What a great spot to watch a sports game. Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Service from Levi was good and personable. Food: 8 oz Draft Beer Glass of Wine Pickle Chips Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce Legendary Prime Rib French Dip The chicken wings were ok. Nothing special. The frech dip was amazing!!! I loved the flavor of the meat and the bread was perfect. The pickles and onion rings were also yummy. Great spot and i'll definitely return.

We were in need of a casual evening out. Came here to have some pub fare and a few beverages. Though there are a few things that could be improved, overall we left satisfied. We were promptly greeted and seated upon entering. Initial impression of the restaurant was very positive. Welcoming and clean environment. The servers/staff were all on point. At no time was I in need of a refill or left to wonder if we would be adequately attended to. That was a relief. Once our order was placed, we had our beverages and food in front of us in less than ten minutes. I ordered the Nachos and added chopped chicken along with guacamole. For the most part the nachos were great. The guacamole was super fresh too. One downfall was the dry/chewy chicken. Like it was either overcooked or a bit old. My teenager ordered the mac and cheese pizza. Kid liked it. I tried it, and it was not my favorite. The flavor of the crust just seemed off. Can’t really pinpoint exactly what it is but with refinement, it can be better. My wife ordered the Avocado melt with sweet potato fries. That was amazing. Both are very good. As for the beer I ordered, I’m a dark beer fan so naturally I ordered the coffee porter. Best porter I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced flavors. Will be something I come back to often. All in all, this was a good visit. I feel this brewery/restaurant is on the cusp of greatness. Can’t wait to see this place grow from here.

Great hidden spot with awesome food, service and rotation craft beers all the time. Been here on game days a few times with friends. The pizza is great, the sides are great and the huge selection of beer can’t go wrong.

2/21/2026, we had a party of 6, reservation @ 5:45pm. Our server was very good. We had 5 prime rib sandwiches and a tuna wrap sandwich, the kitchen sent out 5 prime rib sandwiches and tuna wrap arrived 15 minutes later. The new GM addressed the issue with our party and resolved the issue. Kudos to the server and the new GM but the kitchen dropped the ball. The prime rib sandwich was money (very good) ! fries, onion rings and fried pickles were good 👍 the strawberry lemonade was okay, the condiments chipotle sauce and creamy horseradish sauce were good. Chef created a strong menu.

A wonderful brewery great for gathering with groups. Excellent selection of beers, particularly IPAs. They do trivia on Wednesdays. Our server Jordan was the best and super friendly! Only suggestion is to turn the music down so we can have a conversation.

1st visit of to be many. The food was phenomenal. The drinks were great. The house made brews were really good that have something for everyone taste. The fact certain one can be taken home in sealed there cans is a treat. Had pizzas this time they were crispy and delicious. The Mac and cheese pizza with bacon was a delight. The deep fried oreos were a perfect version nice crispy fried no extra sweetness added done to where the oreo was soft and delicious not over done. All the drink I tried were amazing. Can't wait to go back. My hats off to our waitress for being patient and letting us try our way threw the drinks and helping us choose.

***This review is from our 1st visit on February 1st, 2025 (late posting it). We were excited to check out Evolve since it is a little closer to us than Aces and Ales. The service was great and the beer bites with beer cheese sauce were delicious! My husband ordered some flights of beer that he enjoyed too. The atmosphere is cool with plenty of seating. We will definitely be returning to check out more food and beer.

Stopped by for the first time yesterday. The bartender was very friendly and attentive, the beer was fine. The food was described as “elevated comfort food” And I would argue that’s quite a stretch. We ordered the basic fish and chips to sample the kitchen. The fish was not seasoned, lacked salt, half way through the fish fell completely out of its crispy coating, which means the technique of the cook needs some help. Perhaps other dishes are executed better, but it’s doubtful we would return.

