I hate writing negative reviews, but the pizza we got was so bad, I couldn’t hold back. I ordered takeout pizza for the Super Bowl, and I arrived about 15 mins early prior to the scheduled pickup time. The staff was very kind and professional, letting me know that the pizza was not yet put in the oven. To me this was a good sign, it’ll be fresher, no complaints.
I ordered two pizzas, one custom (goat cheese, prosciutto, diced tomato, red onion and green pepper) and one normal pepperoni pizza. First off, the custom pizza was missing the prosciutto, which I paid for (they charge you per topping), and then instead of diced tomatoes, they gave us large thick cut slices (not the end of the world, but not what we ordered). Also, the pizza was criminally undercooked, the dough was borderline raw in the center of the pizza. I gave up eating the pizza whatsoever after seeing how raw the dough actually was.
It was about $45 for these two pizzas, and tax and tip brought me over $50, which is a high price to pay for pizza. I’m usually okay with paying extra if the food is good, but in no stretch of the imagination was this food worth it, and that’ll be my last time ordering it. Again, the staff was very kind, and the restaurant was clean when I briefly visited.
