15 SF Bars Where You Can Dance - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"F8 in SoMa is where to go for parties featuring high BPM underground dance music that’ll have you worn out, days later—and that's a great thing, even if you end up calling in sick. Everyone at this nightclub and venue is extremely serious about dancing to house, techno, and drum and bass in a crowd full of all-black mesh and leather. Get on their level or get on your way out." - ricky rodriguez

We came to F8 on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly busy — great vibe and energy. The music was on point, and I really appreciated that they sell 0% alcohol beers so I could still blend in and enjoy the night without drinking. The venue feels well-managed overall. Big shoutout to the lady working the door — she was super pretty and her warm smile honestly made my night. That kind of positive energy at the entrance sets the tone. Give her a raise! Only downside was the bouncer — he made me feel a bit unwelcome, not sure if it’s because I’m not local or what, but it left a weird impression. Thankfully the door lady turned it around and kept the experience solid. Would still recommend checking it out!

Sunday night here is one of the best things to do in the bay area on any night. Stamina sundays has been going 14 years strong. It's electronic dance music(jungle, drum and bass). The sound is fenominal. If you haven't been, you got to check it out. Best vibes from the crowd and djs. I'm not associated with them I just attend. Oh and did I mention it's free?

$29 got me a double shot whiskey plus some lime and soda. Couple of Dj’s with almost similar house music . Umm low probability of me coming back here

We had a great time with my friend — amazing music and DJs! BUT… what’s going on with the bartender’s attitude? He looked like he couldn’t care less about the guests. He made my drinks as if I was bothering him. I asked, “Do you think more people will show up?” and he just said, completely deadpan, “I hope so.” The cocktails were terrible — barely any alcohol, barely any juice, tasted like watered-down nothing. The interior is… very specific. There’s only one bathroom, which is kind of wild for a club. And right next to it, there was a guy openly selling drugs.

This club wasnt for me. Maybe i chose the wrong day to go but music wasnt that great. As for the service, I had asked for a couple of drinks but they told me they couldn't make them. Idk. Maybe if they made some recommendations based on what i asked, it would've made it better. Had to go with a paloma, which tasted off like gross water. Really disappointed with the drink i got. Had to get up and leave. We went to the club down the street instead

I have mixed reviews of the venue. I like the sound and that it has 2 dance floors. Some nights the security and staff are welcoming and some nights they are not. For instance last night was a busy night and the staff seemed a bit rude about things that were not that serious and they seemed stressed out, I feel their venue should be happy it was busy and not slow and closing down like so many other places. I don’t think a busy night is a good enough reason to snap at people over things like not knowing the front curtain opens on both sides, like why would we know that? But the time I went there before it was slower and the bartenders were extremely nice and I talked to the door person for a while. Anyways I don’t feel it being a busy night is a good enough reason to get immediate annoyance from the staff with barely any reason for them to be annoyed at me or my friend specifically. Also it was better when the parklet was in the front and on a busy night I think the staff need to do less barking at people who need to step outside to smoke, it’s a small venue with less ventilation and if you want people to stay longer and buy drinks then we need to be able to go outside the bar and get air. I think there may be better ways to ask people to move to a specific area.

Really enjoyed the layout and coziness. Fog machine was a bit intense! A Hazer would work better in that space. But overall I really enjoyed it. Went two nights in a row! Great talent and clientele weren’t obnoxious. Vibee

Yelp
I'm for the techno shows. But if I had to review this place in one word.. it would be: GREAT. Drinks actually have alcohol in them, the bathroom is a mess, it's not that spacious, the lights are low and blazing through your corneas, and the staff is just super chill like that. Just behave yourself and you won't have problems. Probably my favorite nightclub to go to in SF. (There's pizza next door too)

Yelp
RUDE BOUNCER (larger bald guy). Please have a word with him to treat customers with respect. I have been coming for months without an issue. Last time I came here, the friend I was with was getting his stamp and we were headed to the club next door right after. I waited in line for him while he got it. The bouncer started saying why am I even in line if I am not going in. I was just waiting for him to get stamped in I replied because we are going next door first and I was not sure if we would stop by after I was done next door. He then went on about how if I'm not going in I cannot wait in line with my friend, and if I plan to go in later why the hassle... that I should just pay entrance now.... When I don't even know if I'm going in later... Kicked me out of line and told me to wait on the side for the 3 seconds it took to stamp him in. Sorry, great establishment, but clearly the reviews speak about this happening consistently. You have a great place but bad service right at the start leaves a bad taste. Train your staff when to have the correct reaction to the right situation. And remember to respect those that show respect to them.

