Exchange LA

One of the best sound systems I’ve found so far in the LA area and overall I’ve had a good experience feeling the bass and light performances. I’ve been here 4 times so far and it’s one of the places I follow depending on the lineup. As others have shared, the security is a bit uptight but just come prepared and I wouldn’t say it’s a dealbreaker if you’re looking for an immersive escape. So far, the venue seems to draw a good community in - not as down to earth as the underground warehouses, but still friendly overall. It’s also one of the places I would be comfortable attending alone if I don’t have a friend to attend for a good lineup; the music is immersive enough to zone out and feel the bass. You don’t need to be in a moshpit to enjoy from the sides. There is a smoking area outside for those who need it. The first time I went there was seating available upstairs, but the other times have been reserved for VIP only (I’ve heard it depends on the lineup).

Our first time at Exchange LA was incredible—we went for a trance party and opted for the VIP tickets at $90 each, which turned out to be totally worth it. The upgrade gave us access to dance across three different floors (plus more areas to explore in the massive venue), and it included three complimentary drinks per person. On top of that, we enjoyed unlimited free water and non-alcoholic beverages all night long—perfect for staying hydrated during those long sets. The lady bartender was amazing, we didn't catch her name but she has short hair and worked on the second level. Highly recommend going VIP if you’re planning a night out there; it made the whole experience way more enjoyable and convenient!

I spent my 2025-2026 New Year's Eve here! The music was awesome! The DJ was amazing!

I initially had high hopes and an OK experience at this venue especially because it’s in what looks like a former bank so the Architecture and building are a cool design and they have had some cool djs. However, me and my friends all have had very negative experiences here, mostly due to the staff, as well as the crowd here. Firstly, one of the events we went, the line to get in and staff members were all so disorganized that it took us way longer than needed to get inside the venue because the staff were all on different pages and telling us different things and kept sending groups back-and-forth to different sections of the line. Secondly, the staff inside the venue, namely the staff inside the men’s restroom and right outside the men’s restroom were extremely aggressive and yelling at patrons to move or leave repeatedly. Legit when I was inside using the restroom, I thought there was a fight happening because the staff was yelling at so many people and the employee yelled at me for standing in the restroom as well. Not sure why Exchange has employees yelling at their customers. Lastly, in my experience, the crowd here has also been aggressive seeing as how a homophobic guy started pushing my friend and being aggressive and causing a scene as he passed by our group. This venue has so much security throughout and around the dance floor, yet they did nothing to stop this guy from trying to start a fight. I’m not really sure what the point of having so much security is if you don’t intervene when there’s aggressive people. Because of the combination of all these experiences, I would not recommend this venue at all and do not plan on going back.

Exchange LA quickly became a staple for my husband and I since we started regularly attending events, festivals etc. There is no club quite like it. Off the top: The art deco architecture is breathtaking. Events here have the perfect blend of crowd energy feeding into the DJ, and there are plenty of spaces to get away from the high energy to take breaks. From the bottom of my heart: We have made many friends here, and the staff and security are phenomenal as well. I have always felt safe at Exchange LA, and knew there were other folks looking out for me. Not just fellow ravers, but really--the people who work here must be angels. It might go unnoticed by many others, but I see the bathroom attendants who hand extra paper towels to the girls cleaning off their smudged makeup in the mirror. I see the security guards keeping an eye out for folks who might start to sway or stumble around after the last drink they downed a little too fast. Not to mention, I don't know how we didn't know this before, but they have HOT COFFEE AVAILABLE on your way out after the show. FOR FREE! And it's pretty darn good for driving home at 3am, since my usual bedtime is 10pm. I didn't think the place could get any better! We truly always have a great experience here, and that isn't just by chance when you've been to the same club more than a few dozen times. Shout out to Rydell, Jackie, Andrew, Journey, and so many others that have contributed to a wonderful time here had by both of us. EXLA feels like family!

