Truck looks outstanding. I’ve been coming to this location more often because their guy Max is the man. If you come here, ask for Max. He’ll get you done right.

3rd time using this car wash and they have consistently done a terrible job. This time I opted for the basic wash since the full inside and out option hasn’t been good. Truck was left idling in the sun for over 10 minutes and was completely dried with dirt and spots all over body and windows. Nobody ever dried it off. I asked if they were going to wash it again and the employee shrugged and walked away. Poor value for $30. I could have done a better job at a coin carwash and Will from now on.

I had a very bad experience today at this car wash. My car was almost as dirty as when I went in. The windows still had streaks, the tires weren’t properly cleaned, and there was still dust on the dashboard. I pointed it out to an employee, but they were rude and dismissive, telling me “that’s just how it is.” The customer service was just as disappointing as the wash itself. Definitely not worth the money — I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was a bit hesitant as the reviews were only average for this place but it was no appointment necessary and I wanted my car washed so I drove to this location. I ended up paying $65 for a full wash and complete vacuum and detail. The attendant was friendly and knowledgable when I arrived and she recommended I go with a hand wash. They did a spectacular job. My car was in for about an hour and 20 minutes and was returned to me absolutely spotless. Everything was vacuumed and cleaned out, including nooks and crannies in and around my dash and shifter. My windshield looked like it had just been put in today it was so clean , the stains were removed from my passenger seat , The numerous bugs that were embedded in the front end of my car and on the back of my mirrors were gone. Tires and rims were polished and cleaned and wiped down thoroughly. Honestly this is probably the best my car has looked since I brought it home from the dealership years ago. Absolutely spectacular job. Very impressed and I will be back. in addition the cashier gave me a Freddys card which gives me a discount at the pump and on future washes as well as a free wash after so many washes. Sounds like a good deal

No longer fabulous Freddy’s. $100 for a hand car wash. Terribles on Trailwood did a horrible job on my last hand Car Wash, so I came to Fort Apache. Trail would charged me $70 for a hand Car Wash, for Apache wants to charge me $95 for a hand Car Wash. Wow, not a chance. Plus the girl that just helped me at Fort Apache Monday morning, June 16, Was incredibly rude. I miss fabulous Freddy’s already. Terribles is in the name.Its terrible.

I wrote a positive review for these guys a year ago based on my initial experience which was great. Then what happened? Last Sunday we took my wife’s Camry there for the VIP treatment to the tune of $25 and it was horrible! Door mats were dirty, cup holders and center console had not been touched, windows inside were worse than when we arrived, just a total mess. The outside was clean, except for the wheels which were still dirty. A $6 drive through wash would have done the same. The kids working there are either not trained properly or just do not care. We are very disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Here I am again!! 8-9-20.. This time it's my fault for coming here... $80 car wash! Told the crew to take care of the stain bottom of the door... Surprise Suprise they don't listen! Please change the name from Fabulous to Terrible car wash.. Terrible! One disappointment after another! Twice I've been here and your people do a terrible job cleaning! I let the first one slide by, But this is what happens when you hire careless teenagers to clean cars! 35 dollars to wash outside and clean the inside and my seats are still dirty! Paid $45 dollars for a less than half assed car wash. They immediately tried to tell me I needed a detail and some sort of acid wash to get the “water stains” off my car, and when I got home I just took a wet paper towel to them and they wiped right off. I had to clean my windows when I got home too, a $45 dollar car wash and I had to clean my own car windows after, what a joke. And my cup holder and center console weren’t wiped or vacuumed out at all. Don’t ever go to Freddy’s for a car wash, you can get a much better wash at other spots around town for a bit cheaper too.

For the first time in many years, I received an exceptional car wash and customer service at Fabulous Freddy's. Specifically, Natalie Maldonado who hand-dried and shined my car to perfection (after it went through the car wash machine), and Larry Jordan at the cashier station in the store where you pay and wait for your car wash was excellent at providing very helpful and thoughtful customer service. These employees are examples of what it means to work hard and do your best at your job--an ethic that seems to be a dying art in the world today. Cheers to Fabulous Freddy's for making a huge leap in providing a best-in-class car wash and customer service experience!