Yelp
First time here, and I dig it. Stopped in on a Saturday night for an event known as Chunk during Dore Alley weekend (end of July) - I didn't see a lot for advertising on the F8 website or their social media which is kind of sad TBA - love that they support events like this and help foster a safe space for all especially QTBIPOC as advertise on many of their regular nights and events - but don't enjoy that they didn't promote this body positive inclusive event as much as others or advertise (really) with the exceptions of tags and stories. The music was cool (very house), but a little beyond blaring at times, they eventually adjusted it - there's nightclub great and there's I need ear plugs just to enjoy myself/adjust - might just be my more laidback mellow nature. Being a big event I purchase a ticket online weeks in advance when planning my weekend in SF - not too many people were as familiar with F8 in my circle of friends including locals, my boyfriend (who lived in the area for years before moving to LA - and frequent visitor) definitely hadn't heard of it and having a solo outing to myself I went in with an open mind and Saturday Night fever. Drinks were good - good alternatives to cocktails also - Golden State Cider was my friend instantly along with their RUM PUNCH via the Craft/Signature Cocktails they offer. Lighting is very clubhouse scene meets lounge fun but give your eyes a second to adjust - can be more bright and colorful during their EDM, Dance Wave. Luckily I ran into my new friend Justin visiting from Arizona and spent the rest of the night getting to know him better, both of us only stayed for I think two hours, enjoyed the drinks - bartenders were nice (hard to hear at times), DJ was pretty dope well - the one in the main room especially There's a small, more intimate dance floor with another DJ, which I hung out in for a little before it got a little tight to move around. Didn't want to get trapped in the dance stew for too long. Awesome energy. Restrooms were decent and easy to access - the lines were never too long. The private lounge typically reserved for private parties was open for the event night - mingle with several people here and unwound finishing my last drink - it was nice after some dancing and whatnot. The coat/clothing/item check is just before this room - depending on what you're checking the price might vary - since I put my items in my drawstring bag and my vest they gave me the bag check price (only $5 compared to I wanna say 2 to 3 dollars). Hold onto that number or take a picture of it because you will need to verify when you're ready to leave. Updates to F8's space: "F8 seeks to maintain a safe and inclusive space for all, especially the QTBIPOC folks in our dance community. We have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind--sexual, physical, and verbal, including expressions of racism, misogyny, and bigotry. If you are a victim of such behavior, please notify any member of f8's staff who will take immediate action." Looking at upcoming non-third party fun, the Run It Back: Underground Showcase night seems like a fun event - free with RSVP until 11p plus complimentary champagne from 9p to 10p - cheers to this. Not always a cover night or event, but definitely keep an eye on their calendar for your dance club experience. Also, a venue for all sorts of parties and occasions - submit and inquiry and expect a timely response. Party hardy, drink not necessarily Bacardi, enjoy responsibly, and of course dance like no one's watching ;)

Yelp
I love this place, the dirty Shirleys are on point and taste exquisite. They have all sorts of events going on during the week, with 2 rooms and plenty of places to sit. Much obliged! Great service. Thanks again

Yelp
F8 is one of my favorite clubs in the city. It's got the friendly vibe of a cool indie bar but they've got great sound and lighting and an outstanding calendar of music in two rooms. All kinds of EDM, house, and hardcore gets represented here and the vibe in the crowd is friendly, fun, and safe. Good drinks too, the prices are reasonable, the people at the door are nice. Coat check is cash only but cheap, and you can (and should) get earplugs for a buck. You can get free RSVPs to a lot of shows here if you can arrive early enough too, which just gets me in here even more often. I love how F8 gets UK garage / jungle / D&B like last night's Washburn takeover! And the Stamina D&B series is reliably awesome.

Yelp
Came here with friends on a Saturday night around 12:30am. The cover fee is $15 per person, cash only, and there's an ATM inside which you can use if you hand over your ID to the front. This club is very spacious and cool, as in temperature-wise. It was not stuffy at all nor claustrophobic. I really enjoyed my time and there was a lot of house music! There is another dancing room in the back to the left which had less circulation. I ordered an AMF and the bartender hooked us up because it tasted absolutely gross--getting the job done! Vibes felt safe and friendly. There's also tables out front if you'd like to take a breather and relax. I'd come back!

Yelp
Best vibey club in SF supporting the scene across the board. Sound is heavyweight and the drinks are strong.

