Excellent atmosphere and acoustics, the drinks are a little overly simple for the pricing but the service is great and the venue is fun. Food truck in the parking lot is a solid choice.

This bar is a little odd to find but it’s on the right side of the liquor store. When entering your met by security to show ID which is 21+. Cover charge is $7 per person. Once inside you have three choices to hang out in or pick all! There are three floors. Upstairs is for drag shows and dancers which also has a bar. Middle floor has 2 pool table, bar, ATM and jukebox. Downstairs is a mini arcade and has darts. Bartenders are attentive. Owner is here proactively working along side his team. There are TAILS nights here which are furry based events so if you’re not into that definitely check out the reviews as I believe owner states it’s the first Friday and second Saturday of every month. Bathrooms smell good unlike some places we’ve been to especially restaurants/food places. Parking across the street behind the thrift store is accessible. They provide condoms on the mid floor and have drug test kits for roofies, etc. for your drinks at the mid bar. We didn’t mind this place and would come again! THIS IS A GAY BAR‼️

Only complaint is the DJs drops are the worst, if you're going to play mainstream songs play their original drops that everyone knows, whatever bootleg you're playing ain't it because no one knows it, you're just edging a whole dancefloor. I've heard at least two songs who's original drops went harder than whatever the mix had to offer.

Great spot for drinks and dancing on the weekend! I always enjoy the vibe, and the karaoke host, Emily, is fantastic—super friendly and keeps the energy up. My only complaint is that the door charge isn’t always consistent, but overall, it’s a great place to hang out with my partner. ♡

My wife went to this place to celebrate her friends birthday on Friday, Mar 21. She spent $27,04 . And on Sunday, we saw a charge of $2,700,00 on our account and they refunded the original charge of $27,04. We contacted our bank institution and found out that the charge of $2,700,00 was posted on Saturday. Be aware of how you pay they may overcharge your card. Now I we have to wait until the bank finish their investigation about this fraudulent place

Cover charge person at door is a certified lunatic. Gets in other people’s business and is abusive toward customers. The club is old and tired. Will never go back. Just a shitty experience all around.

They have a wonderful bartender! All of the performers did fantastic. I felt as though I was at a private performance. It felt VIP. I came in for the special artist Biqtch Puddin’ Thank you for inviting her to Long Beach!!!

Came here for the Saturday night drag show and had an absolute blast! The staff was so nice and it was obvious that they really care about their clients and putting on a great show. I didn’t try any of the food but the drinks were out of this world! I highly recommend the pink Starburst - it’s almost too easy to drink! The queens were so fun and the setting is pretty small so you feel like you get 1 on 1 attention during every number. I haven’t laughed so hard or cheered so much in a long time. Do bring a jacket though since the show is completely outside right now. It gets a little cold. Also, the owners made a huge point about mask wearing when you go inside (which is great!) but I did notice some staff members with their masks below their nose and other guests in the club not taking the mask wearing very seriously. So I wish that had been enforced more. Also, it takes a VERY long time to check out at the end. I’m talking 20-30 minutes with no recognition from our server (who was so kind and awesome up until this point so I will give him a break!) so if you need to get home to a babysitter or anything, try to settle your bill early. Those are just small notes though because truly, this was one of the most fun nights I’ve had in a long time and I can’t wait to come back!

A nice LGBTQ+ bar, the clientele is mainly FOC. Usually a cover charge of $10, more is there's some special event going on. It has 2 levels, the upper with the dance floor, and karaoke and pool tables on the lower. Sometimes there are pole dancers and drag shows. The house DJ leans towards salsa vibes - I wish they had more funky grooves. Drinks are ~$8 for something basic like a beer. No food. Parking in the area can be a pain, they have a small car park that can hold 10 cars, I often end up parked out on the PCH.

This was my first exposure to a bar + a drag show, and I will say - I had a ton of fun! This place gets the atmosphere right. Especially with the memorabilia on the walls, the numerous screens, and of course all of the lights. There's a good amount of seating as well, even though I had only gone to the 3rd floor (upstairs) and the ground floor. The upstairs portion has a dope bar and a great dance floor. Downstairs, on the ground floor is where the karaoke takes places and they have a great selection of songs- I personally didn't find anything I wanted in there, but that was okay. Drinks and libations are pretty affordable as well - they'vegot a great selection of beer, mixed drinks, and non-alcholic beverages, but be prepared to pay a cover charge if you're coming on an event night. Last thing, I would certainly encourage being Ubered or using a rideshare over to the location instead of trying to park - it is kind of a nightmare if you're not there before prime time. Tow truck drivers are actively on the lookout for folks trying to pull fast ones, so be careful! All in all, a great experience, not great parking.

