A Disappointing Experience Beyond the Food While the staff here are genuinely friendly and the food is indeed delicious, my review is directed squarely at the owners of this establishment. The dining experience itself is far from enjoyable, marred by several significant issues. First, let's talk about the bathroom. While I understand the need for a locked restroom, the state of the one here, even when locked, is simply unacceptable. It's incredibly dirty and in a terrible state of disrepair. This reflects poorly on the overall hygiene standards. Moving to the dining area, the tables are littered with passive-aggressive notes, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, basic necessities like napkins and standard condiments are completely absent. It's frustrating to have to ask for such fundamental items, or worse, go without them. Finally, the issue of hidden fees is frankly dishonest. Charging extra for items like eggs or imposing surcharges for card payments versus cash without prior disclosure is unacceptable and leaves a sour taste. While the kitchen staff and their culinary efforts are commendable, the owners' apparent disregard for customer comfort, basic amenities, and transparent pricing makes this a place I cannot recommend. Until these fundamental issues are addressed, the "delicious food" isn't enough to salvage the overall experience.

I like this place, we have been here several times. They have a good variety of dishes from American, South of the border and Mexican food. Tasty sandwiches, delicious breakfast and dinner. Lately prices went up and up again, lol...but I guess everywhere is the same, If you are around, try the omelettes ... really good and satisfying.

Cheeseburgers and Avocado Cheeseburgers are delicious. Tuna Melt good to go. Received great customer service. Food hot and ready pretty quick. Would eat there again.

I had a turkey burger combo with cheese and extra dressing and surprisingly it was very good very tasty. The burger was seasoned great & fries were good. The staff on board tonight were very polite and friendly. I look forward to trying other items like breakfast… if you’re going to be in a rush best order ahead of time Also, a paying customer especially those dining in should be allowed to use the restroom. They say no restroom available but there is they’ve just decided to make it a staff only bathroom. Like have a little more consideration for your customers. Continuing to say no about using the restroom but a huge sign at front saying “be kind”….?! Ok….

I generally love coming here for fast and good food. Today was an off day . I waited for 30 minutes for my order, as 6 brand new customer got their orders, and left before my order was ready . I asked why there was a delay . I was then directed to look at the ticket for the order, to show it was in progress.. I asked again after a few more minutes and was rudely told its coming. Once my order was ready the bags was tossed on the counter. There was no I’m sorry for the delay , here is your order nothing. I called back and spoke with cashier who was responsive to my concerns . Please improve your customer service in the future ,and at least acknowledge when mistakes are made. I want to support local business , but must be respected in the process.

Excellent service. Friendly faces. I love love coming here when I am in Gardena/Hawthorne. Never a wait. Food is fresh & cooked the way you want.

I so want to make this a go to place for EBT & a order of FrenchToast but for some reason theres a huge lack of consistency in the taste. I jus would assume that youd have a standard set to the ingredients youd use each time. Its very frustrating! Shouldnt have to worry if my food will taste right EVERYTIME i choose to eat French Toast…

Personally I always get the veggie burger, and their patty is better than a lot of other burger places. They make the food at a reasonable rate and the quality is always great for my taste buds. But I what I love most is the customer service, regardless of who is scheduled to work. I gave 4 stars because the outside area of the store front always has trash, but it does not reflect the food and service quality. Enjoy!

Incredible. Ordered a veggie burger with seasoned fries, a side of ranch a a Diet Coke and had it delivered via door dash at midnight on a holiday. I cannot say enough good things, I am thoroughly impressed! Great Quality and Great Portion Size!

The food is not good,they charge for everything I ask for soda refill and told me is $1 dollar ,instead they charge $3.49 for one drink. They charge also for cup of water $1 dollar!!! Not recommended!!! The person who is charge is a little be rude. My husband said hello but she look weird to my husband and not responding .