Yelp
Came on a Wednesday after getting kicked out of midway. They wrongfully accused my friend of hopping the fence (we all bought tickets and got in with those tickets). We were welcomed with open arms at f8. Staff was so friendly. drinks were affordable. Would definitely come back for the good vibes.

Yelp
I stumbled into this bar thinking it was Cat Club; it took me two hours to realize I was in a different place entirely!! The vibes were AMAZING!!! Came in on Stamina Sunday and I didn't expect to hear such awesome local DnB DJs. I loved this club so much, I came through on Saturday for a Badasstronaut Burner then Sunday for Stamina AGAIN and had such a phenomenal time both nights!!! Bartenders were friendly and bathrooms were clean! The people might not be the vibe but the place is neat. Never had a problem with anyone here :) Can't wait for more STAMINA!

Zia Z.

Yelp
What can I say? This place and the people that work here are home and second family. They offer a wide range of music from industrial goth house to house, techno, wonky bass, hip hop and free drum and bass on Sundayz!!! They have a mirror room in the back for chilling if you need a break from the music, there's a lounge with a full bar and more seating and a dj booth in the back that's open sometimes if it gets too busy. The drinks are good and bartenders are even better!

Yelp
This was the first time Visiting F8, I was blown away! I was lucky to get in free via RSVP on their website. They bring in the best techno artists! Not only a great and clean bar, but great vibes. This is one of the best smaller venues for underground techno music, two dancing rooms. The attendees are very cool and open to talking to you, plus it's not too crowded or stuffy. The bartender was very attentive and asked if I wanted ice cubes in my cocktail since it was a warm summer night. The sound here is just right, not too loud or quiet and the visuals are fun and creative. I had a great night here and I highly recommend to anyone into underground music.

Yelp
First of all, a very fun venue that's clean, spacious, and welcoming. But moreover, the most incredibly kind bartenders and security. My friend and I were in a rough spot and the staff were incredibly supportive. Thank you.
google avatar

Romy I.

Yelp
Pretty rad. Crowd gets basic and can't dance Friday and Saturday nights. If you know you know.

Seth B.

Yelp
Lovedddd this place.... until I dealt with 2 superrrr homophobic girlies in the front of the club. The bouncer I talked too however was a angel and said they don't deal with homophobia here. Kicked them out right away but I was too uncomfortable to go back, ecspecially knowing that those kind of people were going there. Good service and great drinks though. But as a gay man I don't know if this would be the safest choice.

Yelp
Meh, the vibe is heavy metal and dark. Came with a group of friends and none of us liked it. Just pass on this one.

Yelp
Dishonest folks from another bar guided us to f8 and we were asked for a cover and felt very unsafe.

Yelp
I LOVE IT HERE! I don't understand all the hype behind 1015 Folsom and other bars in the area when THIS IS WHERE IT'S AT. I have been coming here a lot lately because they are always having a diverse variety of events! Last week, I saw Candy Rain and this past Friday, they had an art/music event with performance by Pluto Mars and Aux Lord. I have been here for quite a few years and they definitely have increased the quality of their speakers and have hired better bartenders! For such a stand up venue, I am not surprised that they are getting more and more awesome headliners as the years go on! F8 keep doing what you are doing, can't wait to come back!

Yelp
My main concern when patronizing businesses is customer service... I enjoy all types of high end to divey bars, but the bartenders and bouncer need retraining. As always, I enjoy observing when not conversing with friends while sipping on Tito Mules, but the arrogance... Also, they need to check the bathrooms more often. I've read many good reviews but my experience wasn't pleasant. All businesses need to watch their facial expressions and comments because customers sometimes overhear what's being said... Geez Louise... Will I return, Ummm, not sure...

Yelp
Came here after Asia SF for a friends birthday last night. It was a Wednesday night, nothing crazy. The bouncer wasn't the most pleasant experience. It was my first time here so I was confused about checking in online (my friends had done it but not me) and the gentleman was impatient with me. Next, was the bartender. He was so rude!!! My chip doesn't work on my card and he snatched it out of my hands before I could explain what was happening and took it to another machine. It wasn't even busy and he was acting like I was holding everyone up when In reality the only ppl who were waiting were my friends who wanted to get drinks too. Everyone agreed- the workers here are DICKS. There's only one or two who didn't act like I was the scum of the earth. They get two stars because their drinks are probably one of the more reasonable priced drinks I've had at a bar. They have a few specialty drinks too. The lights are nice inside and they have a fog machine which is pretty dope. I probably won't be coming back here. Maybe if i stumble in one day but I don't think I'll be planning a visit any time soon.