Great location with a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The interior is open, bright, and inviting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional, thanks to our friendly and knowledgeable bartender, Kimberly. We decided on a beer flight, and Kimberly expertly guided us in choosing 2 Towns Cider Pacific Pineapple, Evolve Bright Eyes Strawberry Lager, Evolve Smack Talk Fruited Sour, and Sierra Nevada PILS for our selection. Both the food and beer menus have something to that is sure to please almost anyone. The French dip sandwich was massive and absolutely delicious--easily one of the best I've had in town at a bar since Bogey's. The venue also features plenty of TVs for sports fans and ample, comfortable seating for dining in. They also have pool tables. This is a perfect place to fly solo at the bar or bring a large group.

This is definitely my favorite of the Aces & Ales locations. Of course the food is really good but the general vibe of the place is awesome. LOVE the huge patio! And the staff... OMG. Top notch. Everyone was super friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Clearly a well oiled machine. Keep doing what you're doing! (Full disclosure I was there for a special event)

Had lunch here on Saturday. I wanted to try their new release Coffee cream ale with vanilla- ITS SO GOOD! The service is always great and the food even better. I got to meet the manager, Adam, really nice guy. If you like craft beer and good food definitely try this place.

A new brewery in town! Come check out Evolve Brewing by Aces & Ales in southwest Las Vegas, right across the street from IKEA. The building layout where Evolve is in reminds me of a very similar building layout in Oregon, where we also visited a brewery there. This layout includes a little courtyard in the center with other businesses surrounding it. The entrance can be found around back from the parking lot, which is just a short walk away. We walked in and we were seated right away. While the dining area wasn't too busy, the bar area was completely packed with every seat taken. A wide variety of college football games were on at the time and many people came down here to watch them. Kyle prefers the dining area over the bar area when we go out to eat, so this was just ok for us. Pool tables are available if you're looking for some fun while you eat and drink. They have a pretty decent number of alcoholic drinks. Since I'm a fan of fruity drinks, I got myself the Evolve Bright Eyes Raspberry Lager. Our waitress told us that this was a good choice for the sour lager lover in anyone. Kyle also got himself a fruity beer, which was the Evolve Sticky Finger$ Pineapple Fruited Sour. And yes, there is a dollar sign included on the word Fingers. The Bright Eyes had that tarty, sour-like flavor to it, like I was drinking a sour candy, and I ended up finishing it before we left. Kyle enjoyed his Sticky Finger$, but also said that it wasn't that sour like mine was. We considered going for another round of drinks, but Kyle started feeling unwell towards the end of our meals (related to the recent weather change that day), so we just stuck with one drink each. For food, we shared an appetizer of Wisconsin Cheese Curds (a somewhat rare find for us). The waiter recommended that we air fry them in the case we choose to take them back as leftovers. And he was right - leftovers taste a lot better when we put them in the air fryer! Our entrees were beer battered fish and chips for myself snd the house mac on crack for Kyle. The fish and chips were good but a little bit on the oily side, which was a little messy. When I decided to take it back with me, the basket of fries (aka chips) was just endless and kept going and going. The house mac on crack was basically a cheeseburger served inside of a skillet. This was a great place to visit! Next time we come back, I want to sit on their very spacious patio, depending if the weather will still be nice.

We stopped by on a busy Sunday for lunch, beer and to watch some football. The place was packed for the 1PM games as we expected and the vibe was energetic and fun. The open dining area had plenty of space and tons of TVs hosting all the afternoon NFL games. It's loud but you can still definitely carry a conversation at your table. The glass windows keep the restaurant bright and your energy up but you're still staying cool. Ahi tuna wrap - Very fresh all around, but special shout out to the wasabi aioli that really worked with the Ahi Tuna. Sweet Potato Fried- my safe side dish order were all good. Cheese Curds - I sampled my buddy's, and they were fantastic. Absolute must order for my cheesey peeps. Onion Rings - Crispy and everyone enjoyed. Service: Our server and bus people were awesome. I felt so bad for them, they were severely understaffed during a known peak time. We had to ask for utensils and had to wave down our servers to get updates on our dishes. They tried so hard to cover so many tables but were put in an impossible situation. I don't know if people called in that Sunday or if there was a scheduling issue, but I did appreciate their positive attitudes under distress. The dishes were great, staff was awesome. I'm looking forward to returning back to a more organized Sunday and trying some new dishes. Cheers!

