I’m not sure what changed, but I have been coming here for years and had no problem. Today, we waited for 10 minutes for any cars to come through the car wash. When they did, they all sat and dried while two men worked on one little SUV. Nothing changed until I had to go Ask if they were understaffed. Another gentleman came out to help, but now there were still three cars sitting and drying. After 30 minutes of my truck drying in the sun, I asked for a refund and left. I’ve included pictures of my rims, bumper, and mirrors with dirt and water spots all over them and the filthy grill. Not sure what they would’ve done after this was all dried on the paint and glass after sitting in the sun.

Another pathetic experience at Fabulous Freddy’s this morning. I pulled in at approximately 8:50 behind another pick-up truck. No attendant was in sight for at least a couple of minutes. Finally, a young man appeared and took my order. I paid for my wash at 8:55:03, and proceeded to wait for my vehicle. It is now 8:28, and my vehicle—2nd in line when I first pulled in—is now being dried. Two other vehicles that I never saw pull up were attended to before my vehicle was addressed. This general attitude pervades the Fabulous Freddy’s operation. I normally tip the attendants $5; today I reluctantly decided to only give them $2, but in the end—after I had to wipe down the panels in my truck and wipe my windows as I typically need to do after the tenants have done their jobs—I gave them nothing. I wholeheartedly blame Management at these operations for not properly training and monitoring the employees. They “lost” the tip money I was going to give them for no reason other than they literally do not seem to care about or take pride in properly doing their jobs, and their supervisors obviously have never cared about training them properly so they can make some decent money each day they work. I maintain 2 separate monthly service accounts, but because of the consistently sub-standard care I get on both of my vehicles, it’s time to find another company to do this service for me. There’s no reason for this, but because no one seems to care, I need to move on. I could not—on any level—recommend any of the Fabulous Freddy’s car wash centers in this community.

I strongly advise against using this service. After giving them a second chance due to a disappointing first experience, I found that nothing had improved. My car still had dog hair, dirty weather mats, and visible sticky marks on the floor Matt’s from my child's drinks. Despite my initial request to remove bird droppings, I ended up having to clean it myself. The only positive aspect of this location is the manager's concern, but it seems that the rest of the staff lacks the same dedication.

I asked to have the windows clean because we were going on a road trip. The young man that was wiping down my car asked if there was any other spots that needed touched up. I pointed them out and he did a half-assed job and completely ignored the other.

Took our work car into Fabulous Freddy's on Durango just now waited over an hour for a basic interior exterior wash and they literally wiped down my doors inside I still have trash inside everythings still dusty and doesn't even seem like they vacuumed I'm confused at what took so long and what I paid for exactly. Every customer that was waiting was just as irritated. Complete waist of time I could have done a better job with a hose and wet soapless sponge ! Don't waist your time or money !

I strongly advise against using this car wash and detailing service. I paid $150 for their detailing package, which was supposed to include cleaning the carpets, seats, floors, doors, and dashboard, along with a “VIP wash.” After waiting 3 hours (instead of the 2 hours they promised on their website), I had to spend another hour walking around the car, pointing out all the things they missed. And after wasting yet another hour, the car was STILL DIRTY! This is beyond unacceptable! They didn’t even touch the doors! The carpets? Still filthy (they actually told me upfront they “don’t guarantee” a full clean). The driver’s seat remained dirty, and no one even bothered to clean the headrests. The dashboard? Covered in some sort of lint! The center console, armrest, and cup holders? Not even touched! After all this, they handed me a coupon for my next wash. NEXT WASH?! Are you serious?! I would never come back to this place even if they paid ME to do so. To add insult to injury, the next morning, after the car had dried, I found a pile of trash under the driver’s seat. A PILE OF TRASH! And the exterior wash? Terrible. Flies still stuck to the bumper, streaks and spots all over the windows. I’m absolutely furious and devastated that I wasted so much time and money on this nightmare of a service.

Within 15 minutes of opening the place, no cars, 3 employees very polite ,ready to do the works. I did the VIP wash $35.00, inside, outside, all windows, vacuum, door tracks, etc.. Time to dry off, wipe down etc, 3 guys doing the job. Also gave a nice tip. I guess if I ever go back, I'll have to really watch, or check work before leaving. When I got home, main inside was well done, but where person sat on passenger side reached way across to do the driver side of windshield, a section was not cleaned. I saw they didn't open back suv hatch & vacuum, didn't wipe down inside back area, didn't do windows in back area, didn't dry outside hatch window well, so cleaner spray streaked down and dried, didn't spray down back bumper with spray that makes it look nice like the tires. These things I ended up doing myself, wasn't about to go back. $35.00, 3 guys, tip for each, 🤦🏼‍♀️not well done. Won't be back.