Yelp
Came in here tonight (Thursday) with my group of friends. At the door, we were told that they were playing HOUSE, trap and hip hop. We wanted to hear some house music, so we came in, although we saw that there wasn't a lot of people inside (cause after all, who needs more people when you're with good friends??). Well anyway, they're playing hop hop exclusively, so I went to ask the deejay if it was possible to play some house. He answered that they're not playing any house AT ALL today. So here we are. $5 cover each + 1 drink each to be here listening to a music we don't like, drinking below average drinks because they lied to us at the door. THANK YOU, we won't be back.

Yelp
Deteriorating Employees Found Here Sad spot to find yourself. I went to attend a friend's party they were hosting at this place. I'm 41, haven't had a sip of alcohol in 6 years and drove from over the bridge so I was sober as a judge. Unfortunately, the venue doesn't supply water nor would they allow in empty bottles so I was forced to ask the bartender for water. Clearly irritated by my request for water (despite tipping him) it turns out, the 3.5 oz dixie cup they serve up, wasn't very satisfying so I asked again for another cup. Feeling a bit like Oliver Twist it was clear that I was disrupting the involved conversation he was having with friends at the side of the bar and within 10 minutes of asking for another cup of water, I was bounced out given the reason "I dunno man, the bartender said you have to go, you have to go." Fortunately, I was happy to leave and knew the bouncer who used to live and bounce in Ashland, OR so it wasn't a big deal for me and my fun but I was nevertheless surprised that a bartender, who is receiving tips for serving water, would be such an irritated and unhappy individual that he needed to exercise what must be the only level of authority his life provides to breathe life into his own sadness and anger. Too bad, so sad for you my dood. Hope you're life gets better. I'll be avoiding this place as I would a flesh-rotting bacteria.

Yelp
Favorite club in SF! It's a tiny bit divey, but in an endearing way I wouldn't change a bit. No bullshit, just good people there to enjoy good music. This is the city's cozy techno den - a home away from home for electronic music nerds. It's a breath of fresh air in contrast to most SF clubs that are pretentious dens for wannabe social media influencers sipping champagne in "VIP" booths and shit-faced frat bros taking shirtless photos trying to impress everyone with how much fun they're having. The soundsystem isn't some brand new prestigious high-budget deal, but it's a very respectable EAW+SRX rig set up by people love sound and know what they're doing, and I can tell it's a project that's getting better all the time. (Can't wait to hear those F1s sitting in the back!)

Maria T.

Yelp
They ask for a cover only in cash, as soon as I entered the vibe felt very sketchy and weird. I only stayed for a minute until I realized I did not want to be there and the bouncer did not want to return my money back. He was very rude and bad looking. Honestly don't waste your time going there.

Ella D.

Yelp
If I could give this place a 0 I would. The bouncer was absolutely awful. He was an older man and he was so rude. I tried to show him my vaccine card and he was complaining that he couldn't read it. When I apologized and tried to help him read it he began to grow increasingly more rude with me for absolutely no reason. I wish I could've experienced it because it looked like a cool place but unfortunately he ruined the whole experience. Please don't work in customer service if you cannot have some decency for people willing to spend money at your club. Absolutely absurd.
google avatar

Leonie D.

Yelp
Yaaaay! This place is more than a venue. They have the best dance and music parties in the city! Houspitality hosts some of the best up and coming Dj's as well as much more for all genres every night of the week! Not to mention they open late :) The staff here are credit to themselves and the San Francisco institution that they represent. The customer care my friends and I have received here has always been the best. Love you guys! Fellow 'houspitalitier' ;)
google avatar

Gabrielle R.

Yelp
This place is such a funky little spot. We came on a Tuesday night so we weren't expect much of a crowd! They were up to par with their Covid protocol, they asked to see my vaccine card to enter without a mask and honestly I really appreciated that and their care for safety. The service was nice, the bartender, Averi, was super sweet and I enjoyed her energy! The music was from a live dj and everyone was just having a good time! All in all I had a great experience and would love to come experience it again on a weekend!

Yelp
When I'm out not DJin, this is one of my fave spots to go... I know most of the staff and they're all on point; security, bartenders, sound engineer, management, and some of the DJs/promoters. Say wassup to Demetria my favorite bartender here if you come by. HOUSEPITalso the best party in SF on a Wednesday night
google avatar

Nancy L.

