Exhale Dispensary

We really gave this dispensary a try because of the weekly promos they have. But their flowers that are on promo are usually dry. We still went back. They claim if it says bakers batch it’s shake if it doesnt then it’s flowers. But today they had 28g for $55 “flower” of Phenom exotic, literally says “premium flower” in the pic on their website. When I got there the guys said it’s shake, we decided to give it a try but as you can see below…. It’s nothing but water leaves, twigs, and crap. I don’t know if this is the weed shop or the brand but it is complete false advertisement. We will Not Be Going Back. And I will be putting this review on the Phenom Exotic website as well.

By far the worse dispensary in town. The budtender sold me an $80 ounce of Pheno Exotics that was suppose to be shake and small buds. It's 95% trim and stems. Shake is still smokeable flower, this is not! He sold me a bag of fan leaves and stems with maybe 4 grams of smokeable flower. I also bought the sunset sherbet. This is my favorite strain so I know what it taste like. This sunset sherbet is garbage. It's so dry out turns to dust when you touch it and it taste nothing like sunset sherbet. Finally they offer no deals. No first time buyer deals, no local deals, nothing special for me to ever return to this dispensary. I'm so displeased with my purchases and experience here I will never return. I've already told my friends and community about my experience so they won't have to go. Update: I see someone else a few days ago had the same horrible experience I had. Then I notice the Exhale team commenting on the positive reviews but have nothing to say to the customers they've ripped off. Good luck to anyone who buys trash from this garbage company!

Great experience! I wish I remember my budtenders name cause she was very helpful! Petite, straight hair, very patient giving me so much information, if you see this girl you deserve a raise!!

Love the atmosphere there. People treat you like family especially the guard at the door. They are calm and patient really love this place. Plus the deals are amazing.

Can NOT go wrong here. 98% of the time they have great deals! If they don't you probably JUST MISSED IT. I Just got a nice deal rn! (7G + 7G BOGO) 54 out the door. They got an app as well, super chill peeps to help you out. Constantly update their menu and send out text and emails as well. And they got a point system! Go there now!

Today’s Manager was rude. He greeted me. I told him to give me a second. He stared me in my face. I couldn’t think. Dan went to double check my ID stereotyping. I don’t know if it was because I was black.

Bomb ass beauty helped me out, it’s like she already knew me and I got everything I came in for. HIGHly recommend‼️

Pretty good experience. I did however ask for prerolls that were not infused. They were not labeled as being infused but upon opening them and reading the packaging they were in fact infused. They probably could use some help bc just as I was shopping a line started to form. Seems other customers were frustrated bc some of them had placed online orders and such. Anyway. Good shop. Good prices. Good product.

Why all the hate? Sure, the interior set up is a little weird when you enter & walk through to the back. I don't really mind it since I usually get what I need and the staff is generally friendly. I personally never had an issue with the bud I purchase. I love the fact that they have some inexpensive options especially when my other half smokes all day, everyday. You better believe I swing by regularly for their $10 & $15 eighths. They do cap you @ 1 $10 baggie of some sh!tty weed yet I find my way back here often. Not the fanciest of dispensaries but I'm definitely a fan of Exhale.

Service is atrocious. Service is actually non-existent if they screw up your order which they do. They screwed up my order weeks ago and have yet to get back to me no matter how I have tried to contact them. Moreover, three products Iwere not sealed, meaning anyone could have opened it and done anything with it before I received it. Last order they gave me the wrong thing, hash instead of Wax. I have contacted them multiple times and have yet to get an answer. This is a trash dispensary. Stay away!

This is my second time coming in. The first time I came in, I was told I get a discount on purchases on my second visit. Nothing on my first. Much like my first visit, there is no direction as where to go. Where to start, the process, anything. I had to ask someone; how do I place an order? Someone, who was a bit reluctant to help me, eventually did as I only wanted one thing. When I made mention of the discount, I was informed I was provided the incorrect information. Booooooooooooooo! Never would've come back in if I had been told correct information.

The service, the professional and friendliness was amazing! Greta experience, no pushing of product or amount! A great place near other venues and entertainment! I'll be back again and again!

I wish I can write a review for their service but for them to have a phone number which is never available or answered just speaks volume about their business. Please state you're only open 24/7 for drive thru purposes only or at least have someone to answer your phone so people don't waste their time coming here. I only found out by reading your close sign on your front door.

make sure you weight the flower. I got a gram that was 0.8 got an eighth that was 3.1 an they didn't want to replace.