speaker system is so bad, couldn't hear a single thing over the bass. left early, disappointed, from not being able to enjoy the music at all. major trip hazard with there being a step up to get off the dance floor.. yikes! cant believe anyone would open a place like this and think thats okay (a dark, flashing music place, knowing theres going to be drunk people) and give them a step up to trip on. security was good about getting the "too drunk to act" people out though - only reason why its not 1 star. everyone is nice who works there. just really needs to work on the quality of your speakers and... look into filling up that dance floor to get rid of the stair up. saw several people ate it. yeesh

My friend bought us tickets to see ghengar 2/6/26 we had an amazing experience , it was fun and a hiccup in between with a Agro person that almost ruined my night and exchange for me as a whole. DAVID was my super hero he took my friend and I out of the situation and we sorted things out BRIAN was wonderful and helped me reconnect with my friend and both were super kind, caring and patient. Thank you David and Brian for not letting an early birthday gift get ruined and for making my night better and safer! Xoxo

Great experience at Exchange. The show I attended was undersold, so it was very easy to find a spot to dance. Staff were nice, no issues. Production quality was great too. Also, the review below about the free coffee on the way out is true!

Okay I don't really like to write negative reviews. But last experience was really negative. First we have waited for the featured DJ to come play for hours. But after he showed up the speakers exploded after 15 minutes into playing. So the show was failed for us. Overall exchange LA is a good play to dance.

I don't know why the reviews are so low. There is a lot of good about this venue, including a nice warm up area downstairs before you go to see the main act. Typically one of the nicer concert venues in DTLA catering to electronic/EDM. It's not cheap but they bring in some top artists, good lighting and space, and I've met some cool people here, too.

I checked out this place time on Sat June 15 after they reopened. I was dancing moderately like 1 hour in the same spot. 3 Latina ladies came dancing next to me & kept pushing my side so I resisted it and said don't push...she then pushed me harder with the back of her body. So I danced harder to let her off my body. They attacked me & a big fat lady grabbed & pulled my hair like 2 feet that broke my fake glasses & she used her nails scratching my face long strokes from forehead down on eyelid, under eye & along my nose, side of my nose, can see red blood on scratches & little nose bleed. 2 Security guards came to rescue me right away otherwise, it would have been worse otherwise. This kind of violent people are ready to throw alcohol on you & lid the fire. I give 5 stars on securities who tried to help & made me feel better, enough guards walking around & stop the incident as soon as they can. The location is not far from Hollywood, but I think I'll stick in Hollywood places. But bad people can cause the problem everywhere you go, so securities are the key for your safety. I just wish they made those group in custody as I could show law enforcement what a mess on my face.

The location is interesting. It's in an old LA Stock Exchange building. Lots of marble everywhere. Nice marble staircase. Some notes - - Floor gets packed quick. You won't really have room to dance comfortably after 12 am. - You may lose your phone signal in here. - There is a coat check for $5, cash only. - Felt security was pretty strict and thorough. They will pat you down. - Parking: Our group picked a nearby 3rd party parking lot and paid $12. Area is a little questionable so just be cautious at night, I wouldn't want to walk alone there but I am a girl. My qualms with the floor plan design: - When there's lines for the bathroom, it gets quite cramped toward the entrance. The men's and women's are very close to each other and separated by a small skinny walkway. - On the main floor, the bars are stationed all along the left and right so these sides there would be tons of people walking though you, so bumping into someone every 5 seconds is basically an inevitability. They could have done a little better with the floor plan. My rankings: After going to Exchange, Academy, and Avalon - I'd rank #1 Academy (I love their lighting), #2 Avalon, then #3 Exchange, last. Exchange is the fanciest though. It's the marble, man.

I'd give it 3 and 1/2 stars if I could actually. Saw Nurko there a few weeks ago; the production was above and beyond for the price I paid and I loved the large screen that allowed me to see the visuals perfectly fine even though I was waaaay in the back. The bartender was nice and got my midori sour out quickly as well. It was a pretty unique venue/club and I did the red carpet thing that I was going on. However, what kind of killed the experience for me was the bass. For whatever reason it was cranked up really high and my friends and I were talking about it after and agreed that it kinda hurt our ears and ruined the experience. It got to the point where it was kind of hard to hear the songs and made everything a little muffled.

