Fabrique Bakery King’s Road

Incredibly average cardamom bun & cinnamon bun. The buns were on the dry side compared to what I would expect from scandi baked goods, and the flavour was not very strong, tasted more like compact dough, rather than cinnamon or cardemom. The service was incredibly slow, as there was only one person, and I assume they use a type of specialty coffees that takes a lot of time and focus…

i have been going to Fabrique on Kings Road for some time as they have exceptional bread. Unfortunately due to the pricey location some of the customers are really rather rude to the workers. Step forward Dhanu who i have seen serve incredibly impolite customers on more than one occasion with polite professionalism.

Lovely bakes! They look beautiful - just a little dense. But the coffee? Would not recommend at all!

I don’t usually visit Fabrique due to their astronomical prices for a bun but when I do, the employee (with the tiny mustache) behind the counter appears tired, disinterested and demotivated. How inviting!

Review by someone who lived in Stockholm for years and still regularly visits… I have tried buns here on a number of occasions - the baked goods are never fresh and always over baked. Disappointing, as it is not like that in Sweden

Almond buns taste good but are hard to swallow, maybe required to be warned. But no toilet! That's no go for sure. Overall experience was not good
