Fabulous Freddy’s

I’m not sure what changed, but I have been coming here for years and had no problem. Today, we waited for 10 minutes for any cars to come through the car wash. When they did, they all sat and dried while two men worked on one little SUV. Nothing changed until I had to go Ask if they were understaffed. Another gentleman came out to help, but now there were still three cars sitting and drying. After 30 minutes of my truck drying in the sun, I asked for a refund and left. I’ve included pictures of my rims, bumper, and mirrors with dirt and water spots all over them and the filthy grill. Not sure what they would’ve done after this was all dried on the paint and glass after sitting in the sun.

Another pathetic experience at Fabulous Freddy’s this morning. I pulled in at approximately 8:50 behind another pick-up truck. No attendant was in sight for at least a couple of minutes. Finally, a young man appeared and took my order. I paid for my wash at 8:55:03, and proceeded to wait for my vehicle. It is now 8:28, and my vehicle—2nd in line when I first pulled in—is now being dried. Two other vehicles that I never saw pull up were attended to before my vehicle was addressed. This general attitude pervades the Fabulous Freddy’s operation. I normally tip the attendants $5; today I reluctantly decided to only give them $2, but in the end—after I had to wipe down the panels in my truck and wipe my windows as I typically need to do after the tenants have done their jobs—I gave them nothing. I wholeheartedly blame Management at these operations for not properly training and monitoring the employees. They “lost” the tip money I was going to give them for no reason other than they literally do not seem to care about or take pride in properly doing their jobs, and their supervisors obviously have never cared about training them properly so they can make some decent money each day they work. I maintain 2 separate monthly service accounts, but because of the consistently sub-standard care I get on both of my vehicles, it’s time to find another company to do this service for me. There’s no reason for this, but because no one seems to care, I need to move on. I could not—on any level—recommend any of the Fabulous Freddy’s car wash centers in this community.

I strongly advise against using this service. After giving them a second chance due to a disappointing first experience, I found that nothing had improved. My car still had dog hair, dirty weather mats, and visible sticky marks on the floor Matt’s from my child's drinks. Despite my initial request to remove bird droppings, I ended up having to clean it myself. The only positive aspect of this location is the manager's concern, but it seems that the rest of the staff lacks the same dedication.

I asked to have the windows clean because we were going on a road trip. The young man that was wiping down my car asked if there was any other spots that needed touched up. I pointed them out and he did a half-assed job and completely ignored the other.

Took our work car into Fabulous Freddy's on Durango just now waited over an hour for a basic interior exterior wash and they literally wiped down my doors inside I still have trash inside everythings still dusty and doesn't even seem like they vacuumed I'm confused at what took so long and what I paid for exactly. Every customer that was waiting was just as irritated. Complete waist of time I could have done a better job with a hose and wet soapless sponge ! Don't waist your time or money !

I strongly advise against using this car wash and detailing service. I paid $150 for their detailing package, which was supposed to include cleaning the carpets, seats, floors, doors, and dashboard, along with a “VIP wash.” After waiting 3 hours (instead of the 2 hours they promised on their website), I had to spend another hour walking around the car, pointing out all the things they missed. And after wasting yet another hour, the car was STILL DIRTY! This is beyond unacceptable! They didn’t even touch the doors! The carpets? Still filthy (they actually told me upfront they “don’t guarantee” a full clean). The driver’s seat remained dirty, and no one even bothered to clean the headrests. The dashboard? Covered in some sort of lint! The center console, armrest, and cup holders? Not even touched! After all this, they handed me a coupon for my next wash. NEXT WASH?! Are you serious?! I would never come back to this place even if they paid ME to do so. To add insult to injury, the next morning, after the car had dried, I found a pile of trash under the driver’s seat. A PILE OF TRASH! And the exterior wash? Terrible. Flies still stuck to the bumper, streaks and spots all over the windows. I’m absolutely furious and devastated that I wasted so much time and money on this nightmare of a service.

Within 15 minutes of opening the place, no cars, 3 employees very polite ,ready to do the works. I did the VIP wash $35.00, inside, outside, all windows, vacuum, door tracks, etc.. Time to dry off, wipe down etc, 3 guys doing the job. Also gave a nice tip. I guess if I ever go back, I'll have to really watch, or check work before leaving. When I got home, main inside was well done, but where person sat on passenger side reached way across to do the driver side of windshield, a section was not cleaned. I saw they didn't open back suv hatch & vacuum, didn't wipe down inside back area, didn't do windows in back area, didn't dry outside hatch window well, so cleaner spray streaked down and dried, didn't spray down back bumper with spray that makes it look nice like the tires. These things I ended up doing myself, wasn't about to go back. $35.00, 3 guys, tip for each, 🤦🏼‍♀️not well done. Won't be back.

