F. H. Gillingham & Sons

We stopped here to look around this general store while spending a long weekend in New Hampshire. This store attracts a lot of foot traffic from people looking around, but they sell a little of just about everything. They even have a fake mustache section… In the candy section, I even found they have Junior Caramels besides the usual Junior Mints! This store has been here for a long time and is still cool to this day. The staff is friendly.

F.H. Gillingham & Sons is quite the General Store! I'd have to say it has everything from general foodstuffs, items for pets, candy and more candy, hand crafted wood, a huge selection of wine, leather wallets, hunting and fishing wear, games, and everything else. They have a super cool original Otis elevator. There's a lot to say about this store, but just go there and find out for yourself.

Lots of good stuff and very friendly staff! The store is much larger than 8t looks from the outside. There are areas in the back that are huge with games and toys. The other areas have pet stuff and kitchen items.

A must, if you're heading to Woodstock. Great selection of interesting things. Friendly staff. We stop in regularly.

Classic general store with everything you would expect one to have. Old-school vibe inside with plenty of space. Lots of Vermont specialty items alongside clothing, hardware, candy, and cooking supplies to name a few.

Great selection of items. Very much a throwback to the past. Very cool to just come hang out.

Lovely shop with several nice things (useful for tourists like us who have been traveling for a few weeks and need to restock on some necessary items but also want to buy or try out some of their goodies). Friendly staff 🙏

I bought some maple syrup from here. Good quality product and the store itself is charming little thing. Woodstock has a special spirit.
