Stopped in on a Saturday morning. Not too busy, we were able to walk in and order. I got an iced matcha with no sweetener. The flavor was delicious! The matcha tasted authentic and fresh. It had such great flavor, I really enjoyed it! My significant other ordered an iced coffee drink and he really liked it! We will definitely be back. The seating there seems more like a quick sit down and go. Although, I did see some people with computers. There were also some outdoor seating, but those were all full upon my stay there. I can definitely see this as a quick drink to-go place for me. The staff was kind & most especially the cashier.

Google
The barista/cashier Gavy is so welcoming and attentive. While making coffee he’s greeting, talking to customers, accepting orders at the same time. Perfect multitasking. The food here is FIRE. Try their Island sandwich. Baklava latte is amazing too. Definitely recommend this place, very good vibes here. I will come here again, now it’s one of my favorites. Happy to find it!

Google
eyes peeled is a great spot for coworking and catching up with a friend. the atmosphere is bubbly and energetic due to the chatter and happy demeanor from the baristas. they offer a creative drink menu as well as some quick bites with vegan friendly options. although their matcha is tasty and enjoyable, they excel most on their espresso drinks. worth a visit for a tasty, crushable bev!

Ayana Nieto

Google
ordered the pandan matcha latte and fancy avocado toast and both were amazing. matcha was well made and had great flavor the macadamia nuts on top added a nice crunch! the avocado toast was equally great with a soy marinated egg and pickled radish all the ingredients were great quality. on the pricier side at $9 for the drink and $15 for the toast but worth it once in a while as a nice treat!

Google
OMG! Just wanted to check this place out if it's wroth the hype. Man, that sandwich and those mini waffles are not only mouth-watering but out of this world. You'll loose yourself when you sip from that baklava latte. I would definitely recommend this place and give 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if possible. Staff is very friendly and they're rockstars!!

I overheard a woman from Brooklyn say that whenever she's in Los Angeles for work she comes to Eyes Peeled for their Matcha. And after having it, I can see why. I feel like everyone has their favorite drink here. My colleague told me yesterday that the Georgia On My Mind is his favorite and it instantly took me back to the first time I had it. The fragrance of the orange. All that to say, they're creating sensory experiences at Eyes Peeled. I had the rice bowl (see photo) and immediately made plans to try to replicate it at home. It didn't hit the same. Baristas are courteous, kind and thoughtful. My one grievance is that their ventilation system isn't the best so after being here a while my hair and clothes smell a bit like the coffee and food that was being cooked. I'll keep coming to Eyes Peeled as long as I'm in the neighborhood. It's a treasure.

Google
My second visit to Eyes Peeled, and still scored as good as I could recall. Bold aromatic iced coffee with spoiling touch from the Pandan syrup. I came from tropical country where it pandan was a very common flavor to feature in sweet beverages and desserts, and so delighted to find it here! If you have no idea what it is, RUN DON'T WALK, give it a try! Their Georgia on My Mind was my other recommended one, which was their version of Vanilla Latte with touch of orange zest, adding more fun into the drink. I typically wasn't into citrusy flavor in my coffee but this successfully made an exception. Great news, they now opened slightly longer, while they used to close kinda early at 2pm. The barista, who's also the owner, was extremely friendly, totally nailed that warm welcoming neighborhood cafe hospitality.

Google
Yummy coffee! We tried two iced latte specialties, the Georgia on my mind and the Baklava. Both were good but the pistachi cream on the baklava was AMAZING! Definitely worth coming back to try more. Also, I love a place that doesn't charge extra for alternative milks!

Yelp
I don't rise & shine. I caffeinated and coordinate. That said let's begin this cute review. lol. Eyes Peeled Coffee is a bright little modern café in Culver City of LA. Its indoor has a lively, energetic vibe with excellent service and creative menu offerings. And for those who crave a street view they do have outdoor seats as well. Interior decor was simple with a few hanging plants, an art and white painted wall. Moreover, it has an abundant of natural light thanks to their large windows. EPC's primary coffee roaster is DUNE which is phenomenal. Menu items were modest and fairly priced. I had an Avocado toast and Iced Coffee. Both were great. Staff were warm, affable and professional. Service was on point. Plenty of street metered parking. Overall, it's a nice corner coffee shop. And I highly recommend it. So, until next time. :D

Yelp
We've stopped by Eyes Peeled Coffee twice on a Sunday afternoon to meet up with family and friends. Two of our family members frequent this coffee shop and highly recommended it to all of us. We all decided to meet here again on a Sunday. Checked both their Yelp page and their website for store hours for a Sunday meet up with 11 people. Both times stated 4pm closing time on a Sunday. However when we arrived at 2:40pm, they were closed again. Sadly disappointed! Messaged everyone to let them know Eyes Peeled Coffee is closed and to regroup at a different coffee shop. Hopefully if we decide to visit and try Eyes Peeled Coffee next time they are open and available for customers.