If you're looking for a great place to hangout this is the place! I came on Friday & Saturday night, all 3 levels were open. Great dance music with a large dance floor on level 3, Karaoke ( Emily runs the karaoke and Keeps you entertained) & pool on level 2 and a small arcade on the bottom floor. The staff is friendly and the owner Lenny is fantastic!!! In fact I forgot my expensive prescription glasses and the owner personally made arrangements to have them returned, thank you Lenny. I am an older trans woman and heard about this place. I traveled from San Diego and I must say it was definitely worth it. The patrons are a younger mixed crowd, as a trans person, I felt at home! There is additional parking across the street from the liquor store, the cover was very reasonable $10 and the price of drinks are average for the area. They have a small patio and a taco truck in the lot. They allow you to bring the food in, not drinks of any kind. Keep in mind that this is a business and they must pay staff, rent, electricity, so I will be back for sure! Thanks to all the staff great job!!!

Overcharged my card over $200. I literally only bought 2 drinks there. Shady. It's been such a hassle to have to cancel my card & update different companies w/ new info. Thanks a lot y'all for a "good" time.

If I could leave no STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! Person charging cover was so rude! We came on Saturday because online it said there was no cover before 10 PM. They tried to charge us and insinuated we were lying because we took a screenshot last week!!!! Like HELLO? It's literally still on the website! This screenshot was taken TODAY 3/9/24! Maybe y'all should be more aware of what's on your website. Bless you and your little bar.

Had a wonderful time here with a friend of mine food & drinks & drag show & Sugar Saturday was amazing!

Made a return visit a few weeks ago for Lipstick Divas and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. This very welcoming community space is much needed and a great asset in the surrounding area. All of the staff were very professional and took great care in making sure the customers were well taken care of and comfortable. Although the establishment is about a 45 minute drive away from me, this is a place that is worth every mile. Looking forward to another return visit in the coming weeks!

I love this place to dance and have a good time but all this got ruined tonight. Normally a place you feel safe but the security guards did far from that tonight. There was a creep in the dance floor being too touchy, when my friend expressed her concerns I went up to confront him. Tell me what my 5'3 self was going to do to this 5'8 guy?! Well the security guard thought he needed to withheld me by groping my breast. At this point I was more mad about them touching me. Meanwhile they only had that guy who put his hand on my friends face, have a seat outside while they got us out. All because that's their promoter. Got it in video that the security guard admitted to touch me because he said he was worried I was going to fight a man?!

Soooo disappointed. I checked their website before hand to check out what was going on. As of right now, their website states no cover fee before 10:00pm. I got there about 9:00pm and they were charging at $7. I wouldn't have minded paying, but the person charging was so rude to me. I was so excited to come today, got ready early and showed up at 9:20. The person charging cover acted like I was lying or was stupid for checking the website a few days ago when they had updated it. When in fact, the website was not updated. As of today, 03/09 it still says there is no cover charge before 10pm. I showed them the website and they said "just come in. I'm not going to argue with you". I was not trying to argue, but just trying to show them what I saw. I did not enter and as I was waiting for my Uber most folks also thought there was no cover tonight! I understand things change, but they should honor what is written on their official website. I wouldn't have minded paying if the person charging cover would have been kinder to us.

Executive Suite will forever be a gay institution in Long Beach gay culture. Unfortunately, I was never able to experience it in its glory days and it seems to be a shell of its storied past. I hate paying a cover to get in places but I especially hate it when it's not worth it and the few times I've been it just hasn't been worth it. They seem to be trying to garner a larger clientele base by have fun themes like drag shows and karaoke but for some reason it's not catching on and this space has so much potential! It's a two stories and has a patio, so the venue itself is spacious but the lack of large crowds makes it feel like wasted space. Owners are so nice so I hope they figure it out. I'm someone who regularly supports the broadway bars out of convenience and would really like to support more LGBTQ+ spaces and leave my bubble.

A safe space for LGBTQ community. Renzo is a fantastic bartender. Always smiling and offering new drink ideas. Love the karaoke system and the drag shows are amazing.

People! If you are looking for some truly talented entertainment and lots of dancing to some good music.... then drop by Executive Suite. My friend and I found this hot spot in Long Beach and had a great time! The cover charge is totally affordable, and the drinks were good. The drag show was amazing. All of the ladies were great! The room was filled with lots of energy. The Go-Go dancers lit up the corners with plenty of dancing to watch. When the dance floor opened, it was a real VIBE! Yes, I will be going back. I have never been anywhere so inviting, hospitable, welcoming, and fun! This place was so much fun! The bartenders were ON POINT, and the JELL-O "shots" were . The overall atmosphere was exciting and I can't wait to go back.