I've been out of the country for a little over eight years, and Charleston and Rampart is not what it used to be. Period. Fabulous Freddy's was once a wonderful establishment, owned by a great Mormon family, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. Many of the employees appear to be on drugs, and based on the overall condition of the business, I can only assume that management is no better. The man running the car wash department is clearly unfit for his role, and his staff reflects that. From their appearance and behavior, it seems like drug use is rampant. It's truly sad to see what this place has become, and I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. They did a terrible job on both my BMW and Range Rover, and when I went to address my concerns and find out who the owners and general manager were, they acted as if I was crazy for expecting quality service. Worse yet, I witnessed them treating a United States Vietnam veteran with complete disrespect after he paid $65 for a car wash. They refused to clean the interior of his vehicle and didn't properly wash his rims--the same issue I had with my vehicles. I even tipped every worker who touched my car between $5 and $10, thinking it might encourage them to do a thorough job. I was mistaken. Fabulous Freddy's is no longer the great business it once was. The service is unacceptable, the staff is unprofessional, and the quality of their work is disgraceful. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I buy car wash books for stocking stuffers every year, las year I had one left over so i used it myself. What a terrible car wash, there was Dirt all over the truck, I mean a lot in fact I would go so far to say it was still dirty! The cost $29.00, I complained and was told that it was just a basic car wash and thats the best they would do...I buy these gifts for all my freinds and family and I want to apologize to them as I had no idea that for the $29.00 a wash from the coupon book all you are intilted to is a spray off! For me at least it showed how cheap I was gifting people a coupon book that was for basically nothing but a spray wash you can get anywhere for $5 with a fill up. I feel sorry for gifting you these over the years! I did ask to speak to a manager and was told that's what you get for $29.00 but the GM would be in sometime this week if I wanted to stop by and talk to her, I find that a waste of time if the manager on duty thinks it was a good job! they had to learn from somebody! This would be the less than Fabulous Freddy's on Ramport and Charleston in Summerlin on the west side!

$30 + tip for this?! I don't know why I even came back. Ridiculous prices for crappy service. Now I have to fix all of these things. I would like a refund!

This has to be the worst car wash I ever had. Paid for the VIP wash. I wasnt expecting a full detail especially with it being cold but seriously why would you leave a car like this. Still had dirt on the car and trash inside. I really hope they do better for other customers because this isn't it

Took my car in for a washing and detail. The value paid was worth it. My car is clean and shiny. I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the detail on the inside. The windows were left streaked. I had to request that the trunk be swept out, as the jam of the trunk lid was dirty. I had Pineneedle still in it, and there was still other dirt and debris. My only other suggestion would be that instead of standing out in the middle of the parking lot and hollering out the client's name, they come to the building and say something because, between the street noise and all the other noise up around the building, I did not hear them yell for me that my vehicle was completed.

The worst car wash service!! No attention to detail at all !! 30 dollars is fine for a wash and dry but it should be done correctly and with some care / this place doesn't care about you or your car, get them in and out ( with your dirty car after it's been washed ) not worth it!

We paid for the most expensive interior exterior car wash at this location. When they called us over to get our car, we had to show them that they needed to vacuum the back cargo area and wipe down all the hard surfaces inside the van. The job was still incomplete but we didn't have time to stick around. There is dust and debris in various places throughout the vehicle, areas that did not get wiped clean and did not have the surface Shine applied appropriately. Several windows never got cleaned or were done poorly. We found residue on the outside of our car that never got cleaned either. This was a waste of time and money and now we have to finish the job for them at home. The kids working there were very nice and apologetic, but probably need their managers to train them better. The people working at the register and the sandwich shop were nice as well.

The kids are really sweet honestly I'd give them five stars but when I got the car back from the interior clean, it was simply trash. I asked them if they had done the trunk which was empty but still covered in dirt and they said yes I even fucking tipped because I get it, they didn't even take the trash out on the side of the doors no paid for the VIP the highest price one hoping to get a decent car wash

I had time to spare and badly needed my whip washed. I normally don't like using the bubble brush drive though, but I pulled in for a wash. Amani was very helpful and explained the differences in service. I got the exterior and tire shine was for $20. The bubble attendant was very careful in preparing for the wash and upon exit the fellow hand drying did a fabulous job. He told me to keep my receipt in case it rains within four days. I can come back for a complimentary wash. A nice job!

The 'fab' team that charges $45 for a VIP wash that looks like that. Full of excuses and terrible response from the manager Tracey. Never coming back here.

