Worst store. I went to return a suit and accidentally remove the tags. Manager was not cooperative at all. I explained to it that tags came off while putting it on but he didn’t authorized return. I will never shop at Express again. Just go to Macys or some other store who have much better return policy.

Sad to hear they’re closing I go to this express for business casual clothes & everyone is super helpful went today to buy a skirt; most of the small sizes are already gone but still some other stuff on sale. Hope you guys keep other locations open!

Great store! Lovely selection. Just that the styles are not in vogue anymore since 2000’s style are more in now and considering fast fashion. But if you want a staple outfit for NYE or any event I think it is still a great place. Pricey but okay!

This store has the most rudest and unprofessional staff and mangers, my husband bought a suit for a wedding and ended not attending because he was tested positive for Covid, when I took back the suite to return it they sales associate and manager refuses to return the pants because they said the do not remove tag was not on the pants, when I originally bought it there was no do not remove tag when I show them all the other pants in the store had no do not remove tags they didn’t cared and told me there was nothing they could do band new pants never used had all the other tags. Very very bad customer service. So basically the customer have to pay for express staff mistake, I’ll never spend my money at express again.

I went in there looking for a belt I saw previously and not one person looked my way. After spending 10 minutes in there I left as no one acknowledged me. After returning an hour later, I finally asked a worker and he told me to look on the walls....not one but all. That was the end of his help. As I went through the store looking on the "walls" a cashier walked over and asked what can she help me with and took me straight to the item I was looking for. The store is not that big I don't understand why their customer service is so low.
