Fabrication Yard

So much fun. My 13yo has a new love and appreciation for graffiti that's grown over the year. We found this place online and took him - so fun, loved seeing other artists and their work, so much respect between everyone here. I was pleasantly surprised at how many families were here. Super cool and we can't wait to go back.

Cool place to see local artist and taggers do some nice work. Can do photo shoots, videos, car club meet ups for pictures. We saw all that during our short visit. Everyone is welcome and brings some cans and leave your mark. Our kids loved it.

Nice free spirited location for photography, videography, or just to let off some steam and be creative. Mini Wynwood experience. Free parking, free entrance, no permit needed to take I photos or videos. Yes, you can bring your own spray cans n do the dirty on the walls.

It comes across as a place that shady stuff happens, but it was pretty cool! There arent a lot of places you can practice/ do art like this. *Only been here once w/ friends, we sprayed the fence. It was fun! Was here all day, 1 guy walked he's dog, there were some people having a photoshoot? There is usually a trashcan here but its gone for some reason.

I feel this place both deserves a five star and three. It's five stars for the budding graffiti artists who get a chance to work in a space where they can truly explore their own creativity. It's three stars because I don't think this is a touristy place at all. It's not really an attraction and while my photos may 'look good', it's because I was trying to make the best of the situation. It isn't somewhere I'd particularly recommend to go for anyone. However bear in mind this place isn't probably suitable for young families, older people etc. While I didn't feel unsafe here, I didn't feel safe either.