Never go to fabulous Freddys on Charleston Rampart just had to file a police report that they stole Apple AirPods out of my car

DO NOT GO HERE‼‼ I thought I would never make a bad review but here it is. I wish I could give them no stars. The worst place to get a car wash. Don't go here. They cracked my windshield and did not take any responsibility for it. They said there was a chip on my windshield prior but there wasn't any. It was just dirty. This was my first time and definitely my last. I shouldn't have risked it when I saw all the bad reviews. After it was done being cleaned no signs of chips to cause the crack. The picture of the windshield before entering the wash from their surveillance camera had white marks looking like chips but it was just dirty and if you look at how it looked before the wash compared to after it was washed the white part they were claiming was chips aren't even there on the washed car but the crack they caused. And on top of that my car was still dirty and I paid their most expensive service on their menu. And the manager was very rude and very unprofessional.

I tried this place one more time because last time I paid for a good wash the car looked the same. It happened again today. My husband and I came and it took them one hour and when I got in I noticed nothing was wiped. So I had the kids rewipe the seats. The inside windows still had finger prints on it. I went home and did it all myself. I usually go to Alamo but didn't feel like driving.

I paid $25 and the only difference between that and the $9 drive thru was they vacuum and dust the top dashboard. There as quite a bit of dog hair which is why paid the extra $16 however they only vacuumed about 75% of the hair . Also, I don't like the way the cars coming our of the wash are still full of soap all over the front of the car. By the time they get around to drying the car, the soap is already dried on. I asked 2 times when picking up my car if they could clean my window with window cleaner and a CLEAN cloth. Every time he tried they came out muddled and difficult to see out of the windows I might be willing to try a different Freddy's for the $9 wash?

The service is decent, I'm really not good with the men loitering playing chess. My windows are always dirty

I took my elderly mother's car here for a basic wash. She has a coupon book that was bought at this location about 3 years ago. They DO NOT EXPIRE. There is absolutely nowhere on the booklet or coupon itself that has an expiration date. The cashier admitted they are not expired, but said they don't accept them anymore. THIS IS THEFT...they took my money to offer service is in the future and now are refusing to do the service. Their 2 star rating is too high. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Don't go here anymore. It's a ripoff. Tbey just raised a standard car wash with interior etc from $20 to $29 base for car wash. Then you are supposed to tip on their lowsy wiped down. Wheels always left dirty. $29!!!!!! For a car wash. You lost me forever.

This location seems to get worse every time I visit. I used to be pleased with the service, but lately it has been terrible. Today, I waited a full hour for my car to be finished. They appeared to be short-staffed as there were very view people drying cars, but more than that they have no organization whatsoever. The few people who should be drying vehicles spent half their time wandering around looking for customers whose cars were done, moving vehicles, or just standing around for some reason. There has to be a better way to move the cars out quicker. At one point there were 17 vehicles waiting to be dried and only 3-4 people outside (slowly) drying them. Why not have a paging system to call out cars that are done? And have 1-2 dedicated people to move vehicles so the employees who should be drying cars can move straight on to the next vehicle without delays? I have the monthly package and am strongly considering canceling because an hour is way too long to wait unless it's a hand wash.

I have been going to the car wash at Charleston and Fort Apache since it opened. Each time I have gone in the least couple of years the price just keeps climbing. Today I paid $29 for the basic wash. That was the tipping point. I will not ever be back. By the way, I took one hour for my car to be ready.

Worst car wash . When the car comes out to be finalized. The guys stand around don't touch the rims . Didn't even open back trunk to wipe down. Charging $30 for wash and expecting $5 for a tip. I have to come home and clean the rims. Back to Charleston hand wash at decater.

Do not take your car here!!! I went there at 8:25am to get my car washed and waxed. The place was slow for a Tuesday morning. Plenty of employees standing around. I waked across the street and returned at 9:20am. My car had not even been washed yet!!! When I asked the guy why my car is just parked he said "We are waiting for someone to be available"??? He was very rude!! He said "it's going to be another hour or so, maybe I think" Avoid this place unless you have 2 hours to waste!!!

