Fadi's Mediterranean Eatery

Food: Taste of home, yet far away from home. Didn't try everything but the two dishes we tried were byvfar the closest in terms of taste compared to food back home in Lebanon. Over there we don't usually have proteins with white rice but the overall plates didnt't disappoint. Staff: Really nice staff and very helpful. We got offered free beverage once they knew I am from Lebanon. Really appreciated that. Location: Nice spacious area. Plenty of seating spots.

Bodies Mediterranean eatery is a great location located in a swanky quaint location. I'm used to going to the larger location but this one has everything that one has and a more beautiful decorative location. Some of my top favorites is not at this location but it is much closer to my residence. If you like Mediterranean this is the spot for you staff is very friendly they are willing to give you samples if you ask them if you are unsure if you would like something.

Stopped in today and had a wonderful healthy meal! I wish they would put a location in Clear Lake City, but a location that cooks and serves the food that this one does. Not the location over near Micro Center west of here because they are nowhere near as good it was a terrible experience this is the only location I would ever go to. Wish I had one closer-I'd eat here daily if I did. One of my favorite places when I'm in the Medical District of downtown Houston this is always where I stopped for a meal. Always fresh I'm able to get a quick healthy veggie plate here that is always delicious! I wish they had a location in Clear Lake area where I live because I would get to eat Fadis every day instead of just a couple of times a year when I'm in the medical center for something.

We were excited to try a new place after a visit to the museum. We were actually hopeful upon finding the hummus to be good. That was sadly short-lived when we tried the chicken shawarma. I can definitively say it was the worst shawarma I've had, actually among the worst food I've ever had. How can a shawarma taste like fish? The biggest surprise was that it didn't make us sick.

I have heard that I can see why I happen to be scrolling down the street and I found this place and it is delicious and it’s walking distance of museums. Great variety and everything is so fresh. I am suckers for classic music and they are playing classical music in the background. The restaurant street and there is very comfortable seating with lots of light. Food is beautifully displayed and very tasty.

Not sure what happened to Fadi's... used to be our favorite Mediterranean place to go and now it's just disappointing, last two times here have not been pleasant, this last time I ordered a well done stake kebab due I'm pregnant and need to eat well done food, well it was not, they offered to do it again and I'm just super hungry, ordered exactly at 1:48 pm, and it's 2:30 pm and I haven't received my correct kebab yet, they take more than 15 min to make them. I don't think I will come again. So sad. Also the cheesecake is very bad.. I'm not even going to take it home. 😕

This place is literally very bad. It was my first time and ordered a beef shawarma sandwich. The sandwich came after 25 min with zero taste, chewy and not well cooked meat on the grill. On top of that, the employees there are just lazy and not good listeners to the customer. It was sure not worth paying 15$ for the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. With this money, you can definitely have better food from a food truck. Never coming back!

Overall standard experience. Nothing to amaze since the food was mostly cold and over heated. Only thing I would like was hummus and some salad. Falafel balls were like solid rock and very very dry. Would visit again if given a choice as there are plenty other Mediterranean restaurants out there.

I can't believe I'm barely trying Fadi's for the first time in Houston, Texas. This has been on my radar for years. Great food, excellence, customer service, great value for the price. Food: the kebabs are freshly made to perfection, the chicken was simply amazing. That is seasoned and so tender and full of flavor. Simply amazing. The beef was good as well. Some of it was a little tough. I think maybe I have to go back and try that one again, but it was still good. I enjoyed it. We had two different hummus, they were amazing as well. I will say the naan bread didn't taste too authentic, I'm not sure if that's maid there. Maybe it came out of a bag I don't know, but that one was a little bit different. But all the vegetables were fresh. The kebabs were great. This is an easy five star review. The customer service is great. Everyone is really not working. I will definitely come back here again. Where can you get a chicken kebab with hummus for 10.99. Freshly made at that. Five star review. I'll be back soon

Casual dining spot with great mediterranean food. The place is clean. Staff is friendly. Plenty of free parking at the garage. You choose your dishes and paid. Get your drink and a number stand and food will be delivered to your table. Love their pomegrate eggplant. A great place for Vegan and meat lover. Never try anything I don't like at Fadi's.