Venue is a hellscape of heterosexuality. If you're gay or queer, you will hate it. If you're straight and tend to stare at the dj recording with your phone all night, you'll love it. Security: feels worse than going through an airport. They're terrible. Sound is decent. Crowd is random and not nice. Everyone's looks like an AI generated idiot.

Atmosphere was good. Sound system can be better. Drinks are reasonable. You need ticket for entrance and be ready for long line even with ticket.

I was at Exchange LA this weekend and I was turned away because I was wearing shorts. I've been to this venue several times, but apparently they have different dress codes for the different times of the year? Wild. Luckily I had an extra pair of pants in my car, which was a few blocks away. After leaving and coming back with pants on I am able to get in. Once I am inside I am being patted down excessively, with the security person literally digging in my small pocket on my pants. He was in there for a long time... I've never been patted down like this before at any of the Insomniac events/venues. It was a little much and extreme. Then I turned around and he had me basically pull everything out of my fanny pack, again, too excessive. Once we got upstairs, my group and I saw this skinnier, younger guy with short shorts on. What the heck? Let's be consistent and have the rules apply to everyone. I can't help to think that I was targeted because I was older and thicker than this other person. If they are going to pull that my shorts were not "fitted", they certainly were not workout shorts. It's really messy. Please do better. Drinks are really expensive here too. I'd probably encourage pre-gaming at any near by bar, you'll definitely save some money that way. I prefer to go to Academy LA over this venue.

A lot of great artists play here but I avoid this place as much as I can. The line to get in is always crazy, especially with a big artist. There's one bathroom in the corner so the line is always insanely long. Most of the time the girls just say fuck it and line up for the men's room too so the whole area is just a clusterfuck. The concert floor itself is a shit show too; the walkway goes right past the bar so it's always a crowded mess trying to get a drink.

I am of Hispanic/American descent. Only reason I include this is because I have absolutely no idea why the security stopped me AND ONLY ME (out of a group of 8) for "pre-gaming." I understand that drinking beer cans or alcohol bottles IN LINE is a no go. Perfectly logical. But choosing me out of my entire group to "lay back and relax" is insulting. I had my drinks before coming to the venue and was absolutely respectful to all in line and around me. Showed no sign of belligerence or mischief. Even so, security felt the need to pull me aside and hold me for 15 minutes. When I asked a security how long I might be waiting (it was my gf's bday for Pete's sake) I was told that as long as I don't bother the security, I will be let in. MAN, SECURITY IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH. I was able to get in with ALL of my drugs. Like cmon guys, how are you going to stop me for, I guess, looking intoxicated in line, but not gunna stop me for all the other fun stuff Y'all can smd

It's a good place for Rave. I went here for Riot Ten and it was fun! They have a bar upstairs and two bars downstairs. The people there was nice. The security guard can be a bit mean yelling at you not to do certain things or kick you out if you look too sick. Also, follow the rave dressed code, guys can't wear shorts, they wont let you in. Overall, a bit small but great venue for rave.

I enjoyed the free passes for the 2000s night and had a pretty good time. The wait time was reasonable and the staff did a good job of regulating the occupancy inside. The music and DJs were good. There were a few times where I had zero clue on what they were playing. Overall the night was very nostalgic and ended on a positive note.

My sisters and I visited Exchange LA this Saturday and were disappointed overall. The dance floor is extremely SMALL for the number of people they let in the doors. Do you want to be packed like Sardines with no room to dance? If so, Exchange is your place! Do you want to watch people drink with nowhere to sit? Watch people stand on the dance floor with ZERO vibe? If so, this is your place! Somewhere, there are DJs, still playing awesome Trance, before this sold-out, zero-vibe scene took over -- somewhere those DJs are still holding down the vibe that helped to create this whole EDM scene in all of its glory. I want to find them again, dance, and become one with the music. It won't be at this place - that is for sure.