This is the second time I’ve been to this car wash and both times I have waited a ridiculous amount of time for my car to be washed. I have literally been watching two guys wipe two cars for longer than a half an hour. One of these two cars was already completely dry when they even started wiping it. No sense of urgency and no hustle. It’s not even busy. Never again. You all have just lost my business. I used the one on ft Apache for years and never waited this long when it was actually busy. You all need to hire people that aren’t lazy.

I wish I would've read the reviews before going. Overall I had a great experience. From customer service to the hospitality. However the quality of the car wash wasn't as great. Maybe I expected more, though I'm not sure. My windshield was half-a$$ cleaned; it wasn't until I pulled into the sun to notice. There are still some areas of the car where it look like it didn't even get washed or wiped down completely. I spent some extra time cleaning and due to having to do the extras, I didn't snap a pic. I was excited to bring my partners car here due to the convenience of it being close to home; I'd much rather take the commute for quality. I'd say if you want something quick, this is a good place. Though if you want consistent quality within your car wash and/or detail, I'd suggest elsewhere. I do thank the employees who do take time to care, though I think a more care could go into what type of work is being presented to the customer

So I bought Brand new a van and well I chose this location 50.00 for whole car clean so many issues here id advise against this location maybe another better 1. Scratched my van 1200 miles not a ding on body inch half scratch broke paint 2 did not even clean wheel wells 3 the windows were streaked and used dirty rags on them smeared window 4 they were annoyed when I pointed out several areas vehicle was not cleaned I strongly advise anyone not to use this place

I was very happy with my service. Car was cleaned really good. Great service. When they came out and stated my car was done. They asked to take a look over and if there is anything else they can do, they would do it. Great Job!!!

Not the experience I'd learned of the Fabulous Freddy experience in the past at Summerlin in Trailwood. I went to this one as the Trailwood has been turned into a Terrible's. Chuckle - maybe terrible is better than I experienced here. Neither the far back (SUV) nor center counsel wasn't cleaned nor the inside windshield. And the wax job I ordered ended up looking like some kid didn't know you can't use an old crusty buffer pad. I didn't notice til I got home -- some distance away. At the old Fabulous on Trailwood, the staff would carry spot wax and cloth while walking you around your car, and not leave your side until you claimed it was "fabulous". Goodbye old Fabulous - you set a high standard.

Cookie is really great at the register. Always welcoming and makes the place more enjoyable knowing someone cares back there! Thank you cookie.

Sadly, there's only like two of these left in the city of Las Vegas and I use both of them. I used to use a different one that's no longer there, but at the end of the day, they are still high-quality highly recommended fast and professional, and I would recommend them to my friends. They have a good size shop with food and snacks and drinks and they provide a decent car wash for the price at the end of the day A+.

This used to be my favorite car wash. However, today was really bad. After no cars were coming through the car wash for over 10 minutes (there were cars there ahead of me), three came out to no one. There were two gentlemen working on one SUV while our vehicles dried in the sun, some partially shaded. After my truck sat in the sun for 30 minutes and dried, I went in and asked for a refund and left. My bumper, mirrors, windows have dirt and water spots all over them. The grill is filthy. I'm not sure what they were going to do with that after it had been baked by the sun. Were they gonna try to dry it off and scratch it?

The people are really friendly here. It honestly seems like everyone who works here enjoys being around each other.

Disappointing. I used to go to Freddie's off Summerlin parkway and Town Center. They were great. This place did great exterior wash but mediocre interior clean. Broke the attachment for rear seat cover. Left the cover a folded over mess and didn't wipe passenger seat. Sorry Freddy. Far from Fabulous

Silly me...completely forgot how crappy this place is. About 4 people here, my car has still not been thru the wash and it's been 30 minutes. Fool me 3 times....its on me

Everyone is always nice but the wash and dry is a hit or miss sometimes. Overall I'm happy with it being full service though I do bring a microfiber for touching up.