I ordered a chicken strips dinner and chili cheese fries. The chicken strips are nice and crispy but I did not like the chili fries. They taste super strong of Tobasco hot sauce or something

Ordered through door dash so I didn't have the privilege to eat at this fine establishment. Here are my thoughts: -arrived promptly -it was still hot -it was meaty -it was cheesy -it was as I expected for the amount I paid for -can taste the secret ingredient, love Love this place. Stopped in the other day because I was working in the area and wanted some grits for breakfast. I order the grits and eggs breakfast with bacon and an ala carte pork chop on the side. First off I have to commend them on their grits. They weren't soupy and they used a generous amount of butter which you don't see often. The eggs were cooked well and they were loaded with cheese. The pork chop was just ok, decent flavor but would have like it cooked a little longer. Now the grits and eggs breakfast was around $9 but after I added a drink, pork chop and tip my bill came out to around $25. Service was quick and efficient. When I walked in there were 2 orders ahead of me but they were able to get me in and out in less than 10 mins. Dining area was large enough to accommodate about 10 tables so I doubt you would ever have a hard time finding a seat if you wanted to dine in. They had quite a bit of different dining options so there is a good chance I might be back in the future but overall it was solid.

Service was great Employees were also polite and pros But the food......... The chicken sandwich was fabulous. The name says it all. Not sure why there's not a line out the door.

Just like everyone is saying. It's the staff. Suppose to be 24hours, it's says open. I'm calling and why is nobody answering. I'm trying to get food for the office it's 6:30am... very disappointing. Don't advertise 24hours if that's not what it is.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! If I can give a negative 100 stars I would. This place steals from their customers. In November I went to this establishment with my family. I ordered my food and the cashier said that the price was $40 which I thought was strange but just thought it was because of inflation. When I swiped my card, I saw my receipt and it said $51 and change. I asked why was it that price the cashier said the system doesn't show her the full price until the card is swiped. When I looked at the receipt, she charged me for the combos that I ordered al la cart. I told her that's a lie and I want a refund immediately. The cashier then said they don't do refunds. There was no sign that says no refunds so that's lie #2. The security guard advised they do give refunds and he was going to call the owner. He contacted the owner of the restaurant & she said that she will do the refund and contact us. She did not contact us. The owner claims that this was taken care of but I am still fighting to get this resolved.

The burgers are okay Chilaquiles are definitely my go to here Will say prices are kinda high for the food being mid

Update: 7/12 - I'm not sure if the 2 Fabulous Burgers are affiliated. But, I went to the Fabulous on Rosecrans this morning and they prepared my breakfast, including crispy hash browns, just the way I requested without hassle. They are also very courteous and organized over there. Please go to the other Fabulous Burger which is less than 5 minutes away from this one if you want better food and customer service for the same amount of money.

Everything was decent. The only thing was the soggy chips on the burrito but other than that no complains.

I used to frequent this establishment quite often. But the Quality of the food has lost its value. I order a pastrami and there was more meat than bread. I remember how hardy their sandwiches where that why I chose to come here. But I know I will never purchase a pastrami sandwich from this place again

You've misunderstood its not about the quality. It's your front-line employee who communicates directly with the customers. If they talk nasty refuse to allow a customer to talk with or contact a manager/owner in anyway I'd have been fire from my job if a customer ask for my managers name and they rapond for what, I want to file a complaint, she could have said if it's about the fee I can refund your money if you don't choose to pay it. it sounds like you're very interested in the business, making money the reason you're in business. Also, be concerned about the professionalism of your employees when dealing with the public. You should raise your prices rather than add fees. Be upfront and put the sign in front of the cashier not after I pay for it and ask the question and point to a sign at the other end of the counter where you can't see it. Make sense. I don't like surprises when it comes to fees. Everybody is dealing with inflation, that's understood! No one wants to be nickel and dimed to death!

Food is decent I can eat it, I enjoy it when I buy it. But the workers & the service are literally horrible .. no respect, treat you like shit like you're not paying for anything.. and they say 24/7 and they close at 12:55pm.. yeah terrible CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE HOURS MAN! If they can't change their store hours online, do you know they can't change their frying oil out.. no longer can trust this company.

They food is coo. I mean I'm from LA ima say now it's average but it used to be better. The customer service is usually pretty cool as well which is why I started going consistently when I was in town but they kinda be over charging taking advantage of shortages idk what what's about and now everything is just high to me and there's nun special about it. A burrito i used to get last year was like 9$ n some and now it's pretty much $12 and has nothing. Extra. They do have good store hours and they have variety of breakfast lunch n dinner options if you don't mind $18 burger combo or $12 burritos I say go to ! The employees are nice

The service is HORRIBLE . Hire a new cashier with a better attitude she's rude and obviously doesn't want to work here she seems miserable.

