Fadi's Mediterranean Grill

I love Mediterranean food so I have dined at a lot of spots but this food was very underwhelming despite the nice reviews I read before going, the only great stuff was that the pita was made fresh other than that it didn’t really hit the spot.

We've been coming to Fadis for years. The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious and fresh. The spicy hummus is our favorite.

One more great visit on top of years of great dining experiences at Fadi’s. I’ve been going off and on for 10 years. They always have delicious sides, sauces, and pita bread. I love the variety of options and never have to worry about quality or portion sizes.

The general manager Wail is amazing. He treated us like we were family and gave us a personal tour of all of the food choices. Everything was so fresh. Will be back

I DON’T USUALLY GO TO MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT (IT WAS A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION) SO i’M NOT SURE IF FOR SOMEONE ELSE THIS RESTAURANT IS THE BEST, BUT FOR ME ITS OK… I FEEL LIKE THE BAKED ChHICKEN I PROBABLY MAKE IT MORE TASTIER. THE LAMB HAS AN ACQUIRED TASTE FOR ME. PLACE IS PRETTY BIG, SIDES PORTIONS IS PRETTY BIG

I wasn't feeling good and asked my husband to bring me to get some veggies and a magic drink. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the GM Wail. He helped us with the menu and we decided on what to order. It was the best customer service we have ever received. Everything we got was so fresh and hot. I tried eggplant for the first time and it blew my mind. It was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. We also tried a new flavor of Baklava which was amazing. I got the 5 veggie plate and my husband got the 1 meat (Red Snapper) with two veggies and we both got pita bread. Although we got our food to go, we sat down to put some food in our stomach before leaving. The atmosphere was very welcoming and not too loud. The music was lovely as well. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Wail and Fadi's Staff for making our evening!

The location is easy to get to. The inside is clean and well kept. The staff, excellent and the food is delicious. I ate the rice, lamb (the first time ever) and other delicious side dishes, diet coke and finally, two pieces of baklava. Go get you some before it's all gone. My better half had similar meal.

So, we set out to try something new and found a complete joy. From the moment you walk in, you are totally immersed in atmosphere, smells, it is just wonderful. The hummus was delicious, we tried traditional, spinach, and spicy. We got sample plates to try a little of everything. The fruit couscous was so refreshing, the cucumber salad was was so fresh, basil salad was delicious, mozzarella spinach was really good, the pita was fresh baked and so so good. We will for sure be eating here again

Food is fresh, buffet like style with delicious flavors, variety and generous portions. Manager Wail is so welcoming gives the restaurant a home like atmosphere. We go there several times a month.

This place is a little on the causal side and the food is definitely tasty! I got the falafel wrap with the side of the pasta salad and both were really good. It can be a little confusing on what to order but the portion sizes are huge and the staff is happy to answer questions. We were checked on to make sure our food was good and we were enjoying our meal which I think made our experience even better!

I came here with co-workers last week and was greeted in a friendly way by a couple of men standing behind a counter of salads. I was surprised because I wasn't expecting 'cafeteria style' and needed a minute to look at the options. They suggested I take a seat right behind me in a booth. I took in all the delicious-looking selections in front of me but wasn't able to make a decision until my co-workers arrived and shared some suggestions. The place was almost empty at 12:30pm - lunch time, which was sort of odd. The soft music playing was very nice, probably better for dinner, but we all liked it. We took up a couple of tables in the back and everyone had something different. They were all happy with their selections. I opted for the lamb, as I was thinking Greek - thought it was going to be similar to Ziziki's and was looking forward to lamb loli-pops. The food here is very good, fresh. I did think the vegetables were cooked in more oil than was necessary but the mushrooms were delicious and so fresh. Staff was friendly, but one man started speaking loudly to another man which caused all staff to look at him, almost scared of him. He was speaking another language and I thought it was unprofessional of him to be speaking so irately to this man in front of customers. Parking is tricky in this shopping center, so be prepared for that.

Has good options for vegetarian non-veg not that many for vegetarians. They said falafel sandwich. We all think that's gonna be cut up in a pita bread and half inside and put it in there as a proper falafel sandwich. Apparently they don't have falafel sandwich is only a wrap which is overly heated. flavours are not there at all. Seems to be a typical Dallas so call middles eastern restaurants. Rather go back to Chicago, New York who knows how to make a proper falafel sandwich.. . there is NO cold or hot grapes leaves. Not the best spot to do take out orders. Not the best spot for a vegetarian person or who's looking for a good falafel sandwich 1000% not the best spot. Food is overly salty. Way too salty. Food was okay not the best at all. Had to go somewhere to get something else. Apparently a sandwich and a wrap is a same thing and they said the that should be the same for every Middle Eastern restaurant, which is not true as sandwich is that you guys already know what a sandwich is and a wrap already know like a lettuce wrap just how it is. Just beware when you go inside that their terminology is different from the other terminology from the other Middle Eastern restaurants that there is including other Lebanese restaurants which have the proper terminology and everything on their end, but this restaurant does not have the proper terminology for their menu and it didn't look like they did research into this correctly The Lebanese food has authentic spice that a lot of people know, but this one does not have it. It was just overly cooked overly heated overly salty food. Had to go a bit to a bagel shop to get something else to eat besides eating eating so-called a sandwich which is in their book a wrap and a sandwich to combine together. By the way, the falafel wrap/sandwich is salty and it has pickles inside and the sauce is overly salty, which is simple to make, but it's overly salty and the pita bread itself or so call pita bread is thin doesn't taste like a pita bread it taste like a steel plastic