Yelp
This is a pretty great spot on Folsom for a night out drinking and dancing with friends. There are DJs at the main stage in front and the back stage. The back room was quite small in my opinion so it was a little difficult to maneuver around, but good thing they had a full service bar in the back. Great music and nice venue, would come back for sure!
google avatar

Ellie J.

Yelp
I love this place if you are looking to get down on a weekday/sunday with a couple stages and fun music w/ an interesting crowd! Fun to bring friends in town who complain that there is nothing to do on weekdays or sundays (Monarch is a great spot too) and I really enjoyed myself to be honest! I would go back for sure!
google avatar

Anju J.

Yelp
Oh WHAT A disappointment I was told we could go here on Tuesday to watch underground nomads. So husband and I made our way here at 8:45 PM . We were asked for $5 entry, i had read that entry was free before 9 and when I said that, they let us in for free! (I can't imagine how they can charge cover for this place) There were a total of 11 people inside the club ...including the bar tenders We had food at the bar which was good by the way (wings, mac n cheese) and we got ourselves some drinks..and we waited..and we waited..for over an hour..we asked about when the dance would start and they said soon.. we decided to get the hell out at 10 since def didn't look like anyone was going to be performing..

Siena C.

Yelp
Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a club be because of the service. The bartenders willing to serve drinks to my friend because they didn't like them for actually 0 reason. honestly don't waste your time going to this place because they just play bad music the bad service horrible bartenders that don't serve you drinks and honestly it's just a waste of time. The place is horribly small and just not the vibe.

Jeff T.

Yelp
The bartender Ariel is amazing!! She really made us feel welcome and was a pleasure to speak with. Great employees and great service. Thank you!!

Yelp
Originally our crew wanted to go to Raven Bar for a bday celebration, but they were holding the line and some folks went in their earlier saying its pretty bad. So we moved the group to F8 and man was the best decision. Good music, Hip Hop all night and a good crowd! Our group had a blast! Drinks were averagely priced. Bartenders were fast and awesome! Cover was $10. Definitely coming over for hip hop with the crew!

Yelp
Bold claim: best happy hour in San Francisco. yes, I said it. Now now, I know what you're thinking... best is subjective.... But my theory holds a lot of weight. The rundown is such: Time- 6 to 9. More like "happy night" Specials: $3 beers, $3 wells. Got me feelin' some type-a-way. Most happy hours in the city are from 5-7, or 4-6 but nope, F8 has taken it a step further and pushed it to 9 with some of the best specials in the city. For good measure, the $3 beers are your standard low ABV% brews: bud light, PBR, Heineken, corona, etc. The beer snob in me brushed those off and went with a Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA for a whopping $4. This, my friends, is usually a $8 beer. My buddy ordered a chimay for $4 as well. Mind. Blown. Aside from the drinks, the food menu (albeit simple) was great bar bites. fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, franks red hot wings (with an emphasis on the hot) and mac & cheese. We got a few items, which I guess was from next door, and was all great. The wings were $6 and the fries were $4... both healthy (not literally) servings. Happy hour aside, the venue may be grimy and divey but it gets the job done. Great sound system, super nice bartenders and fun crowd. Last night we were there for the TrapSF Trappy Hour and it was a proper way to end the long work day shaking what my mama gave me. At night it can definitely get a little packed but everyone is on a mission to have a damn good time... mission accomplished. Come in, save some dough, drink some great beers and shake your tail feather. You just can't go wrong on any level. F8, you take the cake for all my happy hour needs.
google avatar

Lanie L.

Yelp
Super awesome staff at a super awesome venue playing super awesome music on super awesome theme nights. Always been taken care of here. Fun atmosphere; no bullshit bar. 2 rooms for 2 types of music depending on the night you go. There's a big emphasis on art here. Lots of art on the wall, live art displays, and handmade jewelry being sold. Gogo dancers make you sweat and badass djs make you dance. Minor gripe is that it's tiny so it gets packed really quickly and gets very hot. Don't ask for bottle service because they don't do that sh*t here. Get out of here and your uppity needs. Check it out.