Light but adequate crowd on a Friday night.. Drinks were around $10, and Jell-O shots were $4, which is reasonable. However, they only serve bottled water at $4. There is no tap water. Upstairs is some Latino music, middle floor is karaoke, and downstairs is an old school arcade. Something for everyone.

This is my new favorite spot! Fun drag shows, theme nights, three floors of entertainment! Dance floor, arcade and karaoke! Emily Rose is an awesome KJ with spunk and a killer voice. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. No food service but there's a tasty taco truck out front and they will let you bring it on. Cover charge for entry varies depending on the night.

Arcade downstairs, bar, karaoke & pool on ground level & upstairs another bar & the best drag show in town followed by dancing depending on the night of the week you attend. It's your one stop party spot! ALL humans are welcome here as long as you're respectful! Free parking behind out of the closet! See you there!

I have been to this place several of times and have never been treated like I did tonight. The "owner", security guard, workers everyone who tried to interfere did not hear me out and instead treated me as if I was a problem when i was harassed by a guest. the owner was rude to me, cursed me out and my friends then kept telling me that this was he place he can do what he wants and still doesn't know the situation at hand. He never once asked me if I was okay, instead kept directing harsh words towards me for no reason. Shame how the owner handles a situation instead of defusing the situation he made it bigger than what it was.

Want a cup of water after buying $20 worth of drinks? Make sure you don't ask the bartenders here! They don't "do that." I've had fun with my friends here over the past 5 years but no longer feel safe at this bar. Avoid at all costs (Aka: $6 for a cup of ice water) Especially don't ask Renzo! He's a real stickler for the rules and will not provide water for patrons in need. :)

Dark and Dingy, the drinks are small and the crowd was ehhh. I will think twice before going back.

Came here for first time .... With a regular who told me about this place ... omg we came on doggie mask and leather night lol Music was great !!! Drinks pretty good too. No parking so gotta plan ahead. Lots of room to dance. Prices aren't too bad. It's a gay night club. So be ready to show your best dance moves ... that's what's up. Shout out to their security guard carding everyone coming in. Super laid back and chill.

4 stars only because of the size of the drinks but decent prices the taco's were really good and the owner directed to a plane to park because there parking lot was being renovated. Had fun hanging out with my partner dancing and the crowd was chill.

I LOVE THIS PLACE ON THURSDAYS!!! thursdays are lip sync divas night hosted by morgan michaels and it is sooooo FUNNN! get your dollars ready cause you need to tip these queens! the suite has a really good seating process where they give you colored wristbands when you first enter. the earlier you are, the better chances you have at getting a good seat. this is awesome if you're an early bird an don't want to push your way upstairs to get a good seat to watch the drag show. we showed up around 930 and still got a pretty good standing spot! all the employees are really nice and keep the club very fun and orderly! and the 2$ jell-o shots are really good! buy a bunch!

It was my friends birthday and we decided to go to this club. It was also Halloween night. Let me tell that the DJ knows exactly what he is doing. He plays amazing music. He is really really good at his job and you can tell he really enjoys it as well. He is also very kind, I requested a song by an artist and he played two by that artist that made me and the birthday boy very happy. The drinks are really well made and they are generous with the alcohol, the price is a bit high but not to bad like other places. Bartenders are fast and nice. Security guards are always attentive so that made us feel safe. The workers passing out the shots are very kind and make sure that they are always on the look out for anyone who wants one on the dance floor, that was nice not having to chase them down. I had such a great time and I'm definitely going to go back and bring more friends! I loved all the customs and shows as well!

I always have my family stay here. Staff are friendly. The beds are sooo comfortable. They have a mini kurig in every room and coffee in the office for all guests.

Pretty chill here. Anywhere with karaoke is great. But karaoke everyday?? Damn breh. Plus this place has an arcade too. Has everything a bar NEEDS. This place is money. They pay you $2 if you sing.

The place is an absolute gem. Inclusive welcoming people everywhere you look, drag show on the upper floor is a blast, karaoke on the entry level was super upbeat and fun, last but not least the food/drinks rocked. Owner is a sweet heart, will be coming here again.

Super fun venue, amazing owner with a fantastic business sense and solid ethics. Went for the country night and had a blast. Awesome people there, great music and fun dancing. Will definitely be back!