Yelp
Three words: PANDAN CAKE MATCHA!!!!!! Okay, maybe four: ICED pandan cake matcha. I am absolutely addicted. The banana latte is delish too. Finally found another matcha outside of the strawberry one from Millcross that I constantly crave. The PCM might be my favorite matcha I've ever had. (I get it with oat milk btw.)

Yelp
Parking: 8/10. Street parking and there are many spots within walking distance. Drinks: Georgia on my Mind: 10/10. Fragrant orange flavor. Great for folks who don't care for creamy lattes. Pandan cake matcha: 10/10. Sweet, creamy, strong pandan flavor (just the way I like it). Ambiance: 10/10. Friendly baristas, some seatings available. Minimal yet cute decors.

Yelp
It's always better than I remember. Pandan matcha is on the sweeter side but it has a really interesting flavor. Everyone working there is always nice. Customers are always working here or hanging out, it's clean inside but would be a bit loud for me to get any work done

Julie T.

Yelp
Sitting pretty on the quiet corner, Eyes Peeled kept my eyes peeled out for its bright, intriguing, spring-like fun design. Picture an Easter egg hunt as a coffee shop -- easy to spot and pleasant as the holiday itself. Inside, you are greeted by the most jovial workers ever (May/Maeve - not sure how to spell exactly but she was a DOLL!) who are happy to work there and genuinely friendly. With natural light and customers working respectfully on their laptops on the chipper light wood tables, this place has such a positive and warm atmosphere that you can't help but smile. I told my dear barista to surprise me between the Georgia On My Mind (orange zest / vanilla supreme), or the famous Banana Latte, and I got the latter! It was delicious and not too sweet, and had artisanal foam to complement its subtle flavor. Again, with such a comfortable, clean, and sweet surrounding, Eyes Peeled Coffee is such a delight! I did not try any of the pastries or food but all of it looked delectable and super fresh. It seemed like this was also a rare find for the neighborhood! I drove all the way from Pasadena for it and it was well worth it. :-) thank you!!

Yelp
This cute lil cafe always has a crowd whenever I drive by, so I finally decided to stop in and see what the hype was about. I ordered two of their specialty drinks: the Georgia on My Mind and the Pandan Matcha Cake Latte (with an espresso shot added). The Pandan drink? Gone in three sips--SO good! Sweet, creamy, and just the right hint of pandan. Then I tried the Georgia on My Mind and instantly loved it. It reminded me of Madlab Coffee's Dreamsicle drink--citrusy, smooth, and refreshing! I'll definitely be back to try more from their menu. Totally worth the stop!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try eyes peeled for a while and I'm so glad I finally did! This place has such a welcoming and fun vibe to it with all the bright colors, plants and menu art. I ordered the iced matcha pandan latte (~$8.50 including tip) and it was surprisingly well-balanced w/ the sweetness and nuttiness of the pandan w/ the matcha. It wasn't overpoweringly sweet nor gritty in texture. They have a gender-neutral restroom and both indoor and outdoor seats. They sell their own merch as well as Dune beans from SB! The only downside is they only have a single (?) outlet near the big table, and their specialty coffees are a little steep $$. The staff seemed in good spirits for an early Sunday morning xD I'll definitely be coming back again to hopefully try their signature Georgia on My Mind latte~ So happy to have found another cafe to add to my rotation!

Yelp
Sweet rice latte - tasty good toasted rice flavor. a bit too milky but still good flavor Island Sandwich - super delicious breakfast sandwich! Very filling Cute location with seating inside and outside
google avatar

Yelp
Good neighborhood coffee shop. Coffee was good. Few small tables to sit inside and out. Their brunch food menu seems interesting-- Asian/Hawaiian fusion. Maybe will try next time

Yelp
It was busy when I came here on a Sunday at 10am. They have seating inside and outside. They shook my iced cappuccino to be foamy on top, but it was more like a latte. It was still good, but it was a small size and not worth $6. I got the cheese and berries Danish which was good and not very sweet.
google avatar

April C.

Yelp
I heard good things, but based on their iced cappuccino, I probably won't come back. They use minor figures for their oat milk, but the espresso was not good. I came with my sister and we both thought it was too milky and thought they accidently served us an iced coffee with milk since it was so mild. The Guava Goodness Tonic was good though, although it was on the sweeter side. Service was nice.