Just realized I've been coming here for over 15 years, since 2009ish. I grew up in Dallas and Fadi's have been a staple. I did however stop coming for about 5 years bc I ate it all the time in undergrad lol. So glad to be back again. I used to get the lamb shank but now I stick to gyro or chicken schwarma with two or three sides. Spicy hummus, cauliflower and eggplant so freaking good

Imagine your favorite cafeteria line, only Mediterranean and it's meat and three, and that's my best description of Fadi's. Located in a busy newish plaza, I was totally unprepared for the wonders inside. I chose baba ganoush, Greek salad, and root vegetables paired with a sauced chicken and the whole thing was amazing. I realized too late I probably should have chose falafel because that's something I don't get at home; or just all veggie sides because they were so amazing. I also failed to add a dessert to take home, but now I have a plan for the next time I am in Dallas, right? I consider this a must-visit.

Wail has the best customer service, the food was amazing. I highly recommend coming to Fadi's if you are in the area!! Wail thank you for everything, we had a great time!!

Roast Chicken, Pasta Salad, Hummus, and Roasted Cauliflower This is one of my family's favorite spots! The chicken is usually excellent and flavorful and juicy (was a little off on this delivery unfortunately). The Roasted cauliflower is my absolute favorite--soo good and tasty. Their Pita and Hummus are classic and consistently excellent. Super efficient service

I absolutely love this restaurant! it is my favorite. The food is amazing, staff is always helpful and nice. The restaurant itself is so peaceful. The General manager, Wail, is so pleasant and I love seeing him at both the Knox and Frisco locations. I highly recommend visiting Fadi's.

tonight we went to Fadi Dallas and we were very pleased. It is clean and the food is very tasty and fresh, the service was excellent, and the general manager Wail was very thoughtful and top-notch. certainly, we will come back again.

From the minute I walked in, I heard the lovely music overhead; saw the steamer trays overflowing with FUN fare; and felt even hungrier! Seeing the assortment of delicious foods made me so happy. There are clear labels on the dishes, I looked for GLUTEN-FREE ones specifically, and they were numerous. I enjoyed the ultimate sampler and falafel and my hubby chose the 1 meat + 2 sides combination. The GM, Wail, made our experience even better, through his amiable and benevolent personality. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I highly recommend Fadi's!! NOTE: the food is labeled NUT FREE, DAIRY FREE, and is all Halal.

Been going to this restaurant for well over 15 years, to both locations; uptown and frisco, and nothing had changed over the years, still an excellent restaurant with homemade quality Mediterranean food selection and lovely atmosphere. The service is very good and the place is very reasonably priced. You select your meats, or sandwiches and/or sides. The staff is very helpful to explain to their customers the type of foods if someone is not familiar with Mediterranean cuisine. I recommend this place.

The food is pretty good, but you cannot order delivery. It is a disaster. I like the food, so I gave them three chances. The first order had substituted items. I guess my order contained items they did not have on hand. The 2nd try my order showed up with 1 pita for 3 entrees and one pinch of tabouli under a bed of rice, which I did not order. The final order showed up missing a chicken entrée. I have never had any other issues with Uber Eats despite using them on a regular basis. I give up. That will be my last order from this restaurant.

This place is amazing, the food is so refreshing. Your service starts immediately once inside. The staff is very friendly, everything is so nice and clean. Great for a date night or family gathering. It's so much to say about this location. The owner/manager was chatting with my husband last night about the coffee so that's a must try next time we are there. Super friendly and helpful people work here. You won't regret going. My favorite is the spinach. My husband loves the fish, lamb, spicy hummus and fresh veggies with mint. My plan is to try something new each time I go back. It's delicious

A big NOPE for me. Service was atrocious. The guy who took our order at the beginning of the line was rude, dismissive, and annoyed at us taking our time to look at the menu - this was our first time here, so we were a bit confused and nobody was in line behind us. Threw a fit (yes, a fit) when we corrected him over our order... he thought we said "sampler", and we said "sultan", no big deal...right? WRONG. We stood there and took the reprimand on the chin out of pure shock for this guys reaction to us simply saying we wanted x instead of y. The two stars is only because the guy at the end was nice and the food was fine enough. I don't feel like being chastised the second I walk in the door, so I'm gonna stay away from here.