Went back for a wash free of charge due to my previous visit and it was outstanding! Thank you Kaitlyn

Staff was friendly, but they didn't know how to use a Hand Wash punch card, so that added about 15 mins to my experience. This initial wash was very quick, but my car sat in the sun for nearly 25 mins while the only two detailers on duty were busy with four other cars. The detailing of my car took about 10 mins, and while they were very nice and corrected a few areas I could see where there were water spots, I didn't realize how bad the job had been done until I got home. I ended up having to personally rewash my car as the entire body was covered in hard water spots. The inside hadn't been dusted, there were finger prints all over the dash, and the wheels were still quite dirty with tire shine all over the rims. I used to have great service at the Trailwood location, but since it was converted to a Terrible's, I thought I'd give this location a try. I spent more time trying to correct the issues than if I had initially washed it myself. I hope this is a one-off, short-staffed experience. I'm willing to try it again, but if I experience the same level of service, I won't be back. Leaving hard water spots on the car would cause expensive damage, had I not cleaned it right away.

Don't waste your time! I went there today and paid for their highest price wash the guy showed me on his paper upon arrival $45. I gave him the ticket writer $10 tip and then the wipe down guy at the end another $20. So total I paid $75 and the wash was terrible. I had to come home and go over it again myself. The windshield had hand prints from resting their hands while wiping the exterior, and the wheels looked like they didn't even touch them(see pictures below, the dirty one is how they gave me my car back the clean one is after I came home and wiped it down). Very sad! If you want quality DO NOT go here!

I understand why they are going out of business!! I purchased the book of car wash coupons for VIP exterior and came to use the coupon yesterday (10/30/2025) and was told the tunnel was out of order and it was hand wash only. I decided to come back today (10/31/2025) for sake of time. My car went through the tunnel quickly, because I insisted on staying in my car for that part. After I pulled under the canopy to be toweled off. I went inside to give the cashier my coupon and then sat outside waiting. 20 minutes goes by and no one has touched my car. I simply got back in and pulled over to the gas pumps and wiped it off myself. This used to be THE car wash in town and now it's a joke. The kids you hire clearly could not careless and it has been this way for YEARS now at all of your locations not just this one. I say pull the plug on the whole operation and stop wasting people's money, things are clearly heading that way.

I always get my car washed here. The service is great and they offer additional services like detailing and pet hair removal.

First experience at this location and although the staff was very attentive, my service was mid-fabulous after my original estimated time for service was 2 hours. Shortly after, the detailer came back to me and said it would actually take 4 hours and urged me to come back the next day. The manager stepped in and made things right and reassured me that the job would be done by 2 hours. She gave me two coupons for the inconvenience and the job was done in 2 hours. I am impressed with the management for handling this issue. My car was fabulously clean after the work was done! Overall, 4.5/5 stars.

After 45 minutes and I was wondering where's my car. Check to see if they're almost done. Not where they dry the car. Walk back to where I gave it to them and the guy was just walking to it to start doing the inside. There were only 2 cars in front of my mind and they're already working on them when I pulled up. Maybe another 30 min or more they were done. Got in my car and I need Ed to wipe down more spits the neglected to clean. I was hoping I would get the same service I got at the others Freddys since it's closer to me. Sucks, but it is what it is.

Not so fabulous. Second time here. Second time waiting well over an hour before my car even went through the car wash. First time, manager said it's a rare occurrence and they were short staffed that day. I guess after trying again today and reading all the other reviews, not so Fabulous doesn't care about wasting my valuable time. Do better! AVOID

We get gas here using the Smiths rewards points. It is worth it, to get $1.00 off the current price (Someone posted an anti-President sticker on the pump. No need for politics, people. Don't believe me? Check out my recent pics.) We visited sunday morning. (There is a closer Shell but the dude was a jerk about it, with my husband, so we do not go there, anymore. Consumers like Yelp reviewers, have options, so if we have a bad experience, guess what, we can take our business elsewhere. This website knows it, or else it wouldn't exist. Thank You Yelp for giving us a voice.) The bays are extra wide here. The air is located near the marquee sign. I'm not sure how much it costs, sorry. There is a trash receptacle at the gas pumps. I'm not sure if there is sanitizer. Inside, there is an Ike's Sandwiches joint. Hubby noticed that it was a familiar face there. Small world. We definitely make friends with some of the people at the places we frequent. We will definitely have to try this place out, especially since our last visit to Jon Smith Subs was not as good. We have not used the car wash so we can't comment on that part of it.

Staff was very friendly but confusing.. I purchased a Groupon 3 pack that unfortunately expired since there's no location on my side of town. The centennial location said I could still use the full Groupon (full wash instead of Groupon value) but this location gave me trouble about it.