Fawn R.

Yelp
Love this place! Can't believe I've never left a review. My bf and I come here almost every week. We've tried nearly everything on their menu and it's all great! They do get busy so parking is rough... I just park in the neighborhood. Recommend the island burger and the match
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
This is a great local non-chain coffee shop. They update their specialty drinks monthly. Today I tried the Pumpkin spice latte with almond milk. It was a little sweet and needs a little more nutmeg or spice. I also had the Martabak iced latte with almond milk. I have no idea what the word means but it was good. By the way the owner is the nicest guy and the current set of employees are very polite.

Yelp
This place gets BUSY and rightfully so- is legitimately one of the best coffee shops in LA (and I go to a lot of coffee shops all over) Came in Sunday at 10 AM and it was rockin, as it seems they get a good amount of groups of people coming in ... last time I was here they had batch-made the Georgia on my Mind but this time they were making to order so it took about 20 minutes in the line-up ... that being said- it was way more delicious made to order AND the barista was KILLING it- he literally could not have moved faster (without another arm or 4) but definitely was not sacrificing quality for speed- he deserves all the gold stars for that and keeping his cool AND maintaining a positive demeanor the entire time as well. The girl at the register was also very nice. I got a stupid fresh spinach & cheese pastry- but highly recommend the other food as well. So good. Will be back for sure- just maybe not 10am on a Sunday, lol.

Yelp
I have come here a couple times with my husband and friends for meetups. The location is great but parking can be difficult depending on the time of day you plan to come. Weekends especially are very busy and the place can get packed. The coffee is great but not the best in the area. However, all the servers and baristas are awesome, super friendly and nice. The decorations are my favorite, everything feels very aesthetically pleasing.
google avatar

Yelp
TLDR: This is my ideal coffee spot. Come here for low key neighborhood, great coffee, and great natural light to work or socialize. Reusable drink ware, and you can bring your own mug. We love to see it. Loved this place!! Very sunny vibes. Got the chai latte, which they make in house. It was perfect blend of spicy and sweet. They have oat and almond milk for alternative milks, which is NOT an extra charge - love that. $6 for a chai latte, $6 for a matcha latte, and $5;50 for a regular latte. So I'd say standard pricing. Vegan food options and a couple gluten free items and a couple that were both! Great wifi, abs there were lots of people working when I went on a late Thursday morning. Perfect for socializing or working. Lastly, staff was super nice. I didn't realize my chai had been sitting out for a while, and they came and found me and made sure I tried it before walking away to see if I though it was still warm enough (offered to re make it if not) - how nice!!!
google avatar

Megan G.

Yelp
Highly recommend waking up early and coming here on a sunny day for a flavorful but light breakfast and drink. The natural light and various plants create a calm ambience and a great place to work! There are outlets and fast wifi as well :) I tried the island sandwich with teriyaki glazed spam and the winter wonder latte (seasonal drink!) and both were DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend the island sandwich, it had a nice kick to it cut with the sweet glazed spam and green onions. They also have other regular coffee options, specialty lattes, and non-coffee drinks! The servers were super friendly and service was quick!

Ruby S.

Yelp
The service is great and the pandan matcha is super yummy! The coffee looks good too, will be back to try more. Also super cute vibes to hang out/work.

tori H.

Yelp
Got the Chai it was alright not the best. My boyfriend got the Pandan Matcha the flavor was really tasty, it was just overall kind of chunky from the coconut and macadamia nut. 8/10 for the matcha, 6/10 for chai. We also got food, the hawaiian sandwich was delicious and amazing !! 9/10. We also got avocado toast which was just blended avocado and no real chunks, pretty sour and kinda bland 5/10. I would go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Eyes Peeled Coffee is an Asian fusion cafe serving some unique flavors like Pandan and Sweet Potato Lattes. The service is quick and friendly. They have limited parking options - hope you can find street parking nearby. For the food: The pandan matcha latte is fragrant and refreshing. The Island Sandwich has spam and eggs on Hawaiian Sweet Bun. I'd prefer a toasted sourdough or something crunchy in the sandwich to give textural contrast. If you're in the area, it's an overall tasty option. They had ran out of the rice bowl, which looked like a comforting bowl of rice porridge. I'd want to get to Eyes Peeled Coffee earlier to try this dish.
google avatar

Rebecca T.