I really like this spot! Evolve Brewing by Aces & Ales is open, bright, and not dark or cramped, which makes it a comfortable place to hang out, especially if you're here for Sunday football like we were. The space is big and airy, so it works really well for larger groups, and there's also nice outdoor seating if you prefer being outside. Service was great and attentive without being overbearing. On game days they run food specials, which is always a plus. We ordered a pizza and really enjoyed it. One of my favorite things is that you can order drinks in 4-ounce pours. As someone who doesn't really enjoy drinking much but still likes to sample, this is such a great option. You can try a couple of different brews without committing to a full pint. Overall, it's a great spot for watching games, meeting up with friends, or just enjoying a laid-back time with good food and drink. I'll definitely be back.

Service is great. Love the ambiance. Busy. But well attended at the bar. Walter was great. Wish they sent me fresh hot fries. I ordered them crispy. But kitchen doesn't pay attention Sent it back once for being cold and soggy They resent me another order that wasn't hot. (Same thing) Can't have it your way Prime rib dip - hot Fried pickles - hot French fries-- cold twice. I gave up. Must be too hard. Like eating fries that have been left out on the counter (I don't care vibe after the second time) $60 check for one... update review from 5 stars and a great 1st time experience.

Came across this spot while browsing the shopping center before heading to church, and I'm so glad I did! I sat outside and loved it, the weather was perfect. The inside looked super spacious, and the service was great, our server was really friendly. The food was delicious! I didn't order any drinks, but the beer selection looked solid. The fish and chips were amazing, the fish literally melts in your mouth, and the fries were just as good. The pizza was decent too, especially since it's not a pizza place. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

Came in to check out the New Brew House... This place is cool vibez didn't play pool but Next time i will try, They Had a packed House every body was watching Love island... lol ... Amazing beer selection something For everyone... pizza Was off the Hook and Very Fresh, crust Had a Nice chew, and bounce back... i think we had a little jalapeNo ranch? Went well together. Ordered The Rib eye Steak with chimichuri... Tots and Asparagus... Alphabet tater tots was crunchy and tender... Asparagus well tooo Fiberous Hard to eat but char and Flavor was great... i think they Have to cut more of the Stem to be more edible... Rib eye, was cooked to perfection with Nice grill Marks... Ordered it Med Rare. Waitresses was cool and Spunky... Thank you... Hopefully will be Here more when it gets cooler outside...

This was our first time at Evolve brewery. We sat at the bar. We were serviced by Brandon, the bartender. He took very good care of us and paid attention to our needs. We ordered beers and also a bloody Mary to drink. We ordered the Veggie skillet, Onion rings, and a large pepperoni pizza. The onion rings and the pizza were on a game day special. We came here on football Sunday. So the ambiance was fun and loud, great football atmosphere. Fabulous service from Brandon along with great food. Would love to come here again and try different things on the menu.

Second time here at Evolve Brewing by Aces & Ales, and it's just as good as the first time. I only stopped by for a quick drink, which ended up being multiple drinks . I sat at the bar and was nicely attended to by a male and a female bartender whose names I wasn't able to get. They're both friendly and cheerful. There's always a cool vibe at this place. Love it!

Wow what a fantastic restaurant and brewery!! This is a home run for great food and the beer selection can't be beat. Our waiter Caleb was a great server and suggested some outstanding beers. We had the most popular entries the prime rib dip sandwich and the bacon turkey wrap. Very clear why these are so popular. The service is very fast and we were served our food very timely. Started with their bacon poppers which set the tone for great food . Us locals got to make this a routine stop. The restaurant is spacious and the seating accommodates everyone.