I ordered five chili cheeseburgers that didn't have any chili on them I will not be ordering from them ever again a chili cheeseburger is supposed to have chili on them where you can taste it

I've been eating at this restaurant for many years now. Never a bad meal, always great food and great service. So many options and all are good. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. My daughters claim they are the best chicken strips, burgers and fries ever! They are a Family owned business and to us they're the best and are definitely at the top of my list. Visit and eat and you won't be disappointed.

I went to fabulous to get an egg and cheese sandwich and large coffee. This egg and cheese sandwich was one of the best I have ever had they also have good coffee. I go to fabulous faithfully for my breakfast every morning before I go to work if you want great food go to fabulous. They also have great customer service and good cooks. you could tell them exactly how you want it you could even bring in a picture of something and they'll make it for you.

Came across this gem and was very impressed with not only the quality and taste of the food, but how clean and organized the kitchen line cook line was. The open view of the kitchen is something I appreciate as well. Will come back again regularly.

This is a go to for breakfast, very clean kitchen and nice staff !! Usually get a burrito but got a "fabulous omelette"today! Fire !!

Wow. Had a breakfast craving and ordered this through Door Dash with spouse. Everything was perfect and made with TLC! Pancakes were still hot when they reached us, super thick and good flavor. My over easy eggs were not broken and still runny inside. The hash browns are super solid. Bacon awesome too. Extremely recommend!

I went pretty late last night, I think it was around 12 in the morning. Very surprised they were still open, super glad they were. The lady was hella chill, and I got to watch my food being made. It definitely really good, the cheese sauce was a bit over powering (will ask them not to put so much next time), the meat was delicious, fries nice and crispy. I just wish they had actual guacamole lol. Other than that definitely recommend, feel like they deserve at least 4 stars.

Delicious and reliable. Best spot around here. I've tried most places for pick up orders and this place is tastier and more reliable than big block chains

My cheat day breakfast. Breakfast sandwich tomato, fluffy yellow eggs loaded with bacon on sourdough. DEEEE'LISH!!! I love how I can call in my order and it's ready QUICK.

11/21 & 12/4 I placed these orders through Ubereats... 11/21 - Hashbrowns and Eggs (eggs over easy) Zucchini fries... 12/4 Hashbrowns and Eggs (eggs over medium) Grits Breakfast Special - comes with bacon or sausages and eggs...I picked sausages and my eggs over easy... Eggs cooked just right on each order...He/she knows how to cook eggs the way you want them...5/5 The hashbrowns on 11/21 were cooked exactly how I like them 5/5 On 12/4 the hashbrowns needed to be cooked a little more than they were 4/5... The grits weren't as creamy as I've had them before and they were cooked how I like them prior to this order...3/5 The Zucchini I enjoyed however for the price it just wasn't enough 3.5/5...

I ordered chili cheese fries. The fries were old and cold with tons of chili plopped on top. I understand prices are going up but that doesn't mean service and quality should go down. I won't be ordering anything else from here. This isn't the first time quality has taken a back seat.

I discovered this place back in October 2013, and I have not stopped coming here since! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEIR FOOD! Corned beef hash breakfast burrito, burgers, Mexican omelette, waffles, French fries, I could go on! One of the best things: their ranch!!! It is so delicious! They make it fresh there! Believe me, once you taste their ranch, the rest fail to ever compare! Friends and family visit me and I always take them here! They all love it! The manager and the staff are amazing!

Six months found long dark hair in my food scrambled.. I told them they need to wear hair net . I'm hoping I didn't have bad experience on 4 of July, every thing was close so had no choice. When I got back to my motel I fell ill body pain headache pain all in my tummy. This am not only I But my grown daughter and grandson has Diarrhea, a.k.a. Food poisoning. I'm going to report this. Yup. When I hit the 2 Stars, yelp shows the translation of the 2 Stars into "Could've been better." Got lured into ordering from this greasy spoon via Door Dash's coupon. Shortly after placing the order, the app mapped out Fabulous Grill at this location which I already see that two of my yelp friends have rated 1 star and 2 stars. My review consistent with my yelp buddies. Had the cheese omelette and kinda odd how my eggs did not have that fluufy quality like how other cafes do them. Hash browns and soggy toast that I had to resuscitate in the toaster over. Got pancakes and bacon for my mom and nothing special. I would not have chosen this place for breakfast had it not been for the coupon. Why pay their prices when better breakfast cafes offer better pricing and quality. Sorry not sorry.

