The check in process was fairly simply. The desk agent was cordial. They have over priced vending machines, and quarter operated washing machines and dryers. The room was fairly clean, though the bed cover had a small rip in it, and the floor could have been cleaned better. Do not stay here if you mind some kind of pacing on the floor above you, stomping, driving you crazy. Maybe I am crazy, or maybe the guests were just loud, but it was supremely annoying because it was constant from 06:00 onward.

When we arrived, your hotel was overbooked. After three confirmation emails and a day spent traveling, we arrived and were told you had no rooms available. No one called before and we arrived at 8:00 pm. Plenty of time to notify me. After standing in the lobby for twenty minutes, frantically searching for hotels in Austin with room availability on a holiday weekend, the front desk informed us you had one handicapped room available (we booked two because we had 6 guests) and they could bring us roll out beds. We slept practically on top of each other with beds filling the room up to the door. It was not only uncomfortable but very unsafe. In the morning, I spoke with the manager. He rudely explained he could not refund the room and would mail me free room passes. And that was it. No apology. I was charged 275 dollars for one night for a room we not only reserved originally, but was not completely cleaned and with an AC that wouldn't work properly. Don't waste your time or money.

AVOID THIS HOTEL !!! I had a horrible experience since the moment we arrived. We booked a room for Saturday, and as we arrived we were given a room that was dirty. Blankets were on the floor and no towels were provided in the restroom. I spoke with the front desk about this and they told us that room was out of service and we were given another room. The next room we had smelled bad and drawers were constantly opening because the latch was not working. The next day we checked out before 11 am to later on find out we were charged $53 dollars extra. We then called to see why we were charged and they accused us of stealing their towels and a blanket. I explained that we did not take anything and that if theirs any possibility of a mistake. They said nothing could be done about the issue because they go based on room service report which i find to be very disappointing. How are customers supposed to know what is in the room and how much of everything is supposed to be in the room. We will never come back to this hotel and i recommend that if you go make sure you take pictures of your room before getting there and after leaving.

Aside from the central location, there isn't many great things to say about this location. I've stayed at other "Extended Stay" locations and had a far better experience. I arrived early and was unable to check in early which is understandable as they were busy. I gave my number to the front desk as they said they would call me with the first available room. I roamed downtown for a few hours and came in to see if anything had opened up. Still nothing. I finally came in just before 3pm to see that the same person who said she would call with a room available was checking in another group of people. Apparently there had been rooms available but I received no call to check in. So I was roaming around town for 6 hours to kill time. Once I did finally get to check in, I asked about the water boil notice that I had heard about. They said I could purchase a case of water down the street. I was shocked to hear that they weren't even offering at least 1-2 bottles of water to guests. Also, if I had not asked, I wonder if they would have told me about the water issue. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. I wonder if they know what "hospitality" means. The hotel room was clean enough, but smelled like mildew. There is nothing special about this location and I would NOT stay again. I was frustrated to realize that their rate was roughly the same as nicer equivalent's in the area. I will definitely choose another option my next trip to Austin.

Not clean, the bed sheets had a dingy smell and looked dirty they don’t provide a coffee pot, they don’t clean your room only if you ask them, they don’t provide clean towels only if you ask them. No breakfast only coffee and granola bars. The worst customer service skills. No smiles or make you feel welcome, I was the first one to greet, they were too busy fooling around and I was the only one there in a crumpy lobby. Not cheap either 140 per night. The only advantage is they are close to the heart hospital and is downtown area. 👎🏻👎🏻

I liked the room. It was painted an odd color on the walls though. A nasty yellow green. Other than that everything was fine. I enjoyed my stay and had no problems. Everyone was very nice. I would stay again. The location to the bars was perfect.

Serious disappointment. Odd smell in hallway. Level of cleanliness to room barely acceptable.....found dirty Q-tip in bathroom and food still in microwave. Very dated inside. No fitness room as stated. Breakfast is a complete joke. If you want more towels they require YOU to bring them down to the front desk to swap out. Also a very loud hotel.

I stayed here recently and the location is great if you plan to commute by foot to avoid crazy traffic. If you don’t book in the begging of the week your room won’t be cleaned. As far as breakfast it wasn’t really “breakfast.” They just had coffee and oatmeal packets. Mrs. Lola was very friendly and welcoming.
