I had a question regarding a rent issue that came up, and Jamie helped me out immediately. As soon as I explained the issue, he gave me a resolution and I’m perfectly satisfied. They make this stuff super easy for you! And they actually want to help!

We spoke first to Brianna at the Jackrabbit Road facility in Buckeye, Az. She was friendly, helpful and professional. While we were loading in we realized we would need additional space. We spoke with Sherman who was able to help us quickly. The facility is clean and bright. Kudos to the team at Jackrabbit Rd, a job well done! JG

Great experience renting from here. I had prepaid for a 6 month lease but then had to cut it short. However, I was actually refunded for part of the time remaining which I did not expect! Would definitely rent from them again.

The rental process was smooth and similar to my experience at another Extra Space Storage in the state from which I moved. The two people that helped me, Sherman and Jacob, were very thorough, kind, and responsive. Since I already had a lock similar to the one they used for the unit I purchased, they assured me that I did not need to pay for another one and made the process seamless for returning the lock and removing it from my initial costs. I have no complaints and would recommend them again.

I woke up one morning to check my automatic payment to Extra Storage and I was so confused to find out they suddenly charged me a larger amount than my original contract was made for! I was very upset because I never got a notice about such an enormous increase! I immediately called them and the representative assisted was very polite and professional. She was very attentive to my concerns and did a super great job in helping me out. I received a call the next day with good news. She was able to adjust the recent charge back to the amount of the contract. I was so happy to get some of my money refunded. My family have all used Extra Storage for four years. Thxs

The staff at this storage facility are simply amazing. When I called checking for prices and sizes, there was zero pressure to ‘hurry up and I’ll send you the contract via email right now because it’s the last one we have!’ The man was kind and answered questions all my questions and told me to call back if I wanted to rent there. I’d been renting there for about 3 months and a woman at this location (not from corporate) called just to ask me how my experience with them was going and if I needed anything. Yesterday, Sherman called because there were two missed calls from my number. I’d called because there was a slight billing error. Normally, I don’t have any expectations a company will actually do anything about billing issues. Within minutes, Sherman asked what I’d like to do to resolve it. I told him what I thought would be fair in this situation. Well- he didn’t do it. He said let me see if I can do better than for the inconvenience. He said he’d send a text after he spoke to corporate. Sherman sent me a text the next morning just as he promised and was able to fix the error over and above what I’d expected. They have shown three times by their actions they are a location who care about their customers as people. Outstanding customer service. Thank you guys!