If I walk in to order and the people working are sweeping, cooking, and so on, but no one even acknowledges you are standing there, this is not the place to eat at. SMH. I stood there long enough to just walk out.

There food is great but what makes it horrible is their customer service. The old lady with blonde hair is horrible. Worst employee. Her attitude is disgusting. I can't understand how they can put someone like that up front... embarrassing how they will argue with the customer!!!!

They have the restrooms closed for customers. Even with signs from the city stating that during Covid-19, businesses should keep restrooms open as usual.

Great service! I ordered a Fabulous Smile which is a kids breakfast meal & I asked for bacon & they gave me a sausage link too! Very much appreciated! Nice staff, fast service! No matter what time or what day I come here I get excellent service. Definitely recommend

These burgers are far from fabulous. The bun not toasted, the patty is so thin, it definitely doesn't look like the photo presented.and by the time I get to the car the burger is cold. No seasoning on patty just horrible.

Overpriced, food is OK at best. McDonald's breakfast gives you more bang for your buck. You can't look through the menu and order with calm without the cook and cashier staring at you hurrying you to choose fast.

Five stars for Sonja's customer service, 3 for the food. I called and spoke to Sonja the manager, and she was very kind and wanted to make things right. We came in and got our original order and it was better but the hash browns were still not crispy throughout and the bacon wasn't good to me but I appreciate her great service. Maybe I'm just not getting the right thing Idk.

Ordered Turkey burger and cheese burger special last night..I've Been throwing up from the first 3 bites all night .. my husband just threw his burger away..soggy leaking toppings soggy and wet sauce just spread EVERYWHERE!! Either the Turkey burger meat was old or spoiled because it made me sick ..I requested my fries extra crispy if they were crispy putting hot food inside a paper bag that's ok but too put the paper bag inside a PLASTIC bag paper bag so wet fell apart when I lift it out the plastic bag just wet and soggy food ...WILL NVR ORDER AGAIN !!! Don't wasted ur money ..26.00 for spoiled soggy food !!

Such good food. I always call my order in ahead of time so I just go to the pick up window outside and pay, super quick. I love that they're open 24 hours. Definitely great for late night cravings. They have everything, such a wide variety of food. I'm vegetarian and I still can find anything to eat here. Employees are very nice and get everything done.

I came inside and the lady over the counter was just having a personal conversation on the phone so me and my daughter walk out bad customer service How was it a large when the chef was cleaning the grill and I never seen anyone taken a large order not typing or write anything down don't let the video full you if you wasn't there .

I've been eating at faboulous Burgers since I moved to This part of town. Hands down The joint is always clean, employee's always Show very nice customer service. I love it here. The Lunch Chicken Burrito is Just FABOULOUS Lol..And I mean it. Try it. Thank God for faboulous Burgers on Crenshaw & El-Segundo.

Your better off going next door to get your burgers at the donut place. It's a bit run down here. Hamburger is nicely smashed together with a squished tasteless patty inside topped with glued cheese. Fries were slightly crispy, but greasy. I guess that was the highlight of my meal and the soda with free refills. Place is averagely clean. Had to use the restroom, but they have a machine on the door that demands a quarter. Uuummm...I guess I'll just wait. Didn't work anyways. Well I thought that I was at Fabulous Burger. I didn't notice that it was Fabulous Grill.

Little hole in the wall spot is pretty good. Our group ordered the fabulous grill great breakfast which was pretty standard and basic taste wise, nothing special. Someone else ordered the burger and they liked it a lot. Someone else ordered the Philly cheese steak , which I tried and it was delicious. Probably the best I've ever tried and their fries were bomb, nice and crisp. Their customer service was great, the workers were kind and tentative. Not a 5 star due to the basic breakfast. Other than that this place was good and def worth the try.

The lady was more interested in us not having masks. Not only did she get my order wrong but there is a hair in my burger. I never had a complaint with the other girl at night.

Ask for quesadilla it had sprinkle of cheese French fries no seasoning (homemade tamales) were not home made and it had peas in them it was frozen store bought $14 dollars a waste I'll never eat here again and wouldn't recommend it Also their very stingy with the ketchup all the fries they give no ketchup ahe counted out 5 packages