Just last week we had our date night, and my husband and I had a great time. The drinks were good nothing special about them, and the music was good with the theme being 90s-2000 music. Service was good, get your VIP entry for sure.

FAVORITE LA Club ! Then again, there's not much LA clubs to compete with ~.~ The music genre majority caters to EDM DJs. I don't think I ever came when it's not EDM, heck I don't even know if they cater to other genres. You can check on the event calendar to see whose playing a month in advance. There's 3 floors: -1st floor - right by the entrance. Smaller dj plays in a closed door room. The room itself has some seats by the wall, perfect to chill. There's a smoking area right outside as well, pretty big open patio. Also on the this floor is the time out room (basically the room if you're too F up, it's the place for you to sober up before you can head back inside the club. You can only get into this room if a bouncer deems you unfit or you're trying to take care of your messed up friend. There's also a water dispenser to help you sober up ~ -2nd floor - biggest club dance floor you'll find in LA. 2 bars on both side of the stage and 1 in the back out the dance floor ~ -3rd floor - VIP/Tables ~

Despite its reputation as a top 5 club in the world according to DJ Mag, the sound system at this club is disappointing. The sound quality is grating to the ear, and it has deterred me from attending, even when my favorite artists were performing. Some of my friends have also expressed similar complaints. I have been to clubs like NYC's Mirage and DC's Echostage, and their sound systems are excellent. A good sound system is a basic requirement for any club, and I hope this club upgrades theirs soon to enhance the overall experience for its patrons.

Celebrating a 21st birthday at Exchange was an exceptional experience that deserves five stars. Our reserved table on the mezzanine provided a fantastic view of the DJ and the dance floor, while the VIP coordinators offered outstanding assistance and attention. The bottle service was superb, and the birthday girl, along with the rest of our group, had a delightful evening. I have attended three shows at Exchange within the last six months, and each one has been phenomenal. This venue is definitely on my list for future visits, as it stands out as the top dance music club in LA.

*DISCLAIMER* DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIRD PARTY SITES LIKE TICKETMASTER OR STUBHUB. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THEM ANYMORE! I came here to see Deadmau5 and I really enjoyed it! I had VIP tickets which allowed entry into the second floor balcony and gave a great view of the venue! The tickets also come with three free drink tickets for use at the two bars on the balcony! The balcony wasn't really crowded and there was a lot of space to move around which was great compared to the relatively packed first floor. However, the entire area immediately surrounding the railing was reserved for table service. This made it a bit difficult to get a really good view as everywhere you went there was a few feet of space for the couch and table. Luckily, the couch and table in front of me only had four people that reserved it so they didn't completely block my view of the show. Lastly, there weren't any troublemakers when I went and everyone seemed to be pretty nice. I had no issues with anyone and it was a fun and enjoyable night to see Deadmau5!

Not a good atmosphere. They charge a lot for drinks. Will power trip when you question them about it, just not a good experience.. spend the time to find a better club.

Oh, Exchange LA. How I hate to love you and love to hate you. You've been a crucial part of my EDM days in the 2010s era. Since the pandemic, I've come to visit this venue three times. Once for Dillon Francis, then for Kaskade, and then most recently for Snakehips. I'm shook at how expensive drinks are here everytime I come out here. For reference, two double vodka sodas came out to $65. YOWZA. Be prepared to spend money when you're here, especially if you don't have a friend who has a table. The lines can get long and the place can get super packed, but you probably already knew that going into a venue like this. This venue has two stories, with the second floor being mostly bottle service with two bars. The venue is smack dab in the middle of DTLA, so it's definitely in a prime location.