So the car was clean. However the seatbelt was locked into position. As I reached back to put on the seatbelt I couldn't figure out what was going but then then realized its locked in place behind me. As I was leaving , pulling out into the street, I braked and my foot slipped off the break as it was covered in tire shine, I think... was greasy. Very dangerous. I pulled over to get tissues and wipe it off. Going down the street tried to make hands free call and phone not connecting. That was the beginning of the problems. Somewhere in the cleaning of the interior the car system was reset and many features were off or changed. Tire pressure monitor was set to Europe not Psi. Safety systems were off. Seat was reclined way back and the seat settings were not where I left them. I had a terrible time getting phone connected and the tire pressure monitor wrong. Dropped by the car agency and asked for help this morning. I was told the car was set back to manufacture settings. Someone went in and changed it by going into settings and changing them. Cant do this with a wipe down. WHY?????? really?????? I gave a good tip and not Im upset. I did call Fredys this morning after the car agency to let them know this is not accidental....but must go into general settings and do a reset. Check your setting before leaving and tip after you are satisfied.

WOW. I should have read these reviews BEFORE going there. I was majorly ripped off because I paid for the most expensive package and I've never seen such shoddy work. Barely vacuumed, barely wiped (cup containers were NEVER touched), seats were oily from the little wiping that was done. Simply TERRIBLE service/product. Be warned. Save your hard-earned money.

I had a car wash 7/29/24 it was good. However my seat was pushed back and reclined, the left mirror was adjusted (I assume for safety)??? The ac was on max , the seatbelt was locked on the seat, which jammed into my back,similar to what I'm told police do, I had to get out to unlock it so I could lock myself in. Which begs the question why do all these adjustments to drive the car maybe 5 minutes to the drying area.

I got a premium wash that was about 150$. Included shampooing of the seats, carpets, doors and sides, and deep clean with detail. My car is a smaller hatchback car. They took about 2 hours and 45 minutes to clean it and it looked impeccable. Extremely detail oriented. My car was absolutely trashed, I'm a full time working mom and honestly hadn't got the inside of it cleaned in over a year. Basically anyone entering your car is immediately judging it.... Snack crumble galore, spilt drinks, swim suit water drip stains. It was honestly in terrible condition and now it looks amazing. I wish I knew the young man's name who cleaned my car but I saw him through the window going at it and being so patient and hard working. Truly appreciate the care and dedication. Thank you for making my car look brand new!

I've grown up in Vegas, my whole life, and I always go to fabulous Freddy's throughout the years. I paid for a full detail, and then they still charge me five dollars extra for Tire Shine? Did not wipe my seats down did not wipe my armrest not the cupholders not the steering wheel, so I basically had to go back and do it all myself. I'm confused what's part of the full service detail if you can't even get one little spot wiped off your seat? That's viable ? It looks as if they just ran my car through the car wash and then I tipped them extra. Super disappointed.

After years of patronage, I just had a terrible experience... The truck, that i have washed there many times over the last two years, suddenly is too big to wash. I'm not upset that all of sudden they cant wash it... What got under my skin is that I sat there for more than 30 minutes before they decided to let me know this. Then after sending some kid to let me know, I got the pleasure of standing in line to get a refund. Once the refund was processed, my truck was nowhere to be found. I had to walk to the back lot to find it, of course nobody knew where the keys were. Apparently being frustrated with all of this wasn't acceptable either (I was the bad guy). Someone finally showed up with the keys, didn't say word. Just shoved them at me. I didnt even get told to have "FABULOUS DAY"!!!

So disappointed for paying $29 for carwash! The bird poop in the windshield was still there, the trunk was not vacuumed, and windows still have streaks!! Didn't do a good job!!!

No worth the money. Extremely understaffed. I don't blame the employees for not being able to pay attention to detail, I blame the company for not having enough employees for the amount of vehicles that are coming through. The work is mediocre, and even if you get the upgraded car wash it's still not the experience that you're paying for. Almost drove off with my side mirrors pushed in, luckily I caught it before I left and was driving. My car has liners on the flooring and seat covers on all the seats. And they still managed not to be able to vacuum properly. If they can't properly clean my car how are they cleaning other vehicles that don't have plastic covers.

There is a reason they have more 1 star reviews than anything else. Paid 90$ for a detail with seat shampooing. They did a terrible job. Used dirty rags. I would have been better getting a basic interior and exterior wash. General manager Theresa has 0 customer service skills. She saw my car after I complained and offered me another basic car wash. You are better off taking your car through a machine wash. Bad business practice

Horrible car wash once I leave and finally get home and see my car in the sunlight my car was still filthy. Definitely not worth the money definitely didn't deserve the $20 tip I left. I will never come back to this car wash.