I wasn't even going to review on vacation but this food just looked so beautiful. The parking situation is kind of difficult but if its not 900 degrees outside and you can walk from a nearby museum DO IT. Everything is super fresh and entrees are made to order. There are about 10 flavors of hummus to try. Meal prep can take a little while if it is busy but its worth the wait.

Food so good I almost took a nap at work! Fresh and hot, delivered through uber but did not disappoint! Chicken and shrimp kabob, simple but both very delicious

What's wrong with this Fadi location? I live in Austin. Everytime I go to Houston, I must visit Fadi. This is my first time at this location. Pita bread: a total disappointment. Pita bread at Fadi is to die for, but not here. The bread has a weird acidic taste to it, and it's flat. It's far from fresh. Why? Why open a new location just to bring down the reputation of the whole chain ? Salad bar: it's way smaller than other locations, which is understandable. baba ganoush tastes so off. The kabobs taste fine. Overall, I for sure won't be back at this location again.

I grew up going to Fadi's Mediterranean Grill. I have always had very fond memories of this restaurant. I remember very big plates with delicious proteins, and an abundance of sides to choose from that always seemed to hit the spot. One of my favorite dishes growing up was the fried cauliflower. After many years, I finally returned to Fadi's. This was my first time at the museum District location. From initial impression, the storefront was very small and there didn't seem to be as many options as I remembered. Following trends in the market, the prices at Fadis have also increased drastically. Nonetheless, I was still excited to try this delicious childhood memory. I ordered the trio kabob combo, which featured shrimp, chicken, and beef kabobs over rice. For my two sides, I got a hummus and the fried cauliflower. The combos also come with a free pita. Overall, the dish was not as good as I remembered. The proteins could have been seasoned and cooked better. The cauliflower was a bit mushier and oilier than I remembered. The hummus was good, but the pita that went along with it did not have an enjoyable texture (kind of hard). Honestly, I think the best part about my meal was the rice that came with the proteins. From what I remember, Fadi's used to give a more authentic feel that was run by people from the culture. Everyone in the store today was Spanish-speaking and it just didn't feel the same that they couldn't explain each hummus or dish to me. It is the equivalent of walking into a Chinese restaurant where none of the employees speak Chinese. Honestly, I am not the biggest fan of this fadis location, however, I hope to return to the one in sugar land soon to compare the quality of the food and restaurant vibes and see if it is as good as I once experienced.

It's not hard to see the appeal in Fadi's menu. Sides such as their grilled balsamic vegetables, fried cauliflower, and coriander potatoes remind me of the clean yet savory options that Mediterranean cuisine offers. My classic combo (1 entree, 2 sides) came with reasonably sized portions, though I expected my wrap to be larger. They normally don't allow more than 1 protein for the wrap, but the manager graciously let me combine chicken shwarma and gyro in my wrap for free. As I roamed through the salad bar, I had difficulty deciding on only 2 sides. I personally feel that their sides fare better than the entrees. My entree (combination wrap) tasted decent, but nothing outstanding. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my friend's fried cauliflower that I sampled. I wish I chose the cauliflower myself but the balsamic vegetables and coriander potatoes still served as highlights to my recent visit. This location has room for improvement. The pita could have used a softer texture and might have even been a little stale. My wrap's chicken and gyro could have used more seasoning and the tzatziki dip tasted plain. For a 15 minute wait time, I expected higher quality out of my entree. Fadi's is a great introduction to Mediterranean cuisine. Their greatest strength lies in their almost overwhelming number of options to choose from. Additionally, their spotless interior lives up to an implied standard of cleanliness held by many Mediterranean restaurants. I would consider coming back mainly for the sides; other items such as their fried potato ball and Lebanese salad caught my eye for another time.