Again - 5 stars. Went here recently for another drag show hosted by Morgan and had a blast. Lenny the owner is always nice and accommodating. Waiters are very attentive too. They're strict on covid safety (which I'm glad) and require you to always wear a mask when you get up from your seat. They have hand sanitizing stations too and it was outdoors.

We attended the Saturday drag show. What a blast! We had such a great time. The tacos and drinks were reasonably priced and very tasty! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Went here for the first time for a friend's birthday and had a blast. It was a weeknight, so it was a bit slow/not as many people attended (on top of it also being COVID times), but honestly I prefer that haha. Drinks were pretty delicious, and the tacos were bomb. The drag show was of course a ton of fun. None of the numbers felt low energy, and sometimes shows can feel that way on a weeknight. But they really gave it their all! Will definitely be coming back!

Executive Suite has been a light for the LGBTQIA+ community during the pandemic, especially since it reopened several weeks ago. Since pandemic, they've been operating in strict accordance to local, county, and state regulations. I feel completely safe coming and supporting each week. They require masks and enforce it very well - We love that! The drinks are wonderful and we love our bartenders/cocktail servers (shout out to Wendy, Alberto, and Don!) They have also partnered with Cantarito @ Molito's Grill for delicious Mexican food - and it's off the hook! I especially love their carne asada tacos and carne asada burrito! Shout out to Oscar for always taking care of us! And of course, what draws us to Executive Suite is their incredible drag shows! Morgan McMichaels hosts Thursday - Saturday evenings with her incredible Lipstick Divas event! This show is my favorite, consistent drag show around! Morgan is a terrific host and always has high quality girls lined up, both local and from RuPaul's Drag Race! Thank you, Morgan!! Robert and Lenny are incredible owners and I'm so happy we have been able to come out and support each week! We haven't missed a week and we look forward to coming out again and again! Thank you for creating an inclusive, welcoming place to go during this bleak time!

When I called in some guy was rude and hung up on me, second call he was my interpretation we don't want your kind!!!! That was just a phone call...When I first came out, that was the place we all went but now I am not so sure they are respectful of my money!!!!

Just called. I asked "what's going on tonight?" The bartender who answered said, "FU! we put the FU (pause) in fun. F... U... We have transgender night and have a lot of other things going on here, so F... U!" We did it go... if a bartender answers the phone like that? No thanks!

I love coming here specially to see the drag performers, they have amazing drinks and karaoke on certain nights.

Always a fabulous show! With amazing drinks and food. What really warmed my heart was how sweet all the employees are! Y'all rock! I left my jacket there once and they saved it for me I also was helping this girl get outside because she was not feeling well. The bouncer was so sweet and really helpful by bringing water and so accommodating. Shout out to you sweetheart! Best bartender ever! Such a fun place! I've been there a few times when I come to town and it's always a total blast! Great people, drinks, pool tables, and all-around fun! A gem!

The drag show extravaganzas led by Morgan McMichaels are epic. We've seen many RuPaul queens over the past few months. The guys who own the bar are very friendly and helpful. If you like drag, check it out.

I'm really unhappy today. I went to see the great "Tammy Brown" perform. I have been there before and it was fine, but this time, the owner with the dark hair was a bit much. He was running around and practically harassing customers because they pulled down their mask for a minute here and there. My date was so scared that he couldn't eat his food and he ate it once the drag show was over (2 hours later). It was cold. This is ridiculous, I know you're scared and stressed that the health department might shut you down. However, you can't alienate your customers... Do you want them to come back!? Maybe consider putting in a 15 minute intermission in the show, but above all else, treat your customers kindly. I have to question whether I will go back during the pandemic and I'm sure there are others that now feel the same way.

This is hands down the best bar in Long Beach. Everyone is incredibly kind, the drinks are amazing, and the dancers are incredibly AMAZING. I've been a gay man my whole life and these women go go dancers made me think twice. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Our karaoke dj was also the most charismatic, amazing, talented dj I've ever encountered at a bar as well. Can't wait to come back! (Also, there's food here as well!)

Alberto is the best waiter around town. He really knows how to remember your name and take care of you. The drag shows are 1000/10 when you go on a night that Nomi B is a host. I love this spot so much!!

Been coming to the suites for the Thursday drag shows for years. A very laid back neighborhood bar/ club with a friendly staff. The owners are always there and very accommodating. Our favorite bartender Scott makes a nice cocktail served with a smile. This is a wonderful gay bar without all the pretentious attitudes you find in weho. Prices for the drinks are also reasonable. So friendly staff, good drinks that are not over priced and fun Rupual Drag Race Queen every Thursday. What more can you ask for.