The atmosphere is bright, clean, and sleek. It's a buffet line of items you request based on the combo or dish you order. The service was prompt, very pleasant, and accommodating. I loved the food. The humus a pita were delicious. The potatoes, & fried cauliflower had a nice texture and were flavorful. I found the prices to be reasonable. My dining partner and I sat talking for a while after we ate and never felt that we were being hurried along to leave. I enjoyed Fadi's Mediterranean and would definitely go back.

I still love the chicken kebabs, garlic sauce, and bread. I really really don't like the service here. The guy who packaged up my side dishes to go, didn't speak a word to me. still, I sense that he really hated me. Then another thing happened. I placed an order at the front of the line. I thought the guy went back to make my chicken kebabs. However, when I made it through the the line to the cashier, they didn't have any record of my order. so she started yelling. The manager came out to talk her down and I was told to go wait for my food.

Really great service from the GM Wail. From the time I walked in to tell him I was waiting on friends to the time he took to explain the process to walking out with our leftovers, the hospitality was so genuine. Food is also delish and comes in generous portions. Thank you Wail and staff for treating us like family!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The GM was very polite and kind to help accommodate a lemon and pineapple allergy. The staff was very polite and the food was cooked to perfection. I've been eating at Fadi's for over 15 years and came back while on leave and the taste has not changed.

Over charge. It is expensive for this time of food. I believe it is double or triple extra charge than regular meddle eastern food. It is not the resturant but limited chooses with doordash! Doordash without any promotion except free delivery is not a good deal!!

Terrible food! Went for Mother's Day and regretted it :( the rice tasted old and overcooked, the chicken was dry, and even the salads were not good. I wish we would've gone somewhere else.

Good, fresh food, good polite service in my experiences over the last 18 years. Massive variety of choices, including for vegan family members. Wail is the manager on Thursdays (at least)--super personable, likely to engage you about your dining experience.

I am over a decade customer who has brought many friends and family to dine here. Stopped to pick up a to go lunch today and, for a second time, got a very tiny meat portion. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago and I didn't Yelp about, thinking it was isolated. The man working the entree section today (11/28/22 12:01PM) is very unpleasant. He seemed irritated and annoyed to get my entree. The portion was so small I wanted to order another side of the chicken or upgrade my plate to the 2 meat plate. He handed me the chicken and walked away, talking to someone else. I stood and waited for him to turn around, so I could get additional meat or another side and he wouldn't stop talking. The person he was talking to raised their eyebrows, looking over his shoulder and he glanced my way and kept talking. He was very aware of how long I had been waiting. Rude as sh*t. I paid and left. $17.40 for a lunch plate and I'm still hungry. The portions served for dine in have always been fine. I won't be getting to go here anymore. If I was the owner I'd fire the rude man who dishes out portions too small for a child's plate. I'll order more food (if it's good food) but I won't frequent a restaurant where I am treated rudely. Terrible experience.

I could not be more pleased with the catering-out service from Fadi's. I had a large catering order and Wail was beyond helpful in gathering the large order that accommodated multiple dietary restrictions. Wail was also very helpful in setting everything up for the large lunch. The food was delicious and stunning. I already knew the food was phenomenal at Fadi's and love eating there but Wail went above and beyond to ensure our lunch was outstanding. Thank you, Wail and Fadi's for a great experience. Will be using Fadi's for a large event again soon!

Delicious gyros Delivery was quick. The yogurt sauce highlighted every dish. We especially like the green sauce. We have ordered these sandwiches several times. Always excellent.

This was my second time visiting this location. As soon as me and my 2 friends walked in Wail greeted us with a very warm welcome and explained every dish we inquired about. He was super friendly and attentive to our request. We were there for a business meeting and he came over to make sure everything was to our liking even after we paid. Will definitely go back.

Fadi's was wonderful - huge portions and great hospitality. Wall was fun to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed - he went above and beyond. Will definitely return! We tried as many dishes as we could. Roasted cauliflower, gyros, mozzarella spinach, pistachio baklava, baba ghanoush (we were a large party) - all were great!

This is by far our go to spot for lunch and dinner. We eat here 2-3x per week whether by visiting in person or ordering carry out. the portions are massive, the food tastes clean, and the prices can't be beat. Not only is the food wonderful, but the customer service is 10/10. You're treated like family from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Wail, the GM of the Frisco location, is a kind soul and helped us this evening. As we sat at our booth, I watched him provide excellent customer service to each table he stopped at. Thank you for being our favorite restaurant and for always going the extra mile.

Love this Mediterranean place! They have so many wonderful choices for your choice of protein, salads, sides, and dips. Don't forget the delicious pita bread to dip in your sauce. I ordered the kefta kabob with fattoush salad,, baba ghanoush, hummus, roasted cauliflower. Everything was delicious. You can't go wrong with quick lunch or dinner here.

The chicken shawarma here is incredible! All of the portions are huge too! Especially love their pita and hummus (spicy is heavenly) Highly recommend!