I've only ever had wonderful experiences during my visits here. I typically go for house/ trance shows and I've seen a numerous amount of top tier DJs here. Pricing for tickets is usually ranging from 20-50 bucks, but make sure you purchase early to avoid hike in fees and/or missing out on shows as tickets sell out quick. Much like any other venue, amenities such as drinks are always expensive and watered down. So don't expect to receive any bang for your buck . The crowds are typically friendly and security isn't overbearing. There is a wide availability of local public parking garages and sometimes street parking if you get lucky. Keep it in mind they Exchange is in DTLA and I would not be parking far from the venue to avoid any unsavory type of people . The venue surrounds heavy populations of homeless people , some of whom who may harass you or make you feel uncomfortable, but I've yet to experience that. There are late nights eateries available once your show ends as well . Overall , great investment in buying tickets for shows here.

My cousin and I came here with several of her friends, it was my first time going to a club in Los Angeles and we had a lot of fun dancing and laughing and trying not to get lost in the dark but I thought the bathroom was gross someone peed all over the seat and I was like that's nasty so I just walked out it was crowded and hot in there, but it was fun. I only didn't like that it was so hot in there and the toilet had pee all over it. I got elbowed so many times, and my hair pulled a few times and someone grabbed my butt once, so I dunno. If that's your thing go for it. I was afraid my purse was going to get stolen, but it didn't, thank god!

Large iconic venue in DTLA, expect to Uber there or pay for parking in a nearby garage. Strict dress code and required line wait, make sure you rsvp on discotech for ease! Interior is spacious and beautiful, great lights and cool historical building, fun for dancing, very loud and expect expensive drinks

Came here tonight and they overcharge. Ticket was $150 at the door and 40 online. Told them about it and they said it's sold out so only vip. Don't come here

Very crowded, way overpriced drink. Red Bull and Vocka was $30!!!!! Crazy. Bouncers were ok. Most of attendees wore very casual... I didn't see any upscale

Worst club ever. Overpacked and the bartenders are scam artists. They charge for drinks that I didn't order. Then, she tried to give me another drink instead of a refund. Hope this club gets shut down. They always oversell their tickets. On the dance floor, it smells like vomit and you'll be packed in like a can of sardines. Pay with cash and just go somewhere else. Not worth it.

I've been coming to this club since 2018 and here's my full list of pros/cons: Pros: -Sound system is AMAZING, the acoustics in the room carry the heavy bass well without sacrificing audio quality or clarity. -this venue attracts top-of-the-line DJ's from around the world. -Security is usually pretty nice, although note that men cannot come in wearing tank tops or sleeveless shirts so the dress code is a bit strict. -The venue decor itself is beautiful, I like the addition of the disco ball above the pit. -The bathrooms are pretty good, there's a lot of stalls and they're pretty decently clean. -there are a lot of side rooms for you to explore if you're not feeling the set or need a break from the crowd. -the alcohol is priced normally for a club ~$16 and is strong but tastes good, bang for your buck! -the crowd is usually pleasant, I've had a lot of positive interactions with the people here -the big screen at the front offers visuals that are easy to see -the bowl shape of the venue offers everyone an equal opportunity to hear and see the DJ pretty well Cons: -parking can be hard to find. There's a tiny lot across the street that's very dark and looks unsafe and it only has a few spots (less than 10). I usually use a well-lit 24 hr guarded public parking garage down the street and it's a bit of a walk if you're wearing heels but it's pretty cheap and convenient. -This club has bad AC or something because even if it's not too crowded it's always extremely humid and hot inside so don't wear anything too warm! Overall, this is hands-down the best and my favorite nightclub venue in LA!

Wackiest club I've been to in a long time. Music is trash, there's a $50 cover charge and the crowed is timid. Find something else to do.

I paid for a table with a credit card that I don't ever use, it was the only charge on that card before 150+ fraud transactions all near the venue a month after, they even called my bank asking for info and to add it to apple pay on a device that I don't recognize. Please keep an eye on your credit cards after giving it to the shady people working at this club!