Yelp
Decided to stop by and grab a drink after a doctor's appointment. I opted for the pandan matcha latte with oat milk. Price was steep at $8 ($9 including tip), and to be honest, all I tasted was coconut milk and maybe a hint of pandan; I barely tasted any matcha. Not to forget it was super sweet. Overall, I wasn't impressed, especially given how expensive it was. Maybe worth another try another time, but first impressions just weren't it.
google avatar

Nicholas D.

Yelp
Came here with some friends for some early morning offer. The service was fast and good the hostess helped us get what we need. Overall would recommend this place to people.

Dena S.

Yelp
Great coffee and matcha. Spam breakfast Sandwich was great ! The service was very nice
google avatar

Enrique M.

Yelp
This spot is nice, the AC feels great in here. The Coffee is Good. I didn't try the food but I'm sure it's good. And the Service was great. Solid 7/10 spot. My come back in the future.
google avatar

Kristine M.

Yelp
The daily drips are generally light roasted delicate and fragrant enough to drink black. Great staff making each drink and pastry presented picture perfect. The shop is facing the east with a flood of AM sunshine coming through the windows. This may arguably be the best coffee shop that the South Robertson neighborhood has ever seen. I'm very glad and proud to have Eyes Peeled be my local coffee shop.
google avatar

Kaylie M.

Yelp
Was visiting my friend in the Culver City area and she recommended trying this coffee shop! Was definitely busy on a Saturday morning but we were still able to grab a table outside in the sun and enjoy our yummy drinks and food! Really enjoyed that their breakfast food options were different than the norm... I got the island breakfast sandwich (i think that was the name) which had spam in it which i love!! Their avocado and ricotta toasts were also delicious! Definitely recommend trying this place!

Yelp

Yelp
Bomb Bomb Bomb Thanks Gavy & staff. Eyez Peeled a super treat for me. It brings me back to my childhood ... spam soy sauce, eggs rice, but with American now fusion. Vibes are high.
google avatar

Evelyn F.

Yelp
This space is very light-filled, open-spaced. Street parking only (lot behind is not for this cafe). Demo is very artsy, creative-vibes, from the bits of conversations I could hear. When I went on a weekday, mid-day, did not seem like a good place to sit & catch up, as it's pretty silent with people working on laptops. I tried the guava goodness tonic, which had both espresso and black tea - highly caffeinated - I could taste the real guava, with its graininess, but the rest of the combination with tonic water was just weird, like something I experimented with at home that I would pour down the drain. Definitely a miss, and a pricey one at that, given it came out to ~$8.50.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and always in good spirits. The interior, while cozy, has ample seating indoors and out if you prefer dining al fresco. The music is never oppressive and always sets the mood. Everything is wonderful and I mean that genuinely. Everything is delicious from their curated beverages to hot food and pastries. Even their regular iced coffee with just a splash of your favorite milk is fantastic. A fave of mine is their Georgia On My Mind; it's perfectly citrusy without being too bold on the palate and pairs well with a berry cheese danish or fancy avocado toast. Love, love, love this place forever.
google avatar

Jeshua F.

Yelp
Honestly i came here to try the Georgia on my mind and i wasn't that impressed. I feel like oat milk is the wrong choice for this drink i can imagine how good it would be with creamier regular milk The orange flavor was good if you like bitter flavors. The vanilla latte was one of the best vanilla lattes i've had in La it's really good. The workers were really nice and cool. The interior is really nice and chill. Would definitely come back!
google avatar

Shayna E.

Yelp
Great local spot! I wish they were open later in the evenings I finally made it out one weekend to get some work done and appreciated the warm atmosphere and matcha It seems like a hub for locals to get together - such a gem!
google avatar

Jazsmine Q.

Yelp
Great coffee and açaí bowls. The staff is friendly and personable. Great service and chill vibes.
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome food, good vibes, and great staff. Can't go wrong with this place--highly recommend checking it out!
google avatar

Esther K.

Yelp
Super cute cafe with easy street parking! I ordered the summer menu's mango float latte and the mango flavor with the coconut was good! The barista brought my drink to my table and I liked the overall atmosphere of the cafe. It seemed like there were a lot of friendly regulars.
google avatar

Simran S.

Yelp
i went to this cafe because it was painted so cute on the outside! when i went inside, the place was definitely a cute with their menu painted on the wall. there are a few 2 tops and a long communal table giving you the option to sit and stay for a while. the staff is was friendly and welcoming. i ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items and my total was $46 for those who want to know pricing. drinks - 6/10 - the matcha latte was really milky and the color was light. it lacked the matcha flavor and i was bummed out because that's all i was craving probably would order a simple coffee when i go back - rice latte was on their seasonal menu and it was ok! my friend enjoyed it more than i did. it was a little syrupy for my liking and sweet. food - 8/10 - the breakfast sandwich was a hit! i love asian breakfast options and it was comforting. the sandwich itself was really filling. - the avocado toast was yummy and filling.

