Went with my boyfriend and we absolute loved the food! Hosts were great and let us change the time for our reservation at the game a couple times because we were eating first. The only thing that we didn’t like was that my boyfriend had to look for our server multiple times when we wanted to order, at the end of our meal she never came back to give us the check and my bf had to look for another server to do it (it wasn’t busy at all that day). Food runners were really nice to us and we were happy to speak Spanish with them! 🥰 I left my lip gloss there and when I came back the lovely hosts made sure to save it until I claimed it! I love them for that, thank you!!! 🥺

The service is in this place is amazing! The people alone were all kind and helpful. It was my first time there with a group of friends and we had a great time. Juan was great and made us all feel welcomed. If you’re in the boston area i’d recommend you check it out! The racing is super fun. As an F1 fan it gave me a feel as how it would be to drive one of those incredible machines!

Google
Very fun racing! If you don’t like motion rides, this wouldn’t be for you as you definitely feel the movement in the seat. I really enjoyed the racing and the game was helpful in explaining the rules. My biggest complaint was that the staff working there didn’t explain the setup very well because we were pretty confused what to do because of what the screens initially said. We also had to flag a server repeatedly when we sat down at a table. For anyone still reading, pretty succinctly I’d say that at the start of your reservation time, you have 2 minutes to check in. Then the game immediately starts.

If you’re looking for a fun and casual place to enjoy an afternoon with family or friends, Arcade Seaport Boston is a great choice! The place has a friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, and a variety of games that will keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re into classic arcade games or more modern ones, there’s something for everyone. They also offer some decent snacks to keep you going while you play. It’s a perfect spot for a laid-back Sunday afternoon when you want to try something different and just have a good time.

As an F1 fan, this was such a fun treat in Boston. The place has a great vibe and the food and drinks were surprisingly AMAZING! Would go back even just for the food and drinks alone 💯

As an F1 fan this was an incredible experience! Nightclub vibes with great food and F1 simulators. The simulators do a 15 min session for $29. Reservations required and they book up fast. Had a blast!

Amazing Brazilian bartenders. Great food and drinks both in and off the menu. Definitely engaged with the customer vs just seeing a money opportunity. I can’t begin to explain!! Great customer service is a rarity these days but they nailed it this afternoon. Came to visit Boston from Texas yet got an amazing opportunity to see why the land of opportunity has been a great success story from others abroad.

Google
amazing place to come with your friends or significant other. brought my boyfriend and he had an amazing time, even ended up booking again the following day. everything about this place is pure vibes. the atmosphere is immense. most definitely recommend.

Yelp
I had an incredible time here at f1! Our first time trying it was NYE and they truly hosted the best party. Champagne toast as you walked in, Plenty of live acts, to keep you busy while you weren't racing, waitstaff was absolutely amazing with coming to check in to see if you needed anything. Food was so good; for arcades I was very impressed. We got the Wagyu Beef Sliders, Dynamite Fried Chicken w/ Chili & lemon aioli, and the Truffle fries. The racing was definitely hard for me even on the rookie setting , but still had lots of fun. Really fun vibes loved the lights everywhere!!! And bathrooms were 10/10 should have took a picture for how busy the place was it was completely spotless!

Yelp
We recently visited the F1 Arcade for a date night. Definitely book reservations online before going in. Upon arriving we checked in and had some time to spare so we got drinks at the bar. We got a glass of rose and a beer, a little pricey for two drinks that weren't cocktails. Their food menu had a variety of items for everyone to enjoy, but we can't comment on the food itself as we didn't order anything. After a short wait we were able to go to our assigned driving simulators where an employee will provide some instructions. We did three races that went by extremely quick and had a minute or so in between. Our races were done in less than the thirty-minute timeframe given. As fun as it was, the races are short and quick so not really worth the price. Nonetheless a fun spot to go to for a date night or with a group of friends.