Came here with my two friends, greeted at the door with masks on (vaccinated; but not asked at entrance for proof). We go to the bar and get drinks and no tables are available so we go to the open space on the pool tables and listen to the Karaoke night and we get scolded as we drink our drinks by the owner (white guy) (same person that greeted us in) he also happened to be singing karaoke without a mask he told us to wear our masks and brings up his mother being sick from Covid while we are in his bar (sipping on our drinks) not sure how we could do both. He looked intoxicated himself as he was saying this, Immediately after we get KICKED OUT. He yelled at us on the microphone what he felt & the points he brought up weren't at all fair to say outloud in a bar with intoxicated people. We paid our drinks and couldn't drink them in peace let alone choose to fix our seating arrangements.

Love this establishment. They are wonderful to the LGBTQ+ community here. Please bring Jessica Messica the drag queen back! I love watching her perform and she deserves to be on stage! Everyone adores her when she performs! Thank you!

I went here thinking that it would be fun because online it said there were three floors, dancing and karaoke. They were having Furry Night and I thought that sounded fun. I don't really like cover charges but oh well. After going inside I realized i was not going to be a fan of karaoke on the first floor since the big blue wolf was singing something I didn't care for. Plus it was absolutely freezing. I went upstairs to bar and ordered double margarita without thinking about price. $25! Ouch. But it was very good. I was thirsty so I asked for a glass of water. I was very surprised to find out that they will not serve you water. However, they did sell me and expensive bottle of water. That night I found the music annoying. I was still freezing to death and couldn't find a third floor. I decided to leave and before I got 5ft, a man introduced himself as the owner and informed me that the bottle of water could not leave the building. He said that was a law. Seems ridiculous. After walking out there was a patio area outside and down stairs where a lady was selling delicious smelling tacos. I went down and bought some. They were delicious. However, while on the patio there were very large furries who were drunk and stumbling all over. I was afraid of being injured they were so large in their costumes and so obnoxious ramming into everyone. They on on dirty filthy costumes and I was being bumped into so much I was filled with anxiety. I'm only 5'1" talk and got out of there ASAP. The only saving grace was the lady selling tacos. Never found a third floor.

Saturday night @ the Executive Suite where the dranks are strong&hella cheap and the ladies are Fine-well if only you had more than enough to drank--mind ya that disclaimer ha!!! I always find myself coming here may I be in OC or SFV cuz being Gay and of course humble LBC is where it's at yo.. Beats on da dance floor Hmmm it's you know different more like the best of the 90s--some reggae tone and um some stuff that you would never listen-ever in ya life but it's okay cuz they playing it here--now and it's just right ha.. They don't allow hats here no mo boooooo!! Cuz we like hats and we cannot lie!! Get yo pool game on--its a $1 and allow you some time to Bottom Up @ the downstairs bar and people watch... Bring your dollars cuz they will make ya holla---I'm all about supporting the performing arts--*shake that ass-show me what ya working with--and ill make it Rain --may it be toward your Ed-mu--cation or car payment--it's all good and fun up in hurrrr!!!

Had a fun night out in Long Beach celebrating a few birthdays . There was not much of a crowd and took a while for the atmosphere to pick up . The bartenders were all friendly and outgoing. I usually go to a different club for ladies night , might visit Executive again to see if it was just a Slow night .

Horrible service!! and the owners and bar tenders have nasty attitudes! Went back with my husband after COVID closed it down for more than a year,and were so excited to finally go out to a gay dance bar in our neighborhood and were treated rudely and were given so much attitude from mostly everyone! (No hellos no welcome back I was vaping and owner came up to me and yelled at me and said pointing his finger in my face! NO VAPING IN MY CLUB!!and bar tender after ordering a drink instead of saying hi guys! Said straight out put your mask on or no service! Well how do you drink a cocktail with your mask on?? I've been social distancing and it's been a bad year for everyone however I'm in the service industry as well, and Im so great full for my clients I know we all have bad days but you should appreciate any and all customers who walk into your establishment and at least say hey guys please put your mask on when not drinking!?!? But no the bar tender was NASTY!! SO DISAPPOINTED that we don't have a nice gay dance bar that treat their patrons/customers with respect.. that's why Ripples closed!!! Bad customer service I was confronted by an employee outside after stating to one the owners that I was treated very badly and that we've coming here for the last few years and I stated.."we came so happy to be at a gay dance bar and we've spend so much $ here to be treated with so badly and with so much attitude!? He said you must be drunk GET THE FUCK OUT!???I know it's been rough times for everyone however it's a service industry and this place has the worse service and the rudest employees.. no appreciation for standing customers that spend money and I will never recommend this place or ever go back to this raunchy, low class,tacky bar!
