What a delight! An intimate dining experience with deliciously refined food in a warm, welcoming environment. Our party of four enjoyed both the a la carte and the five course, all well paced and beautifully served. Every plate was deserving of compliments. Thank you for the lovely evening!

There may be 10 tables in this restaurant in the center of old Bidart. We had a reservation and our table had a nice view of the street and straight back into the kitchen. Our waitress was delightful and the kitchen was very accommodating to our desire to eat gluten free. We ordered from the menu, seared tuna, a plate of local cheeses, local wines and for our mains, a beautiful piece of fish and the duck. Everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was fabulous. We were so excited to experience dining nirvana in a small restaurant in a coastal town in France. This is a highly recommended restaurant.

My only regret is that I don’t live close enough to be here more often. It’s been a (too) long while but I enjoyed the evening more than any place. Chef, please keep this awesome work you’re one of the best. And you’r3 surrounded by awesome staff, the service was amazing. Merci beaucoup et bonne continuation ! A bientôt!