Yelp
I was so excited to finally try out F1 but I was unimpressed. We went on a Thursday night and it was pretty crowded, felt a bit claustrophobic trying to weave through the groups to get to the seats and bathrooms. As for the game, I wish it could have been 5 games 6 min each rather than 3 of 10 min. Or, have a warmup round, or some time in between to socialize with your group (although you can do that before/after). Also, one of our simulators also turned out faulty (unresponsive to controls) for the last game :( Drinks were also just fine. What I thought was their spin on an espresso martini (victory lap) is batched and heavy on the coconut and milkiness. Wouldn't get again. The welcome to Miami was stronger and not too sweet while the sake sunrise could easily have been a mocktail. Garnishes are fantastic though. Not sure if I'd return. Maybe on a less crowded weekday.

Yelp
This place was LIT !!! 10000% recommend. It was really fun place for adults to feel like kids again and decently priced. A fun date night, girls night out, crew night out, birthday celebrations, some good family competition, all of the above! I am on the short side and I was still able to participate (gas and brake buttons on the wheel)! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are definitely understaffed though so be a little more patient with them. Food and drinks were also excellent! This place is a vibe.

Amanda M.

Yelp
So I walked in here with my fiancé thinking this was a regular arcade. I had no idea it was an F1 driving arcade until we got inside. I loved how nice the bar looked and all the dried florals inside so we decided to grab a drink and some truffle fries. Our bartender was very slow and not the friendliest. Not sure what his deal was but at least my drink tasted really good! I loved the dried raspberry powder on top. The truffle fries were bursting with truffle flavor and so crispy! Would recommend even for drinks and a quick bar bite, just would not go back to the bartender we had. FYI- There are multiple bar areas if you don't like your service.

Alexandra A.

Yelp
" Ready Set , Go" Whoa ! This place rushes you too much . For about $25 you get 30 minutes of racing , 3 games . However no time in between games to pause and take a breather or rest . I didn't enjoy the rushed part . This is an adult arcade , we need a slight break or breather in between games , lol. The food is typical bar food and cost a million dollars, no but it's expensive. We got a drink and split some fries . If we weren't rushed into racing we would have chopped down a meal . Staff is friendly, vibe is pretty cool . Parking is manageable but difficult on the street metered. However parking garages are your best bet and it's very close to the arcade .

Yelp
I took my brother and two nephews here so we could all race against each other. I had been there before and enjoyed myself and was looking forward to racing against family members. Unfortunately, that is not an option. You have to race on teams and switch from one driver to another each race. Ok no big deal, we would still be able to track who had better lap times since you create an account and race under that info. The app was not working for me and the attendant was not able to change what team I was on and I ended racing under my son's account..but whatever..no big deal. I was angry though because part of the appeal of this experience to me was that place started your stats regardless of whichever city you visit that has one of these arcades. We were having a good time until one of the racing pods stopped working. By the time we got an employees attention the race was over of course. We were advised that we would have to wait for the other three racers finished all of the races and they could allow for one of us to race once by ourselves against bots. We just left and I posted this rather than fight for a refund. Over all..directions are confusing and the place in general can be skipped if you are teetering on whether you should go or not.

Yelp
First and probably last time I'm coming here. It was $25 per person for 3 rounds that each lasted around 8 minutes. The total time spent racing was less than 30 minutes as advertised. Here is the step-by-step process from my experience : 1. Walk up the stairs and get your ID checked. 2. Go to the front counter to check-in for your race. 3. Find your assigned seats and come back when it is time to start the race. 4. Check-in AT your assigned seats. 5. Each race is back to back within 1-2 minutes. 6. Finish everything in under 30 minutes. I really don't like the strict timing of events. You HAVE to check-in twice, once with the host and once at your seat. And you have to do this on a strict countdown. If you don't sign in within the count down then you are not able to play that round --- you skip the round and you don't get another round back. I also do not like that each round is back to back within 1-2 minutes. This is barely any break to snack or converse. Here's a tip, if you want to hang out and chill for a bit before racing make sure you get there 30 minutes + before your race starts. They should do a queue system where when you sign in you can join a queue or group at the time you want to race. And they should do this for each separate round so you can have time to relax in between. Everything felt very rushed. Overall, the game itself was fun. You can individually choose different modes easy, med, hard for your driving style. Seats were not very adjustable. Seats had minimal movement to mimic real racing. The bar is cool. Very pretty and the espresso martini was very good. Bartenders were very nice.