Evolve Brewing by Aces & Ales is the kind of spot you wish more bars would be like, casual, laid-back, and easy to enjoy without the chaos. Plenty of seating, plenty of food options, and best of all... it's not packed shoulder to shoulder like so many places in Vegas. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to catch up with friends or hang with a group. You're not yelling over loud music or worried about stepping into a bar fight, it's chill from start to finish. Food menu is solid, beers are fresh, and service keeps things moving without any stress. Honestly, it's the kind of place you can keep coming back to whether you're looking for a low-key night out or just want a comfortable spot with good company. Evolve Brewing gets it right. Aces & Ales did us all a favor with this one.

Evolve Brewing by Aces & Ales, fantastic! The food and beverages, simple awesome! Superb happy hour! The service is excellent! Ambiance is a classic sports bar and more. If you are taking a large party of friends, call and make reservations, they fill up fast during happy hour. The beers on tap are extensive! If you find yourself at the "Bend" stop in at give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

This is probably one of the best happy hours I've seen at a brewery in terms of its food and drink offerings. From 50% pizzas, $2 off drafts, $10 cocktails and $2 off apps, it offers something for everyone. The Mac and cheese pizza surviving the flop and cheese pull tests. The pizza dough was well seasoned as well. The wings were pretty standard and not particularly remarkable. The beer bites are delicious nibbles of the pizza dough served with marinara and great beer cheese. The bacon bombs were well balanced but spicy so have a drink near by. I only tried their sour and fruited beers but they were good amongst their competitors especially for a newer brewery. It was also not crazy loud on a weekday which was nice. Our server was super friendly and attentive ensuring we had what we wanted and got in those last minute happy hour drinks and food. I'd definitely return to this location.

We couldn't be happier this is down the road from us. As a past brewer, this place is kicking out some seriously delicious brews. Plus the guest draft list is awesome. You can get beer to go in crowlers so always a plus to have some stashed in your fridge. Also, the food is excellent. Like very good. The BEST fish and chips I've ever had is from here. It's perfect. House made tartar sauce and hand cut fries? Come and get you some!

The brewery finally opened at The Bend and definitely had to check it out! Been waiting for this to open up for a while since my boyfriend and I love beer and bar food. The beers on tap were great. Decided to order the beers they specialize in house. Bartenders were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Place is very open and great for hangouts. Reason why I gave this place two stars is because the food was not good at all. My boyfriend ordered the crusted Parmesan chicken and it was burnt, dry, and small, my wrap was dry and barely had any sauce, and the macaroni on the pizza was hard! Attached to this review are the images of the food and you can tell it was just so dry by looking at it! Probably won't ever order food from here unless they make it better. Would only go here for beers to be honest. Really disappointed in the food quality.

Pulled up in Evolve! Basic Thursday night my friends and I met up for a quick after work drinkie-drink and apps. Evolve did not disappoint. Besties and I were seated immediately on a high top in the middle of their bar area. We ordered Hefeweizen's and Pretzels w beer cheese and mustard dip. The beers could've been a bit colder for my liking- but I'm also an ice chewer- so that's just my preference...pretzel was ok- i prefer a chewy thicker warm & squishy pretzel...while this one was a little on the Toasty side, the dips though- delicious! We also ordered the Grapefruit beers and Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño's- please DO IT! Order them! They are oh so yummy! Our server was amazing checking in on us constantly and even letting us know Happy Hour last call- OK! So good! Oh yeah- although we didn't order the pizza- apparently it's HALF OFF on Thursdays! This place is also kid friendly and has outdoor seating which I can't wait to enjoy once the cooler months hit Vegas! Anyhow, happy to have this little gem in the Southwest Go here!

Food was really good, nice portions. Service was awesome and fast. Our server was always checking on us. Big place, great place to watch games, it was super loud in there, talking was a bit hard, but I will definitely be back.