Business is very unethical and shady. Their product is very low quality and they keep harassing you by calling and texting your number from 20 different numbers to try to get you to buy more of their horrible product

The service was great. I came in for my birthday and they helped me around. They have a wide variety. However, the flower I got was so dry, it would break down as I pulled some out the package. Not a fan of dry flower, not knocking anyone who is, but I just prefer sticky flower that's not dried out and packaged 6 months ago

I'm pretty upset I spent 75$ on a half Oz and they said it was shake I asked is it bakers batch or smoking they said small buds this is definitely a bakers batch trimmings and broken stems and I don't even wana smoke it it's pretty bad I'm pretty upset I've been coming here for years I trusted them to pick out something good I'm disappointed

This dispensary is right across the street from the Palms hotel. Compared to their next door neighbor competition their deals are better. I'm not sure if that's only because they are under construction at the moment (the pictures of the inside must be how it'll look once completed). The day I went they had a discount and I got the gummies for $15 (regular is $20) and my employee said they were strong BUT I didn't think they would be that strong! One whole took me out for the entire day. I figured out that half is doable and 1/4 still allows you to be productive. Those gummies were definitely worth it for sure! Terrible place. Rude Budtender. Website is misleading and they didn't give me a deal for my bday because it was yesterday. Tried to "round up" charge me for using my card. Don't believe the hype and all the deceptive decorations.. the bud claimed to be 25% thc but was 100% trash. I should have went to cookies.

Fantastic service & real convenient location. I may or may not have missed out on a first timer discount, but it was reasonably priced anyway. Everyone I interacted with was more than knowledgeable and really nice.

I love exhale but the light skin black girl with glasses who always wears a mask is very rude and tried to overcharge me for my flower. I literally had to show her the deal and she claims she's a manager. Exhale please speak to her about her attitude and please re-educate her on her weekly deals.

Excellent customer service is invaluable anywhere in any type of business. If you're In town please stop by and ask for Jebediah, he is a wealth of knowledge of all the different products in the store. If he's not available Shane, Henry and Raymond are also courteous and will assist you in recommending what will work for you best. We had the pleasure of waking in on Monday early in the morning, no wait times and J (aka Jebediah) was super cool. Make sure to ask for current promotions, there's always one going. Las Vegas has major name brand stores but I feel this dispensary is more of a locals spot which passes on the savings to us customers. They even have "out of towner" deals. What more can you ask for? We've been to other big name brand dispensary's and true they might have a larger selection but that comes with a hefty price increase. We will choose this store every time. Not only for the great savings and the quality products they carry but for the excellent customer service. From your first visit here you will be treated like a regular customer. Enjoy and thank me later.

Very sad and depressed atmosphere! I don't know why but i feel very unwelcomed there :) Well , i'm gonna keep it short and say that i really don't recommend this place , there are happier places and better atmospheres that you can put yourselves at different dispensaries .. thank you and have a good day ...

Really poor experience here. Dakota the manager wanted to power trip over $5 and didn't let me receive the discount that I received from all the other staff several times before. I asked her nicely to honor it since I was a local, but she insisted on me showing proof. I wouldn't be coming in for several months if I wasn't a local, so it was quite bizarre she wanted to flex over $5. Very rude and unprofessional, I will not be coming back here.

This is my local dispensary. Closest to my house. I went here this weekend, and was reminded why I love it. They have a 24 hr drive through, and you can order whatever you need through the app so it's really handy. Every time I come here there's some kind of promotion so there always extra goodies to score. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, especially in the drive through. I have some anxiety about being inside dispensaries/stores, so I usually do my own research before coming, but they always know the answer to any extra questions I may have. 10/10 recommend :)

24 hr dispensary literally just blew my mind. Absolutely a must try if in the area. Smoke good and enjoy the trip. Feel free to ask questions and don't forget to spin the wheel.