Yelp
Got up early on my Thursday coffee klatch morning to roll down Robertson Boulevard to enjoy a fall special Spiced Sweet Potato Latte with oat milk and a GF matcha donut at Eyes Peeled. Friendly barista's, light open and airy seating and delicious inventive coffee drinks and food offerings.
google avatar

Moukthika O.

Yelp
Had high expectations for this coffee shop, but it was sadly just ok :/ I enjoyed my vanilla latte but the matcha I got wasn't the best. The place was cute and vibey though! I'll go back and try something new
google avatar

Chloe R.

Yelp
Georgia truly is on my mind... I can't even write this review because I don't know how to explain all the ways that drink was so good. Orange-peel based with citrus hints without being overpowering in a smooth blend that isn't too sweet with just enough cream, truly a unique flavor. I also got the Bruce Lee flight that included a cappuccino, espresso shot, and seasonal fruit tea, the perfect blend of warm, invigorating, and refreshing. Also, this is the first time I've ever given this compliment to a coffee shop but their cup material quality is very impressive! The owner is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, and the rest of the staff are so kind too. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about his craft and loves his store & serving people. Great space to study at (one large table and several small spaces).
google avatar

Lauren T.

Yelp
easy street parking, nice staff, has WiFi, closes kinda early though and seats get taken up pretty quickly. I recommend the pandan matcha and ham cheese croissant!
google avatar

Leslie L.

Yelp
We decided to stop by on our way to Santa Monica. The iced Georgia coffee drink is a fan favorite, but it wasn't on my top list. I didn't enjoy the orange peels inside. I did like the vanilla latte though. Not too sweet and not too bitter. The avocado toast was really tasty. The egg is an additional $2 and is cooked for 7 minutes. It could have had less chili flakes but it was still good Parking is on the side street, lots of it. Inside is pretty nice and welcoming. The baristas were friendly.
google avatar

Alice C.

Yelp
Food and coffee were good. We were a party of 5 adults and two kids. Place has limited in door seating which makes it tough to find a spot to sit . There are tables outside on the sidewalk facing Robertson. Unfortunately the staff doesn't have any friendly messaging to encourage people to be more thoughtful. There were eight people planted at a table with lap tops and had already finished eating. On a busy day anyone trying to sit is screwed. The tables outside have no umbrellas and half are alongside a busy throughfare.
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
Good atmosphere. Easy parking in the area. Slightly uncomfortable seating. Kind staff but not the most authentic. Coffee is unique but harsh. Food is eh at best. Id say all in all, its worth a visit but hard to call home.
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
Great spot! I got the Georgia On My Mind and it was super delicious. Loved the orange zest and presentation was 10/10. Cute interior, friendly staff, local vibe. I also had a Squash Pastry and it was tasty and perfectly flakey. I'll definitely come back to try their other specialty drinks!

Misa N.

Yelp
i go to hamilton and am a junior, i've been going here since freshman year and i love it. the matcha w coconut cold foam is soo good. very nice people too
google avatar

Katie S.

Yelp
Small cute cafe in the pico area! Street parking only but it's not hard to find, some neighborhood free spots as well. Good coffee drinks, matcha latte and pastries. Not extraordinary but certainly solid drinks.
google avatar

Amber D.

Yelp
This was on my list for Coffee Shop Fridays that I never got to try. Well now I did and I'm glad I did! Parking is pretty easy. There are meters in front of the store or easily find street parking on the side streets in the neighborhood. The place has a nice chill vibe that played some throwback 90s/00s hits that made it a nice place to work for a bit. The cashier was super friendly btw. I couldn't decide what I wanted and saw they offer a coffee flight tasting for $5 which was perfect for me as I got the chance to try two of their roasts. The place also serves sandwiches and toasts. I was more so looking for a pastry and by the time I was there (9:30am) but most of it had been sold out. Otherwise it's a good place to go for a bit and their coffee tastes really good.
google avatar

Yelp
Visited last weekend with a friend - what a pleasant experience. I got the sesame caramel latte and i like how it had a hint of the sesame flavor but wasn't overly sweet. It was subtle without tasting like just water. Service was super friendly and funny. I felt like i was visiting an old friend who started working at a coffee shop or something. Helped us pick out a few items cause we were indecisive. Layout is soooo cute. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere part of culver city but it's a walk away from other food places and has nice seating indoors and outdoors. Very cute graphic design and interior. And no this isn't a review written by a worker