Such a hidden gem. They have a big drink selection so don't you worry you'll find something you'll fall inlove with. I fell in love with the cider it was so good I took some home. Ok let's get to the best part the FOOD!!!! 10/10 delish everything we ordered was made to perfection. Oooohhhhh and the dessert holy moly the cheesecake healed my soul

First visit late last night and I must say, it was better than I expected. The Hazy IPA (Stud Fee) I had was really good! The chicken pizza was tasty but the onion rings were phenomenal! Best onion rings I've had ever and I've had plenty of onion rings. I'll be returning to try more of their beers, food and more onion rings. Oh and their happy hour prices are great! The bartender/server was such a friendly and cool guy. Knows what customer service is all about. Visitors and especially locals, you have to come through and try Evolve!

If you're looking for a place to grab some drinks with some friends in the South West part of Vegas, this is your spot. This is a very spacious place that has a lot of seating and can accommodate large groups of people. I sat at the bar so the service was pretty easy. They have like 4 or 5 gaming machines if you wanted to gamble. The good thing is that if you gamble, they may comp some of your drinks as well. The selection of beers is pretty good as they have a good mixture of quality beers along with their own beers. The best thing that I like about this place is that they have 8oz draft pours. This allows you to try multiple beers, instead of the smaller tasters. They also offer those as well too. It's also good to note that they also have hard liquor too if you're not into beer or want something stronger. They have some outdoor games, pool and some table games which can be good for other forms of entertainment that than drinking. They have a good amount of food choices, but the only thing we tried so far is the fried pickles, which was decent. The happy hour is pretty good and I'll definitely be coming back to try it sometime.

Super cool place! We arrived right before happy hour ended at 6, so we were able to snag a few things. Our server was so friendly and fast! It's a perfect place to chill and watch some games as well. Food was good! We ordered the deviled eggs, pickle chips ( wish it had less batter) Caesar salad with the parm crusted chicken and the ribeye. We had a good time! Will be back to try other items.

Wow, really loved this place. Stopped in for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it is, how friendly the people are and the food is great. Annie was our server/bartender and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Poke and it was so good! We will definitely be back.

Wanted to try a new brewery in the area so we came here and had a great time! Nice open area and some outside seating available. Service was super fast & everyone's so nice! Didn't order any food but they have a large option of draft beers and yummy cocktails. The whole plaza is super new so we're excited to see what else opens around here to really bring this place to life!

Was super excited to check out this location in the new shopping center across from IKEA - 'The Bend' It really is a great location in the south west part of the valley and offers plenty of parking for Evolve and the rest of the places. I came with a group of friends from work for late afternoon drinks and food. This is a proper brewery and they have an extensive beer list to back it up. I tried a few different hazy and fruit forward options which were both really good. The food was just okay - hence the 3 Star review. I definitely want to come back again and give some of the other food a try. The wings were good but the pizza was just way to heavy and not cooked enough.

Went to grab a few bites and beers. We love Aces and ales on Nellis, and know this is the same owner with some of the same menu items. This also appears to be a non smoking venue which is a very refreshing idea considering that most of these places in Vegas allow smoking. We walked in and it is a beautiful establishment, not many customers...perhaps a happy hour would bring more people in. Music was nice. Our young waiter took our order and let us know the Evolve brews were made in house so we both got those. Hub got a lager and I got an American IPA. Beers were really good and cold. We ordered our norm..beer bites and chicken tenders with buffalo and bbq sauces. Food came out hot, but the beer bites looked different and did not taste as good as the Nellis ones do. The chicken was a big disappointment...overcooked, no flavor...sauces were good... Does a difference in chef make this big a difference with the same ingredients? I really wanted to like this place..but drinks only next time. I will save the food for the Nellis location..Smokey or not...that is far more superior food.