This was my first time at Fadi's after hearing about it from friends. I thoroughly enjoy Mediterranean food, so I was particularly excited to try this chain. To order, you can either choose a combo plate which comes with a wrap or a kebab + rice and your choice of 2-4 sides from their huge selection, which is presented in a buffet bar style that they serve to you. I picked the classic combo plate, which is 1 kebab and 2 half sides. I picked the Turkish lamb, which is a ground lamb kebab. The side selection was quite extensive, and everything looked pretty tasty. We came on a Wednesday at 2pm, so some things were in low quantity. I picked the pomegranate eggplant and Zaatar hummus. Some friends who joined did not expect the hummus to count as a side, but it does so beware. Once I got my sides and complimentary pita bread, I waited for my protein, which took 15ish minutes to be served, which felt like forever. The kebab was decent, maybe a little dry. The flavor was nothing groundbreaking but tasty for what it is. The eggplant was slightly sweet and tart from the pomegranate. The hummus was your typical hummus with some extra seasonings, like oregano. Overall, the value was decent for the amount of food. I was able to save half of my meal after becoming pretty full, but others were able to finish their plate. The interior is clean and has a modern aesthetic. The workers were friendly, but the one who took our order spoke primarily Spanish and ran into difficulty communicating when we were not ordering by the book.

Ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich- not good, chicken was not seasoned at all. Tasted bland. Way better spots in Houston for Mediterranean food. Worst in Houston I have had. Pita chips were so dry and not seasoned.

I'm from out of town and the first time I had Fadi's was at a huge location about 30 minutes outside Houston and I never stopped thinking of it. When I knew I was coming back I made it a mission to get some Fadi's. I found this location close to my hotel and is hitting the spot. You gotta try it!!

I stopped by Fadi's Eatery on my way to my hotel for a late lunch since I had not eaten since breakfast. Not knowing the area, one of my friends recommended this place and since I'm a fan of Mediterranean food, we made our way over. Fadi's is a quick-service spot where you can either sit and enjoy your meal or get it to go. There is a good amount of space with several seating options; decor is minimal but they have large windows looking out to the street whcih let a lot of natural light in. Upon entry we were greeted by the ordering counter and the menu; a quick skim showed several options broken out into apps, mains, salads, sandwiches, and wraps. I was feeling a wrap, and their chicken shawarma was speaking to me the most so I went with that. I noticed they had a selection of sides and thought the fries would be a good option. I opted to get my meal to go and after a short wait it was ready. The wrap was good - it was a little messy but I kinda expected that with all the sauces, but the flavor was there and the wrap didn't fall apart. The fries were good - a smidge mushy due to travel but they had a certain crisp that I like in fries. Service was fast, and overall I had a good experience at Fadi's. It's definitely a good option for a fast casual lunch if you're in the area.

I found this eatery by accident and I'm so glad I did. This has to be the best Mediterranean I've had in a long time. The staff is helpful and amazing and the food is just as great. Beautiful ambiance with a great patio ....and did I mention the goods amazing?!!

I do a lot of work lunches in the medical center and will always offer fadi's as my first choice. Fadi's has incredible food that can adapt to a variety of dietary restrictions. My favorite order is the chicken kabobs with 3 half sides of coriander potatoes, fadis hummus (caramelized onions and mushrooms) and Lebanese salad (cucumber salad). I also love their baklava. This location has covered parking spaces dedicated to food pickup. It does get busy at peak hours. Service is typically good and fast (kabobs will take 15-20 mins to cook but worth it). They also have a rewards system and multiple locations across Houston!

Compared to its Dallas counterparts, this Fadi's branch feels awfully gentrified. Its so toned down. The food options dont greet you, you don't get to see your food, and the portions are measly. The Hummus tastes like it was store bought - a far cry from the ones they make in the other branches. The service is meh, just like this place. I was expecting an experience of what I had in Dallas, and this was a disappointment.

Employees here stay on their phone. It's so unprofessional. Have to wait till they finish texting before being served. Happened to multiple clients I observed. Out of all the fadis I've been to this is my least favorite.

The food was good. But the service was not. The lady was not helpful at all. She never asked if we wanted to pay together or separately and just added my friend's food to my bill. When I paid, she only said, 'I thought you were together.' From the beginning, she was unhelpful--from greeting customers, to assisting first-time visitors, to explaining how to order or what the restaurant's process is. Service was very delayed, and in the end, she billed us together without even asking.

