Popped in her on a Saturday afternoon to get a couple of last minute bouquets as gifts. Gorgeous flowers and they put together two beautiful bouquets in a very short time. Flowers got put into water and still look amazing. Great local business and very kind and accommodating considering I just walked in the door. Ended up getting some really nice candles too I found while I waited.

We absolutely LOVED working with Cassie and her team at Exfolia Botanical for our wedding in July 2023. I also love going to the shop for gifts and flowers any old time. Her work is creative, naturalistic, and artistic. She took the inspiration I had and created a truly special environment that made our wedding breathtakingly beautiful. She was also super easy to work with, super approachable and reliable. She is even helping us preserve our wedding flowers to create an artful memento to hang in our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

We hired Exfolia Botanical for our wedding in May 2023. The floral arrangements Cassie & team created were nothing short of breathtaking, and they truly added a touch of magic to our special day! From stunning bouquets to an elegantly adorned ceremony space and reception area, every single arrangement was picture-perfect. She captured our vision effortlessly, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our guests were in awe of the floral decor, and I am sure they will be talking about them for years to come!

The florals were absolutely gorgeous - so detailed and thoughtfully done. The team was great to work with from the personal drop-offs in the morning to strike at the end of the night. As the wedding coordinator, I kept hearing nonstop compliments on the flowers throughout the night. They truly brought the space together and made everything feel complete. Working with Cassandra was fantastic. I had gotten sad news of a close family friend passing away and was struggling to find a florist for sympathy flowers because I live in NY now. All the flowers that came up on Google from similar florists all kind of looked alike. This friend was a big help to us when my mother passed away so I wanted to go all-out. Then I saw the flowers from Exfolia Botanical and knew I’d found my spot. They were going to be closed for two days when I reached. So, I sent all the relevant details and the message to include on the card via email in the essence of saving time when they would be open again, Wednesday. The sympathy flowers were delivered yesterday. I asked to have an image of the arrangement sent since I would not be able to see them otherwise and I got the images last night. They’re perfect and if I ever need flowers delivered to anyone I know in Chicago ever again I’ll be making sure I work with Exfolia Botanical. Customer service and creativity was at a 10/10.

Cassie and Exfolia Botanical are amazing! They provided the flowers for our wedding and I would recommend them to everyone. With all of the things going on we only provided minimal guidance on what we were looking for and they killed it. Everything was so unique, it felt more like art than just flower arrangements. It added a level class to the event that a simple flower arrangement or typical florist just could not do, not even for double what we paid for with Cassie and Exfolia. Our family, the wedding planner, photographer, and everyone else could not stop commenting on how amazing the floral arrangements were. Thank you Cassie and team!

When my dog and I were locked out of our apartment, we walked over to this florist as a reprieve from a cold -- and what a blessing in disguise. The shop's owner Cassie is incredibly kind and welcoming. As I got to know this beautiful human and her shop, I browsed lush plants, stunning flowers, great-smelling gifts, and unique jewelry -- all amid good juju. Absolutely love this place! I love how close it is to our house and it's beside a bakery and coffee shop. So if you're looking for gifts, it's definitely a perfect stop! The place smells so amazing because of the different plants and flowers - all very reasonably priced and great selection.