Oh my goodness! The wait is finally over! I have been waiting and waiting for Evolve to open at The Bend for a loooong time. My husband and I really enjoy Aces & Ales but it is a tad far from where we live so we can't go as often. When we heard word that they were opening at The Bend, we were just so darn excited but it took forever! They soft opened tonight at 5pm with limited capacity and we just had to go. We changed up some plans, grabbed some friends, and went around 6:30PM. There was a wait for a table -- around 30-45 minutes but that wasn't a huge deal breaker for us. We just walked around to see what other businesses were at The Bend and chatted. The bar is open seating so if there are enough seats for you and your party, you are absolutely free to just sit there. When we went, they were pretty packed. When we got seated, we started off with a round of beers before ordering food. My husband and I shared a few drinks: 6. Evolve CVC 7. HUDL Kiss Me On The First Date 9. Evolve Reign In Berries 21. Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Vanilla Rye Stout (2024) I'll be completely and honest -- I'm not a huge fan of any of their fruited beers. They were really light in flavor in terms of fruitiness and even the tart was a bit dialed down. They were just OK. I did like the stout though -- it had a really nice bourbon flavor to it. I do hope that they'll have a more interesting line up later on. For the food, they pretty much have the same menu as Aces & Ales, which is pretty awesome. I actually really enjoy the food at Aces. My husband and I shared: - Hangover burger with fries - Beer bites - Onion rings I love the beer bites. They were soft, pillowy, and the flavor was great especially dipped in cheese. The onion rings were a bit overcooked but it still carried good flavor. Their batter wasn't as airy as it used to be though. The burger was delicious! Great flavor and filling! There were items that weren't available tonight as it was their soft opening -- I believe the nachos, pretzel, cheese curds, and large sizes of the pizza. Service was good, especially for soft opening. We'll definitely go back to Evolve! Good food, good vibes, and beer!

Worst fish and chips i have had in Vegas, super dry fish with mushy batter HOW?!?! Cheeseburger was ok but so small for 19.00. Beers were good and the ranch was great. 2 stars since this bar food sucks especially for the price!

Bait and switch!! They used to have daily happy hour and the pizza's were 50% off during that time. NO LONGER!!

Love this brewery restaurant! The place is so spacious with pool table & ton of flat-screen TV's to catch sports games! I really appreciate that they have a kids menu. And what a great deal for kids pizza at only $10 for 12 inch diameter pizza! All the staffs were friendly too! We came here on a Friday night for dinner with our toddler son. Our son loved the pepperoni pizza, with a flavorful crust. I had the avocado melt sandwich, which was tasty with just the right amount of mozzarella cheese. The fries were the showstopper - fresh cut & yummy. My hubby liked his French dip sandwich too. I tried number 17 - type of hard fruit cider & it was tasty. Can't wait to come back to try other items.

TERRIBLE GREASY FOOD!! I ordered the Mac n cheese and got this bowl of oil. When I mentioned that it was too oily and asked for a different place, the manager Ashley Jordan was condescending and not even apologetic, made it seam like there was nothing there! Wouldn't recommend, never coming back

How great is this place?! The open windows really make it welcoming. We came in the afternoon and really enjoyed the sun shining in. The boys ordered a couple things to try out and I nibbled and gambled on the 5 machines they have. Leilani was super friendly and gave great recommendations. Looking forward to coming back again and trying more!

Park in the back lot because the entrance is in a weird spot. Great place and food. It's nice and big with a modern design. Cool to see the brewery through the glass. Service was fast and friendly. Came during happy hour and they have good deals on beer and food. Got the French dip with fries. Sandwich was delicious but au jus was too salty. Fries were great. My check came in normal paper format so the complaint from other reviews is no longer an issue.

Of the 24 beers on tap during our visit, only 7 were made in-house. None are dark or strong beers. Hopefully, they will eventually offer more beers of their own, and rely less on guest taps. Catacombs and Neon Oasis (from Rad Beer Co.) were good. I was blown away by CoCoCreation (by Able Baker Brewing) imperial stout, with its delicious chocolatey flavor. The house-made black bean patty is very good. I had one for the Yes, Please Cheeseburger (with no cheese), which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed a the black bean patty as a topping on the Veggie Pizza with no cheese. However, it was $5 more for this topping, making it the highest priced pizza other than Eddie Spaghetti. The black bean burger is not listed as a topping option, so the upcharge is also not shown on the menu. It's unfortunate that the plant-based pizza we customized is more expensive than ones with cheese and meat. Service and vibe were great during our visit.

