm and the staff is extremely nice and so helpful. The food was excellent and they did beautiful decorations every evening. (I believe that's only during the festive season but it was incredible.)|Certainly THE place to stay when touring Hampi.

This is a wonderful resort - high luxury, very friendly, completely customer-oriented, and beautifully located within 15 minutes drive from the Hampi ruins. The crew is fantastic - very caring and super responsive. The hotel property is huge - each room is large, luxurious and well-appointed. The history and nature-guides in the hotel are the perfect persons to have with you when you visit the ruins.

This is our third visit to an Evolve Back property and while the property and the room were beautiful, you could make out small but significant differences from their Coorg and Kabini stays. |||The food was meh with limited options even in dinner. There was something called a pushkarni dinner the first night we stayed with a performance by the pool which was badly organized. Most of the food ran out quickly and took ages to be restocked. There were barely any veg options and the ones that were there were wiped clean. ||While the staff tried their best, they struggled with the filter coffee which seemed more like a machine brewed latte. ||We stayed here for my birthday though and the housekeeping staff were sweet enough to wish me and also put up decorations along with the cake. This was done after some prodding to the reception but we appreciated it. ||We were promised resort credits but there seemed to be an issue about this during checkout and took a while to be sorted. ||If some small changes are made, this could be worthy of 5 full stars. I hope it will get there soon.

As we celebrated a special occasion, a complimentary cake and goodies from the resort added to the memorable stay and experience .

Brilliant stay. Best play to stay in Hampi. Drishti was amazing. Always recommended to stay here rather than anywhere else in Hampi. The rooms are absolutely amazing. The service was brilliant and the food is amazing. Very relaxing and everything taken care of.

This is one of the best place I have stayed in. Every person makes you feel special and takes care of every need. Actually they foresee what we need and would have planned well in advance. Amaar especially makes you feel at home, the hospitality he extends is like one of a family. He has a very good knowledge of the ‘Hampi Ruins’ and regularly arranges for special programs to enhance our stay. Food and house keeping team are exceptional in their choices & services respectively. One would feel terrible when the time comes to check out. This is one place I would visit a second time.