I came to this place to get something specifically done. It is difficult to reach the sides of the seats and underneath to be cleaned. So, I used a gift card, since I can't afford such HIGH prices. I was told I would need a certain package, so I got it. They washed the car and then told me it was done. I came to see it and none of what I told them was cleaned! They told me they would go back and clean it. They partially cleaned it! I'm glad I didn't spend my own money! I'll go back to interior detailing myself.

Don't go here. They don't use clean towels and will just smear grease and grime all over your car. I had cleaned the inside of the windshield before a road trip and it was spotless. After this place got a hold of my vehicle they smeared the inside of the glass with grease. My car was dirtier after they "cleaned" it. Honestly I'm mostly pissed because I couldn't see through the windshield on my road trip this weekend. It was a major safety hazard. These guys don't care about your car, your safety, or doing a good job.

Stay away from this car wash. They charge me $45 and didn't clean car at all seats and floor was left dirty. I call manager. She came and didn't say anything. She tried to charge me $10 additional for wiping seat. Go to Alamo car wash. The best car wash.

I have tried other car washes in the past and I will not go back to any of them. Fabulous Freddy's did an AMAZING job washing and detailing my car. It literally has never looked so good. My tires were cleaned so nicely, removing all the brake dust also stopped the brakes from squeaking. The staff was professional and courteous, the wait time was minimal and the pricing was absolutely fabulous. I am a customer for life. I highly recommend.

The person guiding me in is so frustrated with the car in front of me he doesn't guide me in correctly but aggressively rushed me to pull into the car wash & I bump one of the rails. Came out of the car wash & no one is there to give direction to advise which lane to get dried off. I get out the car to ask which lane. One of the employees said "that one" THERES THREE. A car pulls up behind me 5 mins later & they start drying the car BEHIND ME. There was 4 employees fake folding towels. I would never come back to this location.

$45 for them to half ass clean my car. Terrible job they weren't busy they cared more about counting tips then doing the actual job they are getting paid to do

Another half done job ar FF Ft. Apache. Windshield dirty, back glass dirty. NO MANAGER ON DUTY. I've complained to corporate 3 times. Nothing changes. I'm told drive thru is better than full service... maybe that's because no one is dissapointed with a drive through wash. My experience in my last 4 washes is that they do a half --- job and if you complain, they waste another 30 minutes of your time. There is no accountability. Not at the location, not in management and not in corporate. In my experience, that seems to be Fabulous Freddy's business model.

Got my regular VIP this Sunday and Aaron went over my car with a fine tooth comb! It sparkled like a diamond! I can't recommend this car wash enough! Bring your car here and you won't be disappointed! Better yet, get the monthly pass and you'll save money too!

If you see this because you are looking to get your car washed. Do not come here. It's cheaper to hired your neighborhood kid asking to wash your car than to come here and spend over $50 on a car wash. They only hire young kids who half a$$ their job. Ridiculous.

I WANT A REFUND! I mean, what did they do? ....FIRST my car stunk like a wet stagnant rag. I could've done a better job going through a car wash and vacuuming the car myself. It was a waste. IM GOING TO CALL THE GM. Shittiest job ever! $50 DOWN THE DRAIN. Should rename this place. There is nothing fabulous about it.

I was treated very badly because I wanted a bag and the cashier was trying to sell me a grocery bag for 25 cents a bag and I have tried getting the 2 cashiers names and they would not give it to me hiding their name tag so I tried calling so I will not be going back

We used a promotional coupon to try their carwash and was very impressed! First time through, the person suggested going through the wash again (for free) because it wasn't clean enough. They spent a LOT of time wiping the car down afterward, despite a fair number of other customers. From our point of view, this car wash is excellent and highly recommended!

Fabulous Freddy's has a wonderful detail-oriented team who we trust with our luxury vehicles. Miguel has gone out of his way to always deliver tremendous value alongside exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Fabulous Freddy's and be sure to ask for Miguel if you are particular.

Wish I could give a well deserved ZERO STAR.I came in from out of town n needed a car wash badly paid 29.00 For a half ass job.Vaccum was not done properly the wipe down was half done windows inside n out smeared. 29.00 Mc kienzie the manager WAS going to rectify the problem but another cashier blocked it. I was told they'd vacuum it but that's all they could do.They have FREE vacuum all over this city that I could do myself is what I told them n left. CORPRATE is my next move.29.00