Yelp
Kept hearing about this place, so my friends and I thought we would give it a shot. We took the time to make a reservation a few weeks in advance to get a decent time on a Friday night. We had a 6:45 pm reservation and before walking in we were all carded. I wonder what would happen if I wanted to go into this place with someone that wasn't 21. Would they not be able to enter? The ambiance while walking in was very cool. The lighting was darker and there was lots of red everywhere. I will say the designer(s) clearly put a lot of thought and detail into the theme. While, I openly admit this was my mistake, I thought this was a go-kart place and not a simulator. Consequences, I was disappointed but able to get over that. What bothered me was that we had a party of 5 (on our reservation too) but we had to alternate between 2 simulators. Why have us make a reservation but not allow all of us to race at once? Furthermore, behind the simulators there wasn't a bar top for use to sit and watch. Instead we had to awkwardly watch our friends while simultaneously standing in front of a couple having a birthday celebration. I can't speak to the food there as we didn't eat any. From afar it did look appetizing. My friends had a couple of drinks which I sampled and they were very flavorful

Yelp
Came here with two reserved gaming booths for a group of 6 of us on a Friday night - definitely a very cool spot. The place felt very on brand for F1 fanatics and the technology was pretty nice - as someone who hasn't watched the show, I still had a lot of fun simply due to how cool the game was! The food was all right. Overpriced for what it was definitely, but given this is in Seaport and the main attraction is the racing, that was too be expected. It was also hard to flag down servers at any point - the place was pretty busy and seating was first come first serve so it was hard to decipher which of those standing were people who worked there vs. just other patrons. Everything tasted fine overall, just the portions were small in my opinion. It was also hard to get just water. Overall, I would say definitely come for the racing - maybe skip food and just stick to drinks if you need anything.

Steven W.

Yelp
An amazing experience located in the Seaport District area where you are able to eat, drink, and enjoy simulations of driving in an F1 race, while racing with strangers or friends. Plenty of simulators and you can make reservations in advance online or at the location, food is standard with some options.

Yelp
So much fun. Great aesthetics and design. Severs were helpful and fun. Driving experience was very enjoyable, so much so that we signed up to do it again later the same night! Do yourself and favor: order the 28 Day Aged Himalayan Salt Steak! It melts in your mouth, and the chimichurri is mouthwatering! Also, the Victory Lap cocktail is wonderfully delightful. Definitely enjoyed this unique experience!

Yelp
We walked in without a reservation on a weekday and was able to get a session within 15 minutes. It's a 30 min session of 3 races for $25 per person. The F1 employee walks you to your spots and then briefly walks you through how to drive the car. Then 2 minutes before the session, you sign in. There are 5 different levels to choose from and from start to finish of the session, it was only 25 minutes. I personally feel like it's a lot for $25 and there should at least be a warm up/practice race before you start the 3 races.

Carlos D.

Yelp
Before talking about the food, please make sure to make a reservation for the simulation itself, you could find yourself waiting for an hour or two for the next race. For the food you the tables are first come, first serve. I highly recommend the Avocado with chips. I got a gluten-free bun Classic burger and it was good, but not game-changing.

Cheyenne T.

Yelp
Our group had such a good time here! We had a group of 11 and we made a booking ahead of time. When you sign into the app it sorts you into teams. With our group each person has 3-4 races, each lasting about 5 mins. Definitely a fun spot to go to with friends or a date. There's food and drinks, and a live DJ. The flatbread and steak were really good. The food came out quick and tasted delicious. My only request is to have hand sanitizer for the table since it's mostly finger food and then we're touching the arcade consoles.

Cameron M.

