Lovely hotel in the centre of the resort. Close to all the local amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous spa and food was delicious (we were half board). Lovely breakfast spread. Evening menu was small but daily specials were lovely. Their soups are the best I’ve ever had. Rooms were a decent size with all the facilities you need.

Wonderful stay for a luxurious feeling at the ski resort. No complaints. Breakfast was absolutely stunning. Rooms were well organized and very clean. I would easily stay here again. The price felt high but for the experience it was well worth it. The entire town was walkable but this was super close to everything.

If you're in Val D'Isere this is a great option. The hotel is modern, comfortable rooms, lovely bar/lounge area and good restaurants. Very much enjoyed the pool too. The staff are very friendly and engaging. Great choice if you're skiing as very close to the lift area. Haven't enjoyed staying in a hotel as much as this in a while.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and I must admit that it never fails to deliver. Perfectly centrally located, and equipped with a lovely indoor pool area, hammam and sauna this hotel is a Val d'Isere gem. The rooms themselves are slick, modern, well kept and gorgeous. The beds are so comfortable to sleep in after a full day's skiing. During our visit we were also lucky enough to benefit from the exceptional hospitality of the staff as they offered us complementary gifts to help us celebrate our anniversary. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel's facilities are excellent too (including their restaurant). For beginners they also maintain a well-kept skiroom in the basement where you can rent your equipment, but for experienced skiers you are easily able to store your belongings downstairs. The only downside is the parking is significantly more costly than other places I have seen in the town. Given that the underground public parking is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, it seems unnecessary to charge the rates they do for their parking. Additionally you cannot access the ski room after 6:30pm, which meant I was unable to access my equipment to have it waxed/treated at a nearby sports shop. However, overall a wonderful hotel and a real treat to stay at!

A very tired hotel under staffed with a great location. Unlike the Brussels that was amazingly priced for quality this is a far too expensive option for what you get. I would rather spend a few euros more per night for a better hotel.

Perfect location, lovely team, good food. I couldn't give 5 stars as I think the prices for the room were above what they should be. Carpets need a good wash or a redo and the same for the walls. Special note for the guys in the skiroom super friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Loved staying for a week with the family. Excellent location at the centre of the village just off the slopes. Helpful service and staff are genuinely excellent and arguably way above the French standard one expects. Common areas and bar are lovely as is the food across the 2 restaurants and breakfast. It is a lovely note that they can serve bites and dinner informally at the various lounge tables as well. Rooms are well appointed but a bit small. Ski rooms are part of a SkiSet shop that operates locally in their basement, which is also quite handy for renting. Prices we felt were reasonable for the area and the time of visit.

Today 5/01/2022 we reserved table in ‘Pier’ restaurant, on the website you can find nice La Cart menu but when we arrived to the restaurant it turned out that they serve only buffet. ( I suggest to change information on the website ) So We went to ‘Paul’ instead. They didn’t have many options from already a very small card. Half of the dishes were not available. For starter we ordered Soup of the day, which was burned, tasteless tomato-carrot cream. They agreed, apologized and suggested other starter. The salmon then, which was extremely salty, and cutted in random pieces of 5mm. We couldn’t eat it. At the end we ordered portion of seafood mix, with salad ( which were 3 leaves of salad ), one mushroom, and grey shrimp. The only positive was the service. They were very friendly and helpful. I don’t recommend 😞
