I’ve tried many different facial spots on LA and Face Haus is by far my favorite. Q is my go to esthetician. She really takes her time and understands how to handle my gentle skin. She always has helpful skin care tips for me. It’s such a relaxing experience - you get so much bang for your buck at Face Haus. Highly recommend making an appointment with Q!

I've been to Face Haus twice and each experience has been AMAZING. I have always booked the "Esthie Knows Best" facial and then spoken to my esthetician when I arrive about my skin type/care/concerns. I have extremely sensitive skin, and the products they use have never irritated me. I've ended up purchasing some of their products for home use after having had them as part of my facial. I always leave sooo relaxed as they have pillows and blankets for you and you're laying at an angle. They massage your face/neck/shoulders as part of the service which is lovely. My husband, who has never had a facial, is going to go here for his first one because he's been so sold on what amazing experiences I've had!!

Got the Glow facial today. I was concerned about the possibility of heavily fragranced products (products with essential oils, perfume, etc.) being used on my skin since I have sensitive skin. I called beforehand asking if they have products that are free of essential oils and fragrance. Whoever I talked told me they do and the esthetician would pick the products based on my needs. The esthetician was lovely and did a great job based on the products she was given. I told her about my skin’s sensitivity. However, like I was worried about, my skin after the facial was slightly irritated and red. During the facial I had to have her wash off one of the masks because my face was close to feeling like it was burning. Now hours later it’s still red and irritated and itchy and a little puffy. I had to wash my face to get whatever products she used on my face off. It’s a shame because the service was great, but until this establishment brings in products for their customers with sensitive skin I won’t be coming back.

Just had the reset facial with Erika. It was so nurturing and hydrating and relaxing. I loved it and my skin feels so calm and happy!

Had a great facial today with Julia! It was a really relaxing experience and I walked away with glowing and super soft skin. The facial was their standard facial and I added on the blueberry mask, as my esthetician recommended that for me. I had so many skincare-related questions for her and she patiently answered all of them. All of their products smell amazing too! Highly recommend if you're looking for some self-care.

The name says it all, it's a house for your face! If you are looking for a no frills place to clean your face this is it. I love going to face haus to get my monthly facials. They do a good great job, the place is clean and they use excellent products. They also tend to have great monthly specials. My personal favorite is the world of difference facial. Love leaving the haus with my face haus glow!

I have to say Erika was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about how to take care of my skin. she was extremely friendly when I meet her and made me feel comfortable to be in my own skin. I will be coming back for sure and I cant recommend booking an appointment with Erika enough.

I always leave with a glowy fresh face. I love the conveinence and ease of popping in for a quick facial without all the frills and direct to the point! The staff have been great too they make the recommendations that suit you and your needs. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen asleep so relaxed in the chair. You must make an appointment and usually will not wait very long. I get the package so that comes with a little savings but then you can schedule to maintain that glowy face! You deserve it!

I was very disappointed in my experience at Face Haus. My daughter and I went in for appointments. We were completely up-charged for masks without even being asked. The person working with her did not explain anything and put the mask over her mouth and eyes without checking in to see if it was ok. At least mine asked if I got claustrophobic. The only reason for a 2 star rather than one star is because Julia who worked with me was great, but did not explain the mask up-charge sufficiently. I am waiting to see if I get a credit from management and hope it is not a store credit because I have no desire to return. I edit it to bump it down to a 1 star. It has been almost 2 weeks, and no one has communicated with me about my refund, even after I have called. I am hoping this review may get someone's attention.

A DREAMMMMMM ! I booked an appointment at the last second and it was amazing! The check-in process was smooth. The esthetician "Q" was so friendly and informative. She assessed my skin and made recommendations. My skin looks and feels so glowy and refreshed! Def recommend for any skin type!

I've been a loyal client for over a year, but I left my most recent facial incredibly disappointed. I used to do it with Fernando, which was an amazing esthetician but o tried to give a chance to someone. When I got there the girl (who I forgot the name) said she was sub for someone... The main reason I booked this treatment was for proper extractions, which were completely skipped. Instead, the esthetician used what I can only describe as a "spatula" to try and remove blackheads--which did absolutely nothing. I ended up doing the extractions myself when I got home. The masks were barely left on long enough to do anything. I really expected more, especially as a returning and loyal client for over the years. Very very disappointed

Shoutout to my friend whom is the manager Alison Li. She booked my mom and I a facial and accommodated us like 3x. The aestheticians were amazing and it was soo relaxing! Definitely coming back

Very impressed with my facial. I got the Haus special with the universal A-peel and I can tell my dark spots have lighten up/disappeared. Def coming back soon, Samantha did so well. I was very self conscious about my recent breakout and I feel so much better starting the new week with a fresh bright face! Def recommend!!!