Yelp
As a car enthusiast, I chose to celebrate my birthday here especially after hearing rave reviews from friends. To say I was thrilled to try out the racing simulators is a bit of an understatement. The experience exceeded my expectations. Finding the location was a little tricky at first, but they do have a sign a few roads away to guide you. We didn't realize it was on the second floor, though. Once inside, you're instantly immersed in the atmosphere, with the sounds of cars revving in the lobby. The overall aesthetic is incredible--fun, cool, stylish, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We were able to walk in and easily reserve a timeslot for the three of us on a Friday afternoon. While waiting for about 10 minutes, we grabbed drinks, and the staff recommended two great options, the Sake Sunrise and Welcome to Miami. Both were delicious and perfectly balanced. We were guided to the simulators and given a helpful overview at the beginning of our reservation. The 30-minute session flew by because we were having such a great time. I loved the entire experience and will definitely be recommending it to my fellow car enthusiasts. Winning in my group made it even better!

Gil S.

Yelp
we came in as a large group, and I was impressed that this place was well prepared to accommodate. This place is all about the driving simulators. There are so many "cars" there in different areas and there are high top tables sprinkled between for hanging out. The food and drinks were ok but if you come here it's for the F1 experience probably. I thought the simulators were a lot of fun. The wide screens are really nice, and overall it was fun to play. The 'casual' driving level is the most fun, going above it to 'semi pro' is challenging, but if you nail it it's even more fun, because it's more realistic and less forgiving. It took me a couple of races to figure out 'semi pro', in the first two I found myself off the track most of the time trying to get back to the race, which was frustrating. The game itself doesn't look like it's way better than other similar video games but this one has a much better capability to accommodate for groups and multiplayer.

Brooke C.

Yelp
I had a great experience at F1 arcade. I made a Friday evening reservation for two (a few weeks in advance) and everything went very smoothly. I got there 15 minutes early and had time to check in and order a drink at the bar. I got a specialty cocktail and it was very tasty and pretty. We were able to start our racing reservation perfectly in time and have food delivered to us while we were racing. After our 30 minutes of racing, we sad at one of the tables and ordered dinner. The food was pretty good but nothing crazy. Overall this was a cool place and I would definitely recommend it for a fun night out.

Trevor S.

Yelp
It's a bit hard to place this. Is it an arcade with just a single game? Is it a deluxe race enthusiasts dream? Is it a bar with a schtick? Hmm... As an arcade it's kinda dull because it just has a single, solitary game. And honestly it's not well done. Our group of 10 had to take turns, unable to race against each other despite there being plenty of empty machines. And if you've seen a video game over the past decade this particular one is nothing special. Is it a race enthusiasts dream? Nobody who's ever heard of iRacing or F355 Challenge will even consider this in the same league. It's a mediocre F1 game on an adequate curved monitor with a racing controller sporting a profusion of buttons don't even do anything begging the question of... why?? As somebody who's put real time into Gran Tourismo and Forza, tweaking my gearing ratios for a slight advantage, this does not scratch that particular itch. As a bar? It's fine. No shortage of bars around here now. After everyone in our group got bored with the one, single game we just started ordering drinks. Can we talk about their craptastic "log in"? They are so eager to market directly to you that they insist every single person to register for an account. It is an arduous and buggy process, and that time you paid dearly for is ticking. Can I just play the game? Nah, register. Didn't work. Nobody there knows anything. And if my group of programmers and tech support folks had problems then it's just a mess. Can we please stop it with expecting me to install your app? My phone is mine and not your special marketing channel. A one time work event shouldn't require your crapware.

Alex G.

Yelp
Still waiting on my refund for being double charged. I was charged three times. The company reversed one charge but my credit company and I have been fighting them for the second charge. We asked to split our check and each put in our card. The checks were brought back to us and we each added a tip. However, the server swiped my card twice. They refuse to provide the sign receipts. The city has sent a request and my card company as well. It has been over 60 days. I have called, emailed, and spoke to a manger in person.

Steve P.

Yelp
Definate lack of help. Guest had to go to bar to get drinks instrad if having a waitress. By the time the waitress showed up we were halfway through our racing. Felt rushed during the racing, not full hour as advertised.

Jason M.