If this location is even supposed to remotely represent the OG Fadis, it is a very poor representation. We stopped in yesterday after visiting the museum. Honestly, everything was totally mediocre. Even the Chicken Shawarma was bad. Not even close to the flavor you get at the OG location. Plus more like fajita meat. So thick! The potatoes were ice cold. The salad selection is terrible and the dressing isn't even the same. An employee was on break but listening to her phone SO loud. Diet Pepsi was out in the machine and nobody filled it the entire time. The gyro was gross. Only the Kefta was good and we spent over $100 so we tried a lot of things. Will never visit this location again.

We visited this Fadi's Eatery after spending an entire day enjoying perfect outdoor weather. The restaurant is easy to find and there is a parking garage offering plenty of spaces for patrons. The staff is very welcoming and everything is prepared to perfection. We shared the following: - Combo for 2 with chicken kabob plates - Sides: Tabouli Parsley Salad, Kale Salad, Zesty Quinoa Salad, Traditional Hummus, Roasted Cauliflower, and Baba Ganough - Rice pudding The portions are very generous. We shared a combo for 2 for 4 people and still had leftovers. We enjoy visiting this restaurant when we are in the area and look forward to going back. We hope you give them a try.

A friend had Fadi's catered for dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious. The fadi's hummus with mushrooms and caramelized onions is incredible. Highly recommend.

Extremely disorganized and over priced by a mile . Four front end servers but complete chaos in the way they take orders . It took 40 minutes on a Sunday to get one single kebab order to be completed . Meyerland which is separate from the Fadi chain is so much better . Sad this chain is so poorly organized Don't waste your time to visit this location . You can find better service at Kasey or Aladdin

Fresh food! Pleasant staff and a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend Fadi's Mediterranean Food for anyone craving delicious, authentic Mediterranean cuisine on Binz.

Service is slow, ordered beef shawarma, I thought I was having Fajita, it seems they don't know it has to be thin cut, meat was rubbery!! However sides are good, I had hummus and Muhammara which was very good.

Hands up my favorite restaurant in America right now! I never have a bad meal there. Everything is amazing- the food , the staff, the cleanliness, etc. I don't live in Houston or even Texas for that matter, but every time I'm in town, I stop by at least 3-4 times!

I love this place. Checked it out during Houston restaurants month. The portion was so large. One order could feed two ppl. The chicken kebabs and rice was delicious. You have a variety of sides to select from. The desert was my absolute favorite. I highly reccomend this place.

Well, perhaps it is a result of delivery, but I can't give a 4 or 5 star. The Greek salad had clearly been frozen and was watery and nasty. The rest of the food was average. 3 stars tops! Please improve we love ordering from you!

Great humus! Awesome Shawarmas and overall great food. It's a cafeteria style but very fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I love Mediterranean food. Fadi's was so good and so fresh. We came for lunch and sat outside. My wife and I ordered the chicken shawarma and I got the lamb gyro. Both were equally delicious. They have a buffet of different items you can order a la carte or plated lunch specials.

I don't know why this particular Fadi's is the only one with Eatery in the name. There is garage parking. Take your parking ticket to Fadi's cashier and he/she will validate it for you. Most of the time I get four veggie half sides. I took a star off because the avocado garbanzo salad has too much onions and red peppers. These additions overpower the salad. The tabbouli, rice and cauliflower are good. The bread is not fresh baked like it is at other Fadi's. There's water with infused fruit available in the self-serve station. Once the weather is warmer, they do have outdoor seating.

I always love me a quick serve counter. The sides were plenty to choose from. Enjoyed the roasted veggies, quinoa salad and hummus and I loved their garlic sauce. The falafel was dry and lacking in flavor. The lamb shank entree I'd say flavor wise was a bit bland in comparison to all the veggie sides we tasted. The kebabs were also fine. But it seems the sides really shined and the entrees kinda fall to the way side. Considering the time it takes for the entree to come out it seems a bit like a oddly timed meal. Besides that it's a nice light meal

Good portions and clean food. You can't go wrong. Came here with a friend for supper. Got.the meal for 2 with 6 dishes for 24. It's a great deal with a ton of food. Lots of tasty side dishes too. I totally recommend it!!