Amazing experience at Face Haus! The place has a very nice atmosphere, clean and simple design which is very appropriate. The aestetician performing my facial treatment was friendly and explained everything along the way. The treatment itself was spectacular, and left my skin feel amazing! It included massage too which felt great. I tried glow up facial ($110) and a peel with blueberries ($30). Would come back again!

Claudia was a complete professional and is so through with the perfect touch! I highly recommend her and will be coming back very soon to see her

This facial did absolutely nothing. 2 stars instead of 1 because it was easy to book and the experience was pleasant- but utter waste of money. Skin looked the exact same before and after, and I went with aesthetician's recs on what we should do. Disappointed.

I got a fantastic facial here! The environment is clean and nice, and while there are many people on the other chairs, you don't feel like it's crowded. My esthetician did a great analysis of my face and included extractions and a fantastic facial massage. My skin was truly glowing after my service! I'll be back -- I bought a 3 pack.

Today I had facial with Q(qiturah ) it was worse experience , she finished every proces so quickly and fast , instead of massage my face she touched my skin , i didn't feel nothing . I told her whatever you want you can do it for me . She chosen expensive one$165 plus tip But I think I wasted my money , she didn't have enough experience. She wanted to finish so quickly But one month ago I had facial with Danellea she was amazing and wonderful and she did great job on my skin but unfortunately Q(qiturah ) ruined my day and I feel I wasted my money ,

the face haus on montana is by far the best facial haus for many reasons but the first being the people. from the office manager ben, who greets you with the biggest, brightest, most-friendliest smile to the estheticians, you're sure to leave with an incredible experience. i went in yesterday and the facial was too god not to review -- you'd think i went to a spa at the four seasons the way this facial made me feel. Judaea is an absolute perfectionist who made me feel like i was at a spa, and a true kween. i was in absolutely shock at her level of detail with the combination of massage and extractions, a true 10/10. run, do not walk to get your next self-care facial! x

I'm furious. I went in for a facial and added an eyebrow trim. Claudia destroyed my brows. They're totally uneven and thin. Completely changed the look of my face. I would post a picture but it's too humiliating. I could stay for the facial as I was too upset. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should Claudia be allowed to do brows. It will take me mo this to grow them back .

This location has become my paradise, my sweet treat, my equivalent of "Treat Yo Self." My first visit was absolutely divine. It was my first time (ever) getting a facial and everyone seemed to be so excited to pop the cherry on my "virgin skin." Face Haus operates a little differently than others -- they have affordable prices but your facial is done in a communal setting. No private rooms here but the ambiance is relaxing and fun; great place to get facials with a few of your gfs! I did my research beforehand and selected Alona as my esthie and I am never letting her go. She listened to my skin concerns, asked me about the skin products I currently use and educated me on every step of the facial process. She followed up with me awhile after my first appointment, as promised, to ensure I was doing my homework and following her suggested skim regime. My second visit was even better than the first and I truly believe Alona is passionate about what she does. She managed to make me "be in the moment" and relax, which quite honestly, is not easy to do. Maybe it's her soothing voice or her magical hands but whatever it is, I love it. I typically select the Haus Special facial but I leave it up to Alona to tailor my facial as she sees fit. My favorites? The blueberry peel, oxygen mist and cooling balls. That combo is pure magic and should basically be illegal because of how amazing you feel after.

Oh my goodness! I was having the worst skin irritation today!! So embarrassing and stressful! But Emily and Ben were my hero's! Ben was so sweet and calming and Emily was very knowledgeable and so gentle! They were so accommodating and the space felt very clean and calming all around! Wish I could give 10 stars!!! My skin is feeling much better!

I had the most amazing facial of my life at Face Haus! Sam was my aesthetician, and her skills and expertise were simply magic! She was very knowledgeable about skin care and took a caring approach throughout every step of the process. I got the Haus Special with the Lip, laugh love and eye rise add ons. The products used were absolutely wonderful; both gentle yet effective. My skin feels soft & supple, and I have had a glow for days!!! The ambiance of the store was luxurious, but also warm, clean, & inviting at the same time. The customer service here is 10/10, everyone in the store is so lovely. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

The staff at Face Haus made my bride's day out a huge success! I called for appointments for 6 less than 10 days out & they fit us in. They even provided space for us to have a little celebration to honor the bride& helped photograph the occassion. Estheticians were wonderful & so were the facials... Thank you so much!

My first time having a facial there, jot a facial plus an add on mask for $120 + tip. When I booked the appointment I told them I would be 10 min late and they said no problem due to a 10 min grace period. Appointment was at 230, arrived 239, had to fill out a little paper work then went back. Facial was nice, when over I slowly got up and checked my phone, it was 301. I wasn't really thinking how short it was until I left so I called and asked how long facials typically take (45min). They apologized and said they will offer me a free add on to my next appointment. No, thank you, I will not be back.