Checked out this place last night and they were doing really well, especially for bar in its soft opening phase. Service was awesome even though we were spread across three tables. Two young women were taking our orders, I know one of them was in training but they were both great. Very friendly without being overbearing and actually had a good system of keeping everyone organized. The bar was really clean, organized, and bright including the restrooms. I tried two of their beers and the impearmint cocktail. The latter was a little on the sweet side for me, but not terrible. I also don't expect life-changing cocktails from a brewery where I expect the focus to be more on beer. I definitely thought they had good selection of beers and enjoyed both that I had, one of which was a sour from Evolve and the other was Temptation from Russian River, which is not a brewery I've noticed around town. They've only been open about a month and the servers told us they don't yet have a happy hour but anticipated it is likely to come after the grand opening. I didn't try any of the food but it definitely looked good. It's a little on the pricier side for bar food so I definitely think happy hour would be a great incentive to get some more affordable snacks. Overall, definitely excited to go back.

If you love Aces and Ales, youll love Evolve! Ive come here on 3 occasions and its always been great. Stephanie has been our server a few times and shes fantastic! They have a great selection of beers and a few ciders. The food is also pretty good! Its very spacious, and they have a great outdoor patio. Its an awesome place for groups.

We found out about Evolve from TikTok and my husband was so excited to come and try the French dip sandwich and onion rings. Unfortunately, when we came, we were informed by our waitress that they were out of both. We were disappointed, but we pivoted and he got a hamburger with sweet potato fries. I got fish and chips with tater tots. Let me tell you that they absolutely redeemed themselves with the food that we got. The portions are very generous, and the food was piping hot. I have to say the fish and chips were the best I have ever had! You get two large pieces of fish. The batter is crispy and light. Don't even get me started on the tater tots because they were so good! The tater tots are in the shape of letters and we're so crispy yet soft on the inside. Delicious delicious delicious! My husband is really picky about hamburgers, and he really liked the flavor of his cheeseburger. He got the sweet potato fries which he shared with me and they also were cooked to perfection. We look forward to coming back with friends and trying out their happy hour. You can tell they are working on some kinks, but overall I believe this is going to be a fun and regular place for us to come back to!

Service: 10/10 - server was accommodating, everyone friendly and busy Ambiance: 8/10 - looks nice inside but a bit corporate sterile. Little like being in a Blade movie with neon blue lights lol. Drinks: 7/10 - beer menu dominated by IPAs but there are some decent finds Food: 0/10 - really hate to say this, but the food was terrible. The onion rings looked great but are made with a very fine breading that acts as a grease sponge. Fries were the exact same way - I could squeeze oil from the fry onto my plate. Pretzels were not Bavarian style and are not different from the freezer at the grocery store. The server was genuinely concerned and understanding, did the best she could and was super sweet. TLDR: if you love IPAs and aren't hungry, this is your spot.

One of the best places I've been to for a while I got the beef dip, onion rings, and cheese screws, which were all amazing. The surface was spectacular and such a cool beautiful restaurant/brewing. I would highly recommend going here. They have plenty of TVs for every game that could be on and the service is amazing.

The happy hour specials are absolutely worth coming in... half off pizza? Can't beat it. We ordered a 1/2 sausage and mushroom pizza. It was airy and delicious. It's the perfect pizza to dip in ranch... but either way, very good. The beer selection was just OK. The pineapple cider was notable, if you're into ciders, it doesn't have that bite to it... so that was refreshing. Stef was friendly and attentive, even considering she was pretty busy! The only thing with service that was a bit of a miss, was that we arrived around 5:40 and there was a wait... no problem... got on the list and by the time we were sat (which was at the other half of a 8 seat high top that was available from the start, I assume they just decided to seat the half tables during the wait) it was 6:05... happy hour was over. We weren't given an opportunity to place an order to make it within the HH window. It certainly didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves, but definitely a miss on the service end. 3 stars because it is a regular sports bar. It's nice, good atmosphere, good hangout spot and decent service... but nothing to rave about. It's "just" a nice sports bar, and will return only for happy hour specials.