I will NEVER go here again, nor will my hubby. We've gone several times hoping they'll do a good job. The last TWO times I've gone they never touched the dash or interior surfaces. I had to clean them myself. Why pay $30 & a tip if I'm going to have to clean it myself ​

I paid for the best exterior wash and it was done terrible. The wheels weren't wiped down more than what the machine does in a drive through, there was water spots on the windows and the vehicle. The manager told me they are having difficulties with employees showing up for work, totally get it a lot of this generation are entitled and the struggle of all that. The wait didn't bother me, it was the work done. I don't believe they even use soft water/spot free. There aren't many car washes in the area where you actually have people working on the vehicle, if they want their business to survive with all these drive through washes going up near by, train the employees to care and put in some elbow grease.

Terrible, half a$$ job. I had to wipe the Interior out myself and the forgot to give me back my key. Will NOT come back here ... $45 VIP IN AND OUTSIDE WASH and it was terrible.. they also forgot to put the tire shine on the tires which came with the service. NOT worth $45 at all.

I would say you need a straight up overhaul of improvement! When I first rolled up, young gentlemen, came to me, sold me on a 30 dollar package. I told him I just did a move and needed the back of my vehicle vacuumed out well with the package I got they gave me tires shine told them I liked it to be wiped off after they apply it. Let's just say there's a portion. I don't even think they vacuumed them to wipe off a bunch of drip on the car as well as the tire shine! In the cashier inside, definitely needs to work on his people skills. Will not be going back and I recommend anybody that sees us keeps on driving.

The manager, Kaitlyn is awesome I had a small interaction with one of the other staff members at the Ikes sandwich shop and Kaitlyn went out of her way to make sure I was a return customer she treated my wife and I amazingly her professionalism is top-tier and also thank you to her boss Raquel for taking time out of her busy schedule just to talk to my wife and I made us feel like our opinions really mattered. Thank you again to both of you guys.

NOTHING FABULOUS Average wash for $35, left the dash covered in dust. Slow service, not enough seating for customers, and how about cleaning your few tables and chairs? Sweeping up the butts wouldn't hurt either. All this and they still owe me for a wash they never did when their water supply failed a few months ago. This was Freddie's last chance for me. Freddie failed.

My car was looking really horrible, the local pigeons must have raided a cache of laxatives, and for only $10 in the 100+ degree heat they had my all white car looking brand new again, included a free air freshener and dash wipes. Hidden gem will definitely return

Worst car wash I've had at Freddys. Didn't clean tires or rims, had to redo windshield when I got home. Funny thing is, no other cars were there, just me.

Every time I hope for a different outcome and it never happens. Drive up in the lane of your choice and hand over the keys and head inside. First you will have to fight your way through a fog of marijuana before getting to the door. One inside you will find a convenience store, waiting area and a nice little sandwich shop. The sandwich shop is pretty good. the people behind the counter seem to be courteous. The waiting area has a couple of tables, some gambling slots, and a massage chair if you are over your COVID fears. I have given this carwash 4 tries. The contact high isn't enough to bring me back again.

Great customer service! Everyone from the team, from the girls who took my info, the cashier inside, to the detailer himself! No appointment needed had my Jeep done within 2 hours. Keep in mind I had complete detailing, the works! And my Jeep looks great! Shampooed carpets, polished etc! Feels like I'm driving it off the lot but even better! I'll definitely be coming back! Came here 40 minutes ago, and my vehicle is in the same spot I dropped it off at. As another reviewer mentioned an hour ago, I have also never seen people move so slowly before. The business manager (Kaitlyn U.) is still writing up new car washes instead of actually helping to wash cars (which would make sense as the manager of a car wash). This place screams incompetence.

I had a prepaid full wash and the attendant that wrote the slip incorrectly noted the service and I was charged an additional $20! In addition it took over an hour to start the process. 2 hours for a car wash!!!! Service is just simply terrible! Not a fabulous experience. I will not be returning. I would give zero stars if I could!

I've come here several times for a car wash. The outside was sparkling but they never clean the inside front window. I thought maybe that first time but when I came back, nope they didn't clean it again. No need to go back!

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH***I found this full service car wash that was the closest to my location. I should known that service would be subpar as there was only one car ahead of me a the place looked like it was on longer in business. After Sean was done with my car, it seemed as if he didn't even use water or any soap to wash it. Awkwardly, water spots were everywhere including all of my windows. Too long of a list to include in this review. I asked for the manager and her management of this situation was just like the quality of the service. I left feeling like I just got robbed for $30. The General Manager was a lady in her mid 20s and I just hope that she learns better management skills or this establishment will continue take advantage of their customers.