Came here with a group of coworkers to try out, after our friends raved about it. I didn't realize I've walked by this place so many times going to Beaming, Olive & June and Drybar. I really like the concept and pricing. I can't remember the name of my aesthetician but she was awesome. I did the Haus special but added extractions and extra exfoliation. I told her to really get in there and extract everything she could and she did, without causing me too much pain. Afterwards, my skin was glowing (and into the next morning). I would def come back. Parking lot in rear, or street parking!

Karlee is the best aesthetician ever. She is passionate about skin and making your experience special. She really knows a lot about derm and loves to share this with you. I've learned so much from her that I can take home and use to continue care for my face between facials. The studio is nice and clean. I really love coming here

This is such a great invention! You can get a single or a package there's a bunch of chairs lined up with individual aestheticians. They have super modern devices like a tesla coil to help treat breakouts, and organic vegan products that are effective and safe. The vibe is super relaxing and elegant.

The woman was very sweet but I didn't find the facial to be effective. I feel bad saying this because she was so nice but it just didn't do it for me

I have been coming here over the past few years not consistently, that is until I had a facial by Judaea last month and then came back today for another one. She might be the best esthetician in the world. :) Last month's facial was phenomenal and today was no different. I will be returning on the regular for Judaea's facials.

I will always go back to Karlee! She never disappoints me. My skin always looks incredible after a session with her! I try to keep up monthly because I just can't stay away!!!!

When we called to book an appointment we said we would not make it right at 4:15pm. She said oh we give a 10 minute grace period. So we got their right at 4:24pm. After some paperwork they took my daughter and I left to go change. My daughter called me at 5:00 and said she was done. That means her facial was 30 minutes long and it's supposed to be 45-50 minutes. When I told the lady she got half of a facial she said it's because we were late!!! Not good! She should have told me they deduct the grace period! I do not recommend. The facial was so quick it never gave time for the esthetician to do her job well. The manager should have given more detail to their version is "grace period". Had I known they would remove that time and time to do paperwork I would not have booked the facial. I do not recommend.

I am used to having facials since I was very young . My own experience of facial is to have good estetican and good service. Unfortunately, each time I went to Face Haus on Montana Avenue, I have not experienced being at beauty salon . I couldn't relax or be comfortable and I felt as I was in factory . The music they are playing very loud, kind of music you would dance as you are in a club , the chairs are very uncomfortable and my feelings were as if I was in railway station. Loud rap music , uncomfortable chairs, cold and unpleasant treatment. I have mentioned my concerns but nothing has changed, So, facial at this place is not something I would recommend.

I had a wonderful first time experience at Face Haus. Claudia did my facial and she was awesome! I had a very enjoyable, relaxing 45 minutes. Everything is spotless, it's cozy how they offer blankets, and I like how it's offered to either walk you through step by step, or to let you relax. I highly recommend and recommend Claudia !

I came here for a facial on my 21st birthday with my bestie and had Hailey do my first facial ever. Got the haus special with extractions and the universal peel. Hailey walked me through every step. It was an amazing experience and I will most definitely be back! Plus everyone was really sweet! My skin feels glowy and hydrated so I am very happy with the results.

Ive never had a facial before but I have to say Face Haus absolutely blew away my expectations. Not knowing what to expect one of their experts, Karlee, walked me through the whole experience and explained every detail. Her facial massage was out of this world! combined with the incredibly clean environment, friendly employees and reasonable price, ill definitely be going back and asking for Karlee again!

Came here because I had a gift card a friend gave me. Upon arrival there were a few others waiting to be assisted, and the girl at the front desk was clearly frazzled and a bit all over the place. She kept getting my name wrong lol. I finally got seated and she gave me a recommendation to switch the facial I originally selected, to something different, so I said okay I'll try that one instead. I thought it was weird that they don't give you a headband towel so that when you're doing the facial all the products get in your hair? Also this girl gave me no details on the products she used on me, and then when I asked at the end she apologized and said she should have run me through that. Face Haus is interesting because it's not a private facial so you're just in chairs next to other people, and the girl giving me my facial was also managing the front desk at the same time. At the end, she told me she actually gave me a different facial than the one she upsold me on... what?? I did not understand why she decided to just pick one we didn't talk about. Anyways, I left with residual product that got in my hair and super confused with the experience. They also did not ask me if I had any allergies or sensitivities, etc. Overall a disappointing experience for how expensive it is.

This place is great!! Devin was the first and last person to assist me. He checked me in and explained to me what is offered. Alexa was my "esti" and she was fantastic. She explained every step on my facial which was spot on . When the service was complete she offered me samples that were used. When I checked out Devin followed up with fantastic service and further explained the samples received. Amazing experience!!!

I stumbled upon face haus on my daily walk to see what it is about & I starred at the menu for about 5 minutes till wonderful Karlee came up to me and answered all my questions in detail and gave me a business card with her name stamped on it! She was a doll. :) I will be back and book with karlee.