This is the worst dispensary for locals they drive to never open. They never have a redeem 8ths so why shop and get the points if you're never going to get your rewards this dispensary absolutely sucks don't go there

This location is welcoming and helpful. I had a good experience here and was quickly assisted by a friendly lady named Kat. I'm on an extended Vegas stay for work and searched for a spot that carried Stiiizy resin pods. I purchased a hybrid Stiiizy resin pod for my rechargeable pen. I'm an admitted newbie to vaping but have been using the Stiiizy pen at night to help with nerve pain in my extremities from a very bad bout with Guillain Barre Syndrome. Glad to find Exhale

Was my favorite place but lately havnt been getting good service. Also the percentages they show on the website don't match the product. I pre ordered online and thought I was getting 22% only to see my label said 14% like really!?!? Read the reviews and I'm it the only one

When I first started going here I would be disappointed at times but lately I've been pleasantly pleased. This is my go to place and I love that their taxes are already added into the price unlike some other where they kill you on the taxes so with good buds and great deals this is my go to spot for buds!

I reserved the wrong product that I intended to purchase I was told I'll get a one gram preroll I didn't get a chance to see the product before purchase the bar tender rushed me out

Exhale Nevada is nothing to hold your breath for, but will likely meet your need, and by that, I do mean take your money. This dispensary is easy to find, ample parking, and open 24 hours, which I appreciate considering the geography of this business. The check-in was a breeze, and there was no wait at the time we arrived. Someone who looked like a cannabis advocate asked us what we were looking for with a precise capitalist tone and pace... ...a bit traphouse-ish, but what is not a gamble in Las Vegas? There is a respectable section of flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals spanning the cannabinoid spectrum, but unfortunately, this company seems to be driven by the uninformed consumer. The display has all the elegance of a buffet...a bit too much smoke and mirrors for me. There are brands like Cookies, which, is cool, but you won't find a CANNDESCENT Justice Joint. The prices are average, and we did select some "Dogwalkers", that wasn't the actual brand Dogwalkers, because they were out of those. The product we did purchase burned unevenly and hit like a passivist preacher, leaving us feeling we would have gotten a better high donating our Vegas earnings to the poor. The pioneers of Cannabis probably feel the same way about Exhale Nevada as the Indigenous Peoples' ancestors feel about the Trump hotel and casino...could've been better. Highly recommended by locals! Picked up every flavor of my favorite edible "Wyld" and saw THE MOST AMAZING thing ever - the Party Joint! It's $40 and a PHATTY! Did they say it was 3 grams??? Or was I high? Who knows. YES to both. I'll pick one up tomorrow so you can see it. The secret phrase is "Merry Kushmas" and that gets you 15% off your order. Say silly things, save money! I'm in!

My boyfriend & I visited here and we were being helped by Shane. Shane gave us AMAZING customer service, you could tell he loves his job. He answered every question in depth & added extra. He gave great recommendations and made us feel more than welcome. This was one of my boyfriends first experiences in a dispensary and Shane made it a great one. I will always recommend Exhale to anyone visiting. Update: Came back and was helped by Louis who also gave amazing customer service. Very friendly and recommend a great place for us to eat. All in all, everyone seems really happy with their jobs and it is very much appreciated.

Went to Exhale last night. Must say was pleasantly surprised. They had a nice lobby. We waited for a min then were brought in. They had a very nice selection to choose from. Good Edibles from chocolates to gummies. Best part was they had $10 half gram cartridges. So cheap. Love it!!!!!! Got a few pre rolls as well. Amazing prices and very friendly staff ! And baked haha !!! Get in there score a good deal and blaze away peeps

This is my favorite dispensary in Las Vegas. The setup is very welcoming and the staff is extremely helpful. I always get the gummies when I come; very potent. I also tried this THC cocktail they had it was ok. I also had a bottle of THC cough syrup and that had me and my friends knocked out. I can't wait to come back!

Went into Exhale on my way headed home. The bud tender that assisted me was very informative. He asked what I was looking for and had several suggestions. I love indica and the options were plentiful. I do have one complaint. I purchased 2 packs of chocolate Chocolate Bitez and didn't inspect one of the packages pack before leaving. I received a sample pack with no candy inside, instead it was stuffed with cardboard and the back of the package says Display Sample. What a bummer. Overall I was impressed with my purchase and will be bacc next time I'm in Vegas.