Yelp
Attended a work event here shortly after it opened. I can't speak to the cost for individuals or smaller parties, but for our event it was a pretty great experience. People initially seemed apprehensive of the simulators, but once people got going, we had to basically pry them off the machine to give others a try! The food was decent bar food, the drinks were quite good, and the activity was a lot of fun, though if I had been paying out of pocket I may have felt differently! I don't think you'd need to experience more than 2-3 races in my opinion, and while it was certainly more intense and provided opportunities for more of a challenge, the basic level was pretty manageable. That does, however, raise the question of if you are doing the racing at a basic level, a simple arcade racing game may be a somewhat similar experience for a lot lower cost!

Brianna R.

Yelp
Had a birthday "game crawl" and this was the second stop. Brought in 11 folks (we had pre-paid) and it was well organized. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The races themselves were fun and challenging without being too difficult. Food, drinks, ambiance, and DJ were surprisingly great as well.

David S.

Yelp
My race didn't work, so I couldn't even join my friends, and then I paid 20 bucks for a shot of juice that someone waved a bottle of sake over lol waste of time and money. I literally watched everyone enjoy their hour

Shaun L.

Yelp
The F1 experience is very interesting. You can hang out and grab some food and drinks and watch a game, or watch your friends race. You should make a reservation and race. It's $25 per person for about an hour and a half. If you are a larger group, you'll be put in teams and race that way. Not everyone will drive at once, so you probably get more value driving in a smaller group. It feels like an adult arcade with only the simulators. The part that was bad were the drinks. The bartender we had, never bartender before and didn't know what a manhattan was. Every drink was awful. He put a flower in a manhattan... once we were done we looked for a bar close by and went there to get better drinks.

Tebbles ..

Yelp
I went there last night to celebrate my 21st birthday. The vibe is really nice and the staff was super friendly and made sure everyone was getting taken care of. I had the F1 classic burger as well with some fries and it was really good :) Definitely going to be a frequent visitor

Alison M.

Yelp
Highly recommend going here! It was only $20 a person for 5 of us to play for an hour and a half. And the winning team would get coins to play the reaction game. The food was beyond amazing. I definitely recommend getting their truffle fries. They were so good we had to order a second round! One of our games ended up glitching which resulted in one of the teams not being able to finish out their last couple of races. But management was beyond helpful and let us replay the games we missed! The overall atmosphere was perfect for an F1 fan! I just wish I was here during a race!

Serge P.

Yelp
My 12 year old son and I had a great first experience at F1! Also want to pass on some praise for Kay at the reception desk because it was absolutely packed but she stayed calm under pressure and handled the long line politely and quickly!! - A great time and great service = I'll definitely be coming back!!

Lars L.

Yelp
Every time (4) I have tried to go to this place and enjoy a fun date with my girl or with a day out with the boys it's been bought out for a brigade event... I understand the want to use this place as an event place but the fact they shut down the entire place to the public this frequently is bad business. Rent out half of it and keep the other half open. Maybe one day I'll get a chance to enjoy it but hopes aren't high

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Walking into this place already felt really cool. Tables are first come first service so we grabbed one immediately. Limited drink menu, and cocktails are pricey. We stuck to beer, no coronas and they brought the wrong Sam Adams for my husband. We got our reservation about 5-10 minutes prior, they told us at our time we need to register. So we ordered food and waiting for our simulations to say our group. Food was actually pretty good, it was better than we expected. Simulations was awesome, very cool experience. Defiantly better than TopGolf and Putt Shack. We would do it again.

Katie M.

Yelp
We went back tonight for a date night Jessica (i made sure to get her name this time bc she is a total vibe) our host from last time helped us again today. We ordered the glizzys and truffle fries which were delicious. It wasn't as busy tonight and there was still some confusion on who should be waiting on which table but service was much faster. The drinks were good. And the racing was on time and fun even tho I got my but kicked. Over all this was a much better experience.

Deidred A.