Past Sunday , had an absolutely the worst experience at this venue The front team extremely rude . Was told the tickets are for sale only as vip at $250 . And a few minutes later some other guests group of 6 were let in for free , but of course with a bribe directly to the front manager . absolutely disgusted and disappointed for LA scene . As im waited in line , a fight started between front team and couple of guests , that just got in , once again with a tip to the bouncer and I almost got pushed into the sidewalk . That not a place i would want to stay or have any type of celebrations in the future . Exchange LA you are doing it wrong Step up your game and change your way , it's not about the money . It's a music night , and I was there to dance . not f gamble with my life and spend outrageous amounts of money

I would say come a night if you know the artist , absolutely love exchange La always a great time here . And good ass people . I lost my shit here before getting crazy bc ppl gotten into most pits at the venue so know its a good ass time here .

One of the white male bartenders there overcharged drinks. When asked he was rude and mentioned it would be credited. Not only did he lie about it but tipped himself $20 more. This establishment needs to look at what individuals they hire. Taking advantage of your clients because they think they can is sickening. The entitlement of this man is ridiculous. Women of color need to feel safe and be able to be offered honest service. Their HR department needs to get involved. Not all bartenders did the same thing this man did. Terrible service.

My friends and I were so excited and having fun and dancing then all of a sudden a ton of people come out of no where throwing punches and fighting! The security did absolutely NOTHING they did not break up any fights all they did was shine a flash light around The security then grabbed my friend who got jumped by 10+ people and told him he's never allowed back at another insomniac event when he was the one who got jumped! Then they took my whole group who also ALL got punched in the face for NO reason and the other people throwing the punches and did absolutely NOTHING with either of us but tell my friend he has to get stitches and he's not allowed back to another event. They took everyone's ID's and information down and then proceeded to give each of us a plastic glove with ice when they have split open lips and eyebrows. Then, another security guard is outside saying everyone at the club is on drugs and to not worry about it? What is WRONG with this club I'm absolutely disappointed in this place. I've been going to insomniac clubs, concerts, festivals for 6+ years and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with both the STAFF and crowd! Don't come here unless you want to get jumped and have security watch with a flash light then give you a glove with ice lol what a joke

Great place to enjoy music and dance. Easy to get to and plenty of Ubers and Lyfts to take you home when the night is finished

Only giving them a star because I have to but I would rate it a 0 if I could. What was meant to be a fun night turned out to be a terrible experience. My friend had her license confiscated in the entrance by security and was told she was not going to have it returned. My friend is clearly the person on her license (I would have understood if she drastically changed) so I am def questioning the measures this business takes to verify ID's because it's pretty invalid. We were suggested to call LAPD which we did and no response of course. We waited outside for about 2 hours for a police officer to drive by and we were able to wave an officer down to come help us and confirm that was her identity which they did because it was very obvious that it was her. The steps this business took was ridiculous, the lack of professionalism, the entitlement of some of these workers, and poor customer service was also ridiculous.

OK so it's been a LONG time since I've gone out to a club... like so long that I arrived dressed to impressed. Since when did girls stop wearing heels to clubs and boys stop wearing their adorable dress shirts? People were legit getting in wearing sneakers, so notes to my fellow dancers, just be comfy. Other notes: - Don't arrive here holding alcohol. We pre-partied with a small soju bottle and couldn't find a trash can so were planning to drop it off in the trash inside... 'cept when they saw the bottle they took my girl's comp ticket and put us in time out! Luckily, we ended up meeting Anton, who gave us the blessing to re-enter plus VIP bracelets, so I can share that the 3rd floor is pretty nice where you can spend time with your people (although not a great place to meet new friends). Bottles expectedly pricey and the girls do the fancy bottle presentation if that's your thing - People don't dance anymore - they mainly just face the stage and maybe gently nod their head. There are people like me who go to dance but alas, I miss those days - Drinks are $14+ so be prepared - Guest lists available and lines are organized, they do check IDs plus COVID vaccinations

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was harassed by security for bringing in 2 peach ciroc shooters when there's people literally snorting cocaine in the bathrooms I don't understand. Didn't even get to see I hate models. All weird by them. I'm not even mad though. Thank you. Ps we paid $84 for 2 drinks fucking nerds. Not a slay. Best Regards, Aaron Covarrubias

Avoid this venue if at all possible. Security is highly racist and there are long waits to get in. Overpriced watered down drinks.

