Dining in the Suburbs: Where to Eat in Antioch | Eater Nashville

"The newly opened Indian restaurant has already become a favorite among locals — offering standout versions of paneer vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, and warm garlic naan. Neon lights, chandeliers, and marble floors set the scene here, complemented by fun Bollywood pop music videos in the background." - Kristy Lucero

Google
Great prices, lower than most restaurants, especially considering the area. The quality of the food was excellent and was served very quickly. The staff were very attentive but not overbearing. Will definitely be back.

Google
This our go to restaurant if we fancy Indian for delivery at home. Everything we have tried so far was really delicious - special shoutout to the on the bone Tandoori Chicken and Laccha Paratha (which are both phenomenal).

Google
Perfect for take away, very good prices for excellent food and generous portions. An independent business who really deserves to be supported by the local community. Very much recommend!

Google
The most charming Indian ever! Cannot praise this place enough. The food was delicious and service was even better. Was made to feel so welcome. Didn’t feel rushed and the prices for the food were such good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. It’s BYOB and they don’t charge for corkage! They also prefer cash but can take card.

Came this place by accident and I must say, I doubt you will find as good food or service to such an agreeable price anywhere else.

Yelp
Really sweet people working there. The food came out very quickly and it was delicious! I would recommend to my friends!

Yelp
Authentic, very inexpensive. Minalmistic decor. In a bit of an industrial area. Nice people. Only 8-10 tables but they do have a private room too for groups. BYO wine or beer.

Yelp
This is an amazingly cheap but good little place in an industrial part of town that doesn't get a lot of traffic. They do not serve alcohol anymore, but if you want to bring wine or beer, you can do so at no charge. Our meal was £35 And for that we got really excellent garlic naan bread, chana masala, tandoori chicken, Tandoori prawns, pampadams and two orders of pillau rice. Is close to the stadium and does a fair amount of business after games. They have a back room for private parties. The main dining room is only about half a dozen or so tables but was fairly empty the Monday night we were there. I don't agree with some of the reviewers that say this is the best Indian food they've had ever, but it's definitely to a better than average standard and the non-bread and tandoori were really excellent.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious and ridiculously affordable. Butter chicken and garlic naan was good and more than enough portion for the price, would be here daily if I lived in London.

Yelp
We got the tikka masala, palak paneer and some naan to go with it. Hands down, the best naan I've ever had!

Yelp
In the north San Francisco Bay California area Yelp district I've been known as a 10 year elite reviewer that specializes in crowing about low priced gourmet restaurants. It is an extreme privilege to announce that this restaurant is a hidden gem that truly rates as a fantastic bargain for wonderfully delicious food, attentive service and serene dining room ambiance. Just three previous Yelp reviews exist as I write this. Which is mind boggling as the restaurant has been in this very spot for 30 years. The business has no webpage and there still is a fax machine telephone number to call in take away orders. Yes, time warp. And when you arrive to eat in the small peaceful dining room and peruse the menu with 1988 level prices you will be transported to the past. What is old is sometimes still valuable. Think gold, diamonds and the food here at Exotikka. I posted 13 photos tonight. Looks good, yes? Well, tastes even better. My wife who usually hates Indian food immensely enjoyed the dinner. Spices are apparent but not overwhelming. Curries and masalas are piquant and smooth. Rice is fragrant and moist. The nan bread (get the garlic) is just the correct amount of chewy. Wine? Yes, as explained to me there is a white and a red. We drank a bottle of the red. A Shiraz from Australia. Harvested and bottled 6 months ago. It was fruity, supple and delicious. The price? Practically free. So, a peaceful dinner. Copious food portions, wonderfully varied flavors, soothing mouth feel, soul satisfying nutrition. Tariff: out the door for 43.75 British pounds. You could be staying on the opposite side of London, hire an Uber to bring you here and back and still have spent less than at a far inferior restaurant. Really, this is a great place. You'll thank me for the recommendation. You are quite welcome. Cheers!

Yelp
Delicious food! Authentic and excellent service. A hole in the wall that is worth making a visit to! Come hungry so you can try a bit of everything! Cheers from America!

Yelp
Being from Southern California, more specifically Los Angeles, really good ethnic food is a given. Likewise, most big cities have a diverse and very active ethnic food agenda. Thus is the case for Olde London Town. This place has everything! But my foodie friends back home rave about the Indian food in this metropolis. So on our first night here our hosts at the house where we are staying recommended Exotikka. Well, slightly jet lagged and never disputing a locals review we ordered in. Holy Cow (no pun intended for Indian Cuisine) everything we ordered and we ordered a lot was excellent. I have had Indian food all over the world. Till this point Hong Kong was the reigning king. But, Exotikka here in London was just as good as Hong Kong. We loved every morsel of each dish. We are here for two weeks and I'll bet at the end of our stay we will have eaten there 2-3 more times.

Yelp
Dynamite hole-in-the-wall with friendly service and prices from the last century. We had the mixed grill and chicken tikka masala, and both were excellent! Best Indian food around!

Yelp
This is the best Indian food we have had in all of the USA and London. The service, presentation, and food quality are all fantastic and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good take-out, sit down, or delivery Indian restaurant with good prices.

Yelp
My cousin was in London for 2 months so we decided to visit the UK for a little while. First night there and my cousin asked us to meet here for dinner. I heard Indian food is very popular in the UK so ofcourse I was going to try. All I can say is that the indian food here was definitely more flavorful than those in the US. I have had my fair share of indian food and this place was definitely much better. My favorite was the Chicken Masala. Trust me when I say we killed it and had to order another just so we could dip our naan bread and licked the bowls clean! When we arrived back in the US we decided why not eat Indian again just to compare. I don't know if the place we typically go to decided to make food with less flavors... but we were so disappointed that we didn't even finish it... I never waste food, but this time we just couldn't eat their food. Maybe it had something to do with the delicious food we had here!