Yelp
Service is terrible. Food is OK. Arcade games are lame (dated cars and flimsy tech). Worst of all? Place has zero soul. Not an ounce of F1 fandom. No memorabilia. No F1 playing on TV. No F1 swag. Not even drinks named after races. Just a sterile, cookie cutter place meant to capture tourists. Murray Walker would hate this place.

V N.

Yelp
We made reservation at 8 o'clock for 20 people and I get it's a huge party to deal with but we are wanted to experience this new place. While they are pretty adamant on you being on time for your reservations, you're not exactly guaranteed to play at the time you reserve. When the majority of us had arrived, there was another group of us that was still playing so we had to wait for them to finish so they push the time to 815 while we wait for the rest of the Group to come. However, when it got to our turn to play, the system was down for probably about 30 minutes so we couldn't play until almost 9. Also, when we were directed to our table, there seem to be some confusion, like there was definitely a section reserved for us, but for some reason, they told us that it wasn't and then come to find out it was. I wish they had a better way communicating to the whole group and making sure that everybody was able to find their way to the reserve section. There's a lot going on so when groups are starting to come in it would be nice to have somebody be there to direct and explain the game and all that because we were waiting for quite some time. Each race is about perhaps two minutes and you have to create an account to register your name if you want to, but it's not necessary. I was having trouble registering my name so I just played on whoever account was. Your reservation will start regardless how late your party is, I think for the reservation it's about two hours of game time but due to the system being down, we probably played about an hour. This is rather frustrating, but nonetheless, we did play for a good hour which I think for some of us that's enough time to enjoy the experience. Our server was so nice and making sure that everybody had their drinks and honestly was such a vibe with our group. The issue was when I had was two of my friends coming a little later and the bouncer was giving them a hard time letting them in. I had to go down there and see what was going on and it seemed like they weren't letting anyone in due to the system being down for a minute. I'm not trying to cause any inconvenience but the way they did not allow to my friends who are part of my reservations, was also frustrating. They were trying to allow people with reservations in first, but I had this reservation prior to this whole thing happening so it just didn't make sense why they wouldn't just allow the rest of my party to come in? Anyhow, it did get resolved rather quickly and my two friends were able to come in with me about 10 minutes later. The ambience is my favorite part as there's a lot of neon lights going on and it's with theme for F1. It's definitely a great vibe for a group outing, and everybody gets to show their racing skills. Just know that there will still be technical difficulties with technology and try to be patient. I think everybody was excited about it, but don't give it too much expectation you might get disappointed very easily. In the end, the staff did make sure that my group was having a good time and they gave me a card for the next time I come in that I could bring one other guess which is kind of crazy because I got 20 people that I brought over just to be compensated for one...

Yelp
My friend and I went to F1 arcade for the first time yesterday, and it was hands down one of the worst activities we have ever done. Both of us have watched F1 racing so we knew what we would be walking into. First we feel that health warnings should be posted when making the reservations, I have a heart condition and my friend suffers from severe motion sickness and we were both unaware of how the experience was would aggravate our conditions. Just a simple warning while booking/ a wavier would have really been beneficial. As for the "instructions" they were not very clear by the employee at all, I am unsure if maybe she was just new?, trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. For an activity that has a lot of buttons and controls in order to use the simulator, the instruction prior to starting was anything but thorough. The instructions we received were "there are 3 races which will likely last about 30 minutes" (which we already knew from making the reservation) "we recommend starting on beginner for the first two races and then after that we recommend using gears." There was l never an explanation on how to use the gears. At that point she then said "there is a QR code scan it and you have 2 minutes to make an account before it starts." Then she walked away. I asked for clarification on how to use the simulator and what exactly the goal was and she repeated the same thing that she already said. For what we paid at F1,I feel that I could have went to an arcade and have had a very similar experience using a different driving simulator that would have cost $3.00 at most. Other people did seem to be enjoying themselves, but for myself and my friend we will for sure not ever return or recommend the experience to any friends.

