F1® Arcade London

Had a great time with friends at F1 Arcade which is located right next to St Paul’s Cathedral in cheapside. It’s a huge space with loads of F1 Simulators available. The food is good and came out almost immediately, piping hot. Service was seamless and friendly. Clean and welcoming space. Will definitely be back just for longer next time. Time goes very quickly.

Really enjoyed F1 Arcade! The veggie pepperoni pizza was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had 🍕—huge portion and super tasty (just wish they had takeaway boxes). The Amaretto Sour was divine too 🍸. The game experience was fun, well explained, and the atmosphere is amazing. The only downside was our server. When we chose not to pay the optional service charge, he asked us why, which felt a bit rude, and after that his attitude towards us completely changed. It dampened the experience a little, but overall the food, drinks, and vibe was decent.

Great place for F1 lovers! We came by to have a drink while we try the simulators and all the activities related. The prices were regular London prices and they had cocktails with F1 names. For the simulators, it is better if you come with 2 more friends, as the races are minimum 3 people. The place is big and the staff is very nice

One of my favourite places in london especially as an F1 fan! I’ve come for qualifying and my birthday and both times have been excellent! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great! Definitely try the racing simulator as well, i have never laughed so hard!! They treated me with a complementary dessert since it was my birthday which was so lovely and very yummy!

For all F1 fans!! Super Sim action. Staff are really helpful. Booking & check in is easy and prompt. Latest tech. Great atmosphere in general and during quali/race. Excellent table service for food & drink. The bar is swish but you don't have to miss any action by waiting to be served. Definitely visit again. Would highly recommend

Overall we had a good experience, but I cannot say perfect. The booking process was pretty straightforward. We were required to check in at 17:25, but at 17:40 we were still told to go get a drink a take our time, so no reason to be there on time! During the booking I was also told that, because it was a birthday, they would have made it a bit extra special, but I fail to see what was extra special. The driving experience was nice and you can select different levels, but the seat itself does not fully adjust. You can only move it back and forward and the stearin wheel does not adjust at all. Nice bar, but the place gets very loud, making it impossible to talk even while racing.

Definitely a disappointing experience when it came to service. I was the only person who chose not to race in my group. So instead I decided to have a drink and some food while they raced. I received my drink and guacamole and eyed the menu for what I wanted when my group finished. But before the race finished up a person interrupted me on a phone call and “asked for me to complete payment”. I didn’t understand why he was asking for payment that second without asking if I was finished, if I needed anything else or if I wanted to close out the tab/get the bill. I was sitting behind my group so he knew my group was still there and racing. He never even showed me the bill. Just asked for my credit card and showed me a screen with my total. I was so taken aback I paid and when my group finished racing I told them we’d get better service at a pub. So we left. I would think the arcade makes bank on food and drink so no idea why they’d have such crappy service. But I won’t be back for those prices and bad service. And as you can see from my photo, the place was basically empty so it wasn’t because they were busy…

came here to celebrate 2 birthdays and had the most loveliest experience, all thanks to our waiter Eugene. He was honestly the best and made sure we had a vip experience & handled any problem or enquiry quickly! Will 1000% come back. Make sure you ask for him when you visit. The venue is amazing & the arcade is top spec! Cant thank them enough.