Durango location Car wash workers do a good job on the vehicle, but tunnel machine scratches my cars and the car wash is severely under staffed. Usually 1 person vacuuming cars with as many as 8 cars in line at the start and 2 people drying and doing the finish work. Can take a hour just to get out of vacuuming and 1-1.5 hours to get you car back. There is another location on Charleston and Ft Apache that has a lot of car wash workers. Usually 2-3 vacuuming and as many as 8 in the drying and finishing area. Car usually done from drop off to pick up in about 30 min, but the finish people at this location do a terrible job. Usually have to point out about 5-6 areas missed by the finish guy. He even told me, "that's part of detail service". Not sure how basic window cleaning and dirt wipe down is part of a detail service. Seems like you have to choose one or the other with this place. Either slow as hell and get a good job, or speedy with terrible job. Service and good work start at the top of the organization. May be looking to cancel my 3 monthly subscriptions if this doesn't s the way it stays. Have tried them for 6 months with same results, so not a one off.

There's nothing fabulous about this car wash. Just terrible!!! I paid to get my seats cleaned, they didn't even really vacuum the seats I sent it back. Still didn't do a good job, the drink tray is still dirty....just a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing work there....DO NOT visit. Waste of time and money!

Wait time. Two cars in front of me and I'm sitting on 60 minutes waiting. I've never seen people move so slow. Vacuum, wash, dry, it's a 20 minute job! Don't waste your money on the pass.

This place ruined my jeep and refused to pay for damages. When I asked for my refund back they said they could only do 50% percent off after not fixing the damages. Luckily my Amex got my refund back.. I do not recommend this place. This is what their washer did to my car..

I like the atmosphere here. They wash the car fairly well. It's worth it to me as I bought a Groupon. Had I paid $22; maybe not. There were quite a few interior spots they missed. 06/05/2023... Spent $45.00 I believe it's the best package. Not all that happy as they left so many things untouched. Pictures attached... even when I picked up car after wash I had to have them clean off 10-15 spots/Dirt. Everyone was nice the Sandwich was great.. nice touch on happy hour. But not so good on inside. Carpet was vacuumed great just a so so job on inside n out.

The consistency here is not good. I come in a lot - sometimes 4 or even 6 cars in one day. I spend about $1000 / month on washes and details and occasionally gas. First let me call out the good. Michael and Will ALWAYS do an absolutely stunning job on my cars - frankly enough reason alone to come here for detail work. Ask for one of them if you get your car detailed. While not quite at the same level Joanna has done a lot of work on my cars and I have always been completely satisfied with her work. Everyone is VERY friendly without exception- more than I can say about the ft apache location which has been horrendous. That goes a very long way with me even when sometimes things don't go well with quality of the work. I always get the #1 "best wash". Sometimes they do a great job. Usually it's acceptable. Lately I have had some quality issues. I spoke with Chase (I think he's the manager) about it and I noticed a drastic improvement in consistency yet still have times where the quality is not so great. If it weren't for Michael and Will I probably would not come here anymore. I have posted some photos of poor quality by some people (who I won't name) on some of my SUVs

Well ,I paid 30 VIP for both Exterior and Interior. Exterior was decent, interior apparently only means vaccum. Nothing was wiped down on the inside. I blame the trainer for lack of quality control and check. The employees are High School student doing what they can by how they were trained. Not blaming the employees.

Always have exactly what you need and the car wash is the icing on the cake! Quick staff to get you shiny and back on the road!

Staff was nice. That is all that was good. my issues are with the store entrance locations, lack of signage and no ADA assistance. CONFUSING AND NO ASSISTANCE FOR ADA! The gas pumps are way off from the actual store so I had to hobble my disabled self around asking and trying to figure out where to pay. Nobody ever came to pump or help until I went inside and asked. The man that did come rushed over and was nice. There aren't Freddy's signs on the entrance, they all say Ike's love and sandwiches. I again had to wander and ask where to go. PLEASE FIND A WAY TO BETTER SERVE YOUR DISABLED CUSTOMERS.

First and last time I will go here for a car wash. It's a bunch a teenagers that are doing the cleaning. They put a shine in the dashboard and it was splotchy. I've tried to clean it and it's stained. Way overpriced for crappy job. Don't waste your money please.