Yelp
I booked a semi-private space for my event and everything went well as far as space, making sure my guest were escorted to my space so there was no confusion, food and prep was handled very well and customer service overall was good but my issue is because of little things that could be over looked depending on the circumstances like one of my guest brought me some cupcakes for my event because it was my birthday and f1 wanted charge extra money for the outside food and then they quoted to different prices because they thought it was a cake and f1 wanted to cut the cake or something just to make extra money after I already spent a arm and a leg to to have my event there. I would've gave them five stars if it wasn't for the greediness of the establishment. I spent thousands of dollars to host my event there and they still want more for something so simple, it's sad. I will never host another event at f1 arcade and I wouldn't suggest anyone else to do so either, it's a nice spot to handout but if you want to host a event look elsewhere, somewhere where they appreciate the customers business a little more and they're not pressed to add charges to every little thing because sometimes it's the little things that make a difference.

Yelp
I had so much fun. I kept getting the ads to go here on Instagram for one of my friends really wanted to go so we went. They have a full bar, and food. Aaron was my bartender, he was new but he's getting the hang of it. I hope he really does well there because his personality really suits their vibe. I think he'll do great things there. Now those simulators are so freaking cool. You fit into it like a glove, they shake like you're really in the car thankfully when you crash it's not the same effect. It takes a little bit to get a hangover but once you do it's quite fun. The staff is just amazing everybody's so cheerful and happy they all wear these glitter jackets that's a little bit confusing but nice to look at. This place is huge I didn't expect it to be so big but it is. The bathrooms have full doors so there's lots of privacy in there. They could have been a little bit cleaner but I guess the patrons could also be a little bit cleaner as well. All in all it was a great time, parking at Seaport is always the worst so keep that in mind when you're going.

Yelp
Ok so here is the story, the DJ was the DJ from our wedding and he was incredible. The front security was exceptional in terms of service and hospitality, the bartenders were also excellent..... Now for the most unnecessary disappointment ever...we arrived and stayed for 3 hours, bought shots and drinks and were then bombarded by epic disrespect by the hosts. The hosts... Of all people. So here's the story. The bartender told us that you can't pay to play the games when you arrive and have to book in advance which is beyond weird for a brick and mortar bar. But he said "normally no one is here and I don't know why they hey won't let people play." Whatever, I get it, let's follow rules. When we looked around, out of the 30 game stations, less than half were being used. The bartender suggested that I check with the hosts because no one was at the bar and there were so many open game stations. I walked over after buying multiple drinks and without checking the computer the host goes "WE ARE BOOKED FOR THE NIGHT SORRRRRRY!" I accepted and the for the rest of the night but when I approached for the next 90 minutes, all of the games were available and he walked away to avoid a follow up conversation. So here's the deal, it's not a regular bar where games can just be played and the hosts are not interested in providing service. It almost seemed personal. Your choice, take this review as you will. Fun place but strange management.

Yelp
Ambiance was amazing. Food was mid. Service was horrible. I had high hopes for this place after a friend visited the UK location. Sadly, this experience was very disappointing. First thing after walking in, I was "greeted" by a security guard who immediately told me that outside food and drink is not allowed. Not a "Hello, welcome..." but "no outside food or drinks allowed. There's a trash can over there..." Ok, bad first impression, but I put my Gatorade in my backpack and continue to stand around until an employee with a sparkly jacket assisted us. Once we were sat down, the arcade itself was great! Raced 3 races, had a great time! Best part of the experience! After, it became an unorganized mess. The 3 of us were waiting around the bar seating area for someone to come and help us for about 20 min or so. Nobody came and asked anything, so we flagged someone down to ask how we should place our orders. Once we finally placed our orders, a short while later the drinks and food started to come out. No utensils or napkins were provided so I had to go search for another employee and ask where I can find some silverware. After a little while, we were given 2 sets, so we had to flag someone down again and ask for a 3rd. Food was bland and overdone. Flat bread was just OK, the wagyu burgers were not cooked med rare as stated on the menu. Again, nobody really came by to ask how things were, if we needed anything. At this point, we were just over the whole experience, we again had to get up and ask someone how to get our check and pay. Seems like they charge your card before they even give you a bill. Needless to say, this place needs major help. Go eat and drink somewhere else. This place is only good for the racing simulator. That's it.