Love getting fadis takeout! It's convenient and in the med center. I usually get the chicken shwarma or kabob. I've gotten a family meal once for a group w chicken shwarma and it's a great deal for serving 3-4 people! Can be sometimes slow if you dine in, so I always order ahead. Facility is clean, has a parking garage, and staff has always been nice.

Seriously, this place is awesome for frills free, budget friendly, fresh Mediterranean food in the area. I hope they will always keep up with the standard and not cutting corners like some establishments that got rave reviews on Yelp and started to cut corners on everything. Highly impressed with this restaurant and have been returning numerous times. Great job!

This is a great place to grab a bite while visiting the museum area. The kabob plate was delicious, is decent sized and under $10. And all this in a very nice upscale place. What's not to love? We also tried the wrap. It's around the same price as the kabob plate, but I think you get more food for your money with the kabob plate if you are hungry.

I ordered Uber Eats. My order was not correct. Uber eats refused to refund. I called Fadi's and The business agreed to refund my order and contact Uber Eats. I called at least three times and the last time I got put on hold for 10 minutes. I never got the refund offered to me but I just gave up. I also reached out to the business on social media following up, no response. I'm just really big on principal, and if a business agrees to do something then I expect them to do what they say.

The overall styling of the restaurant was inviting and fresh; just like the food options! Delicious wraps and gyros and salads.

Okay the four stars go to the salads! They are spectacular, and I would come back to eat these again. The shrimp wrap was sub par, the pita bread is super soft and doesn't have much texture.

This place is not like the other Fadi's. So don't go here expecting the same food quality like the other Fadi's restaurants. Why call it Fadi's if they don't have the same food quality, variety and pita bread. I was very disappointed at this location. The food selection is very small. The pita bread was dry. Not the usual bread you get at other locations. My favorite is the beef shawarma and they didn't have beef shawarma only chicken. At the end I ordered beef kabab and it was over cooked, hard and dry. I will definitely not go back. If like good quality and delicious Mediterranean food don't go here please.

Food: delicious Service: not bad not great. Ok Ambiance: small chatter, no music. It was a ok place to grab something quick with a friend!

I particularly enjoy the Baba ghanoush, broiled eggplant with pomegranate seeds, and the kibbeh. The good is consistently tasty, but the portion sizes vary a great deal depending on the server. This is one of our frequent go tos.

I love what I ordered, actually over ordered. Little confusing, that those salads doesn't come with kebab. Its nice atmosphere and good customer service. Really really tasty food definitely recommend. Definitely come back!

Absolutely clueless staff unorganized and just bad. Should be made into a bad tv show just shoving people into work positions they have no idea about.

As a family, we love going to eat to Fadi's. This is our first time at this location, and we found some differences that made us a bit unhappy. The tabouli did not taste as fresh it usually does and it was simple, no condiments; the other locations we've visited always taste fresh, crunchy, and well condimentad. The pita bread was totally different, it was more like a flour tortilla, flat and not as tasteful. The service was lovely, as always, but it is not a location I would be eager to visit once more.

This place was AMAZING!!! I've been to so many restaurants around the globe and this is for sure one of my favorites now. Everything was delicious, they have so many many options. The lamb shank was tasty, the meat was so nice and tender that it came off the bone. The mashed potato ball was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Everything was delicious. 10/10 recommend. Ps. The video playing in the background with the lady cooking Mediterranean food was a bonus. Helps you see how things are made out in the Mediterranean country.

Goodness gracious, Fadi's, we're big fans. It seems that a visit to Houston is not complete without carry out from Fadi's. We always order a generous bread so that everyone can try as many dishes as possible. I won't be able to remember every dish that we ordered but a few of them included the beet salad, several other salads, lamb rice dish, falafel, hummus, and more. My two favorites were the lamb rice dish and the beet salad. Admittedly, I often shy away from lamb dishes due to the game-y flavor but this one was EXCEPTIONAL. Note to self- I will definitely be prioritizing this dish the next time we order carry out here. The meat was so tender and the rice was packed with flavor as well. This is an ideal spot for carry out if you were looking for a healthy spread that includes lots of vegetables. Can't wait to continue this tradition with our next visit to Houston!