I used to come here all the time until 1 night I go and one of the dudes on nights was so rude and disrespectful when he gave me my total he called me cuz which is so unprofessional, when I asked to talk to a manager he asked him did he call me that word he lied smh I will never go here again

Today was piss poor service with attitude . I ordered a half ounce and couldn't use my discount 30% off take it how I got the 30% off was buying a half and it had a whole farmers pack seeds galore . All they wanted to do was give me a discount next time I come in this all took place on about Veteran's Day and I'm a vet so it really sucked a**. I redeem my points for an eighth they got listed at 18% THC the Ruggs Punch when I get home find out that sh** is only 15% and a low terp profile. First off 3% when talking about terms and thc levels is a lot and that 3% can also affect the price. Becareful they got some shady people working there not cool to cheat and deceive Veteran's. I think we already gave enough don't you. Wait on phone 15/30 minutes to talk to manager just to get hung up on .

I'm not really sure where I should begin...we walked in to a pretty cool dispensary with pretty cool people working there.. slightly educated, good variety of bud, nice prices, you know nothing that's too bad yet.. Well we pick out our bud and take our little sticky note to the counter- still a good experience so far- and they get the bud we selected and now it's time to pay. So we pay with a brand new, ATM fresh $100 and a $20.. she marks on the money (as they should) to verify if it's fraud.. after she does this she just walks to the back and after about 45 sec. of waiting she says "uh were just waiting on my manager bc your $100 looked a lil sketch" so we are like hmm okay, not worried bc we JUST GOT THE $100 OUT OF THE ATM. After about 2 min of waiting, the manager comes from the BACK OF THE STORE with 2 $100 bills. One is super crispy and the other is raggedy with a fake holographic strip that he pulled off so easily.. Obviously we argued and stated that they must have switched the bulls in the back bc there is NO WAY that the raggedy $100 bill came out of the ATM looking like that.. and the manager even made the comment "look it's even wet! That's how it came off so easily" .......EXCUSE ME?!?! How tf my $100 bill get wet in my wallet after a 3 hr flight to Vegas... and did I notice a raggedy ass $100 coming out the ATM.. Now you tell me...why did you take my money to the BACK where we CANNOT SEE YOU (ya ya I know "the fraud machine is in the back" BULLSHIT PROCESS) and then come back and expect me to just believe you didn't swap out my money... DISGUSTED! AND it's our first time to VEGAS! Our first stop was this shit show... what a joke.

This place has changed for the worse!!! Manager comes to tell you they made a mistake but no apology, it's like " yeah we admit we made a mistake what are you going to do about it!" Well I'm taking my business elsewhere! They wonder why their business has dropped! Budtenders are Kool just management. Go to Essence, Jardin, Zen Leaf or Vegas Treehouse and you will see a difference!!

THC% was different on the label of the pre roll than it showed online, where I placed my order. Online showed 23% but pre roll label said 19% smh. False advertisement. Very sloppy check in. There are 2 lines you just stand around not knowing where to go until an associate comes to you. Weird. Waited 30min for an online order.

I stopped at the lab 15 mns ago, and I was waiting n the screen menu for 7 mns and no body answer me to take my order, so I decided to drive to the window once the car was gone(16mns) and the guy n the window asked me to go back to the menu to take my order, So I left once he gave me that attitude because I wasn't going to wait another 20ish mns to get his attitude

We are from San Diego and absolutely loved this place. The pricing and customer service are spot on. They are also very knowledgeable. We will be back! Highly recommend you visiting this spot, if you are a stoner or need some great cbd products!! :))

I love that this place is open late and they have a drive-through! Also have 20% off late night hours and I am on late night type of person. Tasha was also super nice and helpful. Cool that they have a rewards system too. I will be back.

Exhale seems to be a very disorganized dispensary when you first walk in. And you realize after the bombardment you receive that perception is reality. The staff is more concerned about making a sale instead of focusing on the consumer. They also don't have clear directions for guests who come in, some send you to the counter and other times you'll get sent back to stand in line unnecessarily. It's a back and forth discussion about where guests need to order from. This is very confusing & limits my guest experience. The security is also lacking in sincerity. They act like they do not appreciate their jobs and they don't really do anything to secure the business. I don't feel comfortable in this dispensary knowing that on separate occasions, you allow customers to verbally attack your employees, without consequences. Instead of you guys not allowing customer to make purchases, you always give in to what they want, even when the customer is in the wrong. "Customer is always right" is a business saying, but when they are abusing your staff, something needs to be done. All in all, I have noticed that some of the most helpful employees have been let go or are no longer with the company. It seems as if all of the new staff was hired based on their looks instead of cannabis knowledge. Terrible.