Yelp
$30 for 30 minutes????? This is not made clear anywhere at the front desk when you go to make a reservation. Assumed this was a 60 minute booking. Overpriced drinks and food to match, not a great combo. And nowhere is it mentioned at the desk or during booking that the deposit for a booking is nonrefundable, had issues with that last time in. Just not good experiences here.

Yelp
Alyssa was FANTASTIC, as if the place isn't already cool and sells itself, Alyssa made the night incredible, her bubbly infectious personality it to DIE for

Yelp
Front desk staff was mean and condescending. Would not recommend. Driving was subpar.

Yelp
Cheap drinks, fun place. Went with a friend to try it out. You got three races for $20. Make reservations.

Yelp
Upon arrival at the check-in desk, it seemed the staff was frazzled by the volume of people in line. When our whole party arrived, Layla was helpful in explaining to us how the race car experience worked. Our waiter was extremely rude and ignored us to serve his friends that arrived after us. He said we'd better order drinks at the bar and closed our tabs without telling us. It took us an hour and a half to get someone who would take our food order. The food was fine, but I've had better in the Seaport. The drinks were overpriced and basic. The DJ was playing awesome music which kept the vibes up, but overall I will not be returning to this place.

Yelp
I was beyond excited to hear that Boston was 1 of 2 cities in the U.S to get an f1 arcade. I made a reservation about two weeks in advance since I live out of state. The racing was fun but the fact your three races are back to back to back is rough. The screen on the tv at the beginning of your race series says scan to login to profile, however my tv logged into the person who was racing next to me. Between each race, the tv says scan to get drink, however it took over ten minutes to get a single drink. At that point it was not even worth it to have fun between each race. The customer service is beyond terrible. Waited over 10 minutes just to talk to someone at the check in booth regarding a simple question. Then waited over ten minutes to get waited on at a table near the bar. Ended up opening a tab at the bar and apparently the bartender never opened a tab for me. Overall terrible experience, it seems like a great concept but will take a few months to get figured out. Won't be back anytime soon.

Yelp
It's good but could be vastly improved. Food is decent and drinks were nice, our waitress was really nice and wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The check in process was extremely chaotic, one of our friends was there 10 mins before check in and was ignored, rest of us came in exactly at our reservation time and were told we were too late, that the races "already started", like I get it they must have had some ideas on how to streamline this but really, no buffer whatsoever? Lame and takes time to rearrange. Also when we asked if we could sign up for more racing they said they were fully booked. Well we stayed an hour after and observed at least 10 sims sitting empty the entire time. If we only have 20ish mins to do 3 races they could have accommodated us. Yall missing out by making the process more complicated than it has to be, frankly. But overall would go again but they need to deal with the kinks first.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst date night experience me and my partner have ever been through. We arrived early for our 11pm booking only to have it pushed back to 11:30pm. Okay. No problem. Then at 11:20pm , the staff member shows us to our simulators. The people that were using the simulators before us, had it working perfectly fine but, as soon as we got on and other COLORED people had got on the simulators, the races all of a sudden didnt load. We waited an hour for the first race to load and then the staff member comes up to us talking about " Oh were having problems w the server, if you guys want a refund we can process that" and we said "No, we'll wait." at 12:25am im finally deciding that we're gonna leave but then, a staff member advises us that some simulators are now working and we can just go pick one. We went and picked them but, the race had already been started so we were in last place and there was no chance of even winning. I turn around and see the original seats we were in , taken by a group of 8 WHITE people, who seem to have booted up and started playing perfectly fine. Absolutely unacceptable that we all were sitting there about 6 of us including me and my partner, were all COLORED people and waited patiently for our opportunity to experience the simulators but, we couldnt and were told to be thrown into a race we cant even win and have our seats taken by a group of white people who hadnt even been waiting 5 mins and they can FULLY experience the simulators. Take my review however you want, I know what was going on, Ive never left a review for ANYWHERE in my life and it's disappointing that this has to be my first time doing so. Absolutely ridiculous and ill never step foot near this place again.
