I came here for the Black Food Truck Festival. It was fantastic. The energy was amazing, the food was incredible. They had vegan options and lots of seafood options. 3 stages and plenty of tents for shade. We did VIP. It was well worth it.

The fair was great this year. More vendors. Prices higher on food, as expected. Missed the Acai place. Really wanted that fruit again. The Bacon Brothers were a wonderful addition!

"Christmas Made in the South" is here again! I love events like these that are held at Exchange Park. This venue is not massive, so a couple of hours is plenty to browse around. I actually also went to the Holiday Market held at the North Charleston Coliseum a couple of weeks ago. Honestly, I thought the Holiday Market had many more vendors with a lot more variety of items for sale. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed this event, but I was done after about an hour.

1st time attending Black FoodTruck Festival in Ladson SC(Charleston area). The experience was at a 3⭐️level. I expected more food truck vendors. Most food truck lines were at a 20-30min wait. There were DJ’s playing music in two separate sitting area. I will try again next year.

Visited the park to enjoy the food truck festival. I had a really good time, lots of space to walk around freely and enjoy the different cuisine offered. Prices were fair, and I will gladly visit next year.

I love the fairgrounds because so much goes on out here! It’s truly a watering hole for the city, bringing people from all over and even out of state! Shop with local vendors every Saturday and Sunday at the flea market and come back later for the events! It’s just a cool place. I went to some amateur fights hosted there yesterday and had a ball! Just bring your wallet cause it’s Carolina Fair prices for food, but that is to be expected. Cash is still king here!

Yelp
Had a great time at the black food truck festival. It's my second year attending, it was bigger with more food vendors. I definitely recommend going. We traveled from Baltimore, Md for the festival. It's vendors from all over Virginia,Pa, Atl, Sc, and more. They have a Dj and it's things for kids to do as well. Moon bounce and games. They have also have alcohol beer and wine. This year you had to stay inside the tent with alcohol not sure why that changed. Last year you were able to purchase walk and enjoy the festival. The also has a cigar lounge set up.

Yelp
Nothing like Christmas made in the South to bring out all the crafty people! I completely enjoyed going to watch my girls dance and then do a little bit of shopping. You can't beat the kettle corn for the pretzels!

Yelp
We came to the Exchange Park fairgrounds for a dog show about a month ago. It took us a second to find the dog show as there was a sign for RV parking that we turned into before the actual entrance. We were told by two men that parking was $10 and we thought that didn't seem right to charge cars to park there so we turned around and ended up finding the actual entrance to the Exchange park with FREE parking. If there's RV parking available for a cost at the event you are attending DO NOT pay if you are just in a car. Those men whoever they are were just going to take our money when they knew full well the actual entrance had free parking! The exchange park itself is not paved parking so there was a lot of mud around the area from the rain the day before. We parked strategically to avoid the mud. Luckily there were plenty of spaces available. Once we walked towards the main gates we paid our entrance fee for the event and were on our way. There are a couple event spaces indoors which is where the dog show was. It was a very basic space, nothing fancy. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired, not amazing at all. The space as a whole is pretty lackluster. The property itself wasn't bad, there was a big manmade pond in the middle which I thought was kind of bizarre and unexpected. There was also an outdoor theater type area with bench seating, maybe they have small shows or something in the summer time. This is a pretty basic event space, mostly outdoors with a bunch of random buildings a that can have indoor events. The spaces are very bare bones but serve their purpose.