Yelp
I've only been here on Sunday for Stamina Sunday's weekly free dnb event. But right thur, 4 star worthy: Weekly. Free. Drum and Bass. There's really no better way to spend a Sunday night. They bring in major talent too. I've seen the amount of headliners here within the last two months that I would hope to have seen in a full year back in Chicago. The walls host a rotating display of featured artists. Always interesting to see what is next. They have a projector, decent lighting and sound for their size, and another TV where they are bound to be playing some rando visually hilarious movie. The vibe is great too. Everyone is always dancing and having a good time. Very welcoming. In short, come here to keep your ears, eyes, and dancing shoes happy while enjoying a bevi (or two if you wanna skip lunch this week- drinks are a tad on the pricey side.) See you Sunday!
google avatar

Julia D.

Yelp
Expensive drinks, but overall a fun experience. It got INSANELY hot in there, but everyone was dancing around, so it wasn't too bad. I'm sure I'll go back for Stamina Sundays again soon! Thank you for hosting The Upbeats, F8! It was a life-enriching experience.
google avatar

Ken M.

Yelp
I love this place. Stamina Sunday's every Sunday is killer. My weekly dose of drum'n'bass. Free In the residents are a bit crap. It's like they play the same tracks every week but the headliners are always quality

Yelp
According to the reviews, this place is supposed to have hip hop music. We got there and the place was so empty. There was literally ONE person dancing. And it was TECHNO. Who listens to that anymore?? The entire place is filled with smoke and reeks of marijuana. We had one drink and left.

Yelp
Yikes! Our night was absolutely spoiled by a rude brunette female bartender. It took about 20 minutes to order a drink - seriously. We finally moved to a better spot, and finally got her attention. Busy bar, I get it. What ruined it for me was she took half our order, then told us to wait while she took the order of someone who walked up and waited only ~2 minutes. Now that was intentional! Cool vibe to the bar. Nice people. Just a bad bartender. Management, find the brunette girl who was working the front bar at 8:30pm on 9/21 and have a talk with her! Uufdah.

Yelp
This review is for STAMINA SUNDAYS @1192. Free drum'n'bass weekly??! fyeah. Great local resident djs like Lukeino and Jamal (of Bachelors of Science) plus an ongoing round of headliners/dnb legends from the uk (and elsewhere)??! :D a mostly awesome crowd who are just down to dance to dnb? yes. the door guy/bouncer is always friendly. never had problems with the bartenders. and the people who come out to Stamina are awesome. even when I've gone alone, there have never been guys who try to dance with me without permission and make me feel uncomfortable. another cool thing: The person who runs the visuals. Crazy anime and animation films, old esoteric black&white films... sometimes hard to focus on the music when the visuals are so..interesting. it can be at half capacity on some slow nights, but when there's a well-known headliner, it can get pretty packed and hot in there.

Yelp
I was disappointed with F8 because... 1. The venue was way smaller than we thought. 2. The music would make you think "WTF?" This was our entourage's first stop and I think we made an accidental entrance into this one. We were really pumped to drink and dance! We got in line, paid the fee, and started getting drinks. Once we got our drinks, we went around the area to see how big this place was. We circled the whole place in like 5 seconds. On top of that, the music was bad. I would describe it as trance...? It sounds like the genre that people listen to when they're high off of something. There was surprisingly a small room in the back and when I went the music was more awful! It sounds like someone putting a pillow over a stereo and it was not pleasuring to the ears. Like, how do you even dance to this type of music?

Yelp
Stamina! on Sunday nights! SF DnB...worth the hour drive for sure. Its not like the 90s when we had Compound though. They trying/doing better than anyone else in the area. I just wish we had DnB here in San Jose though. Bar is legit...if you get hot go in the room in back on the left side of the club to chill out.

Yelp
Been coming here for years now for everything from house, techno, trap, dubstep, and d&b. Really open-minded venue where you can be yourself and have a great time. Props to Demetria who makes the best drinks. Recently, I had maybe 10 people all requesting the same drink from her because mine was so amazing. She did it all with no complaints. Love her!

Yelp
I have been coming to f8, and specifically to Stamina Sundays for the free drum n bass every Sunday, for years. But I have had yet to try the cocktails, even after so many years. I'm not usually a fan of cocktails and oft stick to beer, BUT LET ME TELL YOU! - the Rum Punch is superrrr tasty! Demitria whipped me one up with the quickness and it was gone in half the time*. The bar staff here is lovely, the atmosphere is inviting and situationally-perfect, and I now know, the drinks are fantastic. BOH BOH BOH *bonus points if you get the d'n'b/half-time reference.

Yelp
Wow! Had so much fun dancing. The music was literally just what I needed after a long week. Plus the bartender, Demetria was amazing. A+ night.