This place will make you leave your credit card and driver's license to open a tab. Don't forget it because they will not mail it to you if you're not from the area

Got vip here, it was pretty lame and definitely not worth the money. Sound system is pretty good but only if you're in the crowd. The venue isn't set up to have an optimal sound experience in VIP as there are only speakers pointed towards the general crowd. Probably wouldn't return here

I usually don't write reviews about places I go to, but this place got me. DJ was trash, to begin with. You get charged $50 for cover. Drinks are overpriced. I've been to way better clubs in the world and this ranked 1 star for me. Everybody's "vibe" is different, or you probably don't have good taste in music. I'd recommend "The Reserve" way better and $20 for cover!

First, it's a beautiful place, and the large dancing floor is excellent! The staff as all that works there extraordinarily lovely and we're pleased to talk too. This place oversells its venue; the atmosphere is very aggressive, and it should be known if you're planning on dancing that you're going to get a lot of negative energy; although I danced most of the night, I felt that I needed to leave around 130 probably should've left around 12 because it was so packed I could barely move my arms and feet there was no dance chemistry or atmosphere here PLUR vibes zero people. Women had on sandals. And were constantly getting stepped on and why should I feel bad for that? Do You let people in with sandals? i Must I've stepped on ten people's feet? with sandals!‍ Paying for this venue was like paying for a day at a festival was costly; water was seven dollars which would be perfectly fine if the atmosphere was welcoming to all. I felt you were anything other than a body that stood very still; you were a problem to everybody that paid to get in, and everybody wanted to experience the venue last night, but no one had any room to breathe. I'm sure this is a regular occurrence at this place. I want everybody to understand how important it is for safety and that if a fire had started or anything had started where people needed to exit the club in an emergency matter, people would be hurt and trampled on, possibly injured, or too near-death or death that's how important that people need to understand how packed it is in there it is packed to each exit door with no room to walk around. i hope we get club soon that cares for the people that pay and what to have a safe plur night out! If you see me next weekend dancing say hi! Plur and love for all!!

One star reviews are not my thing, I've never been one to complain on public apps but after reading all the negative reviews on this place I just wanted to say, believe them. My boyfriend and 2 friends of ours went to a show last night. My friend (who's 26 and from Michigan) brought her passport. The security checking IDs ripped it out of her hands, said "that's not you" and put it in his pocket and refused to give it back, she had to argue with him until someone else agreed to let her show him proof of another ID that looked like her and gave it back. After we all made it through security, got our tickets scanned and we're walking into the venue, we were stopped saying my boyfriend couldn't wear his shoes in because they were sandals. I know crocs are pretty controversial when it comes to looking like sandals but the lady who stopped us said "you can't wear those because of the vibration of the floor with the shoes and the people stepping on them is no good" no sandal comments until we argued with her and she grabbed management saying we weren't allowed to wear them. Google crocs and tell me if it says shoe or sandal. Actually ridiculous. Paid 35 dollars for parking and obviously money for the tickets just to be sent home at 10:30pm (show was late starting at 10pm) to drive hours home and be told to go bring different shoes. Their dress code online says no sandals or flip flops, no shorts and no tank tops so BE WARNED they do not give any care in the world about you or what you did to get there. For a dj venue that predominantly plays EDM in a tight and hot area not wearing shorts or tank tops is pretty stupid in my opinion but now I'm just nit picking. Overall just an upsetting experience, was looking forward to this event for over a month, had to move a ton around to make it work and after making it past all of that couldn't walk through the door upstairs. Huge bummer.

Attended Cosmic Gate show on 8/25. It was a great show. Loved the environment. Hospitality by the Manager Stacey made the experience even better
